Speaker 1 (00:00):
Donald Trump, Greig Abbott, Ken Paxton. They said they wanted
a showdown, and guess what, that's exactly what they're getting.
A showdown. This is not the Democratic Party of your grandfather, right,
which would bring a pencil to a knife fight. We're
bringing a knife to a knife fight. We're going to
fight fire with fire, and we're going to do everything
we can right now to stand up against this unconstitutional
(00:20):
power grab by the Republicans. Make no mistake about it.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Well, this is so I'm just dragged them back and
throw them in jail. I'm done playing at this point.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
I don't care.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Send armed guards and we'll show them what all this
looks like. I'm just done with this. I want you know,
we work our asses off only to have these welfare
drifters run away because they didn't win elections. And that's
you know, ultimately the real problem of this is they
didn't win elections. They did not win elections, and so
(00:52):
this idea that this has been jerrymanderd is one of
the stupidest things I've ever heard, and it's said by
people who clearly are not paying attention to what's happening
in Texas. And I would wager that they're not paying
attention to anything that's happening, you know, anywhere else either.
(01:12):
I mean, you have this issue of these five districts,
and we've talked about it at length. You had these issues,
these five districts, and these districts they desperately need to
be reapportioned.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
And this is something that happens every ten years. Every
ten years, they deal with the redistricting every ten years.
This happens without fail, every ten years. What it's not unconstitutional,
well no, I mean it's literally part of Texas's state constitution.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
If people really, you know, really want to dive into it,
it's part of the state constitution of Texas.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Every state has the ability to.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Make that determination and an apportion things base on their
population because states control all of that. That's how it's
been from the beginning. States control it. And so what
you have here are democrats that are I mean, if
you want to have a discussion about who's acting within
the bounds of the constitution, I would argue that dereliction
(02:20):
of duty as a way of preserving power, that's that's
not in keep, that's not constitutional by by the states
constitution or otherwise not even remotely. So this is the
problem here, These these and the people who repeat these lies.
(02:40):
You're not helping voters. You're not helping your side either.
All it's doing is delaying the inevitable. And the inevitable
is this reapportionment of this district, this adjustment of this district.
You know, I'll tell you when I lived in Saint
Louis and we moved down here in twenty thirteen. We
(03:03):
were in and I Kim, were you in this district?
Were you in the third Congressional district here?
Speaker 3 (03:07):
No? No, No, Saint.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Louis, Yes, okay, yeah, all right, so we were actually
in the same area. Yeah, so we had Oh my gosh,
bear with me. It's I haven't had enough caffeine today. Well,
my gosh, I can't continue until I know his name,
Ross Carnahan. We had Russ Carnahan as our representative, and
(03:29):
the district was changing pretty dramatically. There were a lot
of new people that were moving in, you know that
it was sort of moving into this district because there
was a lot of rehabbing and things like that. It
was like one of those cities or one of those
neighborhoods that was on its way back, and so they
(03:51):
had to adjust, but we also lost a lot of people,
so the boundaries had to change. And so one of
the things that ended up happening is they, I wanted
to say, reapportioned. They adjusted what the district, the boundaries
of the district were, and I was actually trying to
look up what it previously was because we were in
(04:14):
the third Congressional district and we had Rus Carnahan and
I knew him. I didn't know him, but I knew
of him very well because he was there during the
whole Kenneth Gladdney thing, during the days of the Tea Party,
et cetera. And he was really bad. I mean, he
was just a really bad lawmaker. His dad was Mel Carnahan,
(04:35):
who was the Democrat governor of Missouri who was killed
in a plane crash, and some of you guys might
remember it was his wife, Jean that ran in his
that basically took his seat over after he won his race.
He was running for senate from after being the governor.
He was running for Senate and Jean Carnahan took his
seat over, and everybody was kind of up in arms
(04:57):
about it, except Democrats because they just love power. So anyway,
Russ Carnahan, that's his legacy, so he could do whatever
he wanted, right, he was the crown Prince of the
Democrat Party of Missouri. He was taking over the third
congressional district in Missouri, which was a very kind of
a purplish, more blue than red urban district. Well, then
(05:20):
so many people began leaving the city. The area was
being gentrified, which led a lot of people to assume
that there that they were getting more people moving in
instead of fewer people. But everybody was like leaving to
go out to the county, and so they had to
re adjust that district. So they did away with it
and it actually became part of the second Congressional district,
(05:40):
which was Republican. It was split between the first and
congression first and second congressional districts. The first congressional district
was its north side downtown Saint Louis and north side,
historically Democrat district, I mean five generations Democrat without nothing
to show for it. And then the second congressional district,
which was republic and I think An Wagner represents that
(06:01):
district now. Lacy Clay did the first congressional district, and
Wagner represented the second, and a lot of people were
livid because the adjustment of that district gave a lot
more power to that second district the with you know,
doing away of the third, so the second actually got
got bigger, and Democrats were livid because they assumed that
(06:22):
that should that's something that should go to the to
the first congressional district. I ended up being pushed in
the first, which is horrible because I ended up getting
pushed in with all of the Democrat rats. So my
point in giving and saying the story is that Democrats
only complained a little bit because they thought the first
congressional district should have absorbed all of that instead of
the second. But otherwise, you know, I mean, my point
(06:44):
is that it happens all the damn time every election year.
If there's some state that comes up where it's been
about a decade so they need to readjust you know,
what their district is. That's you know, normal, that's what
Texas is doing here. And these districts, especially some of
the ones that are around San Anton that are near
and outside of Houston. I mean, I don't know if
you've seen the one it's Dan Crenshaw's district. It's literally
(07:06):
a circle. It's like a spiral. It's a spiral that
literally goes around.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
Houston. It's weird. Have you seen that district Kane?
Speaker 2 (07:15):
That is the most jacked up district ever. That's one
of the districts that they're throwing out. That's where also
overlaps with Dan Crenshaw Senate district. It's a crazy looking district.
And the way that they have it, the way that
they have these districts set up, I don't even know
how how you think you're getting any kind of fair,
equal representation out of it.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
You're You're just not.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
And so this whole thing is about the proper adjustment
of this district. But you have Democrats that are mad
because they're so bad at winning elections. They're so bad
at winning elections that literally the only way for them
to preserve power is by denying equal representation to voters
in these growing and changing districts, by refusing to adjust
(07:59):
them awordingly to their respective growing populations. And so now
because you're having more voters in these districts that are
voting Republican than not, Democrats are livid and they don't
want They don't want those districts to be adjusted because
they don't want the real ism. They don't want those
voters votes to be realized. Those voters are predominantly Republican
(08:21):
and they don't want that. But instead of winning elections,
they're just not They're going to refuse to allow them
equal representation.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
That's the reality of it.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
So, I mean, they can sit here and say whatever
they want, but that's that's that's the absolute truth of it.
And I don't care about any of their protestations as
it relates to as it relates to really Gerrymanderin period,
especially when they go and run off to Illinois. I mean,
how are you running off to Illinois while you're complaining
(08:50):
about Jerrymanderin. It doesn't make any sense. It's asinine. So this,
you know, this whole thing is it's a stunt for them. Yes,
it's a stunt. It's a stupid stunt, nonetheless, but it's
a stunt. And I think it's only going to work
with low info voters. Honestly, I think it's only going
(09:11):
to work with low in with low info voters. So
the Texas House has issued arrest warrants for all this stuff.
We talked about this yesterday. They've issued arrest warrants and
the uh, we're going to see what happens though, We'll
see what happens. So that's some of the latest with that.
(09:34):
Welcome to the show. By the way, Dane lash with you.
We're at the top of this first hour, and a
couple of other things to discuss. Let's hit number one
because I just want to get number one right off
the plate. I disagree with us, go ahead and hit it.
