Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tonight was WWE's third straight night at the Yingling Center
in Tampa. They had Saturday Night's main event, they had
NXT Battleground, and tonight it was Monday Night roy. It
was actually supposed to be four shows in a row,
but NXT didn't sell very well tomorrow, so they moved
that show over to the Performance Center. So tonight was
the end of their little mini residency, and we had

(00:23):
our first look at the new trio of Seth Rollins,
Bronson Red and bron Breaker, the new Paul Hayman guy.
They were out there tonight for the first time as
a unit since Bronson Reid made his return on Saturday.
At Saturday Night's main event. We did not hear from
Bronson Reid, but we did hear from Paul Hayman. We
heard from Seth Rollins trying to give something of an

(00:45):
explanation as to why these two men who were at
each other's throats last year are now on the same side.
In addition to that, Seth Rollins had a money in
the bank qualifying match at the end of the show
against Sammy z Ain and Finn Balor. Or. Of course,
let's be honest, Pinn Balor or Oh Boy Pinin Balor
made a very special appearance here at the end of

(01:06):
the show tonight and see I'm Punk made another surprise
appearance at the very end of the show for the
second straight week. Only this week, unlike last week, he
proved what a shitty friend he really is, and I'll
explain why that is. It was kind of nonsensical actually,
if you think about it, when Punk showed up at
the end of the show. He didn't stop Seth Rollins

(01:27):
from qualifying Money in the Bank. He could have, but
he didn't. Rollins was not the only man to qualify
for Money in the Bank. Penta is in the Money
in the Bank ladder match. So it looks like they're
gonna be using him on that show and not the
World's Collide Show. The same World's Collide Show. I will
point out to you where they are advertising a match

(01:48):
between Chad Gable and elihod Del Vikingo for the Triple
A Mega Championship. It was right there in the graphic.
The only problem with that is that the KINGO is
not the Triple A Mega Champion. He has a Mega
Championship match against Alberto Dell Dipshit coming up this weekend

(02:09):
this coming Saturday, So they basically spoiled their own title
change before it even happens. Oops. I think we all
could have predicted that Alberto was not going to be
long for this world as the Triple A Mega Champion.
But I love how they just gave it away. They
just threw it on out there tonight. Oops. Penta, though,

(02:35):
was in this Money in the Bank qualifying match with
Chad Gable and with Dragon Lee, and they tore down
the house. This was honestly the best ten minute television
match that you will ever see. These three went out
there with a sense of purpose, with a sense of urgency,
like these men wanted to qualify for Money in the

(02:57):
Bank of the worst way, and they laid it all
on the line and they had a kick ass match
they had. It was easily the best thing on the
entire show with those three guys. Penta now officially in
Money in the Bank, Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkeria. Their
rematch is official now for Money in the Bank for
the Intercontinental Championship, with some strings attached. There are some stipulations,

(03:19):
nothing major, but they added a couple of stipulations. We'll
talk about what those are liv Morgan is back from
filming in Tokyo, and there is drama. I mean, there's
always drama in the Judgment Day, but there's even more drama.
Drama with the women, including Roxane Perez, who isn't technically
a member of the Judgment Day, but she kind of is.

(03:41):
She's she's hanging around the Judgment Day. So there was
some drama with the ladies tonight. You know how I
would describe this show If if Raw was a song,
then tonight it was a one hit wonder. I did
not like this show. I did not like this show
on the whole. I love that triple threat. Actually, both
money the Bank qualifiers were good. The main event was

(04:02):
not nearly as good as the match earlier in the show.
That first triple threat match kicked all kinds of ass,
but I just didn't think this was a very good show.
Outside of that, I love that match, but that wasn't
enough for me to give the show a thumbs up overall.
I'm sorry. A lot of very rocky, especially promo wise
rocky stuff on this show. We'll get into the entire thing.

(04:25):
This is your Memorial Day Raw review. It is Monday,
May twenty six, twenty twenty five. I am the solo Monster.
Thank you guys for hanging out with me live yet
again for the second night in a row. Let's talk
about this raw show here. Didn't have quite as much
fun with it, but it had its moments. I will
say this better than Saturday Night's main event. That's questionable.

(04:47):
But one thing I will tell you that triple threat
match that I'm going to be talking about here in
a little bit, that was better than anything on Saturday
Night's main event this weekend easily, easily, not even close.
We'll get there though, And that Bronson Reid I mentioned
that he made his return on Saturday, came out of
the crowd, helped Rollins and bron Breaker get a win

(05:07):
over Sammy's Ad and Cmpunk. So now Read is back
and they come out here Seth. Rollins makes his entrance.
He's got bron Breaker with him, He's got Bronson Reed,
He's got Paul Hayman, who introduced himself and then he
introduced bron Breaker. First, he introduced Breaker as the attack
dog for the group and then a member also have

(05:30):
a bloodline of badasses, he called him. He played up
Breaker as a main eventor for wrestle Media forty five,
forty six, forty seven, forty eight, and so on. I
hope not all right, wrestle Media forty five forty seven.
We really need him to be a main eventor for
forty five, forty six, forty seven, forty eight, forty nine.
Let's change it up a little bit. Let's change it up.

(05:52):
But yes, bron Breaker is a future WrestleMania Maine inventor.
People were saying this about bron Breaker fucking four years ago.
The fact that Paul Hayman is going out there and
saying that and articulating that on television only drives home
the point of how they see big things in this
man's future. So a CM Punk champ broke out. Hayman

(06:14):
asked Rollins if he thinks the fans realized that Punk
isn't here tonight. He lied to us, He lied to
us again. Hayman said that's because of Bronson Reid, and
he recalled read putting a beating on Rollins once before
that was worse than Roman Reigns ever did, and that
Punk ever did. Haymen talked about Rollins making a sacrifice

(06:39):
for the future of the industry. He praised Seth and
then told fans to acknowledge him. Rollins pointed to his
crew and called it the vision, his vision, the way forward.
He spoke about total domination through complete power. The fans
started channing you sold out at Rollins, and he said,

(06:59):
I sold out to who myself? Are you out of
your mind? He said, you know, chanting sold out at
the man who sold out and sold his soul to
the authority eleven years ago is just funny to me.
Eleven years ago. Yes, Seth Rolin sold out. He sold

(07:20):
his brothers down the river. He broke up the shield.
He wanted power, he wanted gold, he wanted money, and
so he aligned with Triple H and the authority. The
man sold out. He's got a valid question here. How
did he sell out? How did he sell out? Remember
he had a favor to cash in from Paul Hayman.
Now you owe me a favor. All Hayman did was

(07:42):
pay him back a favor. I don't see how the
man sold out. So Rollin said, he told the fans
what he would do at WrestleMania, and he did it.
Started chanting fuck you at him, which they censored, and
he took issue with the fans questioning his integrity. He
pointed out that everybody in the building was singing his
song five minutes earlier. You know that that is actually

(08:04):
a very good point. These guys are coming out here
and they're supposed to be the top heel faction on
this show, but they want to sing his song. He's
got it. He's got a baby face song, right because
for years he's been coming out in the goofy outfits
to this music and people like to sing it. They
really should change it. I mean, if we're being honest here,

(08:25):
the music really should change, but they're not going to
because they like, you know, how interactive it is and
people singing it. But there's a disconnect there where they'll
chant you sold out, and they'll boo and they'll chant
fuck you. But they sing the man's song when he
comes out to the ring. So he could use a
new one. But you know, with deaf Rebel, I mean,
I guess this one's a deaf Rebel theme. But with

(08:45):
deaf Rebel, you never know what you're gonna get. It's
a little iffy there. You're taking a risk. So anyway,
he called them hypocrites. Hayman played the Maestro while they
chanted his theme song again proving his point. Called the
fans morons and said they don't know they're right from
their left. While that is undoubtedly true, Rolin said he's

(09:08):
the only person capable of leading the company into the
future and wielding this type of power. He said that
power comes through championships, and he said that he would
be the World Heavyweight Champion if it were for CM
Punk and for Sammy's aim. Rollin said Punk found out
on Saturday what happens when he is underestimated, just as
Sammy would. Later in the show, Rollin said he found

(09:30):
an object that allows him to control the fate of
those championships, and the cameras pulled back to show the
money in the bank briefcases hanging above the ring. Rollin
said he would win money in the bank and cash
in that contract. He said he would do it when
he wants to, on whomever he wants, and he said
there is no one who can stop him. Oh, I
could think of one person tonight who had the power,

(09:53):
who had the ability to stop this man from even
qualifying for money in the bank, and he opted not to.
He opted to wait until after the match was over.
Kind of goofy, don't you think Hayman in this prombo
was waiting to see what they would say with respect
to Bronton rejoining the group, and they really didn't spend

(10:15):
a lot of time on it. They did briefly address it,
you know, Hayman said Rollins made a sacrifice for the
future of this industry. So it was a very basic
explanation about the two of them now working together. I mean,
at least they addressed it. There could have been more
meat on the bone we could have heard from Bronton Reid.
He said nothing. He and bron Breaker, they just stood
there in the background. Otherwise, a very basic promo segment.

(10:38):
But I thought they looked great together in the ring,
you know, as a new trio, and you know, Read
and Breaker. They were out there addressed identical, like they
look like secret service agents. They were out there in
their shades and their suits. Honestly, if you remember, you
I mentioned Rollin's selling out eleven years ago when he
joined the Authority, you remember he had J and J Security,

(10:58):
Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble who would also be out
there in their suits every single week. This is basically
like a bulked up version. They look like a bulked
up version of Jay and J's Security. So I think
they would be well suited to kind of differentiate themselves
in some way, distinguish themselves from one another. But otherwise,

(11:20):
I really like Read being added to this group. I'm
glad he's back. I really wasn't expecting him back this soon.
He's another big name they can add to the mix now.
It's been gone for a while, and he's back in
a prime spot. You know, when you leave, you get hurt.
You're gone for so long you don't know when you
come back. You know, is that spot's still going to
be there now? You're going to be in a better

(11:43):
position than you were before you left. Are you're going
to be in the same position, in a worse position.
He's in a good spot right now. So I like
the makeup of the group, and I honestly don't even
think they need to add anybody else right now. Six
months from now, maybe they add another person. I just
don't think it's necessary. You know, three is enough right now.

(12:04):
So I like the group. Now we'll see, you know,
as far as Reid, who they program him with, is
he just going to be a background player? For now.
Is he going to do tag team matches with Braun
That we don't know, But and we still don't have
a name for the group. They haven't really come up
with a name for this faction yet. Maybe we can
come up with a name for them. Float the best

(12:26):
names in the chat. We'll see if somebody can come
up with a good name for this group. Then we
had the match of the night, the highlight of the
entire show, My favorite part of the show. Our first
of two Money in the Bank Triple Threat qualifying matches,
this one including Penta, Dragonly and Chad Gable. And I

(12:50):
was not expecting this match to go as hard as
it did, but holy shit, it was great for the
time that it lasted. They showed Vikingo in the crowd,
and they plugged his match with Gable at Worlds Collide
on June seventh, which again is being billed, according to
their own graphic, as a Triple A Mega Championship match,

(13:13):
which spoils the fact that Vikingo was likely winning the
Triple A Mega Championship from Alberto El Patron this weekend.
So this started with Penta and Dragonly uniting to take
out Gable right at the very beginning of the match.
Their alliance was brief, so there was a very scary
spot early on. Very speaking of scary, the Memorial Day fireworks,

(13:42):
I don't know if you can hear that are going
off behind. It's like the fourth of July outside. Scared
me a little bit. It's like World War three outside.
There was a very scary spot early in this match
where he powered up dragon Ly onto his back and

(14:02):
like a backpack position, and he also went to go
lift up Gable for a double underhook at the same
time that he had dragon Lee on his back. Now
it looked cool, but I'm also looking at this and wondering, like,
what is what is the end result of this? What's
he going for here? How is this going to end?
And I'm fearing for this man's life because he's got Gable,

(14:25):
you know, upside down again. I don't know what the
goal of this was supposed to be, but it almost
resulted in tragedy because when Penta dropped him, he dropped
Gable straight down on his face and at an angle
where it just looked like, you know, he was kind
of like folded a little bit like it was. It
was gnarly looking and the referee immediately because Gable, you know,

(14:46):
grabbed his face. The referee immediately slid over to check
on him make sure he was still alive. Apparently he
was fine. Gable rolled outside along with Dragon Lee. Penta
then took both of them out with a flip dive,
heading into the commercial break. That would not be the
end of Chad Gable's very bad night here. Very good match,

(15:08):
but very bad night for Chad Gable. My celebrating with
the real American beer. No celebrate and real American beer
are not words that should be going together. And I
say that as somebody who has drank real American beer.

