You're doing a really good job with your podcast.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
Well, guys, we just got done watching Relax.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Yeah, let's get all this stuff up to the unit
and head straight to the beach. I want to start relaxing.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Yeah, Henry, could you tell us what was going on
at the beginning of this episode.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
At the beginning of the episode, they are driving in
their car and Bluia and Bingo are singing.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
In the back.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
They go to a parking area and they park and
it turns out they're on vacation and they're going to
their hotel room.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Very good, Henry, do you remember what song where the
girls girls singing?

Speaker 4 (07:01):
I don't remember.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
I only remember the very first line, and I had
to look up what some of the other lyrics are
from it. Does anybody remember.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
I didn't recognize the song.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Three Little Men in a Flying Saucer flew around the
world one day and then something something Something. There's more
to it, but that's the only part that I caught. Stella,
are you familiar with that?

Speaker 5 (07:26):
No?

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Yeah, I haven't heard it either, but it was super
cute either way. Henry, what does Bandit call the girls
when he gets them out of the car?

Speaker 4 (07:37):
I don't remember, all right, Super troupis at the.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Holiday bun Stella Chili is in a hurry to get
out of the car into their room. What is she
wanting to do straight away.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
She wants to go to the beach and relax and
read her book.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
What is her book about?

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Her book is about how to be happy?

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Yep, how to be happy. When they get into the lift,
what is Bingo doing? Immediately?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Stella Bingo goes over to one of the handles on
the side of the elevator and starts swinging on it.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
What does Bluey do?

Speaker 4 (08:17):
Blue asks Chili which button she needs to press, and
she starts pressing any of the buttons, but the one
she actually needs to press.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Do you remember what button she was supposed to press? Five? Yeah,
she missed it by a bunch. They might need to
take a look at that school she's going to. When
they're in that lift, Stella Bingo tells Chili that being
happy is easy. What does she tell her all you

(08:46):
have to do is?

Speaker 4 (08:48):
She said that all she has to do is and
then she turned towards the mirror and the elevator and
did a really big smile.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Yeah, her big cheese smile. It's so cute where she
shows like her teeth look enormous when they animate her
that way. And she did look happy, didn't she?

Speaker 4 (09:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:05):
She did.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Amanda Once they get into the condo they're staying in,
the girls are excited right away. What room do they
go to?

Speaker 3 (09:19):
They go to their bedroom first.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
They got.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
The girls were so excited to see those bunk beds.
But other things excited them too as well. They found
tiny little soaps on their pillows, and they were excited
about having their own closet and the hangers, and there
was a safe in the closet, and they decided they
were going to use that as an oven when they
played pretend. It was so neat to see them just

(09:54):
so excited about every little thing in their room.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Oh yeah, well, what did they decide they were going
to be?

Speaker 3 (10:00):
So they wrapped themselves up in towels and pretended to
be mermaids, and Bingo was baking a pie in the
oven the night.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
Wait up, they have a pie? Please? Oh yes, I'll
just cook it. It will be raising the night.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Chili comes in and tells the girls she wants to
get down to the beach. But Amanda, what have they
not done?

Speaker 3 (10:33):
They have not put their sunscreen on yet, like Mom
asked them to when they first got into the room.
So they go to the bathroom to put their sunscreen
on and everything in there is just as exciting as
the bedroom. They found. They found the toilet, and you know,

(10:53):
if you've been to a hotel room, you know that
when the toilets are cleaned, the cleaners put like a ribbon,
a paper ribbon around the toilet so it shows that
it's clean. The girls see this ribbon and they are
so excited.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Well, the Bingo, what's this? I don't know. The toilet's
got a ribbon.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
I diat won my prize.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Yeah, the best toilet in the world. I congratulations your ribbon.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Blue opens it and gets to tear that ribbon, and
now Bingo wants to do one too, Henry. What do
the girls do?

Speaker 4 (11:31):
They start running around the room looking for another bathroom,
and they do find another toilet, and Bingo gets to
do it. This time it's.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Got one congratulations toilet, Henry.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
What other amazing thing is in that bathroom.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
There's a triangle shaped tub and they saw one thing
in there. There was soap, and they're wanting a bubble bath.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
What was the thing they called the shower nozzle, Henry.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
They called it a microphone.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah, a triangle bathtub with a microphone. And now they
want a bubble bath. The condo had bubble bath in there.
But what did it not.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Have, Stella, It didn't have dishwasher detergent.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
Yeah, they're missing that. The girls didn't care about that though,
because they wanted to have a bubble bath right now.
Chili wasn't keen for that, but Bannitt said to let
the girls go ahead and have it. But Stella, what
is Chili trying to do?