Speaker 4 (09:48):
Trump. Nice to see you got off the roof, all right.
Speaker 5 (09:50):
Yeah, yeah, you said this morning that you probably won't
be running for a third term this weekend. Secretary of
State Rubio said that he thought j Vance would be
a great nominee. You could clear the entire Republican field
right now. Do you agree that the heir apparent to
Maga is Jade Vance?
Speaker 6 (10:11):
Well, I think most likely, in all fairness, he's the
vice president. I think Marco is also somebody that maybe
would get together with JD in some form. I also
think we have incredible people, some of the people in
the stage right here. So it's too early, obviously to
talk about it, but certainly he's doing a great job
and he would be probably favorite at this point.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
No, he's great at where he is right now, but
that's where his political life extends. I will never be
able to be on board with Marko Rubia for a
very big reason. I was there at Parkland behind backstage watching.
I was going out right after him, and he was
so overwhelmed by the crowd that he caved on gun rights,
promised to give them universal background checks, promised to listen
(10:54):
to them when they talked about banning assault weapons. I
saw it, it was live on television. He completely crumbled
on that stage. He completely crumbled, and it made it.
Part of it, part of the reason I'm against it
is because he made that job of defending Second Amendment
rights so and what people don't realize is when all
of that was unfolding on stage at Parkland, there was
a bill in the House committee that was getting ready
(11:15):
to go. I mean Republicans were overwhelmingly they were getting
ready to pass it. Republicans were about to cave on
the Second Amendment. There was a bill in committee, and
I have never felt such pressure in my life. I
watched him just fold on stage and he said, yes,
I agree. He co signed with Red Flag law, and
(11:35):
he co signed universal background checks because the crowd wanted it.
And then when he caved and took a knee in
front of him, oh, they everybody cheered. So I have
seen what happens when he is in a very tough spot,
not a cushy diplomatic job, a very tough spot, and
he caved. I watched it happen live, and I had
(11:56):
to go out after him and defend the Second Amendment
after the so called Republican member of Congress failed to
do it adequately on stage before me. And I will
keep reminding people of this. I get it that people
have very short memories, but dear God, people stop sending
(12:18):
gun control lawmakers and floating them as the next Messiah. Please,

Speaker 3 (13:54):
All right, so first up, he heyty grilled this.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
So Ozie Osbourne's cause of death, why this is not
surprising was revealed and it was myocardiole and farction.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
I mean, he had heart issues. That's why.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
So they're canceling Howard Stern Show because no one wants
to hear an old lady sit here and yell on air.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
I'm sorry, old man yell on air the way he does.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
Also, I think that just his style. Nobody's interested. He's
like sleazy.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
I've never I had friends who liked him, and I
never understood that. I could never listen to him. I
really don't like listening to commentary. I just come out
here every day and hang out with you. I don't
think that what I do with commentary because I just
literally come and hang out.
Speaker 3 (14:34):
It's weird. So I just have never gotten into his stuff, right,
you have you, Cane? Did you ever get in his stuff?
Speaker 4 (14:40):
Yeah, there's a time I worked for several radio stations
where he was like the satellite died in morning show
for that station.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
That's so weird to me. That's such a I don't know.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
Oh my gosh, I really am trying to figure out
how to read this one to you. Okay, So they
found a big o giant sex doll on an Idaho river.
Cops spent three hours searching for a body because they
got a call that somebody said there's a bomb in
the river. Cariboo County. I mean, what a little cutie,
little name for a county, Cariboo County.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
So cutie.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
These deputies like searched for three hours and then they
finally pulled it up. According to what reports, deputies said
that they thought they were looking for human remains in
the Blackfoot River, and then it was in Soda Springs.
They had a full on drone search and then they
finally found the body and it was a sex doll.
That's what happened. So somebody's camping got a little crazy.
(15:26):
It's another reason why I don't camp. It's glorified, you know,
it's another reason another reason.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
Let's see.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Also now they need to stop throwing female intimate items

Speaker 10 (16:49):
I think what they're doing is the highest form of
public service. They're trying to stop the consolidation of authoritarian
power in America. Gosh, that's Trump and Greg Abbot, Ken
Paxton and Republicans in Texas thick as thieves try to
steal these five seats in Texas.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
That's not how this works.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
But I wouldn't understand a NEPO baby, a drunken Nepo
baby who once tried to flee a hit and run scene.
That's true, he caused it a hit and run accident,
and then he tried to flee. But it was really
helpful that his daddy was the judge, the same daddy
that gave him the nickname Beto because he thought it
would play well to Hispanic voters, at least, so he
told the Dallas Morning News back some years ago. So
(17:28):
I wouldn't expect this, like do nothing slacker who doesn't work,
who can't keep a job unless it's his wife's family
generously offering to employ him, so it lessens the sting
of the wife being married to a lazy, layabout I
really don't really want to hear his just absolutely idiotic
analysis of what he thinks the issue is. I mean,
(17:51):
this is it's like asking Dylan mulvainy to break down
quantitative easying, asking him serious issues on this. Beto or
Warwick was a bookmark. He was a tool that Democrats
were using to seed the ground and get voters in Texas,
and he actually forgot what the game was. The game
was for him to just register voters, and he started
(18:13):
believing the manufactured hype about himself and now he thinks
he's really something that's not what any of this is.
These people that are fleeinging, it's a dereliction of duty.
I hope they're arrested. I hope they all ought to
be removed. In any other job, if you run away
from your responsibilities like that, you're fired. But why are
we tolerating it for these lawmakers in Texas? Because they're Democrats,
(18:38):
because they're entitled brats win more elections. Brats, instead of
running away, maybe win some more elections. It's not difficult.
That's the real issue here. Instead, we're all being kneecapped.
And it doesn't help that. No, I'm not letting Republicans
off the hook either because we shouldn't even be having
property tax fights in a special session. That's something that
should have already been done and we should have already
(18:59):
had relief. But too many of them are cowards, and
so now we're in this position and they don't make
a mistake. Republicans in Texas are really focusing on this
because they want to be absolved of their refusal and
inability to bring property tax relief for everybody else. Instead,
they focused all their time on thchc Ooh, you got
a bunch of people have no idea what the hell
(19:20):
it is. I read something on the twitters and it
told me this, and then they think that that's, you know,
gospel truth kill us all. They focus on that instead
of property tax relief. They focus on that, instead of
recovery and resources for Texas Hill Country. That's what they're
looking at. And Beato wasn't done. He gets into this.
This was audio sound bite fourteen, again using words that
(19:43):
he doesn't understand the meaning. He's saying that apparently we
are going to have a dictatorship if we adjust the districts.
Speaker 3 (19:53):
And allow for actual equal representation.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
I don't even know what this means, see, if you
can analyze this asinine respect.
Speaker 10 (20:01):
Absolutely, you know, if we fail, the consolidation of authoritarian
power in America will be nearly unstoppable. That means more
masked playing clothes, federal agents without badges or warrants, sweeping
our fellow Americans up off the streets. It means more
retribution and persecution and even violence for true.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
Yeah, they're not even putting in good hotel rooms anymore.
Like this positive Just keep that up there from minute,
just pause and keep that. They're not even putting him
in good hotel rooms anymore.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
Throw that back up there.
Speaker 2 (20:29):
He's like, he's like in this cruddy hotel room. What
is the view behind him? He's looking at a parking lot?
Is a parking lot behind him? They don't even put
him up in the nice places anymore. Look at the
crappy room he's in. That's a hotel room. Yeah, either
that or his wife finally like kicked him out and
he's in his like bad bachelor's apartment. Maybe that's what
(20:50):
it is. Doesn't look like as No, it doesn't look
like Austin. I don't know what it looks like. Really,
It's yeah, I don't know what it looks like.