(15:30):
What I have in this mug far better than real
American beer. So then there was another wild spot where
Gable dump Penta on the announced desk outside and he
went over and he was bickering with Vikingo in the
front row. And so now with Gable and Penta outside,

(15:50):
Gable goes back over to Penta. Right he's on the
announced desk and Dragon Lee. We can't see Dragon Lee.
We don't even know where Dragonly is, so the camera
doesn't catch him as he's about to vault himself out
of the ring and Dragon Lye comes flying out of
the ring. And when I say that he flew out
of the ring, he flew through the ropes. Out of

(16:14):
the ring. He went for a dive. This man fucking
flew and Gable he was able to move at the
very last second, and dragonly he collided with Penta. He
wiped him out. Both men actually got wiped out at
warp speed over the announced desk. You're gonna see this
floating around on social media. The clip of this, I mean,

(16:35):
this looked just wild as all hell, and I mean
the dude looked like he was shot out of a cannon.
So they were wiped out. Referee went to go check
on them. Gable went over and gave the Kingo a
cheap shot. He would pay for that later. Back in
the ring, all three men traded some moves, which included
dragon Lee hitting a poison rana on Penta. Gable hit

(16:58):
both men with a double German and supplex. I think
Gable is just you know, he's not the biggest guy
in the world, but he is deceptively strong. So he
took both of them down. Then he went up and
hit Penta with a moon salt only for a two
count Gable gave dragon Ly an overhead suplex into the
turn buckles. As Lee came charging in, he launched him

(17:19):
into orbit and he collided with the turn buckles, and
then he set up for another moon salt when Viking
go now again. It's a triple threat match, so anybody
can get involved here. There's no diequalification. He took a
cheap shot of Viking Goo earlier. The King Goo's not
going to take that lying down. He hops the barricade.
He gets up on the apron and VIKINGO gives him

(17:40):
a kick to the really a kick to the face.
He kicked this man in the fucking face, and you
could hear it. Now. Gable falls backwards. He's upside down.
He's trapped at a tree of wool, and he's touching
his nose. He's feeling around, and I'm looking to see, like,
did he really you know, potato him with that, and

(18:00):
I don't really I don't see anything at first, but Gable's,
you know, feeling around to make sure that his nose
isn't broken. Is he bleeding? I don't see any blood
at first, Then you see the blood. Dragon Lee comes
off the top. He gives a double foot stomp. Penta
then delivers a Mexican destroyer to Dragon Lee that takes
him out of the picture, and he follows that with
a Penta driver to now a very clearly bloodied Chad Gable. Yes,

(18:26):
Daddy Ugarte says the old King Querno dive that Santos
Escobar used to do and lucha underground dude, somehow this
was even faster. He was going even faster than King
Querno used to. But yeah, Gable, obviously that was a
hard way, some hard way blood that he had on
his forehead. He was the victim of the Penta driver

(18:49):
and Gable got the wind to qualify for Money in
the Bank. This was one of the best ten minute
television matches that you will ever see. You know, people
talk about the match from The King of the Race
in ninety four with the one two three Kid and
Owen Hart and legit, it was maybe a three and
a half minute match, one of the best three and
a half minute matches you'll ever see. This was one

(19:10):
of the best ten minute matches that you will ever see,
and honestly the best of the Money in the Bank
qualifiers so far, male or female. This felt like it
wasn't just that it was a fun match and it
was fast paced and all action, but because of it,
like what these guys were going out there and doing.

(19:30):
It just felt like there was a sense of urgency
that we haven't seen in any of the other Money
in the Bank matches, and it felt like these guys
were desperate and determined to go out there because they
realized that this could be a life changing moment for them. Right,
money in the bank should be a big deal. You
want to qualify because if you qualify and you go
on to win the briefcase, you're almost guaranteed to become

(19:51):
a world champion. So it felt like they realized the
significance and the importance of this match, of what was
on the line, and they were laying it all out there,
and then the match itself, of course, it was just
a ball of fun. This was great Again. It stuck
for Gable because he almost died on that first move
and then he got kicked in the face and he

(20:12):
was bloodied up, so he did not come out of
this match unscathed, and he did the job. To top
it all off, he got fucking pinned at the end
of it. But man, this was better than anything I
saw on that Saturday night's main event show. And so
the update of money in the bank field on the
men's side. Now, as of this moment, La Knight, Solo,

(20:33):
Socoa and Penta with three spots left to fill, one
of which would be filled by the end of this
show tonight. This was great. It was all downhill from here.
Backstage in the Judgment Day clubhouse, Rox san Perez showed
up with a tray of chicken nuggets for Dominic mysterio.
I wish I had a Rox Sane Perez showing up

(20:55):
with a plate of chicken nuggets at work while I'm
while I'm here, that would be nice. But she shows
up with a tray full of chicken nuggets for Dom
and she said, oh, you know your shoulder. He had
his Intercontinental title over his shoulder. She goes, well, you know,
your shoulder looks a little tight. She starts to massage

(21:16):
Dom's arm, and Live Morgan just so happens to return.
We haven't seen Live Morgan in about three or four weeks,
and at this exact moment Live Morgan returns, she sees
what's going on here. She does not look very happy
at all. She's very, very displeased, clearly with what she

(21:39):
is seeing. And Roxanne tried to introduce herself live didn't
want to have any of it. Balor in the background
had a big smile on his face. He was enjoying
the drama. That was like me when I'd be flipping
around back in the day and I would come across
not even Jerry Springer, I'd come across his old sidekick there,
security guy. What was the guy's name is Steve Wilcos.

(22:01):
You come across one of these trashy ass shows, right
and you just you can't help but like, just stay
on it for a little bit, see what's going on here,
and this is all this drama and you got I
got like a big smile on my face, Like these
fucking people can't be real, and to be honest with you,
in most cases they weren't. They're paid actors. But you

(22:21):
still watch it's still you know, you just you can't
help it. Turn away. It's like, you know, an accident
on the highway or something. Baler's in the background, he's giggling,
he's smiling, he's enjoying this. Some people just like to
watch the world burn. That's Finn Balor, so he's having
a good time now. Liv said, you know, Raquel kept

(22:42):
me up to speed on what's been going on around here,
and she said that she found some things to be
very interesting and she would be addressing those things after
she goes and talks to Adam Pierce about getting herself
a money in the bank qualifying match. So Morgan and
Rodriguez they left the room, said it was great that
Live was back, and Balor just looked like a little kid.

(23:04):
He looked old, giddy. He's like, yep, sure is. So
then we had Russev against a Kira Tozawa. Rusev won
in less than a minute via submission with the accolade.
That was it. I mean, they spent some time, you know,
promoting this match, like two weeks and making you think
like it would be a little more competitive than it was.

(23:27):
In reality, this was exactly what it needed to be.
Rusev should not be struggling against the Kira Tozawa. But
I don't know the way they've been promoting it now.
I just thought maybe it would go a few minutes
and they're like, nope, he's going to murder this man.
He's going to submit him, and that's going to be
the end of it. And that's exactly what happened here. Now,
he would not let go of the hold after the

(23:48):
bell rang, and so Seamus came out. And this is
your occasional reminder that Seamus's music sucks and he needs
to go back to his old music. I'm not even
talking his old old music. I'm not talking about you know,
lobster head. I'm talking about even hell fire like. He

(24:11):
needs to go back to his old music yesterday and
get rid of whatever this generic garbage is. I wonder
how many people I mean, it's got that irish kind
of I don't know theme to it, like I knew,
but I do wonder, like how many people in the
crowd knew, like when that music first hit who the
music was for? I wonder you have to imagine that

(24:34):
there's a number of people who were like, wait, what,
Like their brain is trying to process like who is this?
And then he comes to Oh, it's Shamus, get rid
of it. Seamus and Russev. They faced off until Russev
left the ring. I'm all for a Seamus and Roussev program.
Signed me up for that shit. I think that's great.

(24:56):
I'm looking forward to the match or matches between these two.
I think that's going to be a lot of fun.
On commentary Pat McAfee, he referenced Jim Ross by saying
that a potential match between these two would be a
slobber knocker, so he shouted out Jr. Without actually mentioning Jr.
And unless I missed it, I didn't hear Michael Cole

(25:20):
mention Jim Ross at all tonight, and I mean in
light of the announcement last week that he made on
social media and then of course a double or nothing
last night. They had an on camera for the announcers
at one point and they made mention of Jim Ross
and his cancer struggle. He's about to have surgery I
think tomorrow actually for colon cancer, and they had some

(25:41):
very nice things to say about him. On commentary, Tony Shavani,
I mean, who first worked with Jim Ross, what thirty
five forty years ago? Now he had some very nice
things to say about him. And I know Jim Ross
is an aw employee right now, but for Fox's sake,
like this guy was the voice of this company for decades.

(26:03):
You know, he's he's the greatest to ever do it.
I don't care how many more years he spends with AW.
His voice will always be synonymous with WWE, you know,
nwcw NWA, but primarily with WWE. His voice is attached
to some of the most iconic matches in moments in

(26:24):
the history of this company, an entire era that people
still romanticize to this day, the Attitude era. Right, he
was the voice of that era. It was surprising, you
know that they wouldn't, you know, say something a little bit,
a little bit more about JR. On TV, But that's
the choice they've made. Pat McAfee at least had a

(26:46):
little slobbery knocker mentioned, so I guess that's there. That's
their nod to him. But yes, best wish is to
Jim Ross. I believe he is going in for surgery
tomorrow and hopefully everything will turn out okay. It's a
very scary situation. But again, the voice of this company
for a very very long time, and long after he's
gone and We're gone, his voice will still be attached

(27:10):
to all of those moments. A lot of those calls
will continue to be you know, memed for years to come.
He's the goat, He's the goat for a reason. Backstage,
Kathy Kelly talked with comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura
to plug their Netflix special, and Kathy Kelly noted that

(27:33):
Segura had been critical of WWE in the past, and
Segura said He's done a lot of stupid things in
his life. He said that they had Cody Rhoades on
their podcast, and Kreischer told him how much fun that
he had. I'm sorry, I have to say this. I
love I love how they framed this as he's been

(27:58):
critical of WWE in the past. Like, no, I've been
critical of WWE in the past. There's a difference. There's
a difference between people who have been critical of WWE
in the past and in this case, a guy like
Sigura who wants for those of you who don't know,

(28:20):
he once said wrestling is quote for fucking and then
went on a whole rant about wrestling fans and other
stuff that I won't repeat. But he's got a Netflix
special to promote now, so of course, you know, we
have to we have to make nice. We have to
make nice with the wrestling audience. Now, come on here
and plug my special. Kreischer got distracted by something off

