By My wife has been as a newly retired person.
Every day it's a different thing, like you know what
I mean. Every day she's got like a project and
over the and it was a new recipe for cranberry
barbecue chicken wings, which were wow, they.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Were so good. She's like, I made some for Kelly.
I'm like, Kelly, she really did make you some. And
I'm like I'm not, no, I'm not doing it. I'll
bring in the check, but I'm.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
Not bringing in the and then it was uh, and
then it was what else is there? Well, she's just
she she's having fun, that's what she She's having fun
and hanging out with her friends and doing stuff and
she's she's loving it. And then she made three different
kinds of checks mix. That right there is round B
two of that's one of three. So anyway, that's what

(01:38):
my wife is doing. She was sharing the wealth. So
there you go.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
You know, sorry about the wings, Kelly, they were really good.

Speaker 7 (01:43):
I got my little tiperware container. Take some checks mix.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
We do, we do, we do, Doo doo doo we do.

Speaker 7 (01:54):
During the show.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
During the show, he pulls up this little round container.
Because I forgot I had this, I'm like, what is that?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
He goes, I got a sampler from the the.

Speaker 8 (02:05):
Craft fair I went to the other day a couple
of weeks ago. It was a sample from the granola lady.
You know, they got different bags of the granola, so
they were handing out samples. I only grab two samples
eight one that day and then I saved one and
I forgot I had it in my bag. So I
was unpacking some Christmas present.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
There's my other sample, two week old granola. On Thursday,
he was drinking a topo, you know, Tobo Chico, and
I said, you got a topo go and he goes, yeah,
it's from yesterday.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
And I'm like, and now, mind you, this is the flip.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Top right, so you can't put a cap back on it.
I'm like, so that's a day old carbonated drink that
sat in your office.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
He goes, yeah, the hole is only.

Speaker 8 (02:48):
This big and it really had a little carbonation left.

Speaker 7 (02:51):
So I was like, why not? Wait, why am I
going to.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
He judges everything about how big the hole is?

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Hell?

Speaker 4 (02:57):
Hell, hello, but it's one of the more seven legs
and job and it's coming up in just a moment.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
We'll be right back, all right.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Yeah, Kelly is his own He lives in his own stratosphere.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
That's I mean, he orbits.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
He like, he's going around the world oblivious to the world.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
But he's in his own world.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
And then sometimes I admire him for his ability to
do that. That is an impressive thing. And other times
I don't know how he does it.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
I just don't know how he does.

Speaker 6 (03:40):
He's one of those people if you try to like
describe him or explain him to somebody who's never met him,
they think that you're making us up.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, this is real.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
He's real.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
I think.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
So I seem to be having a good time.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
And you know what, Darren lies the key because he
does he can.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
I just be one.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Hundred percent honest with you.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
I've never You're so good at handling almost everything true
like you, you are almost impervious to.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
Really getting upset.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Like I know, we get pissed at each other sometimes
on the show, but you really the larger things.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
In life you seem to handle with a genuine ease.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
When I brought it up a couple of weeks ago,
I admire that that we were chatting about how.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Kelly sometimes is the positive one. Me and Greg could
sit in here and go, look that guy, Kelly. He's
got nice sneakers.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Though, Yeah he's got something Kelly.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Well, you know, I mean back in eighty three he
gave me some of his French fries.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
So I think he's a great guy.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
But also he's he's like you know.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
That when you're giving into a vent when you are
on a venting thing for whatever the subject work or whatever,
and you just you just need to blow the steam off.
You don't mean half of what you're saying, you know,
and you're saying it in an environment where we all
trust each other.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
We know it's yeah, exactly it's a safe space.

Speaker 4 (05:09):
And you know, sometimes we do that, but then Kelly
will say something like, you know, you'll go off about
something or someone and then he'll go.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Well, you know, they're doing the best thing.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
It's like he's right, he's right.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
We're all on the bass string baseball bats.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
We're ready to do some bashing. And Kelly would be like, guys.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Remember, I mean that might be there, that's all their
brain can handle.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
But I just I'm honest.