Speaker 4 (20:59):
A little the part of downtown Forward.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
Now I don't know where he iss, like he's in Irving,
in some office in Irving, Texas. What a bad and
he doesn't even have proper life. I mean, it's just
so bad, what a sad little life. Remember when he
oh my favorite, one of my favorite Betos stories I
wrote so much about him during this whole period was
when he left, after which the words was it that
(21:22):
he lost? Because he lost so many races everything he
ran for when he ran, he originally he was only
supposed to be getting voter registrations and expanding Democrat voter
registration and trying to see the ground to help get
out the vote in future elections. That's why they did
with Wendy Davis as well. They were on these floater
candidates as tools that he believed the hype.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
So then he lost that.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Then he decided, without really them, to run for another race,
and he got is the Clock claimed in that as well.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
And then after that.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
He decided to go on a road trip to like
find himself, and he left his kids with his wife
and just left just left and when on a trip,
and then he blogged here he vlogged while he was
out there. He vlogged like, that's me, I'm out here.
My wife has the kid. He just left his wife
to go find himself.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
What a slacker.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
And of course this is the guy who dressed up
as a furry and played really really bad guitar in
a cringey I don't know who's more cringey, Zohan Mandani
or him.
Speaker 3 (22:19):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Maybe Beto and Zohan can start a really sucky band together, right,
Zohan can rap and Beato or Rourke can play like
out of tune power chords on his you know, Mexican
strat How about that? Maybe they can do that and
they can have their d bag band, Oh my gosh.
And then who else plays horribly that? All the Democrats?
None of them can. Oh you know who you can
(22:40):
get on drums? Oh my gosh. Uh what's her face?
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (22:47):
No, no, no, the one that went out there banging
a pot and she couldn't hold a tune in a bucket,
literally the bucket she was carrying. Yeah, they ra shooted
to Leeb can be on drums, right, I mean it's
a couple steps down from Meg White, But hey, what's up?
So they can she can be on drums, So we're
shooted to leaves on drums, beater or or it's like
a horribly like band of stupid socialists that form a
(23:11):
really bad like musical voltron.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
I don't know what else to POWs to put it.
So we're shooted to leaves on drums.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
And if you can find like a clip of her plane,
just wonderfully, wan that'd be we'd have rasheeted to leave
on drums. Zohanman Donnie whatever the hell, ma'am Danny his
name that guy have her on drums. We can have
ma'am Donnie on he can be rapping on vocals, right
and then better, or Rourke can play a really bad
(23:40):
rhythm guitar, really bad like anyway, here's wonderwall for the
fifth time. Who else can we get in our really
bad Democrat band?
Speaker 3 (23:49):
There's got to be more? Who else can we have?
Speaker 4 (23:52):
I mean, who can't do the tambourine?
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Now this is all for you? Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
So there's their drums, and Elizabeth Warren's got to do
some sort of hi yo, what.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
The oh like backing vocals? Possibly maybe?
Speaker 11 (24:12):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (24:12):
Who isn't there another one that's a really bad musician.
Hang on, I I'm uh, don't ever go play any
of the videos by the way of Beto or playing
music his Yeah, oh and uh. Lorraine noted that Beto's
pack was busted open by Open Secrets. Yeah, where did
he get all of his money to go for? Like
(24:34):
all of his travel? So interesting? He spent a lot
of money. He spent almost every dime that he raised.
I know, that's pretty hard. He barely had anything cash
on hand at the end of it.
Speaker 3 (24:45):
That was his powered by the people that was that pack.
Speaker 2 (24:49):
So we could just get some of those really bad
musicians and then maybe they like to do sit ins
and stuff like that, don't they. So they can go
and do a sit in at like the Capital in
Austin or something like that, and then they can all
have their white trust fund socialists out there and they
can all clap off beat.
Speaker 4 (25:06):
Remember that sit in? That then can be what sit in?
Speaker 3 (25:09):
You got to be specific, because this is all they do.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
Actually trying to be specific, Remember that sit in that
actually did something?
Speaker 3 (25:16):
Because I don't I thought you were being serious.
Speaker 4 (25:19):
I'm like, no, there's not been one hit in that
has ever happened that has done anything. For anyone.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
Unfortunately, I don't think that there's like any other musicians
that are in.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
Would you call me a magician, I'm not a No
sicky you said you are.
Speaker 2 (25:37):
It's like my favorite video ever, I don't think what
are you talking about?
Speaker 3 (25:41):
I don't think that's ghetto. I don't think so. Uh yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Powered by the people also, Loraine notes, are the ones
funding Democrats travel and lodging.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
But how because they're broke?
Speaker 12 (25:52):
Right?
Speaker 2 (25:53):
I just turned into that little stuffed animal that looks
at the camera and then looks away. The Apparently they're
really not powered by the people. If you look and
see what their donations are, like, that's pretty interesting.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
Yeah. So they would have had to solicit then for
their little stunt to flee Texas.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
I can't wait till they all go to jail. Oh
it's gonna be so fun. So excited about that one. Anyway,
My whole point of bringing all this up is that
what do they not have anybody else to talk about
this stuff? So they have they're sending batter out there.
Is he like trying to assault the earth or whatever?
To run again?
Speaker 3 (26:28):
What is he doing?
Speaker 2 (26:30):
I don't know, he's trying to run again, is that
what he's that they're seeking? Like television interviews.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
This is I think the political version of Democrats throwing
spaghetti at the word.
Speaker 3 (26:41):
Looks like he's at a truck stop here.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
We're going to check in with h Robert or Rourke,
the irishman who pretends to be Mexican. We're going to
check in with him at his truck stop hotel. Well, yeah,
ab here, whatever the hell your name is. I think
all of the blonds at see an internamed Abby or
something like that, Abigail, Abby, Abster or whatever.
Speaker 3 (26:59):
Well Abster.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Uh, you know, I mean it's just like totally not
fair and stuff. You know, I mean it's a dictatorship
in that right. So you're saying it's a dictatorship that
more people are moving into an area and voting for
one particular party.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
Yeah, it's a total dictatorship.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
It's always a dictatorship at Abster, whenever we're not in power. Uh,
those people are always the dictators. You were the party though,
sir that did actually demand face masks and wanted everyone
to stay inside their homes. Yeah, but they're the dictators Abstur,
you know, and stuff with his real gaza whatever.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
I don't you know oligarchy.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
He's going to short circuit if you pressure press him
on too much stuff. Gottley, can you imagine Beato or
Work and Pete Booty Juice, the two most boring, idiotic
NEPO babies in the Democrat Party?
Speaker 3 (27:49):
Good Night was president and vice president and then.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
And then we've got on our side, and I know
Trump was floating Mark or Rubio. I will literally go
down in a ball of flames on that one. There's
no way in hell, I mean anybody, I'm sorry, but
you forfeit your Second Amendment support if you're back in
that guy.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
So you don't think he's evolved enough to.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
No, I don't think he has, you know why, because
he hasn't addressed it and as far and until they
come out and say, you know what, I was wrong
on this And I folded like a cheap suit on
stage because I was intimidated by the crowd and I
didn't have the strength of character to stand up against
them lovingly yet firmly and not move an inch like
I did. And I'm not even in Congress. You know,
I'm sorry. I messed up on that. I totally you know,
(28:30):
I don't believe those things, and I would never support them.