(28:44):
camera because he was excited. It turns out to see
the war Raiders nearby, so he removed his shirts. He
posed with them. They chopped him. His chest was very
red whatever. Samy Zain met with Jay Uso in the back.
Zay was tired of hearing all the talk from Rollins
and his crew and said he regretted not going out

(29:05):
there in the opening segment to confront them, and Jay
told him that would have been a very bad idea,
and he advised him go out there, win the money
in the bank briefcase, and if there was any trouble tonight,
I got your back. Yeah, I know Quizzical says wrestling
fans have issues, but yes, they do have issues. But

(29:25):
it's very different when you, you know, you go out
and you say something like that and talk about how
you know, wrestling fans don't like it when people use
the word fake, which of course it's very misleading because
it's it's not that people. It's not like wrestling fans
are upset in most cases anyway, It's not like wrestling
fans are upset because they think wrestling is real. Although

(29:47):
I don't doubt there may still be some people in
this world who do believe that it's real, who are
above the age of eight. But you know, there's a
real and there's a lot of wrestlers who don't like
it when people use the word fake for all the
obvious reasons, because there's a lot about wrestling and what
they do and the injuries and the bumps and the
bruises that is very much real. So that's a very

(30:08):
it's a very divisive, very polarizing term for that reason.
I think that's what his his whole diatribe years ago
is in reference to. But you know, talking about wrestling
fans and how fucking you know, slow and stupid they are,
and on and on and on, and then to just
see him on raw shilling his special, well, you know, hey,

(30:29):
you know everybody makes mistakes. Watch my show. Yeah, fuck him. Anyway,
we had the New Day defending the World tag team
titles against the war Raiders and the Creed Brothers. Boy,
this company sure does love its three ways. Ivar hit
Xavier Woods with a splash Kofi Kingston though, and the

(30:50):
Creeds immediately broke up the pen attempt that followed a
little while later, Brutus hit Eric with a springboard, Brutus
bomb Kingston went for a suicide dive, though, caught him
and slammed him into the led board on the side
of the ring. Ivar followed up with a crossbody block
to Kofi against the led board and Ivar went up
top Brutus though hit him with a running knee strike,

(31:13):
and Xavier Woods rolled up Brutus and then pinned him.
So basically, the New Day used the Creeds. Who couldn't
have who possibly could have seen this coming except everybody
except the Creeds. I didn't like this match. They worked hard.
I mean, it's not a knock on their hustle here,

(31:33):
but they did very little. They being the company, did
very little to make this match even feel important coming
into this. And yeah, I said it last week. I
say it on most weeks. And you compare, it's hard
not to compare one brand to the other. And I'm
sure there's also some competition internally between the two brands,
friendly competition. It's hard not to notice how night and

(31:56):
day it is right now when it comes to the
tag team divisions in this company on Monday and Friday,
and you look at the match, for example, that the
Street Profits had last week, against Phraxium, you know, up
until the finish where the Wyatt six basically blew the
whole thing up. But you look at a match like that,
You look at a match like this and again night
and day, night and day. So this match didn't do

(32:19):
anything for me. I don't know where this goes now
as far as who the New Day get next? How
many more times are they going to run this back
with the war Raiders. Let's say they move on beyond
the war Raiders. Let's say they move on beyond the Creeds, right,
because they just beat them both. Realistically, like, if we
game this out, who's next? Are bron Breaker and Bronson

(32:41):
Reid going to be a team because that would be
heel against heel. But I don't even know if they
want them to be a team. Like, honestly, what team
is on the horizon for New Day to feud with?
That would be like an obvious next program or next
challenge for them, or even potentially a team that you
could see beating them, you know, to win the tag
team titles. I don't know who. That is another reason

(33:03):
why the transfer window should be instituted soon. Instead of
a proper draft, just do a little transfer window action
and move some people, move some teams around, you know,
try to get some new blood here into the division
on this show, because this show could use it. That's
for damn sure. We go backstage live Morgan in Raquel Rodriguez.

(33:26):
They ran into the Women's World Champion Eo Sky, who
is having a conversation in the back with Kyrie Sain
and oh the Luchre Bros. People saying the Lucha Bros. Yeah,
I mean, look, we're going to get the Lucha Bros
at some point. I don't know that they want to
put them together just yet. You know, Penta and Phoenix,

(33:47):
they're still doing their own thing. Pent is going to
be in money in the bank. Phoenix is going to
be at World's Collide. Probably he's not in money in
the bank. I don't get the sense that they're going
to reunite the Lucha Brothers anytime soon. At some point, sure,
and that would be I mean, for sure that would
be a match to do. But forget the Lucha Bros
for a second, Like, honestly, who else? Who else is there?

(34:10):
Even like an NXT right now? Is there an obvious team?
I know Hank and Tank are the tag team champions
down there, they have the culling. I mean, they basically
broke up the family right with the stacks and tone,
like who else is there? I don't know. I really
don't know. But anyway, so we're in the back here
and Live Morgan is mocking Kyrie saying for failing to

(34:34):
qualify for Money in the Bank, and eotels Live to
keep walking, and Morgan says, oh, I will. I'm gonna
keep walking right into Adam Pierce's office to get myself
a qualifying match for Money in the Bank. Kyrie then
challenges Live to a singles match for later in the show.
So I don't know what that means for Live's qualifier
because she did not have a money in the Bank

(34:55):
qualifier on the show. I know that they have I
believe two spots left open in the women's Money in
the Bank match, one of which will be filled on Friday,
because they're going to be having a qualifier with Naya Jacks,
Naomi and Jade car Gill, so I think there would
be one spot left open. I would assume that maybe

(35:15):
that women's match will be on Raw next week and
it wouldn't be a SmackDown match, So they didn't announce
anything though, so we'll have to wait and see if
Live Morgan ends up in another three way match next week.
After this, we had still the World Heavyweight Champion coming
out of Saturday night's main event, Jay Usso. On his

(35:37):
way to the ring, he enters through the crowd. His
promo though quickly interrupted by Gunther, who is now the
number one contender. Officially, he is the next contender. He
is the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship,
and he congratulates Jay on his fifteen year anniversary in WWE.
He congratulates him on winning in his first title defense

(36:00):
coming out of WrestleMania, beating Logan Paul this weekend. He
said Jay has already held the title longer than he expected,
and he could see that Jay wanted to be the
captain of the ship because there's a lot going on.
You know, when Jay's friends needed him, he was there,
no questions asked. Those were great qualities for a human being,

(36:20):
but they're terrible qualities for a champion. He said, he
was champion for almost a year because the only person
he cared about was himself. He didn't think Jay had
the intellect to understand how to carry himself as a
great champion. When they wrestle in two weeks, Gunther would
make things right. He would relieve Jay of his position,

(36:41):
choke him out, and put the title back around his
waist so that it was Jay's turn. And the fans
were yeating after every word, and so he waved them
off basically said celeencia and they stopped. Yea, they actually

(37:01):
respected his wishes, and he said he went to go,
you know, say a few more words, and they weren't
yeating after every fucking syllable and after every word, and
it's like, okay, cool, he's got them now, right, he's
got their attention. The problem is he didn't say anything.
He had nothing of note to say here, and whenever

(37:23):
something would come out of his mouth, he was still
talking in syllables like dude, you got them. You waved
them off and said, you know, when I see him
wave them off and say look, look, look I don't
want you to eat, I take that to me that
he's going to cut a serious promo right now. And
he's had a few, Like I know, he's got it

(37:43):
within him to pull it out of him every now
and then. So I was waiting to see what he
was going to say. But then like in the way
that he was delivering his promo, he kept talking in
in syllables and he would pause after every word, and
it was just driving me fucking nuts because dude, it's
like you you got them. But because he kept talking
in that same style, it was almost like if I

(38:05):
were in the crowd, I would be wondering, like, does
does he want us to eat? Like the way he's
talking and pausing after every word, it was like he
was giving them an opening to keep doing the yeat shit.
I'm like, dude, this is the time for you to
talk like a normal fucking human being and cut a
promo on this man. And he paces back and forth.
I'm surprised that there wasn't a divot in the mat.

(38:27):
He was going back and forth so many times, and
he's staring at Goonther and he's not saying anything like.
There was a period of time where it felt like
thirty seconds when by like, it felt to me like
Jay experienced a blue screen of death and he needed
thirty seconds to reboot the system. It was as if
he just lost his train of thought and forgot what

(38:50):
to say. I'll guarantee you that's exactly what happened. Whether
it was nerves or whatever, he forgot what his memorized
lines were. He forgot what he was supposed to say say,
and he was just stalling trying to figure out what
he was going to say next. This is not the
first time this has happened to him in a promo,
by the way. So then finally he starts talking and

(39:14):
he says that he had friends and family and he
fought for them, and they fought for him. He was fighting, though,
for more than what Gunther was fighting for. He fought
for the fans' support, and he would make Gunther tap
out again in Phoenix, whether he got flustered or just
legitimately forgot what he was supposed to say, which I'm

(39:35):
almost positive that's what happened here. This was a terrible promo.
I thought this was awful. Not Gunther. Gunther was fine,
but I thought this was easily the worst promo I've
heard out of him since this whole singles push to
the World Heavyweight Championship started and he won the Rumble
at the beginning of the year. I thought this sucked.

(39:55):
Lucky for him, he's still so over that when you know,
he got to the end of the promo here, all
he had to do was say, you know, four letters,
one word, yea, and everybody yeated, and everybody was happy
because they liked to eat, So it didn't really matter
at the end of the promo. People got to yeat

(40:15):
and do what they wanted to do. So but if
you were looking for any kind of real deep thought
here from the World Heavyweight Champion, you didn't get it.
You're looking in the wrong place. Now we know that
at Money in the Bank, it's going to be Cody Rhads,
who just came back this weekend as Saturday Night's main event.
It's going to be Cody Rhodes and Jay Usso teaming
up to take on the WWE champion, John Cena and

(40:38):
Logan Paul. And let's you know what, let's hope it
stays that way because there's always the chance that Travis
Scott could be worked into this in some way. I
still see his name being floated around. I'm sure we'll
see him again. We'll hear Fien Fien. We'll hear Fien
at some point, I don't know when. Maybe Money in
the Bank. Hopefully this tag match stays as a tag

(41:01):
match two on two. That's official for money in the bank.
Two nights later, on June ninth, Raw comes to Phoenix.
We know Jay Usso will defend the World Heavyweight Championship
regardless of what happens on that show against Gunther. They're
gonna have one more match. Hopefully this will be it.
This is what this is gonna be? What the fifth
match now between them? Right? They had the King of

(41:24):
the Ring match last year in the semi finals that
gun Through won. They had an Intercontinental title match that
gun Thro won. They had a World Heavyweight title match
on Saturday Nights Made event that gun Thro won. They
had a Wrestlemandia match that Jay won. Yeah, so this
is match number five. That's it done finished. Only question

(41:45):
is what happens on that show. Sadly, I don't believe
Guntherer is winning the World Heavyweight Championship back. I would
love to see it. I don't see that happening. But
there have been a lot of rumors about Goldberg's retirement match.
When it is going to happen. We now know that
Saturday Night's main event, the next one is scheduled for

(42:07):
July twelfth, in Atlanta. Goldberg did confirm last week on
a podcast, maybe it was his, I don't remember where.
Actually he was giving an interview, that's what it was.
He was giving an interview to my San Antonio and
he confirmed the match is happening somewhere in the South,
and I said, well, that's either going to be in

(42:27):
Atlanta because he's got ties to Atlanta, or it's going
to be Texas because he lives in Texas right now.
Then they announced that Saturday Night's main event is going
to be in Atlanta on July twelfth, and we know
it's not going to be it's Summer Slim his match
if it's going to be in the South, because Summer
Slim is in New Jersey, which makes me wonder if
that's where Goldberg has his final match. If it's going