Speaker 4 (12:43):
She is trying to get them ready to go to
the beach.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Right, Amanda, What does Bandit say to that?

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Banditt tells her to go ahead and go on to
the beach and the girls can have a bubble bath
and he'll take care of everything in that suite? Was Yes?

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Does that remind you of anybody? No? Unfortunately, how dare you?

Speaker 3 (13:07):
I'm kidding.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
Chili is on her way down to go to the
beach and is telling herself that it's time to be happy.
What does she do in the elevator, Amanda.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
She practices smiling really big, like Bingo was doing on
their way up to the room.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
In the meantime, the girls are having their bubble bath.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
Ah, you seek so well, prim.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
The girls sure are having fun in there, Henry, But
Bandit tells them that it's getting ready to be even
more fun. What did he do?

Speaker 4 (13:47):
He turned on the SPA.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Did that look pretty amazing?

Speaker 4 (13:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Yeah, they were excited about it. Chili's down at the
beach and she is having some troubles. Henry, what's going
on with her?

Speaker 4 (14:02):
She starts to read her book, but then she puts
it down. She says, maybe I should enjoy the beach
before I read my book, and then she goes, you
know what, how dout I read my book first? And
then she's just having trouble relaxing, so she decides to
go back.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Yeah, she doesn't know how to relax, does she?

Speaker 4 (14:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Stella, the girls are playing that. They're fancy ladies. Do
you remember their names?

Speaker 4 (14:29):
Louis was Melinda and Bingo was Olympia.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Those are pretty fancy names, all right, Yeah they are.
What very fancy thing did they find?

Speaker 4 (14:41):
They found a chair that had a lever on it.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
What was the lever for?

Speaker 4 (14:48):
It was to put out the footrest, right.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
It's a recliner. Yeah, they get the wise idea to
use that for something. What did they do?

Speaker 4 (15:00):
They decided to launch themselves with it.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Yeah, after it kicked Bingo Bluwie was ready to take
a turn in the Meanwhile, Chili's back and she tells
Bandit that she's having a tough time. What are you
doing here?

Speaker 3 (15:18):
I don't know how to relax.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
I'll come here.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
It's hotter than it looks.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
I'll tell you what you want to learn to relax?
Go and get some tips from the.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Mastas yeah, a little bit in this way? Wait much?
This what he goes?

Speaker 4 (15:41):
It's crazy?

Speaker 1 (15:42):
You did you kids?

Speaker 4 (15:45):
Just go about it, don't you?

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Amanda? What does Chili do after that?

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Bandit brings her a hot cup of I don't know
if it was coffee or maybe some hot tea and
tells her to go out to the deck. She goes
out to the deck and she's leaning over looking out
the side of it, and she sees the beach and
the cargo ship and the trees, and she decides to

(16:12):
lay down in the lounge chair that's out there, and
she sits her cup on the table next to it.
She closes her eyes. She begins to relax a little.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
When she was looking out over the water, that's when
it all sunk in, and she told herself to just
go about it. And once she got in the groove,
all of her cares disappeared, and there was a melody
playing during that. Do you guys know what that was?

Speaker 3 (16:41):
I didn't catch it.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
It's da da da da Da Da Da Da Da
Da da da. It's a song called simple Gifts. It's
an old Shaker melody, and it was in every beginner
guitar book when I taught a lot of young guitar students.
That was a song that the hal Leonnard Guitar Method

(17:04):
book one had in it, and I recognized it immediately. Yeah,
it is a song called simple Gifts, and that's what
Chili was getting, just the simple gift that the world
was given her of its enormous beauty.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
That's cool.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
So there she is, all relaxed, and the girls find
a new amazing thing.

Speaker 5 (17:29):
Its former control a great Really, look, Henry, what happens next?

Speaker 4 (17:42):
They look out the deck and they see the beach
and they go, can.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
We go to the beach?

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Just as Chili is finally relaxed. Huh, Yeah, what do
you think happened right after that?

Speaker 1 (17:57):
Well?

Speaker 4 (17:57):
I think that they went to the beach.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
I bet they did too, But that was that episode, Henry.
Did we forget anything?

Speaker 3 (18:07):
Nope.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Well, you know what it's time for.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Did we learn anything today, Amanda?

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Could you tell us what were we supposed to learn today?