I will accept that, but let's not like prance around
and pretend that that not doing anything less than that
is going to get him any bit of support, at
least not from where I'm sitting. Understood, I will literally
haunt his every step on this because I will never
forget this sinking feeling in my gut when he cave
(28:51):
to them, Marco Rubio on the everything from red flag
law to universal background check. He gave them everything on
that stage age. Verbally he said, yes, I agree, we
need stronger Yes, He's like, he said, yes, I agree
in universal bath with a universal background checks.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
Is how he said it. It's on camera. It was
on CNN.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
And then twenty minutes later I had to go out
and everyone's like, well, Marco Rubio said this, and they
were trying to pit me against Rubio on stage. I'm
on national television in front of millions of people, and
CNN's like, well, Marca Rubio said, and I'm like, I
don't give a Rats asked what Marco Rubio said. This
is the truth of it. I'm not giving up a
damned inch. And if I can't have a politician and
elected office who doesn't, who cannot, at least for the respect.
Speaker 3 (29:34):
Of the voter, do the same. Piss off.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
You don't get anything, you don't get consideration. And I'll
be damned if we're going to have another like coronation
of somebody who's caved on our rights before. Don't even
get me started on this, because it will. I mean,
it's gonna be. It'll be a rhetorical bloodbath. It's one
thing I'm not tolerating now. Like I said, all four
him coming out and saying, you know what, I royally
(29:59):
mess stop and I was wrong. I was intimidated by
the crowd. It was a very difficult position, you know.
Speaker 6 (30:05):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
And I don't agree with these things, and I will
accept that. So don't think I'm unreasonable. But to think
that he can get by without addressing it at all,
oh hell no, oh hell no. That's not how we're
ever going to do it here. And anybody that gives
him a pass is just as culpable. Y'all might want
to go over go over to Michael Bloomberg's office, pick
up your mom's demand checks and your boxed wine, and
(30:27):
go hang out with the Monsanto Queen Shannon whatever, her
name is go hang out there because those are your friends.
If that's if you truly you do think that there's
nothing that he needs to rectify, get out, Get out.
I don't want any of it. Or a partners Florida
based company Celtech. Uh, the company Celtech, they have a
they've they've come up with a couple of new firearms
(30:48):
in the past year and over at Celtech. The PR
fifty seven is one of them. It's a rotary barrel
pistol chambered in five seven. It's forty percent lighter than
other five sevens that are in existence, and the rotary
barrel helps that contributes to the lightness of the pistol.
The unique toploading design also is one of the explanations
(31:08):
for why it's slimmer that replaces traditional magazines with stripper clips.
You get that slimmer carry profile, but also a twenty
plus one capacity, very easy field strip it low recoil
for ease of use and accuracy as well and MSRP
of only three ninety nine. You can check it out

(31:30):
they have over there made in the USA.

of the United States.
Speaker 11 (31:53):
I would tell everybody go to join dot ice dot
gov and go there and sign up be a part
of this team that is helping make America safe again
with President Trump. And the other thing Lawrence I would
say is we've removed any of the age barriers. We
no longer have a cap on on how old you
can be or you can continue at age eighteen. Sign
(32:13):
up for ICE and join us and be a part
of it. We'll get you trained and ready to be
equipped to go out on the streets and help protect families.
Speaker 3 (32:20):
M Okay, So that's DHS.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
They call her Ice Barbie talking about this is what's
going to happen, this is this is how it's going
to go down.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
No cap on the cat, no cat.
Speaker 3 (32:34):
No cat. That's like it's fun saying it true. So yeah,
I don't care.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
She can wear all the pink she wants to and works,
so I don't care what she does as long as
she's arresting people and the borders under controls. She can
do it or she wants Just like John Futterman gets
a hoodie pass, she gets a pass for all that.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
Just just keep my border.
Speaker 2 (32:53):
Cleaned up, is all I'm asking. You know, I'm easy
to please, Cane. It's easy to make friends with us,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (32:58):
It's super easy. Like we just you know, there are
no hurdles, throw it over anything like that. It's not hurdles, no, no,
none at all. It's very easy, very easy.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
Yeah, discernment is not a hurdle, thank you.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
So coming up, I got two Texas slowmakers. We're gonna
have Greg Abbott on in a little bit uh our
third hour to talk about some of the latest with
these derylic Democrats and then Congresswoman Beth van Dyn because
house is an incession right now. You know, they're they're
going back and traveling to their districts and all this
other stuff kind of kind of get her too, since
(33:30):
on that too, because this is something that we've you know,
the issue of the redistricting. All these people who are
like no Republicans said it was just a good seat,
say that these people ain't even from Texas. This has
been an issue that they have yelled about since I
moved here over ten years ago. It has been an
issue that they've been at each other's throats on for
since before twenty thirteen. So yes, it's been a long
(33:52):
time coming. It predates Trump, this idea that well, it's
just because they're Trump's a dictator. Now it used to
because you can't win elections. That's what's the problem is.
It's because you can't win elections. Just win some elections. Maybe,
you know, maybe Democrats could do it if they stopped
lecturing everybody about pronouns or having things like gay games.
(34:12):
By the way, Denver's having some gay games. I'm not
kidding you. Gay games. Gay game. Well, that's what we're
going to discuss. What are the gay games. It's going
to be Kine's favorite segment ever. He's so excited for
this segment. He was like, I can't wait to hear
what they do in the gay games. Colorado wants to
host the twenty thirty gay Games. Got to get ready

(36:03):
first up, man, they attacked Big Balls yesterday or the
other day in DC. I'm sorry, do you not like
to hear about this? This port innocent Big Balls that
got attacked Kane.
Speaker 4 (36:17):
It's news, it's news.
Speaker 2 (36:19):
It is news today, news station logo. Ex Doche staffer
that they call Big Balls was blooded up after a
savage DC carjacking attempt by ten juveniles. Yeah, he is
nineteen years old, so I would also he's fairly young.
(36:41):
He thwarted a carjacking attempt. A group of juveniles approached
the car of this woman and made a comment about
taking the vehicle, and he had to help her because
she was getting attacked. They were trying to take her car,
and officer noticed a group of approximately ten juveniles surrounding
(37:03):
the complainant's vehicle and assaulting Big Balls. It's not his name,
but that's what he's called. They actually everybody knows his
name now, Edward Courtestein. I think i'd probably go buy
Big Balls too. But anyway, Edward Cordestein. The police saw
him being attacked and that's when they intervened, and he
was really busted up. There's a photo circulating the juveniles
(37:27):
begin fleeing on foot. Police were only able to nab
two of them who were positively identified as being the attackers.
Fifteen year old male, fifteen year old female. He was
treated on seeing by EMS for injuries that he has sustained.
He's recovering from a broken nose, concussion in a black eye,
and that I mean they were trying to kill him.
(37:52):
They also stole his phone, so I think they were
trying to kill him. I think that they need to
be charged with attempt at homicide. And I don't care
if they're fifteen or not. Tired of tired of animals
running around the street, tired of it all.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
But it hats off to him to Big Balls, because
that's a pretty brave move. I don't think many people
you know survived doing it.
Speaker 2 (38:15):
If he was in New York, if he was in
New York, they would charge him with something. They would
charge him with something. I'm surprised they didn't do it
in DC. So this is not DC is not safe.
I mean there were always areas in DC that you
just didn't walk around in. But I mean it's like, really,
it's really bad right now, really bad. I mean trying
(38:36):
to stop a carjacking and you know, he gets almost
murdered by a crowd of juveniles, and I think we
need to talk. Where are these kids parents at? If
they're fifteen years old, I'd find their parents. I'd go
after their parents. I mean, you know what, this stuff
is going to be happening since people don't want a parent,
This stuff is going to continue happening until there's like
a serious or serious penalties involved, serious penalties involved.
Speaker 3 (39:00):
And I mean, I know he's.
Speaker 2 (39:01):
Nineteen and he's you know, a young man, but if
I was his parents, oh man, those two juveniles, I
would you want to talk about law fair just to
set the example and create a precedent. I would tie
that family up in court for the rest of their
lives just to set a precedent. Just just too tired
of this stuff. You can't even walk around anymore without
(39:22):
worrying about getting carjack, your tessela keyed or something. And
in the meantime, Democrats are pretending that giving more Republicans
votes because that's how they voted, that it's somehow dictatorship.
