Bloomberg Audio Studios, podcasts, radio news, The Stock Movers Report,
your roundup of companies making moves in the stock market.
Harnessing the power of Bloomberg data, take a look at
some of the stocks that are on the move today.
We can do that with Bloomberg's normal nd it nor
what are you looking at?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Well, let's look through one of the biggest stories of
the day. We did see that Novo Nordists want approval
to sell a pill version of its OBCD shot with
GOVI in the United States. So this of course should
help people lose weight or maintain their previous weight loss
over the long term. But this is really an edge
up against Eli Lay, its competitor, because it's essentially giving
it a head start because Eli laly said that its

(00:42):
own oral OBCD drug could be approved by March, so
this is getting in a bit earlier. You're seeing shares
of Novo Nordist take her envy O reflecting that we
see shares up as much as eleven percent, not pairing
up about eight and a half percent. But this is
the biggest jump since January on a single day basis. Yeah,
definitely big news for Nova Nordisk.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Seeing the healthcare space.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Yeah, I'm also looking at shares of Johnson and Johnson.
That's ticker Jay and Jay. We're seeing shares that are
down just a smidge, about six tenths of a percent.
This is after the company was ordered to pay about
one point five six billion dollars to a marilynd woman
who blamed the company's talk based baby powder for causing
her asbestos linked cancer. So we are hearing from researchers

(01:21):
that they have linked asbestos to mesothelioma, and jurors did
find that Jay and Jay and two of its units
and its spinoff Kenview were liable for failing to warn
the woman of its baby powder being tainted with asbestos.
So you are seeing shares citing just a touch off of.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
The news Service now little M and a.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yeah, a little M and A action here on this
What is this Tuesday? Hey, we did see the Service
now This is ticker inow. It reached a deal to
buy the cybersecurity startup Armis. The deal was valued at
about seven point seventy five billion dollars. This is its
largest acquisition to date for the company. So Service Now
will pay in cash for Armis, expects to fund the
transaction combo of cash on hand and debt. They said

(02:02):
that the deal should close in about the second half
of twenty twenty six. We did see shares of the
service now those sliding as much as two point nine
percent earlier. Now it's down about two point three percent
as we speak.