Speaker 7 (05:36):
Sometimes I should people.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
I'm telling you right now though, no bullshit, all one
hundred percent serious.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
I really do appreciate that about you, Like even.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
When I'm really if I'm venting about something just to
get the steam out, and then I'm fine.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
And he does that. I like the guy.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Sometimes just says, hey, look, let's just let's remind ourselves
of you know what's important.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
You're that guy, and I appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
I do, like all of us, like take the heads off,
we're headed to our car to get bats.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Yeah, and you all of a sudden the like, guys,
I try to.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Be that way sometimes, you know, like I try to
be all right, well, let's just you know, like on
the douchebag like you know, I read those douchebags before
you guys, do I have time to think about them.
And sometimes I'm like, just consider, what if this guy
is telling the truth.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
Because nobody believes him, but what if he is telling
the truth.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
And I always want to present that other side and
sometimes you and I'm like, no, we don't know that
it's not true.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
So sometimes I try to do that. Sometimes they can't.
Sometimes I can't, and I do.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
I do feel like I have to apologize. I was
out of it this morning, plain and simple.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I was out. I was out of it. The news
threw me for a loop. You know.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
I didn't watch the news all weekend. I knew about Prominence.
I didn't know about Australia. I didn't know about Rob Reiner.
I mean, look, that's just a terrible thing. The whole
thing is orrible week And then I came in and
on the news there was footage of the college students
hiding in the in the library and how the police

(07:06):
came in and had to make them all put their
hands up, and you know, theyre and watch and there
was video. Somebody was taking video while they were there
waiting with the shooting that was going on. And it
shook me and it took me out, takes me out.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
I saw the.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Video on the news of the gentleman who tackled one
of the shooters in Australia. Yeah, yeah, And immediately my
heart is racing because yeah, I I I don't know
what how this is going to end. And he holds
the gun and how he just held the gun on
the guy. Now immediately I'm going, oh my god, is

(07:40):
somebody gonna come up and shoot him?

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Think he's the shooter? And at the same time, how
did he not let anger.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
Just and shoot the guy that shoot the guy?

Speaker 1 (07:49):
I found myself like watching the news.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Going on, it just was like it was it was
three days of just and you know, so you know,
I try to are my job is to our job
is to try to put that stuff aside, which we've
done many times too many times time. Yeah, yeah, way
too many times. And uh I couldn't get out of

(08:10):
it today.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
So I couldn't. I was not organized, I wasn't you know. Yeah.
So anyway, I didn't didn't do what I was supposed
to do today.

Speaker 4 (08:20):
So I apologize, and I know that's not something you
should apologize for, but I just feel you know, I
try to be.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
And I apologize that I did not recognize that and
and try to put air in your sales.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
I apologize, Greg.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Yeah, friend, I should have done that.

Speaker 7 (08:33):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
You made a lot of jokes at my expense.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
Uh today, yep, yeah, you did did. Yeah, there was
a lot of things that you said, but that is
you blowing winded.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Okay, right, so I did so I didn't say you
don't feel you may.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
Have given it a try, but anyway, so there was uh,
there was that but anyway, so all right, onward and
onward and up here.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
So we have we have Buzzball coming up on on Thursday,
you know, and then you know, after that, after that,
it's like you ever have something that's coming up at
work and you're like, just get me past that, Yes,
get me past that.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Now. Buzzball is a blast. It's a lot of fun.

Speaker 6 (09:11):
You know.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
The crowd is great, the performances, the comedians are great,
and it's just a fun night. But at the end
of it, I think for all of us, it's the
biggest sigh of relief, you know what I mean, and
appreciation because of everybody being so nice for even being there.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
You know what I mean, I.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
Mean, we sold two thousand seats without even saying who's
on the bill.

Speaker 6 (09:35):
It's about the it's about the community that we that
we get together of all the performers, and Jim Roach,
who's our executive producer, corrals all these people and many
of which become real friends of ours.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
And then the audience, which is, you guys are friends
of ours.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
So it's really some of you are huh nothing, It's
really it's really a nice night.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
But anyway, so I am really looking forward to that.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
So there you go, and Kayla, I know you're just
back and everything.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
I just want to let you know that for a
few minutes, we had two weeks vacation. Then Greg stomped
that before we did the meeting. Greg's like, hey, you guys,
I'm thinking we do Friday after Buzzball and we're good. Yeah,
and we're like, nobody's arguing, right, nobody's yeah, yeah, all

(10:24):
cool with that.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
We go on to the meeting, they start talking and
Greg's like, so we're gonna come in and we're gonna
do Monday and Tuesday and they we'll call it. And
we're like, what the what just happened?