Speaker 3 (39:34):
Lighten it up.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
The Gay Games. I didn't even know that they had these.
You heard about those the gay Games, though they do.
Denver is wanting to host the twenty thirty Gay Games.
Had a lot of sports with balls on here. Gay
Games twenty thirty. The Gay Games are in twenty six
are going to be apparently in Spain, and that's in Valencia, Spain.
(39:58):
And yeah, Denver's inching closer to hosting the Gay Games.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
Kane, what do you You couldn't wait to do this,
could you?
Speaker 2 (40:07):
This is a news story, it's part of the news.
I'm just here's my question. What makes the Gay Games
different than other games?
Speaker 4 (40:15):
That's gonna be my question. Are they still doing things
like shot put.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
In jaz What would you like to know what some
of the gay games are? High jump, artistic swimming, what
m what makes sense? I don't know what the hell
that is, but it's a thing I was trying to
find out more about it on their website, but they
literally don't tell you synchronized. I think it's pink speedos
(40:40):
from what I can understand.
Speaker 4 (40:41):
I think we all understand that's.
Speaker 2 (40:43):
Probably body paint, and I don't know what else that's
I guess that's what that means.
Speaker 4 (40:50):
That the swimmers are doing body paint.
Speaker 3 (40:52):
I don't know, artists. Let me look at it.
Speaker 4 (40:57):
I feel like it's a synchronized swimming thing, right like
it would.
Speaker 3 (40:59):
Be that is pretty gay.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
So let's see the artistic gay games, this gay swimming
or the sorry artistic swimming. Oh yeah, I guess it's
formally known as synchronized swimming.
Speaker 4 (41:14):
Okay, that makes sense.
Speaker 3 (41:15):
It's a cultural event that promotes inclusion and diversity.
Speaker 7 (41:20):
You know what are so?
Speaker 4 (41:23):
Are they good at synchronizing their swimming? Or are they not?
What does this have to do with diversity?
Speaker 3 (41:27):
No clue?
Speaker 2 (41:29):
I mean, do they do they hang on? I gotta
ask you, well, I gotta ask a question. I gotta
pull this movee on, Mike. Do they stop, you know,
for and have breaks for? I just want to know.
Speaker 4 (41:48):
Yes, No, I don't know, and I'm glad I don't know.
I'm not going to answer.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
That just curious.
Speaker 2 (41:55):
Okay, so the artistic sorry, synchronized, Why is it not
called synchronized swimming anymore?
Speaker 3 (42:00):
That's kind of dumb. Sorry, but that's that's pretty gay.
Speaker 12 (42:03):
Artists.
Speaker 2 (42:03):
Just stop calling it synchronized swimming. To call it artistics swimming,
that's gay.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
You know what, it's totally gay, totally. But you know
why they would not call it synchronized swimming anymore because
there's very little synchronizing going on. It's probably why so
instead of calling it horrible swimming, they'll call it all right.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
Well, they got that.
Speaker 2 (42:22):
They have all the stuff with balls, bowling, basket, badminton, beach, volleyball,
they got all that cheerleading.
Speaker 3 (42:30):
The gay games got cheerleading. It's pretty gay. And I
have that.
Speaker 2 (42:34):
They have dance sport, oh, dodgeball. I would be rocking
at dodgeball, but not in the gay games. Let's see
kickball again, all the balls, pick a ball, soccer, rugby, softball.
Let's see what else do they got? Wrestling? It's gonna
be a popular one. The wrestling. It's gonna be a popular,
popular sport. So I basically, you gotta wear pink everything
(42:56):
I see. It's like all variation on pink, But do
they not have straight sports that do things like basketball
and beach volleyball and things like that.
Speaker 3 (43:06):
Are those are those? Do they?
Speaker 2 (43:09):
I'm just curious, like, why do you have to have
like a whole we have to have a whole sports
competition based on how we have sex, but yet sex
isn't a part of the competition.
Speaker 3 (43:17):
It's weird.
Speaker 2 (43:19):
I mean, that's you know, it's the Gay Games, Like
you got to be gayer than everyone else, That's what
I'm assuming, Like who is the gayest? That's what the
Gay Games is supposed to determine, who is the gayest
one of all? And I'm looking at this and I
don't see beta or work competing in here. So I
don't even know how you can even have a competition
without competing against one of the gayest people in politics.
But you know, well, tell me that I'm wrong, Steve.
(43:45):
You are the one who was very excited about this story.
Shouldn't it be who's the gayest person ever? The Gay Games?
Speaker 3 (43:51):
This is just bored. I don't want to go see
basketball because.
Speaker 2 (43:54):
Honestly, it's gonna be people who can't play as well
if I wanted to watch it.
Speaker 3 (43:58):
I watched WNBA, come on, which, by the way, why
is that dating? Well, maybe you know how they do.
I'm surprised corn hole's not on here. Do you know
how they do?
Speaker 13 (44:10):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (44:11):
Well, that's a competition. It's like ski ball. I can't
believe that's not on here. That's an actual competition.
Speaker 4 (44:17):
Ever wanted commercials.
Speaker 3 (44:18):
Anyway, it's not gonna happen. We still have like ten
other minutes.
Speaker 2 (44:21):
It's not gonna happen. It's not gonna happen for you. Sorry,
I'm gonna run this right up to the clock. No, no,
we got time. So anyway, my whole point was like
speaking to WNBA, they've been throwing like intimate items made
of silicone, I think whatever onto the court neon green ones.
(44:43):
Now it's like a it's a meme now on social media.
That could Now you could have that as a part
of the competition, the fallus throwing onto the court. Yeah yeah, yeah,
Like how far can you throw this fallus onto the
WNBA court? Now that would be I'd be like, you
know what, that is a competition for the gay games.
Speaker 3 (45:02):
I get it. I get that right. Otherwise, this is
just like JV stuff.
Speaker 2 (45:11):
I'm so bored, Like don't sit here and be like,
it's the gay games and then give me basketball. Okay,
what don't do the gay games and be like, well, here, guys,
here's some cycling. Well yeah, cycling's pretty gay, but that's
you know, I was thinking more than that. You know,
I'm just come on, a triple figure skating. That's already gay.
(45:34):
That's already a gay games. Every we just assume Johnny
Weir hello for that. It is the gay games featuring badminton,
the foulas, throw cornhole and sports.
Speaker 3 (45:54):
They have esports.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Those people are gonna just not be good at esports.
Oh my gosh, sports, they're gonna have a hold on
for the love. Maybe straight people should take it over
and just be really good on the sports so that
way they get you know, then, just how what men
are taking over women's sports?
Speaker 3 (46:10):
Oh no, it's the straits they're coming in.
Speaker 4 (46:13):
Are the gay games where women can outperform the men?
Speaker 2 (46:16):
I really don't know, Like I I just imagine there's
like a lot of glitter and pink that would be speedos,
Like this is a basketball court. Sorry, speedos are for swimming. No,
speedos are for everything. It's the gay games. I'm just
it's like a South Park episode flag football that is gay.
So all right, some of these are you know, I get,
(46:37):
but I don't know. I just don't understand why it
has to be its own thing. That's like saying, here's
a bunch of well, let me just throw out something,
you know, like this is it's the red headed sports
only redheads, red headed esports, red headed beach volleyball, red
headed artistic swimming, red headed badminton, you know what I mean?
Or like people that have four choes. It's the four
(47:01):
toad games, four toed ice hockey, four toed rugby, four
toed tennis. I mean things like that, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 3 (47:09):
Why? Why do this does?
Speaker 2 (47:12):
Is the stupidest thing ever, the way the humans try
to silo themselves off.