(42:51):
to be against Gunther. His title match is on June ninth,
the Goldberg match could potentially be about a month later.
That would be around the time that Goldberg would be
returning to set up whatever this match or program is
going to be, So we may well see Goldberg on
that June ninth raw. He may still factor into this

(43:14):
in some way. I still haven't quite figured out how
or why. It could just be that, you know, Gunther
loses straight up again to jay Uso, and then after
the match, you know, Goldberg appears again. I don't know why.
I haven't exactly figured out how they get there. That

(43:34):
still seems though to me, to be the likeliest destination
though Goldberg and Gunther. He still has to be the favorite.
Right as far as his final opponent, We're getting kind
of close. June ninth, I think is where we may
They may shoot the angle on that show. We may
get our answer. On that show. We had Live Morgan

(43:57):
one on one against Kyrie saying. Evan says, imagine Gunther
having to put over Goldberg. Yeah, I think to say
that would be a mistake. I don't know that mistake
would even be a strong enough word. If Gunther goes
in there and loses again to jay Usso and after

(44:17):
that goes on to lose to Goldberg, I mean, they've
lost the plot. I don't even know what to say
to that. That would be the stupidest fucking thing they
could possibly do. If they want Goldberg to go out
on a happy note and win his retirement match, or
he wants to win his retirement match, then have him

(44:38):
wrestle somebody else but not Gunther. So no, gun Gunther
cannot lose to Goldberg. Fucking kidding me. We can't have that.
It's not happening. Live Morgan against Kyrie Sane. There was
a battle on the apron that led to Live hitting
a sunset flip power bomb outside the She folded Kyrie

(45:02):
up on the floor hard. After a break, Kyrie hit
a flying forearm off the top for a two count.
Live followed with a flying code breaker for a near fall.
It looked like three or it could have been three,
and so the crowd told the referee she sucked. They
traded a few moves until they just clumsily fell into
a cradle that led to a near fall. And so

(45:24):
this was the point that sequence right there, they went
from one spot where I mean, I'm gonna shit all
over this match, but just to show you I'm not
the only one. You know, it's bad when on commentary
you go from one spot here where Michael Cole calls
it a strange sequence, to the very next spot on

(45:45):
commentary saying Kyrie really didn't get all that. No, no,
she didn't. That tells you exactly what kind of match
we had here when even the announcers they really can't
cover it up. So they tried to be very very
diplomatic about it, but they really can only do so much.
So as Raquel Rodriguez distracted the referee, Roxanne Perez appears

(46:08):
and she knocks Kyrie off the top rope, and Raquel
was very upset about Roxanne getting involved here, even though
she was just trying to help. And I'm watching this
and I'm like, so you mean to tell me that
this was supposed to all be part of the plan.
But like, Roxanne shows up just at the right moment,

(46:30):
knowing that Raquel was getting involved here, and she happens
to show up like Johnny on the spot, and then
Raquel's like, wait a minute, what are you doing here?
You're not supposed to be here. It was it was
quite ridiculous, this whole thing. Impeccable timing, impeccable timing by
Roxanne Perez, but yes, very goofy. So the referee looked
around like an idiot as Kyrie was all of a

(46:52):
sudden just down on the mat and also looks over
and sees Roxanne Perez happens to be at ringside liv
Morgan looks over as Rodriguez is arguing with Perez. Lived
then went for oblivion. Kyrie countered into a very clunky
schoolboy and picked up the wind. This was not good.
This was not good. These two just could not get

(47:15):
on the same page at all. Even the finish didn't
look good. This was a miss. This was not good. Now,
when this was over, back in the judgment day clubhouse,
lived Morgan, she basically, you know, took a shot at Raquel,
not physically, but you know, took a shot at Raquel
and said, look, you're the veteran. You should have known better.

(47:37):
And then she walked away. And again Finn Balor was
all smiles. He was very much enjoying himself. Today's episode

(50:11):
of Valkyria flying out to the ring next to address
Becky Lynch and their upcoming matchup money in the bank.
Because it is official. On June seventh, Lyra will defend
her championship again against Becky Lynch. I told you I
was very surprised when Becky didn't win the title at Backlash,
and I said, well, maybe they're going to save the
title change for a rematch, But I really thought Becky

(50:34):
was going to win the title in all this, and
so here we are. We have a second match now
for the title, and I think this is where we
get that title change. But Lyra said that she has
nothing left to prove after beating Becky twice, including her
win over Becky at NXT many years ago. She said
that she didn't feel any satisfaction when she beat Becky,
and she recalled Becky coming out on raw the very

(50:56):
next I guess it was two nights later and her
ego was still through the roof, and she showed no
shame over being beaten. It was as if, you know,
the way she was acting, it was as if she
had won the match, and she recalled Becky getting in
her fiance's face during the match and even trying to
take her eye out, So now it's personal, and Valkyria

(51:17):
said that she would hurt Becky at Money in the
Bank and she would break her ego. Becky Lynch walked out.
She spoke from the isleway and she took issue with Lyra,
accusing her of making it personal. Lyra could have let
it go, but she knows that Becky is the best
thing that ever happened to her, or to that title.
Valkyria might have won the match, but Becky says she

(51:39):
won the night. She went home with her hot husband
while Lyra went to the hospital with her weird husband.
And Valkyrius said that Becky's husband was the only talented
thing about her. And this was rough because it was intended.
I think the line was intended to get a big
pot and there was just nothing. There was virtually no

(52:01):
reaction to this, and Valkyrias said, people are talking about
her because she beat Becky, That's why they're talking about her.
So Becky said that if Valkyria is so cocky, then
she had some stipulations for her. And Becky said that
if Lyra, if Lyra beats her at Money in the Bank,
then Becky will never challenge her ever again for the
Intercontinental time. Now, she didn't say that I will never

(52:23):
again challenge for the Intercontinental title. She said, I will
never challenge you again for the Intercontinental title. And Valkyrius
said that's fine because she already beat her twice and
the last time she even beat her with her eyes closed.
Remember she was she was like blind well, I guess
her nose right, she was holding her nose and she
was kind of blinded, and she still won the match.

(52:43):
So that's what she was referring to Becky said that
Becky said she didn't let her finish. You didn't let
me finish. I'm not done yet. She said that when
I win at money in the bank, you have to
look me in my eyes and raised my hand just
as I did for you after you beat me. This

(53:04):
was back in their first match in NXT, and Valkyria
said she's never had an issue raising the hand of
a person who has beaten her, and she ended with
that just hasn't been you yet. Now. At least the
closing line was good. I thought she closed on a
strong note there. But as much as I praised that
one promo from Lyra in the build up to her

(53:26):
first match with Becky all those weeks ago. That was
really the first time I felt like, you know, Lyra
came out of her shell and got to show off
more of her wit and her personality, and she really
she came across very well, you know that one time,
and then you know, in some of the promos since then,
I thought she's been good. This was not one of
her better ones. The crowd was very quiet for this.

(53:50):
She was trying to slip some zingers in there and
they were mostly falling flat, which is really how this
promo felt. This whole segment just felt very flat. So
as far as the rematch is concerned, again, this is
where I think Becky takes the Intercontinental title. The only
question is is this where we see Bailey. Do we

(54:11):
see Bailey at Money in the Bank and if so,
does she cost Becky the championship or do we see
her when the match is over or do we not
see her maybe until Raw the following Monday. Yeah, they're
already loading up that Raw that post Money in the
Bank Raw, they had a World Heavyweight Championship match. Maybe
that's the night because Bailey is going to come back
and her first target is going to be Becky Lynch,

(54:34):
So everything I was saying in the lead up to
Backlash applies now. I think Becky wins the championship. I
think Bailey comes back and the two of them will
fight with the Intercontinental title on the line. Eventually they'll
come back around to Lyra will probably get that win
back over Becky later in the summer, later in the year,
whenever it may be. I still think the end goal

(54:56):
of all this is just to have and Becky probably
wants to use this as an opportunity just to elevate Lyra,
you know, but that doesn't have to be done all
at once. I think they're going to play this out
for a while, but in the meantime, Bailey has to
come back and try to get her revenge. So that's
where I think this is headed. At money in the bank,
We're going to get a title change on that show. Now.

(55:20):
In the back, Sammy's ain was walking and he was
on his way out to the ring when carrying Cross.
He went right by carrying Cross and Scarlet. They happened
to be there, and Cross said that Sammy could have
taken the deal that seth Rollins offered and he could
have gone over to SmackDown. Sammy said he didn't have

(55:40):
time for Cross his mind games, and he started to
leave when Cross shot back, Hey, Sammy, you know you're
never going to win the title, right. Sammy turned back
around and he told Cross, I'll deal with you later,
and that was our Carrying Cross segment for the night.
No mention of him being a part of any Money

(56:00):
in the Bank qualifying match right now. It's not looking
too good. It's not looking good for Carrying Cross even
being in a qualifying match, let alone qualifying just being
in a qualifying match for money in the bank. He's
apparently content in just being a nuisance to different people
in the backstage area. Apparently that's it now. There are

(56:22):
a few spots left to be filled in the men's
Money in the Bank matches. They made no mention of
what those qualifiers are going to be next week, unless
they did later in the show, and I missed it,
but I don't think I did. They didn't really announce
what those matches are going to be, so it is
still possible the Carrying Cross could end up in a
qualifying match, but no indication of that here. They closed

(56:45):
the show with another Money in the Bank Triple Threat
qualifying match, this one with Seth Rollins, Sammy's Ain, and Finnballer.
After a break, Sammy hit a sunset flip power bomb
on Rolin had him beat Balor, though broke up the pin.
A short time later, Zaane crotch Baler on the top
turnbuckle and then he superplexed him. Rollins then landed a

(57:09):
frog splash on Sammy and all three men were down,
heading into yet another commercial break. This was the second
commercial break here of what ended up being a twenty
minute made event. Rollins called for an alliance with Baler.
He said, ooh, you and me will work together to
take this guy out. Then you and me can go
head to head. Let's work together. Baler said okay, so

(57:32):
they teamed up very briefly. Zane fought them off. He
dove over a charging Baler, rolled through right into the
waiting arms of Seth Rollins, who hooked him for a pedigree. Zane,
though back dropped him out to the floor. Baler put
Zane down and he covered him. Rollins, though got back
in just to break it up in time. Rolins hit
the pedigree on Balor and he covered him Sammy though,

(57:54):
hooked Rollins into a pin for a near fall. So
Rollins did finally hit a pedigree to Sammy's ain and
he covered him for a near fall. Zaane and Rollins
they countered some moves. Ultimately Sammy went out. He hit
a blue thunderbomb for a very good near fall. Zayne
hid an exploder to Rowlins into the corner and he

(58:15):
went for a halluva kick, but Baler cut him off
with a sling blade. Balar dropped kick Zane into Rawlins
and then he went up top for the Coudi grass
that Sane. Yeah, Kyrie was in this match, Zayane. We
have Kyrie Saane and Sammy zan you have to ever
bring back me mixed match challenge. Those two could be

(58:37):
attacked you. So he went for the coudigrass. Zaane avoided it,
but Balor didn't roll through. Normally, when he misses the
Kudi grass, he'll he you know, he might roll through instead,
he was he was lying face down and he was
in prime position for seth Rawlins to fly in and

(58:58):
hit the stomp and then Sammy immediately caught Rollins with
a halluva kick and he went for the pin when
bron Breaker showed up and he pulled Sammy out of
the ring. Bronson Reid also arrived. He did some damage.
Jay Uso here to back up his boy. He appeared.
He was on top of the barricade at ringside. He
dove off onto the heels. He doled out a bunch