Speaker 5 (10:35):
He just pulled the rug right out underneath them.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
Me and Kelly are like, wasn't quite like that, wasn't
I was going to volunteer for local charities those two.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
Yeah, I was going to walk puppies.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
They didn't have parts homes. And I was gonna offers
some time at the orphan.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Yeah, you're gonna wap pup puppy puppies. Not a person
on earth believe that actually, And.

Speaker 5 (10:55):
Just like that, I guess we'll never know. Just like that,
he went, yeah, wow, I mean that's.

Speaker 7 (11:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
And then the next day we would teach anybody because
we don't need two weeks up.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
I wasn't going to play.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
So the thing is is when we're in a meeting
with management.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Right and so uh and then and she's looking at
me on the screen and she's like, so, when are
you gonna you know, what's what's the vacation deal?

Speaker 3 (11:20):
You know? And and I was and I.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Could see it like because we could have, you know,
But I don't think it was gonna I don't think
it was gonna wash.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
I really don't think it was gonna wash.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
Had I said let's do two weeks, I don't think
I think they would say I think they would say
that because because it's over what we're doing. It's it's
over what we're doing.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
Understand, so they also understand you're Greg crutch Mark. I'll
be honest with you.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
I could own a ship factory and be up to
hearing ship and you could come in and sell me
more ship and I'd buy it.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
I'd be like, I'll take that.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
I'll take that. Good show.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
That's a giant exaggeration right there.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
I'm just saying I I think he I think if
he Pop is done. The undone the top button showed
a little bit of guy Garden and gave us that
I look like I'm tired.

Speaker 5 (12:22):
I really think it would be good. We have the team.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
I'm tired.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
We have navigated this, uh, this landscape by knowing when
to say when and knowing when to give and knowing
when to ask.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (12:36):
We have done that.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
I know that all years, our mighty leader goes in
an industry thinking Friday.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
Yeah, I'm thinking like Friday, you know, and then we're
on the kay We deserve it. So yeah, we'll come
in on the Monday and Tuesday. We love to and
you know what I'd like to donate our money.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
Without gooses anyway anyway.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
So one of the things that I had that I
that I that I put aside, you know, the other
day when we were when we were talking, not today,
because today sucked of all get out anyway. I saw
an article talking about things that we deal with today
that aren't going to be here in ten years gone.
Yeah what you knew that I was gonna say that,
what oh Kelly, What I mean is like traditions and

(13:33):
things that.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
We we we we do that we've grown up with
that just aren't going to be here.

Speaker 4 (13:38):
And the one thing that came up, it was, uh,
one thing that came up that was interesting, And I
thought Christmas cards gone because the slow nobody's very few
people are doing them now.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Yes, right, but I am bombed and and you know
what I'm just telling you, I'm not bummed enough that
I like I could have taken over Yeah by Amy
is like I just did not see any photos of
us that that were like that was a fantastic photo
like last year's of the year before.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
And then I tried to be with the joke or.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
Hon yeah, should do your ankle, I'm and.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
At first she was kind of like and and it
just never happened, and I'm kind of bummed.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
Yeah, to be fair, like, these are things not that
I'm saying I want to be gone. I'm just saying
that they may be gone. And I would be not
being honest if I didn't say that radio could be
one of them.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
As we know it, right, there'll always be a place
to have a show and do that. But is it
gonna be radio? I don't know. I maybe I I
don't know. I'll tell you something else.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
That's uh, it's gotta go, uh trigg or treating.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
No, it could be gone. No, look at it, well
the numbers, look at how far the numbers are down.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
Only had five hundred people Like that's that's nothing compared
to what they normally get. I'm saying that it's going
to morph into something else like trunk or tree.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
See now like people people that you talk to, they
hate that. Like, No, I'm not saying I want to
bring it back to the houses.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I'll tell you something else. Newspapers not a chance.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
That's explain to me. Explain to me.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
But I'm not saying I want them to How they.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
Can still get a couple of thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
When you did an O bit. Oh yeah, right right,
that's why they get That's why they're still a lot.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Explain to me how something that is went from being
a paper to something that's like a flyer and you're
charging so much for no bit.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
You should have given that shit away for three hundred
dollars for an O bit.

Speaker 7 (15:36):
Guess what.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
You can't give away anything for free. I don't need newspapers.
I don't need one. No, I know that, but I'm not.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
We get this big antenna.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Craig, get the word out, Greg died. There you go.
They probably still get me for five hundred dollars.