Speaker 3 (47:16):
I'm a part of this click. I'm a part of
this click.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
They're so desperate to be seen as being included into
something that they would actually participate.
Speaker 3 (47:23):
I just don't get it. I don't get it.
Speaker 4 (47:25):
Is winning bronze in the gay game something to brag about?
Speaker 14 (47:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (47:31):
I do wonder about those trophies? Yeah, I mean, do
they give metals?
Speaker 3 (47:34):
You get a trophy?
Speaker 2 (47:36):
Denver is gonna host it Denver, where you immediately step
off the airport and you are consumed by plumes of
pot and then there's like questionably home looking homeless people
outside of every street corner. The last time I was
in Denver, they were literally questionably looking homeless people outside
of every street corner and everywhere smelled like stink. It
(47:57):
smelled like a skunk's anus everywhere. It was horrible and
or Heineken, one of the two. I mean, it's the
whole city smell like kind again. No, we're not going
to break yet. Until I say we're going to break.
That's just how it's gonna be. We're gonna roll.
Speaker 4 (48:12):
In this kine pretty sure. It's time.
Speaker 2 (48:15):
You guys are gonna regret ever bringing this story to
me ever, so uh yeah, you can embark on the
journey towards inclusivity empowerment with a gg DIN twenty thirty.
That's the gay game whatever. Let's make history, Like how
are you making history? And celebrate the spirit of unity,
diversity and progress progress with what you're all still wearing pink.
I mean, it's just dumb, you know, Like why if

(48:59):
allly parents because online predators have become so sophisticated. It's
real time protection against malware, ransomware, phishing, and more. And
this I cannot tell you how this crime has grown.
This category of crime has grown recently. You have a
password manager that's included, system optimizer that removes digital clutter.
You have a web threat shield that blocks malicious websites compatible.
(49:22):
It's compatible with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, et cetera. But you
get identity protection. Covers includes kids, student, seniors, dependents, up
to a million dollars in theft related expense reimbursement, advanced
dark web monitoring, credit and financial monitoring with the lords.
I mean, it really does it all. They even have
identity health status updates.
Speaker 3 (49:38):
VPN and backup.
Speaker 2 (49:39):

Speaker 8 (50:12):
And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick five.
Speaker 2 (50:18):
Little warning to some European tourists near Slovakia. Apparently a
man wandering around wearing nothing but a bolaklava and plastic clogs.
Actually he's wearing crocs. He's wearing crocs, and he's an
a balaclava and nothing else, and he's carrying a an
intimate Times toy on a stick has been scaring tourists
while wandering around this historic castle in Slovakia. The unidentified
(50:41):
intruder post for a picture carrying his bizarre prop Monday
near Gamis Castle, and that's according to Slovakian television. He
apologized to the female hikers who he's scared the living
daylights out of.
Speaker 3 (50:55):
Yeah, that's about it.
Speaker 2 (50:56):
So he apparently was at the WNBA court and picked
up one of them foul and taped it to his stick.
Speaker 3 (51:01):
And that's what he's doing. I'm not even making this up.
That's an act.
Speaker 2 (51:03):
One can't even just show you the picture because it's
disturbing and ible. Ch Well, we haven't. I don't think
we're allowed that anymore. Also, we have Francis for a
Coppola rushed to a hospital in Italy. I read this
last night. They don't know whether or not he's having
surgery or not, but he was. He was there because
one of his films he was in Collabria with I
(51:25):
think it was Megapolis that he was doing a screening
up and he was also scouting locations for a new
movie which he was going to start shooting in autumn.
But he apparently some of the reports are saying that
he was taken in for a planned operation in Rome,
but then he was rushed to the ward earlier with
an irregular heartbeat. So he's hopefully everything is okay, because
(51:47):
we really like Francis Ford Coppola. Also, Global Outbreak Fear
Surge is a virus in China once again prompts quarantines
and thousands of new cases are reported. We're not doing it.
I don't care. Moving on, I don't care. It's a
via r. We have viruses. Stop eating bats, super easy.
Aging spreads through the body like an infection. Now they're
saying a protein could be to blame. It's protein h
(52:09):
MGB one. And what do you say for It's a protein, well,
like a protein, not like a protein that you eat,
like but.
Speaker 4 (52:20):
Maybe manipulating this could be a key.
Speaker 3 (52:24):
I'm all for that. Yeah, totally off for that.
Speaker 2 (52:26):
Yea Arca. The Covenant mystery was blown open. They discovered
oh I think I talked about this yesterday. They discovered
a biblical relic. Also, Tesla handed Elon Musk twenty nine
billion dollars.
Speaker 3 (52:36):
They didn't want him to leave.
Speaker 2 (52:37):
He wants more control to make sure it goes into
a good direction, so they handed him a big fat
water cash. Hey, what if I want to leave Tesla too?
I want to leave Tesla hand me twenty nine billion
dollars that'll that'll work right. So coming up in studio
guest Texas Congresswoman Beth Van Dye in Texas is twenty
fourth twenty fourth congressional district. Got a lot of stuff
to discuss, including when are the Democrats going to come
back to Austin. Of our partners that help bring you
(52:59):
the pro it is the folks over at Relief Factor.
Speaker 3 (53:02):
If you deal with everyday.
Speaker 2 (53:04):
Aches and pains, it just means that you probably need
a supplement to help you out a little bit, and
you want to do it drug free, and this is
where a Relief Factor comes in. It's designed without drugs
to help manage aches and pains naturally. It combines powerful
ingredients like turmerico, Mega three, fatty acids, res viatral, and
so much more to target inflammation and support joint health.
(53:26):
One hundred percent drug free, all developed to support your
body's natural healing process. My husband uses it. He's got
old sports injuries. It helps him. So many people they
manage their aches and pains naturally with Relief Factor. It's
a daily drug free supplement. You do not have to
stay stock living with pain.
Speaker 3 (53:43):
Try it.
Speaker 2 (53:43):
Relief Factors three week quick start for Jus nineteen ninety five.
That's less than a dollar a day, and you can
support a edoranown company and see the difference for yourself.
That's Reliefactor dot com. Or call one eight hundred and
four Relief. That's one eight hundred and number four Relief.
Speaker 9 (53:56):

Speaker 1 (54:11):
This is a new Democratic Party. We're bringing a knife
to a knife.
Speaker 7 (54:15):
Fight, and we are going to fight file with fire.
Speaker 2 (54:18):
They're bringing a knife to a knife fight. That's according
to Chex's notes. DNC chair Ken Martin. We just talked
about Denver's gay games just last segment. I think that
he's a top contender. Sorry, I'm not leaving it alone.
So that's that's DNC's Ken Martin who says that they're
bringing Democrats are done doing whatever I mean. I guess
bringing a knife to a knife fight is different from
burning down businesses and towns all across America every burning
(54:42):
murder summer. Welcome back to the program, Dana lash with you,
and we are broadcasting live obviously from Dallas. You can
listen to hundreds of markets across the nation stream the
simulcast three forty seven Direct TV rumble all that good stuff.
My friend and congress person, my congress person right now,
we're never letting her go. Bethy and Dye Excess is
twenty fourth Congressional District is in studio because we need
(55:05):
to tell people what our congressional people do.
Speaker 3 (55:08):
You actually do work when you're not in Congress. That's
what now.
Speaker 2 (55:14):
Eric Swallwell apparently lifts really small weights and swims at
home and doesn't do anything with the constituency. But you
actually do so tell people you're you're back in your
district talking to your voters.
Speaker 14 (55:30):
Now, I'm not saying I don't need to be at
the gym, and I'm not saying I wouldn't like to
be at the pool. But no, when we're home, we
have we had roundtables this week. We've already talked to
small business owners and one of the things that we've
learned over the last several years was guess what businesses
are moving to Texas and they're hiring, but they're having
a hard time finding people that they actually you can hire.
