In this episode of Next Generation Entertainment Soaps, Anthony took center stage—quite literally—as ringmaster of all things scandalous, fabulous, and delightfully dramatic in the soap world. From a swirling spotlight and theatrical fog, Anthony kicked things off with flair, diving into the week’s soapy sagas. In Genoa City, Jack Abbott was dreaming of a romantic escape, while Lauren reeled from Michael’s shocking move to break ties with Victor Newman. Meanwhile, Victor still had his hands in everyone’s business, as always. And Candice? Well, she may or may not have been signing her divorce papers with The Young and the Restless. (We’re still waiting to see if she used a pen or a match.) Over in Los Angeles, the tension was just as high on The Bold and the Beautiful. Hope Logan and Carter Walton reunited, which sent Daphne into a couture-clad spiral, while Ridge once again found himself circling the eternal triangle of Brooke and Taylor. David, our resident fashion fiend, was absolutely living for the drama—and the balls. Balls and the beautiful? Absolutely 🤩 Salem brought the heat in Days of Our Lives, where John Black was racing against time to save Bo Brady. Betrayals were mounting, secrets were slipping, and the whole town was buzzing. Let’s just say no couch cushion was safe from being screamed into. And Beyond the Gates delivered its signature brand of slow-burn mayhem, with Chelsea’s brave coming out moment, Leslie’s jaw-dropping confessions, and Kat digging up dirt faster than anyone could bury it. But the crown jewel of this episode? The Nurses Ball in Port Charles. Gio’s violin solo had hearts pounding, but his family drama threatened to drown out the music. Lulu returned with a vengeance—and we’re still taking bets on who will land that first long-awaited slap. Tracy Quartermaine kept slipping in and out of handcuffs (don’t ask), and just when the curtains started to fall—Michael Corinthos came back with the kids and the most savage revenge yet. Cue the slow clap 🤩 You can catch Next Generation Entertainment Soaps every second and fourth Monday of the month on 2020 The Beacon.