Speaker 6 (15:49):
There.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
Class reunions because people just don't see look at you guys,
none of you never so we didn't do one. I
was the class president the senior year, and somehow you
get tagged with, well, you've got to organize them or ship.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
I said, well, the class president, so what you know?
Not signing up for the last president for life.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
That's what you sign up for the same things when
you when you know, get a dog, you don't Everybody's like, oh,
it's really cool in the first couple of years, and
then it goes downhill.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Yeah, that thing could live for eighteen years.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
When you're when you're putting those posters up at school
going vote for me, I'm voting for you that you're
going to bug the ship out of me for the
rest of my life telling me.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
This schools that I'm not going to.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
Yes, Scott, I put posters up my first year, not
the other four, not the three the other three want
to look at you.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
I want them all. Okay, you did nobody else ran?

Speaker 2 (16:40):
No?

Speaker 3 (16:40):
I know, yeah, probably brain I will tell you though,
we did. We did, uh.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
I think we did a fifteen and a twenty or
ten in the twenty and then we stopped. And this
year was the forty fifth I think, yeah, forty fifth, uh,
and we had one. We just we were some folks
that have the members of the legion. We got the
hall for free and we uh they had an open
bar and we just said come.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
And they did.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
Like I mean, like probably seventy people came out of
a class of one hundred and eighty Hey, and it
was great. There was no buffet, there was no we
ordered some pizzas, there was no nobody had to pay anything.
It was just a bunch of people hanging out talking
and it was great music played in the background.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
But I think people just don't want to go anymore.
They can't be bothered with it. Those are going to
be gone. What else is going to be gone? Do
you think in ten years? You know, I'll tell you what. George,
Dippin' dots. I hope Dippin' dots are gone, are going anywhere?
I scream.

Speaker 8 (17:37):
In the future, I think there's going to be less
processed food, do you Yeah, No, No, There's been a
farm to table thing, and there's some the word is
getting out about processed food. There's still going to be
processed food, but that's going to be less.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
When you're on a limited people that are on a
limited budget, then you cannot afford.

Speaker 9 (17:56):
You're right, But once they understand most of them, some
of them do already that, and maybe, you know, companies
will step up and make healthier options.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
I would like to.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
I hope that's true, Kelly, but I don't have the
faith in these companies.

Speaker 3 (18:09):
They just want the money.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
And Scott's right that the people eat that food because
it's the least expensive and that's what they can afford,
and wiping them out.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
I said, no, I know that I know that.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
I think that we should somehow you'll get these big
companies to make healthy food less expensive for people who
need it, or have a program where they can get
healthy foods, like the WIG program.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
Is the wik program you go in and you could
get if that's what it's called nowadays.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
Uh, you can go only get healthy foods, bread and milk,
fresh vegetables, meat, that's it. They shouldn't be able to
get freaking twinkies. They should be able to get any
of that stuff.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
I no, no, no.

Speaker 4 (18:42):
If if they're getting if it's coming from the government,
it should be for healthy food. That I mean, all
of the places that we do for the helping games,
they get they get healthy food.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I'm just simply saying, you know, and there's another one.
I'm and now I'm on a roll here. When are
we going to stop with the friggin gender reveals?

Speaker 5 (19:05):
You always need to ste that's an excuse for a party, man.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
No, But it's also I mean, when when how many
more presents can we can we get you? How many
you're getting married, you get like four or five parties,
then you get a kid, and then you get like
another thing.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
And I'm sorry, it's like the whole.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
Thing with weddings is crazy, out of control. So basically
we were last wedding, we went to my webfaze. We
have to our gift has to cover the meal.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
I'm like, what what do you mean?

Speaker 4 (19:31):
She's like, well, the meal is it's one hundred and
fifty dollars a plate. I'm like, it's chicken, golden chicken, whatever.
I mean, I don't get it. And okay, maybe call
me old whatever, But so that's three hundred dollars. So
you're like a third cousin, fourth cousin, and I have
to give you over three hundred dollars for a wedding
gift that doesn't Is that wrong? Am I the only

(19:51):
one you just think that's crazy?

Speaker 2 (19:54):
I'm so far knock on, I've done good. I have
bad mouth the wedding industry enough. Not invited, I have
not been invited.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
It's like, yeah, I don't mind getting gifts. I don't
mind that. I don't like being told what to give.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
Well, that's I.

