She Wants Revenge is a duo comprising Justin Warfield and Adam Bravin aka Adam 12, former DJ for Crazy Town (and Prince... And Obama...). They're a heavily produced goth-tinged post-punk band that had the goal of getting the cool kids on the dance floor. Warfield's journey has taken him from downbeat conscious-rap, to psych-rock, to rap inflected industrial, to She Want's Revenge's brand of what could be called post-punk.
Join us as Jerry and Andrew discuss things like "authenticity", sticking to themes, nailing a sound perhaps at the cost of having substance, and gothic post-punk written for people who wanna fuck.