Speaker 3 (18:20):
I think we were supposed to learn that everybody needs
to find time to relax. You need to find some
way to relax, whatever works for you. We're all busy.
Everybody has things going on in their lives, school, work,
just whatever, and it's really good for everybody just to

(18:42):
take a moment, take that deep breath and just relax,
and it's good for everybody. So I think we're just
supposed to learn that you just need to take a
few moments for yourself and get to it and take
some time for yourself and relax.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
I agree. I agree. What about you, Henry?

Speaker 4 (19:03):
I agree with Mom?

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Yeah, I think she hit it spot on. What about you, Stella?
Did you have anything?

Speaker 4 (19:09):
No? I don't. I think Mom said it pretty good.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
She definitely did. There's one other thing I would add
to this, and Bandit hinted at it when he said,
if you need to learn how to relax, you need
to get some tips from the masters. Little kids when
you give them a change of scenery and take them
somewhere like a hotel or whatever. Everything is amazing. If

(19:34):
you can look at things through the eyes of children,
everything is wondrous and wild and new. And I remember, Amanda,
do you remember this?

Speaker 3 (19:47):
When I know what you're going to say?

Speaker 2 (19:49):
We took Stella on a weekend getaway and it was
her first time in a hotel and she couldn't believe it.
You were one, and you jumped up on the bed
and you were like picking your little feet all over
and like hogging up the whole bed, almost like making
snow angels on the thing.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
Right in the bed.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
Oh yeah, it blew your mind. And it was just
the hotel. I'm like, man, can you imagine if we've
gone someplace like Disney World or something. Yeah, just the
change of scenery did it. And being able to find
that kind of magic in everything. It's all right there
for the taking. You just have to decide to see it.

(20:32):
Everything's awesome if you decide to let it be awesome.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
And all of those simple gifts, Oh dang, it came
all the way back around, the simple gifts that the
world just hands you. If you just open your heart
up and your mind up to recognize them at gifts
and you've heard me say this. People who seem inordinately
blessed are the ones who recognize they're blessed. When you

(21:00):
recognize something as a blessing, those people seem like they're
getting blessed more than everybody else, and it's because they
have their eyes open to it and they recognize the
things they get as blessings.

Speaker 4 (21:13):
Right.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
That's awesome. Man, oh man, this show is so good.
There was something about that moment too, when Chili was
looking out there and the song was playing, and like
I started to get a little teary eyed. There was
just something so beautiful about it.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
Yeah, there was definitely.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
Does anybody have any parting thoughts about the episode?

Speaker 4 (21:34):
Yes, Henry, I think that this episode, it's a pretty
cool episode.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
I think the beach was pretty cool, and I think
the hotel was pretty cool as well.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
I agree we should buy.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
One those chairs with the levers on them and I
could launch myself across the room. I thought this episode
was really cute. I like Bluie and Bingo being so
amazed by the hotel they were staying at and just
having to go around and see everything, just having so
much fun with it.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Yeah, that was really really cute.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
I agree with Stella. I really enjoyed watching the kids
just be so excited about these little things that we
would walk into the hotel room and be like, oh, cool,
they cleaned our toilet because it has the ribbon on it,
you know, but it's something that's just it was just
so exciting to them, So it was really cute.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
I really really liked this episode, and Amanda, I couldn't
help but think of you, because I know both of
us struggle with just being able to relax. When we
have some downtime. We look around and it's like, oh,
I need to do this, Oh I need to do that.
I've got to do these things instead of just being
able to let go and chill out. How did that

(22:56):
feel to you?

Speaker 3 (22:58):
Yes, I agree with what you're saying, because even on
the weekends when we're not at work and we should
be doing a little relaxing, there's like twenty million things
around the house that need to be done or just
things need to be caught up on, and so it's
very hard to find times always to relax.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
It is and reminding yourself that you're worth it and
then it's okay to relax and that you need to
relax because you're so busy. And I think in this scenario,
Chili is so busy taking care of everybody that's her
personal role that she finds her sense of fulfillment through.

(23:41):
But then she can never shut that off because she
always has to be the caregiver and while she loves
doing that, if she doesn't recharge, she doesn't have anything
left to give of herself exactly. So seeing her being
able to step back and finally sink into it and

(24:01):
just slow down, I think that's the real thing. It's
slow down. Yeah, for sure, it's really something. Now I
got to get out the Howl Leonard Guitar Method Book
one and play Simple Gifts for you. Guys, Stella, are
you going to learn to play the guitar? You can
play that? Okay, this shure was a fun one. Well, guys,

(24:24):
we think Bluie is awesome. And until next time, we
are out of here.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
Bye guys, Bye bye,