(55:50):
So four years ago, right after the pandemic, we decided
to have a job fare, and we didn't think we
were more than a few hundred people. We actually got
six thousand people this past year. When we did it
last August, we had twenty five to thirty thousand people.
We actually had to move at the location. It is
the largest single job fare in the country.
Speaker 3 (56:12):
That's amazing largest. So just in the span of a
couple of years, from six thousand to twenty to twenty people,
five thousand people.
Speaker 14 (56:19):
We have over five hundred businesses representing over thirty five
thousand job opportunities. And it's going to be tomorrow at
Globally Field from eleven to three. So if you are
in the North Texas area, bring resumes, bring your walking shoes,
get there early. There'll be plenty of parking. It's at
globally Field. But literally last year, thirty percent of the
(56:39):
jobs were one hundred thousand dollars and above. So this
is not like your normal job fair. It doesn't like us.
Speaker 2 (56:46):
Excuse Joba, you make, you can make some sweet bank
get some jobs at this job fair.
Speaker 3 (56:51):
There's the infigration career.
Speaker 2 (56:52):
If you're watching the simulcast North Texas Job Fair and
you can visit my ntxjobs dot com.
Speaker 3 (56:59):
Well that's you know, are why are you the only
one that does this?
Speaker 14 (57:03):
I don't know. We've been trying to get the word
ouse for several years.
Speaker 2 (57:06):
Now you're like the only person in Congress that does
this for their own district.
Speaker 14 (57:09):
We're trying to get the word out, and I think
more people when they see the success that we're having.
But look, we just passed this one cute bill, right,
this one big beautiful bill we just passed, and part
of that had job requirements, work requirements in order to
get medicaid. And I think, you know, it's one thing
for us to talk about work requirements, but it's also
something else to help people get jobs, to get work.
(57:31):
And so I think when we leave d C, you're
not leaving your job. You're actually going home to talk
to the people that you represent. And that's what we
try to do.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
That's that because your job is not just in DC,
it's also here, so it's like a big job area.
We're talking with Congresswoman Beth Van Dye from Texas's twenty
fourth congressional district. She's Uh, when she leaves Texas, she
goes to d C to do her job. She doesn't
go to New York to go cry on Kathy Hochel's shoulder.
She doesn't go to Illinois to go cry on JB.
Pritzker's shoulder. Which I got to ask you about this,
(58:00):
this redistricting thing.
Speaker 15 (58:02):
I moved.
Speaker 2 (58:03):
I moved in Texas, our family moved here in twenty thirteen,
December of twenty thirteen, and the arguments and insistences over
redistricting has been an issue since then because I've heard
every debate about it. This is normal to have redistricting,
you know, at least every decade.
Speaker 14 (58:22):
For these areas well, you have to have it every decade.
But it's the mid decade redistricting that I think some
people are throwing their hats up at. But the fact
is it's not unprecedented. As you've mentioned before, We've had
a number of times in Texas where we've had mid
mid decade redistricting in other states. But the weird thing
(58:43):
is about this one is so many of the Democrats,
Democrat governors are freaking out right like how dare you
pack your districts? And I think it's it's rich that
you got Newsome, who represents the state of California, that
it has forty percent eight wide Republican vote, and yet
only nine out of fifty two of their representatives are Republicans.
Speaker 3 (59:06):
Wow.
Speaker 14 (59:07):
Not to mention the fact that the Census Bureau will
be the first to tell you that they drastically undercounted
in states this past census. They drastically undercounted in states
like Texas and overcounted in states like California, in a
number of states in the Northeast. So this is this
is unprecedented. It's not unprecedent, but it's also to correct
(59:27):
or wrong.
Speaker 2 (59:28):
That's a really good point because from what I read,
of the five most gerrymandered districts in the United States,
two of them I didn't realize two of.
Speaker 3 (59:36):
Them were in Texas, the thirty fifth and the thirty third.
Speaker 2 (59:38):
And when I looked at these districts, it's so goofy.
I know, we showed like a million photos of them
on the simulcast, but like one of them is just
like Hugin.
Speaker 3 (59:47):
Thirty five, and it's like connecting. Basically, I think it's
what Austin to parts of San Antonio and then there's
another one that's like a curly cue around Houston. That's
that's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. That is like
literally gets jerrymanderiness to try to expand Democrats power when
(01:00:07):
they could just win elections. That's how you do it,
You just win elections.
Speaker 14 (01:00:11):
Well, I think you know that a lot of these
states that that our republic are our Democrat representatives are
fleeing to our blue states. That one, a lot of
them are sanctuary states that are protecting illegal immigrants and
protecting even worse, protecting illegal criminal immigrants. But the other
thing they're doing is they are taking these immigrants and
(01:00:31):
they are using them to repopulate congressional districts. So we
have a number of bills that would say that only
in a census, your citizens count. People who are here
illegally should not count. But you've got that clerk from
New York who's who's said it out loud, right that
we have to have these illegal immigrants here to be
(01:00:52):
able to keep our congressional districts because if we don't,
we're going to lose them. And you know they're saying
that quiet part out loud, But this is what you're seeing,
and so you know in Texas we're doing it the
right way. It's not on precedent the Supreme Court. I said,
you can do it from a partisan perspective, but we
cannot afford to lose the majority. We have already had
(01:01:13):
crazy folks on the left side of our isle who
you know, left side of the aisle, who have said
that if they lose, if they get the majority, that
they were going to defund ice and that their whole
focus of in the next two years of Trump's administration
is to impeach him. I'm sorry, but you have got
to give this administration credit where credit is due. What
(01:01:34):
they've done with taxes, what they're doing with trade, what
they do with the border, what they're doing with crime.
I don't want to waste his last two years fighting
impeachment and having ice in our border wide open game.
Speaker 3 (01:01:44):
And that's just two of the things that they would do.
I mean, scare everybody for a minute. What Democrats get
control of the House, what happens.
Speaker 14 (01:01:49):
First, look at what happened in my first two years
in office when we were in the minority and they
were in the majority. The trillions of dollars that they
added to our debt, the regulations that they added, the
fact that you've had wars breaking out all around the
world because we were lead. We weren't leading, we were weak.
We were letting Europe lead. We have wasted money, we
(01:02:10):
have lost trade deals, we have lost businesses. All is
a result of the overspend and the fact that all
Democrats seem to want to do is have government in
every aspect of your life. They want that everybody dependent
on them, and I think there's at drastic difference when
Republicans are in control and the majority, and that is
what we're trying to definitely make sure happens during the midterms.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
For those of you tuning in, maybe you're just listening
to the radio program, we're talking with Congresswoman Bethy and Dye,
Texas's twenty fourth congressional district. Because the bill went through.
Now we've been talking about recisions packages are there going
to be because they kept hearing this floated that there
would be an attempt to do some further pocket recisions
that will even start chipping away even more at what
(01:02:55):
Doge wanted to cut and start getting some more of
those cuts actually implemented.
Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
Is that still on the TAXI.
Speaker 14 (01:03:01):
Absolutely on the table. I've had a number of a
number of meetings with White House folks from administration that
are looking exactly at that, and they have identified there's
going to be a number of precision packages that are
coming with our second possible reconciliation package. We're also looking
at being able to cut down on spending. A lot
of these things that we had tried to pass, what
(01:03:22):
we passed out of the House got taken out because
of the Bird rule in the Senate. We're going to
try to figure out how to get them back in
the second reconciliation package.
Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
Some of those I thought were insane because they were
trying to argue that some of the things that were
actually taxes could not actually be cut under the Bird one.
I'm like, well, that's that's still it's no, that's not it.