Speaker 5 (20:08):
Mean that love me a registry. That's cool. You want
to register somewhere else. That way I can say something
that you want.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
I don't. I don't know what you and Valor into.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
But I want to get you something and if it's
something that you can that I know, Hey, we could
get him a snare drum.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Well is he going to use it?

Speaker 2 (20:22):
No? But if you go to the gift registry coming
to find out I'm not a copy maker.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
That they really love.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
What I am against is that you want a five
hundred dollars colander. I know, but you kissed my ass.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
Yes, Disney.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
Huh Disney did that.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
They made every girl feel like a princess and she's
going to get everything she wants.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
No, he here's a gift card to freaking Goodwill.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
Anything else that you think should go? Think about it.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
I know I sprung it on you without asking. I
should have asked ahead of time. Did you see the
Do you see the beauty pageant last week? The beauty
pageant where the misworld or whatever slipped that girl ate it.
Miss Jamaica was walking across the stage. I think she
was one of the finalists. She fell face first off
the stage on the cement, was badly injured, and to

(21:08):
take her out with an ambulance and she was it
was scary. I mean, the fall is brutal. Pageants are
going to be gone I don't get pageants. That's not that,
I just don't. I don't think they're going to exist.
I don't think we're going to be doing that. Women
in bathing suits telling you how to save the word.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
I just don't think.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
I know that doesn't world hit right.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
Chile also sings in a death metal band, and that's
what she did for a talent for a talent, and
they didn't how to handle it first because everybody's like,
I want to raise puppies, I'm gonna do this, and she.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
Went up there and.

Speaker 4 (21:42):
I'm not knocking the women that do it, I'm knocking
the It just doesn't well in today's Yeah, it doesn't.
You know, Oh, it's a scholarship program?

Speaker 3 (21:49):
Is it the why they're wearing swimsuits? You know kind
of thing? We want to see?

Speaker 1 (21:53):
The GPA.

Speaker 5 (21:55):
She's it's got an answer for everything?

Speaker 3 (21:58):
What else, Kelly? What do you think ten years is
not going to exist?

Speaker 7 (22:01):
Worried about movies? Movie theaters? Hopefully they do.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
You say that, but when was the last time I know,
I think you're right?

Speaker 7 (22:08):
Did Chloe and I went together in March or April?

Speaker 3 (22:12):
You never go to the movies, right, Like, I've never heard.
I've never heard you say we went to the movie theater.

Speaker 6 (22:18):
Cas and I go every few months. Oh, I know
that like a movie we want to see, guys, we're
going to watch it.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
That's the problem because the movies are making aren't for
I think your age group, of my age group.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
I don't think I can pay twenty four to ninety
five and watch it.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
In my own living room, right would pause?

Speaker 1 (22:32):
It still night dinner.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
I like it. It's still a date night out.

Speaker 7 (22:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
I like the experience. I like the big screen.

Speaker 7 (22:41):
I like that.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
Well, I think there's some.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
Things that you cannot, you know, see on the small screen,
and all that was enjoyed.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
They were meant for the big screen. Yes, I agree
with that.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
When I was in high school over in the Kitty
you know the Kittery malls have the outlet malls, there
was a little theater there, the big screen theater, and
they played porn movie.

Speaker 5 (23:02):
I was gonna say, is that the dirty One?

Speaker 3 (23:04):
Oh my Jesus, Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
When you're sitting in a theater and like there's me
and six of my buddies, like, aha, we're snooky, and
blah blah blah blah, weah, it was high school boys,
you know what I mean, high school guys, like they're
never gonna.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Let us in.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
Of course they let us in. You know.

Speaker 5 (23:16):
There was a launch of money.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
There was like eight people, including my postman. I saw
in there, the guy who delivered the mail of my house.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
Your religious guy, big religious guy.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
I looked at him. I'm like, dude, that's mister s
And I was like, WHOA. So I was all nervous
and I'm sitting there. You don't know what to expect.
I never band on one of those, and then all
of a sudden, the screen fills with a giant piece.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
I was terrified.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
It was terrified.

Speaker 5 (23:38):
It was a.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
Scary movie for me.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
But it was like the thought that he was he
wants to know the name of the movie that people went.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
And sat in the theater and watched those in the theater.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
It was like, I can't imagine going to a movie
theater and watching an adult movie. No, yeah, okay, I
can maybe understand a drive in, because what are people
are gonna do, right at least there in the company.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Of their own cars.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Yeah, somebody has to go into that theater after Oh
got a PG movie?