(59:21):
of super kicks. The numbers game, though, was too much,
and Reid took out Sammy with a splash up against
the ring. Post Dominic mysterio appears. Now they've made a
story out of this on commentary for several weeks now
that whenever Finn Baler was out there, Carlito is there. JD.
McDonough is there, he's got back up, but dom hasn't

(59:43):
been there. But now dom is here and he has
a chair, and Dominic slides the chair into the ring.
But instead of sliding it directly to Sammy, or directly
to Phil, directly to Finn. Well, if he slid the
chair to Sammy, I guess that would be the end
of the judgment day. He slides it into the ring
just far enough away from Balor to make you wonder

(01:00:05):
was that on purpose? Did he do that on purpose
or was that an accident? Right? We don't know. Ballor
goes to crawl towards the chair and he gets over
to the chair. When he does seth Rollins delivers a
stomp onto the chair and he pins him to qualify
for money in the bank. Pin Balor strikes again. Good

(01:00:30):
to see him on the show here. He did his
job well, the keyword there being job. Nobody does his
job better than Finn Balor. After the match was over,
Rolins ordered Breaker and Read to do some more damage
outside to Jay Usso and Sam bes Ain. When we

(01:00:51):
hear CM Punk's theme music, place goes nuts and so
what do bron Breaker and Bronson Reed do? They foolishly
begin walking power walking down the aisle waiting for CM
punk to come out. How many times have we seen
this where the heels just assume that the babyface is

(01:01:14):
going to come out from the entranceway, only for the
baby face to ambush the heels out of the crowd.
Now you would think there's two guys here the smart
thing to do, right, They got a fucking wise man
with them. Paul Hayman should say, hey, Bron, you go
down the aisle and you cut them off with the
pass there and read you stay back here and stand

(01:01:34):
guard by the ring, right, that would be the smart
thing to do. They literally have a wise man in
their corner leading their group instead these two bird brains.
They walk down the aisle, and of course what ends
up happening, CM Punk comes out of the crowd be
Causeeth Rollins is also looking towards the aisleway Punk gets
into the ring behind him, he hoists him up onto

(01:01:57):
his shoulders and he delivers a go to sleep, and
then he flees the ring before bron Breaker and Bronze
and Ree could get to him, and he jetted up
the stairs into the crowd and he posed there as
they went off the air. The main event picked up
well there in the last few minutes. There were a
couple of good near falls with Sammy Zay, including the

(01:02:18):
Blue Thunderbomb one. But even though they got double the
time that Penta and Dragonly and Chad Gable did, these
three couldn't touch what those guys did earlier in the show.
As for good old Pin Balor, do you know this
is unbelievable, But do you know that Balor has not

(01:02:41):
won a singles match or even I think a multiman match.
I'm not counting tags but like triple threat singles match,
he has not won a match on this show since
June of last year. We are coming up next week.
Next Monday will be one year since Finn Balor won

(01:03:04):
a match on this show. One on one, he beat Dragonly.
I couldn't find any evidence of him winning another singles
match or multimn match since then, certainly not a singles match.
So when I come on here and I call him
pin Balor, like, there's a reason for that. And I
know most of you are well aware of that because

(01:03:26):
you watch the show week to week. You know this
guy gets jobbed out every chance they get. But for
the few people that don't realize, I've been calling him
pin Balor for years now. I know now it's the
thing to do, but like I've been calling him, Look
it was one bray Wyatt, but bray Wyatt at one point. Yeah,
I used to call him the Eater of Pins because
he would talk a big talk at his promos and

(01:03:46):
then he would go out there and he would he
would fucking lose every big match, didn't matter who it
was against. And Finn Balor is treated much the same
way he's pin Balor. With that, you know, they give
rings now, but if they still gave plaques for Hall
of Fame inductions, it shouldn't be a plaque to Finn Balor.

(01:04:06):
It should be a plaque to pin Baller, like that
should be part of his Hall of Fame induction. It's
just it's crazy because he's still in a prime spot
on the show. Sometimes he's even in the main event.
The Judgment Day thing is still rocking every single week.
They're still milking this thing for all it's worth. And
he gets television time consistently every week. And he's a former,

(01:04:27):
you know, Universal champion. I mean that didn't last very long,
but I mean you would think a year has gone by.
Like if I said that about Otis, you wouldn't be
surprised by that. Oh it's been a year since Otis
want to match on TV. But it's Finn Balor we're
talking about here. It's just insane. It's crazy, and there
are still people who are hoping the wwee man. You

(01:04:48):
got to give Balor that give Baler a push, man,
you know, you gotta give him a world championship. You
got to give him that one last big push keep dreaming.
This is the role that he's in now aj style.
This is the role he's in now, Shinsky Nakamora, this
is the role he's in now. It's just the way

(01:05:08):
it is. Seth Rollins was the obvious choice for money
in the Bank, so there was no real drama here
in this match. But I just I love how CM
Punk comes out after the match is over, after Seth
Rollins has already qualified for money in the bank noice

(01:05:30):
qualifications in this match. Right, we saw VI Kingo earlier
in the night kick Chad Gable square in the fucking
face and cost him the match. Now we know that
Seth Rollins was going to win. Ww we wanted him
to win, So I get it, But just the way
Punk comes off here, he comes off so badly. First
of all, what a shitty friend. He just partnered with

(01:05:50):
this guy on Saturday Night's main event forty eight hours ago.
And you know these again. I don't know what the
name of the group is going to be, but Hayman's
guys come out, they cost Sam. He'saying the potential victory.
You would think that would be the prime moment, right,
Jay Uso came out, Where was CM Punk? Where was
CM Punk? He was waiting. He was waiting for the

(01:06:11):
belt rings and then he can make his grand entrance
and get all the spotlight on himself. Apparently, what a
shitty friend. But even just in terms of like his
hatred in his feud with Seth Rollins, like, it doesn't
make any sense. Why wouldn't you come out and attempt
to cost this man a spot even qualifying for Money

(01:06:33):
in the Bank, but you come out afterwards. I don't
I don't understand that anyway. I'm not friends with this guy.
Rollins qualifies. We have a few spots left to be filled.
It was also kind of a rehash of last week's ending.
They did the same exact thing last week where they

(01:06:53):
hit his music. People didn't know Punk was there. He
comes out more or less the same this week to
the show. I wish I had more glowing things to
say about this show. I didn't think it was a
very good show on the whole. I thought it was
very dull, very boring. Promo work was I don't know
something was off tonight with a lot of these promos.

(01:07:14):
The two Money in the Bank qualifying matches were the
best parts of the show. The first one was better
than the second one. That match was fucking great, easily
the highlight of the night, better than anything I saw
on Saturday Night, I'll tell you that. But the rest
of this show was very, very missible, very missible. Let's
take a look at the Twitter poll. What did you

(01:07:35):
think of RAW after Saturday Night's main event? Seventy seven
percent thumbs up, twenty three percent thumbs down for tonight's
show in that bar, that bar gets lower and lower
at Solo Monster. Go ahead and vote, man, Let's take

(01:08:01):
a look at your messages here what you thought a
RAW and everything else coming off a lot of wrestling
this weekend Wrestling overload. We're about fifteen likes away from
four hundred, So we hit four hundred, we will do
be the bookers, So get those likes up. See what
we can do here, the real CS. We're gonna start

(01:08:22):
with our boy, the Real CS, starting us off here tonight.
On the super Chats, I saw somebody mention on TikTok
that WWE should go back to having brand exclusive plees,
and I think that's stupid because WWE doesn't even follow
the brand split anymore, thus making it pointless. Well, you

(01:08:45):
just answered your own question. That is very stupid. Yeah,
I don't want to see brand exclusive ples. I think
that's a bad idea. Honestly, it was a bad idea
even back when they were a little more respectful of
the brand split rules. It was a bad idea even then,
and this is a reason why they didn't last very long.

(01:09:08):
JAVELI most shocking loss of Gunther, Sammy Okay, most shocking
loss he means of Gunther, Sammy, j or Iliya Dragano
his most shocking loss. His most shocking loss was Sammy's
ain at WrestleMania last year. Like jay Usso had to

(01:09:29):
win this year that there was nothing shocking about jay
Usso beating him on the show, Like Gunther had already
beaten him three times and they were building up the
yeat Man and everything like it was pretty clear he
was winning the championship this year Samy's ain, though, I
really thought Gunther was going to beat Sammy last year
when they had Sammy be the first one to beat
him on the main roster, was I was, I would

(01:09:50):
say shocked, but I was surprised. Terrible Dried Chicken says Damn.
I was hoping to see Ricky Saints hold up the
NXT championship in New Orleans at stand and deliver Vegas
will have to do bro. He should be on Raw
or SmackDown by then you're talking about him winning the

(01:10:11):
NXT Championship in a year. You should be on Raw
or SmackDown by then, not fiddling around in NXD. Also,
I know it's the Raw on Netflix, but I'm renaming
it the Judgment Day on Netflix. They get so much
TV time they might as well get their own show.
Don't give them any ideas. We have hit our goal,

(01:10:40):
so thank you. We will be doing be the booker
Josh Carlos ninety eight. If they add a fourth member,
what about DRAGONOV? They don't need to add a fourth member, unnecessary.
Dry Chicken says, let's put this out there in the
universe and will it into a existence. Carrying Cross and

(01:11:01):
Scarlet join the seth Rollins faction. No, no, how about
we put this into the universe Carrying Cross and Scarlet
get an actual story on the show that leads to
actual matches and segments and promos not just in the
back but also in the ring, and you know them
actually doing things on the show. Let's will that into existence,

(01:11:27):
carry and Cross joining seth Rawlins. He says he has
nothing to lose. It's unnecessary. Joseph Stewart prediction Domin Live
against Finn and Roxanne. Maybe at SummerSlam. Oh I could
see that. Yeah, I could definitely see that. Let's see,

(01:11:57):
I think I skipped over. Nope, we're all caught up
on that one. Good. I thought I skipped somebody. I
want to make sure I do not. We got Havili
who dropped a few super chats. Let's get to Havili's
first one here. There was three huge rumor that nearly

(01:12:20):
happened in nineteen ninety eight. Which of these would, in
your opinion most likely have come true? Hulk Cogan's return
to WWE, Rick Flair's return to WWE, or barbed Wire
deathmatch between Cactus Jack and Terry Funk. I'm not sure.
I understand. The question says, which of these would, in

(01:12:45):
your opinion, most likely came true? None of them came true.
Which one do I think had the best chance of happening?
I mean, I remember there were definitely rumors at the
time I read about them that Hogan was going to
be returning to WWI in ninety eight, so that is true.

(01:13:05):
And I actually remember I was subscribed at the time
to an online newsletter. What was it called matt Rap.
It was called Matt Wrap. It was from the Slammer
and he would send emails out you had my AOL email,
And I remember this was in the midst of all
the Hogan rumors and the headline for the newsletter that

(01:13:25):
week was Hogan retires and I'm like, holy shit. So
I clicked the link and it was some bullshit story,
you know, they were trying to be funny about hul
Cogan was driving down the road and came across a
little old lady whose car broke down, and so he
got out of the car and he was helping her,
you know, fix a tire, and he retired her car.

