Katrina discusses her mother's childhood instability, abandonment, insecurity issues, as well as the abuse she inflicted on her. Katrina recounts her own traumatic experiences, including physical and emotional abuse, and her struggle with low self-esteem and codependency. Katrina also discusses her healing journey, which involved inner child work, understanding her trauma's impact, and developing self-worth and resilience.
It's a story of physical abuse, control, rage, enabling, codependency, the healing process, self worth, emotional abuse, appearances, love addiction, hypervigilance, complex PTSD, survival mechanisms, family dynamics, and Intergenerational trauma.