Speaker 4 (24:04):
It?

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah, that's imagine that.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
And by the way, hair was in everything was lots
of hair. It was like, I'll never forget it. And
one of the guys I was trying to forget it,
one of the guys that's on my left, who's kind
of wasn't really in the tight neck group of us,
but it was kind of a friend who just wanted
was curious. Heaves to me, it's a sex scene, and
it's it's up close, it's it's what's the word you use, biological?

Speaker 3 (24:27):
Okay, And he goes, dude, that's not really real, is it.
What do you think that is?

Speaker 4 (24:33):
I can't even fathom that that even existed, you know,
And someday somebody's going to look at things that we
do now twenty five years from now they actually did that,
you know what I mean? Every phone call is going
to be video. Every phone call is going to be video.

Speaker 9 (24:46):
No, because I still think a lot of people don't
want to do the video thing on a phone call.

Speaker 7 (24:50):
I have no inclination to do it.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
I think your old time phones.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
When I say old time phones, it'sline is gonna be a.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
Are you not going to have a handheld? Are you
not going to have a handheld unit.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
I don't have a handheld at home now.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
No, no, no, I mean like the phone, your mobile phone,
your cell phone. Is it going to be something you
hooked your ear. There's gonna be something on your little peal,
maybe you put in your pocket. I'm telling you, man,
that's where we're going.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah, you know, but I think that's going to be
a service after a while. But that's just not going
to be offered.

Speaker 4 (25:18):
Uh yeah, I just thought it was. I thought I
thought it was interesting. Things that aren't going to be
around in ten years, you know.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
And I do get amazed sometimes, you know, you drive
by and that used to be a church and now
it's there selling weed.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
Churches, I believe our a thing.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
They're not going to totally go away, but you're going
to you know, you might have to travel to go
to a church well, because your local one couldn't afford
to stay in business.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
The church Val and I were married and was a
really beautiful old church.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
You went, right, did you go? No? You didn't? Did
you go?

Speaker 4 (25:51):
I think it's just church right, not to my No,
to my wedding. Did I invite you to my wedding?

Speaker 7 (25:56):
No, you've got I think you'ret married.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
Before you Yeah, and and it was ornate. It was beautiful,
old fashioned church and uh, they just let it rot
and then it was too far gone and they tore
down and now it's a cell phone store. And you know,
it was beautiful, but people stopped going to church and
so they condensed and consolidated.

Speaker 1 (26:16):
And so that's what I think you're doing.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
It's like you're you're no longer going to have four
or five in a town. You're gonna have one or two.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
And that's even the same group as the people you
go with.

Speaker 4 (26:24):
Yeah, youda Ireland is one around every block. Canada too,
because church is everywhere, you know.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
But anyway, all right, well, just I just do that
out there.

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Think if you have a suggestion, like, what do you
think is not going to be here in ten years
besides me? Right, and besides the radio show, I mean
other subjects please.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
And I think firs, huh firs.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Maybe I didn't say I wanted it too. I know
I didn't say because I enjoy a good fair food.

Speaker 9 (26:49):
But there's still farmers and people doing that stuff that
you know, they want they want to go to the
fair and have those competitions and stuff. So I think
the carn East and that'll still be.

Speaker 7 (26:59):
Going, I hope, So, I hope.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
So yeah, all right, well anyway, yeah, let me know
if you if you think of something that we did.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
I was just kicking that around. I was thinking about it.
That's the stuff I think about sometimes when I drive around.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
Hand jobs, hand drops, handies are out. No, no, no hickeys.
If you're an adult and you're giving hickeys, check yourself the.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Hell are you doing? Seriously?

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Huh you're giving a hickey.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
No, you don't give hickeys only ship fifteen. Don't tell
me you give hickeys, and don't I don't.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
Don't.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
Don't amy be like I work in the real world.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
Thank you very much, Thank you very much.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
All right, that that's a little bit your failings exact exactly.
Oh guy came to work with us once. He had
like twelve hickeys on his neck, and no, you knew.

Speaker 5 (27:51):
I thought he was just celebrating over there.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
He plays the guitar. He was a me man.

Speaker 4 (27:56):
All right, Well, enjoy enjoy your day. Yeah, thank you
very much. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Speaker 6 (28:04):
All right.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
Well, we will see you all the Thanks