(01:13:47):
And then I clicked unsubscribed, and that was the last
I heard of the Slammer. At that point, I moved
on to other news sources. Pavili says favorites in wrestling
favorite wrestling show of the weekend, Saturday Night's main event,

(01:14:08):
Battleground or Double or nothing with seth and money in
the bank. Are we going to get Sammy and Punk
or Roman versus Read and Breaker? Shout out from Australia,
Shout Out to JAVELI with Seth and Money in the Bank.
Are we're going to get Sammy and Punk or Roman

(01:14:33):
versus Sammy and Punk or oh okay, we're Punk and Roman.
I mean money money in the bank is what two
weeks away, two and a half weeks away. Roman would

(01:14:55):
have to come back on SmackDown this Friday, his back
on TV this week. Then he'll have a match of
Money in the Bank, and that could be the match.
It could be Roman in Punk. It just doesn't feel
like there's enough time to tell that story and get
to a big match like that, so that it doesn't
feel like that to me. But clearly they're sticking with

(01:15:17):
Punkin and Rollins, you know, based on what happened at
the end of the show tonight. I mean they're they're
not letting us go. So I don't know what the
match is going to be. I'll let it play out
and see as far as the show of the weekend,
Double or Nothing, Double or Nothing was the show of
the weekend. Javili says, what is the possibility of Steiner Brothers.

(01:15:44):
Of Steiner Brothers didn't leave WWE in nineteen ninety four,
would they have had faced the Quebecers or WrestleMania ten
instead of men on a mission. Uh yeah, I would.
I would say so. Yeah, they must have left right
before because they were in the rumble. So by February

(01:16:05):
the steinders had to be gone or maybe one of
them got hurt. I don't remember exactly what happened, but yeah,
I would imagine that probably would have been the match
would have been a better match too. Duff's VIDs. I
ran into a lamp post last night. Luckily I only
suffered light injuries. Very good Arabian night. Next week? Is

(01:16:33):
it for Cross if he's not in a qualifier and
hopefully wins. As I said previously, he needs to walk
and run far away from this company and creative. He's
not running anywhere. If he's unhappy, then one his contract
is up, which I believe is in November. I know
he was upset that got leaked, so his deal I

(01:16:57):
think is up at the end of the year. If
he's unhappy, then he won't resign. But he's not running anywhere,
he's getting paid, and he's getting limited TV time. I
think he'll just ride out the remainder of his deal
and then he'll he'll leave in a very professional way,
and he'll go somewhere where he feels that he will

(01:17:19):
be creatively fulfilled. Or maybe it's a Shinsky Knackamorris situation
where he's just content to stay where he is and
just keep pitching ideas and hopefully they'll bite on them
one of these days. I don't know. I don't know
where his head is at on this. Alexander Rollins wants

(01:17:40):
us to respect his authority. Should have had Eric Cartman
as his old wise man instead of Paul Hayman Avili.
I wish they had played Enter Sandman or natural Born
Killer during the Anarchy and the Arena match. I think

(01:18:03):
that Enter Sandman even is a little too expensive for Tony.
With Evolution finally announced, what is the likelihood of Stephanie
Vicaire against EO Sky or Tiffany Stratton in a champion
versus champion match. I think the idea of champion against
champion is actually very high. I know Charlotte Flair and

(01:18:24):
Jade Cargill is one rumored match, but I think doing
an inter brand match of some kind and having two
champions face off, like for example, they did that between
the Raw Champion and the SmackDown Champion at was a
crown jewel, right whatever that last Saudi show was, That's
where Cody beat gunther Would they do something like that

(01:18:47):
at Evolution? Yeah? I think they would cult meetup. Not
that I think it's a good name, but I could
see him calling the Rollins group the Vision. Thanks as
always for the content. You're very welcome the Vision. Yeah,
I could see the Vision. That would be kind of dull.

(01:19:16):
I don't know. I gotta think about this. What would
I call them other than the New Dangerous Alliance? I
know they're not going to run with that. I don't know.
I don't know. I gotta think about this. They need
a name though. They do need to have a name soon.

(01:19:38):
JAVELI what year the Mets should had won the World
Series twenty fifteen if Ben Wah didn't do what he did?
Where would you have placed the Wrestle Media Triple Threat
match in the top fifty? Oh? I don't know. I
have no idea. It's a great match. I don't love

(01:19:59):
that match the way other people do or did. It
wouldn't be in my top ten. I can tell you
that Halloween or Nightmare on Elm Street. Halloween depth to Dust.
What wrestler or celebrity segment would you have loved to
have seen back then? Back when he says, in my

(01:20:23):
case Steve Austin and Michael Jordan in nineteen ninety eight,
I would you know having a James Gandolfini come in
as Tony Soprano to do a segment? I guess what
year sopranos was? What ninety nine, two thousand is when

(01:20:43):
it started? Gandelfinian? Who? That's the question, and what what
would even be the point of it. I don't want
to see a match. I just wanted to I would
have just loved to have seen Tony Soprano have some
kind of role on the show for like one night,

(01:21:05):
some kind of interaction with somebody, maybe a shoving match.
I don't know. I don't watch wrestling for the fucking celebrities, dude.
I don't put a premium on that. They've done some
fun celebrity shit before, and that's fine, but that's not
why I watch wrestling, So I don't spend too much
time thinking about, Man, I wish they would have done
this celebrity segment or that celebrity segment, like it's not

(01:21:29):
a priority for me. I don't. I don't spend my
time thinking about it, so I don't know. The honest
answer is, I don't know, Javili favorite blood and guts match,
Owen or Brett. You're just mixing questions together here and
confusing me, aren't you. He says, favorite blood and guts
match Owen or Brett, as if they are like Owen

(01:21:50):
is a blood and guts match and Brett is a
blood and guts match Brett. I love Owen, but Brett
and a favorite blood and guts match, I don't know.
They all blend together for me. They don't stand out
to me as much as like Anarchy in the Arena does.
Like I could tell you, I thought this year's Anarchy
in the Arena was the best one. If not this one,

(01:22:12):
the one in twenty twenty two, which was the Jericho
Appreciation Society against Team AW favorite blood and Guts, I
don't know. Maybe the one with Omega and Abushi when
they were in it. Maybe that one justin g got
a little extra cash. So superchat for me. What do

(01:22:35):
you call a prehistorical conquest that goes for centuries? An
aw paper meat? I'm sorry I interrupted your superchat, he says,
Roman reiins Roman rains, I'll see myself out like a

(01:22:57):
tightened gladiator. See I hijacked your Joe. I actually think
my joke was better than yours. That wasn't bad, though,
that wasn't bad. Justin thank you for the twenty one
dollar drop project Libertad. First Moxley, then Sina and now

(01:23:23):
Trick Williams. What is it with wrestling and world champions
that want to destroy wrestling lately? A lot of self
loathing right with these guys, A lot of self loathing
champions in wrestling. Right now, Tonga Loa super fan, has

(01:23:45):
graced us with his presence. I gotta say I was
impressed with Miles Bourne on Saturday. Maybe when he goes
to the main roster, Tonga Loa will take him under
his wing and teach him the way. Imagine how his
career would turn out. Yeah, I mean, I think that's

(01:24:06):
certainly an idea. I think that if they wanted to
call up Miles Bourn and link him to Tangaloa in
some way, then I actually think they could get the
main event. I really do. On main event, that's where
Miles Bourne would be going. Nick Grosso, where is Eosky

(01:24:31):
the women's World champion, doesn't really have anything going on
right now. Evolution is coming up. They are doing nothing
with her. Also surprised that Kyrie beat Live. Maybe they
want to make it up to Kyrie because she took
the pin last week in her return match. Now the
reason she got the win here is because they're telling
the story with Live. Morgan, there's nothing wrong with Live

(01:24:53):
losing this match because Live has the story Kyrie doesn't.
It's kind of counterintuitive, but like Live losing the match
actually works out better for Live than Kyrie beating Live
works out for Kyrie because I don't get the sense
there's anything, you know, story wise for Kyrie saying, so
she won, but like, what is it going to lead to?

(01:25:13):
Probably nothing, right, but that loss is furthering this story
within the judgment day. Yeah, they got to get something
going with EO. Maybe they're kind of holding off a
few weeks until they get closer to Evolution and then
they'll start something with her. Yeah, they need to be

(01:25:34):
doing something beyond just her standing in the back having
a conversation with somebody. I would agree on that. Justin
says we had Bert Kersher, I mean Bruce Kreischer I
don't know who that fucking guy. I don't find him
funny at all. Like I don't know where he came from.
I don't know why he was. I mean, I guess

(01:25:55):
he had a Netflix special to promote. That's the only
reason he was on the show. I thought he was
on the show last time and it caused issues backstage.
Wasn't there some drama or controversy around him being there?
David Theoring, Thank you for the thirty and good to
hear from David. Happy Memorial Day to all. Hope everybody

(01:26:19):
is recovering from the long aw show last night. Dude,
I'm still fucked up from it. I got four hours
of sleep, I couldn't fall asleep, and I had to
wake up this morning to do some stuff. It's the
thing I hate the most about those shows. If this
case completely fucks me up the entire next day, fucking

(01:26:42):
hate it. Great work as always. On episode nine fourteen
of the Sounduff, I like you am hoping Mike Santana
wins the TNA title from Trick william I laid it
all out on the SoundOff even before Battleground happened yesterday.
I said Trick Williams is going to beat Joe Hendry.

(01:27:03):
They're going to go to New York at Slammiversary in July,
and the big main event is going to be Mike
Santana in his hometown beating Trick to win the TNA
World Heavyweight Championship. That's exactly what's going to happen. I
do believe Owen Curtis. It took a year, but the

(01:27:27):
post WrestleMania forty glow is gone. I don't care about
any angles going on right now. Wake me up. When
Rock shows up, counts to four and leaves. When Rock
gets bored, he'll show up again. MLK, what are your

(01:27:52):
thoughts on the working relationship between WWE and TNA so
far and how much is TNA benefiting from it? I
think they're benefit in quite a bit. Apparently a lot
of their live events ticket sales have been up. This
goes back a number of months too, not even just recently.
Their talent is getting exposure on WWE television via NXT.

(01:28:15):
I mean, Joe Hendry was a WrestleMania this year, but
yeah again, you'll have people who say, yeah, well he
got beaten three minutes and jobbed out. All right, Well,
you know what he still got to wrestle Randy Orton
to WrestleMania, and you know, TNA got mentioned to WrestleMania.
The TNA is getting name dropped on USA Network, and
they're getting name dropped on, you know, all of these shows.

(01:28:38):
And I do think that it puts TNA in the
minds of people in a way that they never were before.
There's trade offs, for sure, because they do feel like
little brother to WWE, but they are little brother to WWE.
TNA is not nearly as big as WWE. TNA is
not even as big as TNA was or twelve years ago,

(01:29:01):
ten or fifteen years ago. Forget WWE, Like you just
have to accept reality, like that's that's just a fact.
That's just the way it is. That's not you know,
shitting on TNA. That's just that is where they are
in the pecking order right now. And so Carlos Silva,
their president, and other people there at Anthem made the

(01:29:23):
decision that this would be in the best interest of
the organization to have a working relationship and an active
partnership with the biggest wrestling company in the world. Now,
what their intentions are and ulterior motives may be, I'm
sure at some point they will be owned and operated
by WWE. I don't see the need for WWE to
do that anytime soon. But they have a fifty one

(01:29:46):
percent stake in tripa A. They'll have a fifty one
percent or more, maybe one hundred percent steak in TNA
within the next five years. Like that will happen. So
I think they're looking they're playing the long game here,
you know, they're looking to the future. WWE will poach
anybody they want from TNA. Anybody they want, they will,
believe me, they will poach to them. They got Jordan Grace,

(01:30:07):
They're gonna get Joe Henry at the end of the year.
I can guarantee you he has a spot waiting for
him in the WWE locker room. They'll have first DIBs
on anybody they want from TNA who wants to go
to WWE. That's the benefit for them. TNA is taking
the gamble here that it may help them land a
media rights deal and it'll help them move more tickets

(01:30:30):
and sell more merch. Is it benefiting them? I think
it is. It's got pros and cons, But is it
benefiting them? I believe the answer is yes. You take
the good with the bed and hope that the good
outweighs the bed. That's the gamble they're taking. Justin g

(01:30:52):
in WW two K twenty six, Tavish is back and
his themes is fiend. Tavish and Travis form an alliance
powerful one Seth wins money in the bank, then cash
is in during Gunther and Jay, just like he did

(01:31:13):
at WrestleMania thirty one, and he pins Jay to win
the title, protecting Gunther in the process. That works, you know.
The minute they announced that the world title match was
taking place after Money in the Bank, it made me think,
are they setting up for a cash in on that show?
Now we know why they're not doing the match. Also
is because Jay is already occupied. He's gonna have a

(01:31:33):
tag team match. But whoever wins money in the bank
could cash in. I mean they could cash in that night,
but they could cash in that Monday and your bang
on there. It would protect Gunther from having to take
a loss. I think you may be right Duff's VIDs.

