It's a story of intergenerational trauma, coercive control, physical abuse, suicidal ideation, sexual abuse, sexual coercion, guilt, custody, suppressing needs, survival, hope, setting boundaries, self-care ,toxic patterns, post-separation abuse, divorce, and breaking free.