(01:31:54):
I just watched an arm wrestling match. It was much
more gripping than I expected. Also, no wrestling event has
ever sold out. There's always more seats under the ring
number one almost safey and what is sixty six percent
of an Irish poop? Two turns? Say it like Seamus would. Well,

(01:32:24):
you know, when Seamus says Irish, he doesn't say Irish,
he says Irish Irish. I love that accent. I wish
I could do a better one. He's Irish. Uh kreflo.
What do you get when you cross an accountant with
an airplane? A boring seven forty seven bonus points if

(01:32:46):
you know which Sopranos character told that joke? You know,
I don't remember who told that joke, but I do
remember who told the joke about Genny Sack and her
ninety pound mole on her ass. I do remember that,
and it caused quite a bit of trouble, quite a
bit of problems on the show for Jenny Sack. Terrible

(01:33:09):
dried Chicken. I just got done watching the twenty twenty
five anarchy in the arena match. In my opinion, it
was insane, but that was the best aw anarchy in
the arena match that they've done with the women involved.
The women were involved, and they deserve as much credit
as anybody. They were out there hanging with everybody else,

(01:33:34):
but I agree it was the best one they've done
so far. Just pure lunacy and insanity for thirty five minutes.
Dead Waffles. You need to change that, says he's never
seen the Sopranos. You need to clear your schedule and
do something to correct that, Javili. With so many classic

(01:33:58):
matches between Undertaker and man why did we never get
the Undertaker against Cactus Jack or Dude Love? Also the
New Shield or Evolution Evolution? Why didn't we get Undertaker
and Dude Love. Who wants to see that? Wants to

(01:34:20):
see that? Emin M thank you for the twenty five
bre Mode has officially been activated for the first time tonight,
But we never got it because there was no need
for it, you know, there was By the time Dude

(01:34:42):
Love and Cactus even made their first appearances on TV,
Undertaker in Mankind's feud was basically done, you know. And
they only brought it back for King of the Ring.
Funny enough, that's the match everybody remembers. But they only
brought it back because they needed an attraction for the show,
and they said, hey, we don't have anything for Foley
to do or Undertaker to do. Let's just put them

(01:35:02):
back together because their feud had really already played itself
out the previous year, God Undertaker against Dude Love. What
a yeah, It's just that that wouldn't have worked. That
would have been weird. Arabian Night went back and was
curious about WWE's release patterns. Since twenty twenty three. There

(01:35:26):
have been mass release groups twice a year since twenty
twenty three, seems to be a new edict by TKO.
There have been some periods in between, though, where people
have been released, like individually here and there Aaron. When

(01:35:50):
Judgment Day splits, do you see Finn and Roxanne or
Dom and Live leading the group or do they dissolve entirely?
I think they should just dissolve entirely, like once this
iteration of the group runs its course, like it's over,
like you the horse is dead, like you can only

(01:36:12):
beat it. You can only beat it so many times,
you know, I mean, how many times are you going
to beat this thing? Arabian Night. Maybe WWE pulls a
Corbin slash Sonia on Cross in November, just lets him

(01:36:38):
ride out the remainder of his contract possible Javili my
bad solo. I then shocking ending of Gunther taping out
to Jay or taping out to Ilya. Okay, well what

(01:36:58):
was the original question, Gunther Man? Gunther tapping out to Ila,
That'd be fine with me. I mean, I'm looking for
a proper program between those two on the main roster,
So I mean to me, that wouldn't be more shocking.

(01:37:19):
The shocking thing would be Gunther tapping out to Jay
as quickly as he did at Wrestle Media, like as
soon as he got him in the sleeper. I feel
like Gunther was tapping within two seconds. That was a
bit a bit strange. We got Heber hero Is with

(01:37:40):
us before ninety nine. Whatever happened to the Broken Skull sessions?
I missed them. Any interest in seeing more? Hell yeah,
I thought those were great. Austin's a very good interviewer.
He actually grew into becoming a very good interviewer. And
you know, they were very laid back, kind of casual interviews,

(01:38:01):
and they would have the screen behind them, so then
periodically whatever they were talking about, they would throw up
like pictures or they would throw up footage of a
particular match. But Austin just, you know, he he just
got better at it the more he did them, and
then they just stopped, and I don't know why. And
if they just he just was done, didn't want to

(01:38:22):
do him anymore, or if they just ran out of
people to bring in. Yeah, they never did one with
him and Rock. You would think Rock would have been
an obvious one. So I hope he brings it back
at some point. A Nick, thank you. Welcome to the channel,
brother Navy forty one eighty one. Why did Paul Hayman

(01:38:46):
stop visiting Czechoslovakia the last time Paul came near any
checks they bounced pretty good. That's a pretty good one.
That's a pretty good one, Navy. Look at this navy
coming out of nowhere. Terrible dried chicken says, fuck it,

(01:39:12):
call up Trick williams Ethan Page, Ricky Saints, Wesley Obafemi,
Lexus King, Stephanie Vequer and Carmen Petrovic. Yeah, you know what,
fuck it, let's just shut down at next tap. Let's
just call up the entire roster. I'm sure, by the way,
people like Carrying Cross and Carmelo Hayes and all these

(01:39:37):
people right now struggling just to come up with something
on the main roster would be very happy to see
all these names just flood the main roster all at once.
I'm sure they'll be just delighted. Eminem, the party don't
stop till Bree walks in. And No, I'm not going

(01:40:01):
to sing Kesha's song. Trick became the third non TNA
wrestler to win the TNA World title. Could he have
a better run than Omega and Christian No, because he's
going to lose the championship in two months. How good
of a run is he really going to have in
two months? He's not exactly going to be the traveling champion, Aaron,

(01:40:28):
I think the PL schedule is hurting the quality of
the show. We have Night of Champions two weeks later,
Saturday Night's main Event, and Evolution two weeks later, a
two night Summer Slim. That's pretty rough. There's actually two
pls in August. We have a two night Summer Slim
at the beginning of the month, and then the very

(01:40:49):
last day of the month is Clash in Paris, so
at least we have a gap in between. And then
Forbidden Door is August twenty fourth, so I think the
week before Clash in Paris is Forbidden Door. HBKC. Eighty three,

(01:41:10):
whose referee count style helped give the best near falls.
I mean, I was always a fan of Earl Hebner.
Just like those dramatic slow counts. I could see where
some people may have thought, well, that's a little self indulgent.
Why is he putting himself kind of front and center
on these things. It's not about him, It's about the talent.

(01:41:36):
As far as like near fall, I don't really associate
any one particular referee with like near falls. But when
I think of dramatic like three counts to end a match,
I think of Hebner. It's had a very distinct style
that I liked, even if some people don't. Arabian I

(01:41:57):
best pay per view of twenty twenty five at the moment,
or nothing Wrestle maybe a forty one or Revolution, maybe revolution.
I may go a revolution on that. We're back at

(01:42:20):
the beach, Baby Alex with the ten dollars, super Chat,
Grab your son, Block brother Solo. Have we seen the
last of the final Boss character? And are we crazy
enough to think that there is still more to the
Cody and Rock storyline remaining or a potential Rock and
Roman match. We have not seen the end of the

(01:42:43):
Final Boss, and as far as the rest, I don't
really give a shit anymore. If Rock is gonna if
Rock wants to come back at some point in a
year and do something with Cody or do something with Roman,
then he'll do it. I don't live in and die
based on what the Rock may or may not do,

(01:43:04):
because there's no point in doing it. You know, the
Rock blue balled everybody for years and years on the
Rock and Roman match, okay, which could have happened to
thirty nine, and it didn't. And then we see what
happened this year and what a mess that turned out
to be. Last year was a mess too, but it
actually ended up becoming better, so they got lucky on

(01:43:25):
that that wasn't what they originally intended to do. I'm
just sick of this whole idea that like he is
going to stick his nose every single year right around
WrestleMania time into things or potentially blow things up, you know,
especially if there's no commitment to actually even do a match.

(01:43:46):
What's the point. I don't care. I enjoyed the Final
Boss character. I hope at some point we get to
see it on TV one more time, and I'm sure
we will, But beyond that, I really don't give it.
Rock's gonna do whatever Rock wants to do. Troy D,

(01:44:09):
do you think Triple H is wasting crosses momentum? Yes, yes,
get a little bit of momentum. It's not like an
ocean wave of support, but a little bit of momentum
completely being squandered. Eminem, who doesn't want a double be
the booker, says, come on, folks, let's get it. Oh well,

(01:44:34):
thank you for pointing that out. I just noticed. Apparently
we got it ten out of ten. Look at that?
How about that we gotta get We've gotta get a
good cheer going here. We've got to get a good
cheer going here because we have hit our second goal,
which means you guys have earned too be the Bookers tonight.

(01:44:57):
I had to even notice it, so just now there
was probably what only a few minutes left to go
in the goal too. Look at that like a little
buzzer beater there, like the Pacers in Game one, a

(01:45:18):
terrible dried chicken. Imagine wrestling a two hour match. I'm
pretty sure that happened. Wasn't Chris hero in a two
hour match once at an independent show? Many years ago,
Javili with a thirty two dollars super chat. I meant
for the name for Seth's group. Any chance of getting

(01:45:39):
a blood and Guts match between now and All In
with Death Riders and Gabe Kid against the Ops, Swerve
and Hangman. And the reason why we didn't have the
Broken Skull sessions was because he was doing another show. Yeah,
but he's not doing another show now, so if you
wanted to bring it back now he can. Dad Waffle says,

(01:46:03):
we had seventy seconds left in the goal and we
hit the goal, cutting it clothes Man, blood and Guts.
You know, if they want the Death Riders in there,
I feel like they probably should do it before All In,
especially if the Death Riders get beat. But having Blood
and Guts like right after anarchy in the arena, like

(01:46:24):
do we really need that? It was Blood and Guts
last year late July right. I could do without it,
That's me personally, I could do without it. Alex says,
let's get it, let's get it. I agree, let's get it.

(01:46:46):
Whatever it is, let's get it. Eminem, it's too bad
that WrestleMania forty two will not be in New Orleans.
We would have done some shots. I was looking forward
to it. Man, they got those hand grenades on Bourbon Street.
Love me some hand grenades. Kreflow. Who do you see

(01:47:08):
from NXT getting the Oscar treatment? A lah going unbeaten
and forfeiting the title due to getting called up hopefully nobody.
If it was up to me, Oscar would have lost
that championship to ember Moon at that third NXT takeover
in Brooklyn. If not to ember Moon, she should have
lost it to Kyrie Saine after Kyrie won the May
Young Classic. I would not have even had Oscar remain undefeated.

(01:47:33):
I would have had her settle things in NXT, do
the honors, and then go up and start a new
streak on the main roster. Chris Mike Sell much love, Solo,
much love Chris, Thank you brother, and Hoveyly with another
six dollars drop, says, if WWE did not scratch the

(01:47:57):
bloodline storyline, would you see a possible of both bloodlines
reunited or one of them disbanded. Most underrated Undertaker match
that was good? All right? So two more questions here.
Most underrated Undertaker match that was considered good? I mean

(01:48:24):
he's had so many it's had so many matches, it's
hard to think of just one. Trying to think of
like an Undertaker guilty play, you know what? You know
what's kind of a guilty pleasure of mine when it
comes to Undertaker matches. The casket match with Yoko Zuna
at the Rumbleland ninety four, Like I cannot sit here

(01:48:46):
and tell you it was this great pro wrestling match.
There's just something about that match, Like for me, it
has replay value and I could go back and watch
it and I enjoy it for what it is. I
don't know if that's a good answer, but that's the
one I'm gonna go with. As far as the bloodline stuff,

(01:49:10):
if WWE didn't scratch the bloodline storyline, possibility of both
of them being reunited or one of them disbanded. I mean,
if they would have kept them feuding against each other,
it would have been one or the other. They either
would have all reconciled and come together or one of
them would have disbanded. I kind of wish that would

(01:49:30):
have happened, but it didn't. Bender mc simpson, can we
bring back the Joe Gacy love his blind theme? Also,
Hangman page needs to be mentioned when discussing the best
wrestler working today. I think Hangman is great. I don't
know where the hate comes from. Some people just hate
the guy. I like Hangman. I'm a Hangman fan. I

(01:49:54):
think his character is one of the more fleshed out
characters that they've had in the company, and I hope
he wins the championship in Texas. I'm not fully convinced
of it because Darby is still kind of hanging out
there waiting in the wings, but he gets my vote.
We need that title to change hands on that show. Hey, Reekanson,

(01:50:18):
what's going on? Just got home from the show. Saturday
Night's made event was amazing for Sina alone, but tonight
got my Penta mask, so the weekend is fulfilled. Also,
I met Green Shirt Guy after the show. Fucking green
Shirt Guy become like a little less celebrity of his own.

(01:50:40):
I need to know what he does. What does he do?
What does the man do? Maybe he's a seat filler,
I don't know. Luis forty eight months of Channel membership,
four years of being a Channel legend. Happy thirty second
birthday to Cindy Lopez. Trick Williams just shifted the twelve

(01:51:02):
dimensions of pro Wrestling by winning the TNA World Championship.
Who's Cindy Lopez, Luis, you gotta let me in on
this Cindy Lopez person. I have no idea who this
is anyway, Thank you guys for all of the super
chants thus far. We are eight likes away from five hundred,

(01:51:24):
and we hit our secondary goal as well. So, without
any further ado, we do a little thing on this
channel at the end of these streams called be the Booker.
Let's get to it, ladies and gentlemen, it is now
time to be the booker. Green shirt guy is probably

(01:51:47):
an unnamed producer or ring crew guy, and so what
his only job is to just sit in the front
row and watch the show. What a fucking great job.
If they wanted to pay me to just go around
to sit in the front row for all their shows.
You know what. It's a tough job, but somebody's got
to do it. I'll take that job. Not really big

(01:52:13):
on doing that much travel, but I'd be interested in
that job. All right, Tag team, be the booker. This
thing is going for a whirl. Man. There are just
scores of teams here. I have no idea where it's
going to land, So let's find out Matt Hardy and MVP,
the former SmackDown Tag Team champions. We just landed on

(01:52:38):
them a few days ago. They're back. Somebody said, Dude Love,
we have Stone Cold Steve Austin and Dude Love taking
on Matt Hardy and MVP. Thumbs up, thumbs up, very

(01:52:59):
good man. I would like to see that match. Oh shit,
we're four ninety nine. Uh huh, like it? Like it?
Like it women's match. We got bull Nakano, Bull Nakano,

(01:53:25):
a Joshie legend. Choose four women and book a tag
team match. We just had a similar stipulation last night
during be the Booker. We have to choose four women.
Now we're starting from scratch, so we got to pick

(01:53:47):
four women and book a women's tag Is this a
women's tag team title match? I guess it is all right.
We begin with sky Blue. Calm down, everybody. I know
we have some sky Blue fans in the chat. Sky Blue, Yeah,
we did. Actually this was the stipulation. It was a

(01:54:07):
different image, but it is the same stipulation that we
had last night. Sky Blue and Mercedes Monet are going
to be a team here in this Man my computer
is learning because I landed on sky Blue. That's right.

(01:54:28):
Last night we booked Jaden Naomi is a tag team.
So we have sky Blue and Mercedes. They're going to
be a tag team. On the other side, we have
we have Ria Ripley. I know for a fact that
we landed on this lane. Actually that was the tag
match last night, right, It was Ria and Leda against

(01:54:51):
Jade and Naomi. We just landed on Ria again. Not
that that's a bad thing. Hey, we got on one
side and Mercedes on the other. Rhea Ripley and Mickey
James against Mercedes, Monet and sky Blue. There's an adult

(01:55:19):
actress named sky sky Blue. How do you know this? Kraflow? Well, anyway,
lost in all this is that we just booked the
hell of a tag team match. We're on a roll here,
all right. Main event time, our first of two main events. Man,

(01:55:41):
it just it makes me think, you know, when we
land on some of these matches. I I it really does,
Like it makes me think like, holy shit, that would
be a fucking terrible match, or wow, that would be
a great match. Now I'm upset we never got to
see it. Rowdy Roddy Piper, look how happy he is
the one time he won in WWA singles title. He

(01:56:02):
did win a tag title many years later, but the
one singles title he won in WWA. See, that was
a moment because this is something that you never would
have expected. And that was also probably Piper physically at
his peak, like when he came back in ninety two.
That was probably the best shape I've ever seen him in.

(01:56:29):
Piper defends the IC title against Adam Copeland. We have Cope.
Oh that's a clean sweep. I almost forgot. That's a
clean sweep. You get the sonic sound. We have cope

(01:56:53):
and we have pipe. Is that what we call him?
Cope and pipe? Pipe and cope. Now you see how
ridiculous that sounds. Hedge Hogan, Yeah, who's going over in
this match? This could politically, this could be a little
dicey here. Piper didn't do too many jobs, not too

(01:57:18):
many clean jobs anyway, and Copeland he wins more matches
than he loses. Let's put it that way. So as
the booker, politically this could be a bit challenging, but
that would be a big match, all right. So now

(01:57:38):
with a second round, to be the booker, we have
to add some stipulations. Cope and pipe. You like that, huh,
Cope and pipe, pipe and cope. We pick stipulations whenever
we do a second round. So let's see what our
first stipulation is going to be. It is going to

(01:57:59):
be an exploding barbed wire deathmatch. This will be a
tag team match that we're going to book here and
it will be an exploding barbed wire deathmatch. Oh my goodness,
oh boy, this is going to get nasty. The Rockers,

(01:58:20):
Sean Michaels and Marty Jeannetti, the pretty boys, They're gonna
get all carved up in the barbed wire and it
will be against who the Miz and our truth, awesome
truth against the Rockers in a barbed wire death match.

(01:58:47):
Piper is Brett's cousin. Is that correct? I believe so.
I believe there was a family relation there, maybe by marriage,
I think. I think. So, Okay, we need a stipulation
for our misruined it. We need a stipulation for our

(01:59:08):
women's match. Should be a bell, No, it should not.
We have a barb what is what? The barbed wire?
My god? What is going on? But be the booker
is sadistic tonight, man, I have never seen Be the
Booker be this bloodthirsty before. What is going on here?

(01:59:30):
We go from a barbed wired exploding death match to
a barbed wire steel cage match and it's going to
be a women's match. No less, this is gonna get
very bloody. Man, Be the Booker is it's feeling some
kind of way tonight. I'm not liking this blood. Yeah, wait,

(01:59:57):
wants blood and guts. All right? We have Emma, Remember Emma.
We have Emma in a barbed wire steel cage match.
This Saboo is booking from beyond the Grave. Corney is
not watching it. We have Emma and we have Jazz.

(02:00:28):
You know, so far we're like, we had a clean
sweep in the opening round and we're just doing the
complete opposite of what we did in the opening round here.
Now I'm afraid to pick another stipulation here. What is
this thing going to land on? We had two barbed
wire matches so far.

Speaker 2 (02:00:51):
Oh my god, what's going on here? We have more
barbed wire. Look at the image for the Monsters Ball match.
It is Abyss stuck to a barb wire board. This

(02:01:12):
is the first time that we have ever had a
triad of barbed wire matches, and Be the Booker has
gone just full blooding guts tonight. I don't know what
the hell's going on here.

Speaker 1 (02:01:25):
It's just I think Be the Booker was just maybe
inspired by anarchy in the arena last night. I don't know.
I didn't know we were getting an extreme edition of
Be the Booker tonight. But we're gonna have ourselves a
Monster's Ball match with more barbed wire. This is unbelievable.

(02:01:53):
Solo getting extreme. Yeah, we've turned into an outlaw, an
outlaw promotion here. Tomaso Champa is in the main event.
H I don't know about this. Tamaso Champa and a
Monster's Ball match. Tamaso Champa and Jay Lethal in the

(02:02:25):
main event in a Monster's Ball match. Oh man, we
had a sweep, but it was the wrong kind of sweep.

(02:02:45):
Oh man. We had two clean sweeps, two very different
types of clean sweeps tonight. I was hoping that wouldn't happen.
I don't know. I'm afraid now going forward to do
Be the book I mean, the way this thing got
so bloodthirsty tonight, I was not expecting that. All right,

(02:03:11):
we got some final super chats here, terrible dried chicken.
Let me tell you how John Cena can get more heat. Brother.
He tells the New Jersey crowd that The Sopranos is
the worst television show and Jersey Shore is better, so
he needs to go out there and get cheap heat.
As if this heel turn hasn't been underwhelming enough, now

(02:03:35):
we need him to go get cheap heat from the crowd.
Why doesn't he just insult the sports teams while he's
at it, Low hanging fruit, Hi drug grad. I was
watching some older content on Peacock and at one point
I saw a photographers at ringside, which I had kind
of forgotten about. Why did WWE get rid of them?

(02:03:55):
And is it something that you wish they still did today?
I do, But I actually I interviewed George Napolitano many
years ago on the podcast ah Man. I want to
say it was maybe episode what was it, episode eighty
two or one eighty two, But I interviewed George Napolitano,

(02:04:16):
who I mean, He's been, you know, working in the
business now for decades, one of the more prolific wrestling photographers.
And when I spoke to George, he actually said that
he preferred doing it the way that WWE does it,
where they have the photographers basically in like a pit area,

(02:04:39):
because the way it used to be, like they were
all competing for space at ringside, so like you might
have to elbow people out of the way sometimes somebody
gets in the way of a shot. And the way
he explained it, like it's actually a lot easier, at
least for him. Maybe they don't all feel the same way,
but having them in one contained area is actually easier.

(02:05:00):
And I never and that kind of surprised me. I
wasn't really expecting him to say that. I do miss
the visual of having photographers at ringside. I missed the
flash bulbs from the cameras. Now everybody just uses their phone.
There's no flash anymore. Just little things like that just
made things feel bigger, and I do miss that. Bender

(02:05:23):
mc simpson didn't WWE let the rights to the Edge
name expire. They did, and then they renewed it. There's
always a period where like if a trademark expires, there's
I don't know if it's sixty days or ninety days.
It's not like, you know, as soon as it expires,

(02:05:43):
somebody could just swoop in and grab it. There's still
like a grace period, so it expired, but then within
days they renewed it, so they still own the name,