Speaker 14 (01:03:41):
Still appligated under reconciliation. The tax is created on a reconsition.
But then you can't take it back.
Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
Yeah, you can say I don't want to spend it.
And the judge, from what I was understanding from the ruling,
they were saying, no, Potis can't do that because apparently
we elect these judges and not the President of the
United States. I wanted to ask the way here because
you have the still and we were talking about that.
My NTX jobs dot Com is the website and you
can go for those in the area. That's where I mean.
(01:04:07):
You've got all manner of jobs that are offered there.
And you heard the congresswoman say that some of these
jobs you're looking at six figure salaries, which is amazing.
I just feel like Texas businesses pay very well.
Speaker 14 (01:04:18):
And I also feel too, they compete.
Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
Yeah, they're very competitive.
Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
I really I feel like too, with all these people
coming in and businesses coming into Texas, can we tell
them to leave their Democrat buoting employees or can we
put up signs and be like, no Texas is here
north of the Red River?
Speaker 3 (01:04:36):
Can we do that?
Speaker 11 (01:04:37):
Like that?
Speaker 14 (01:04:37):
You would hope that one of the benefits of moving
to a state like Texas is they recognize all of
these businesses that are moving here. They recognize all of
the opportunities they have. They see when they're buying a
house in North Texas versus buying a house in California.
How much of better quality of life that you have here.
And there's a reason policies matter, And I think the
(01:04:58):
fact that we've had so many busines this is that
are hiring. We've got so many people who are looking
for jobs. I think that's a benefit to this, to
this community. It is a reflection of the success of Texas.
Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
Yeah, I think so. I think so as well. I mean,
we haven't had it. We haven't struggled with employment here
in this state like we've seen in New York and
Illinois and.
Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
Some of these other states.
Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
Talking with Congressman Beth Van Dyne, all right, it's the
last thing while you're here, because you, guys, what are
you What is the first big fight when you return
to DC.
Speaker 14 (01:05:27):
Probably figuring out our budget. So we're going to have
budget talks, you know, We're we're hoping to be able
to have twelve appropriation bills passed. I don't know if
that's going to happen. We can get them out of
the House, but I don't know they're going to be
able to get him out of the Senate. So I
hate voting on continuing resolutions. It's not a way to
actually run a government. It's just by continuing the same
(01:05:49):
level of spend that you had the previous year. However,
the benefit of that is that you're continuing the same
level of spend that you had the last year and
you're not adding to it. But I think we're going
to have a reconciliation. We're going to have recision packages,
we're going to have preparations, and we're going to have
a budget.
Speaker 13 (01:06:02):
Now.
Speaker 14 (01:06:02):
I am the chairman of the Republican Study Committee's budget Committee,
and I'm putting together a budget with very conservative members
of our of our House, and of our conference. And
it's going to be a balanced budget.
Speaker 2 (01:06:14):
Could we actually in our lifetimes make that happen? Kin,
That's the most exciting thing I think I've heard so
far this year. I mean, not no pressure. My birthday
is next month and that would be a great birthday
gift is a balanced budget.
Speaker 3 (01:06:25):
So no pressure.
Speaker 14 (01:06:26):
We'll we'll try to have it. Time for data line
about the.
Speaker 2 (01:06:30):
North Texas job Fair, folks, check it out at my
nt X jobs dot com. It's tomorrow from eleven am
to three pm at Globe Life Field because they had
to move it to a bigger place because so many
people are coming out looking for employees. They're looking for employees,
so go and check it out. We make sure we
get the r L up there for you as well.
Speaker 14 (01:06:49):
Conte quick thing on this. There's also going to be
if you are a veteran, please come. We're going to
have a separate area just for veterans services. We have
done this every year and every year it gets bigger.
Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
That's awesome, especially area set aside just for veterans and
veteran services, So make sure you come out for that.
We got the url out there my NTX jobs dot com.
Congresswoman Bethmandine, you work, I think harder than most members
of Congress, and I think you're one of the most
transparent members in Congress. And I think you're one of
five actual Congress members who can do math and do
(01:07:19):
it well. So we are very grateful for our congress person.
Congresswoman Bethmandine.
Speaker 3 (01:07:23):
Always a pleasure.
Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
Thank you so much for being in studio with us today.
The folks that will bring you the program. Bernegun, It's
always good to diversify your weapons array because you know,
you carry different calibers, You carry blade, you carry pistols,
you carry all this stuff, So why not have something
when you are completely disarmed from basically doing anything due
to private property restrictions, municipal and local restrictions. This is
where bernagun comes in. I think it's a really good
(01:07:45):
remedy for any kind of for the issue of ken
you're a college student who's not old enough to carry
a pistol but still needs to protect themselves.
Speaker 3 (01:07:54):
Protect themselves.
Speaker 2 (01:07:55):
Bern agun is it's a pistol, but it shoots chemical
irritant projectiles that can deter threat from up to fifty
feet away, and it's easy target acquisition no recoil, legal
in all fifty states, requires zero background checks, zero permits,
zero fees, zero anything.
Speaker 3 (01:08:11):
It can be shipped right to your front door.
Speaker 2 (01:08:14):
The SD, which is the pistol, it's the best selling model,
and then the new CL which is more compact. It's
smaller than the SD, but you're not losing on any
kind of power with it. You can go and choose
your color, the accessories, all kinds of stuff, but it's
a great way to diversify your weapons array and make
sure that even when you're not able to carry, or
(01:08:36):
maybe you're not old enough to carry out but you're
like living out of town for college, this is an
option you really need to consider. You can visit burner
dot com slash data and check out the new burna
cl b y r na dot com slash data.
Speaker 4 (01:08:50):
It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time
for Florida.
Speaker 3 (01:08:57):
Man helps a new press the button.
Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
All right, So first up, a Florida man who was
accused of grand theft auto claimed that the repair shop
let him. It let him take the car, y'all because
he was homeless. That's what he claims. However, that's not
really what the dealership is saying. They're saying that no, no, no,
(01:09:25):
or the repair shop he stole it. This Florida man,
he's accused of stealing a vehicle. It's from a winter
Haven repair shop. Christopher Rodriguez. He's twenty seven years old.
He claimed that his friend Bubba told him that the
repair shop puts vehicles at the location so homeless people
can use them. No, that's not the case. Rodriguez was
charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine,
(01:09:48):
possession of drug paraphernalia, driving wiless. License was suspended or revoked.
So it's been quite a bit and he stole the vehicle.
So there was no Bubba, and no, he did not
have the ability or the permission. Rather, to take the
vehicle from the repair shot public transportation.
Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
I guess, yeah, actually that sounds right.
Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
A Florida deputy captures the gator from a pool and
straight up buckles it in a patrol car. I'm not
gonna lie if I lived in Florida, and I know
I say that gators, But if I saw one chilling
in my pool and it was just small enough, maybe
it's still a little chunky, I'd take it and it'd
be a free pet for me.
Speaker 3 (01:10:29):
Free pet. So this isn't.
Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
Saint John's County, a Florida deputy helped capture a gator
from a backyard pool in Saint Augustine before buckling him
into the back of his patrol car. Video posted from
the Saint John's County Sheriff's Facebook page shows the deputy
wrangling the gat out the pool with these beayar, oh
my gosh, it's a large gat. Uh yeah, so's he
(01:10:53):
The deputy told the gator, I know you're super mad,
because it was hissing at him, and then he buckled
it in the back of the car. Everyone was saying,
obviously you grew up here, and he told the He
told the gator he goes, you know what, let me
buckle you in, and the gator was hissing. He's mad
at him, and he's like, I know you're super mad
right now, you got to get in this car.
Speaker 4 (01:11:10):
Got a pet size for.
Speaker 7 (01:11:13):
See.
Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
I feel like when I I have some friends that
make fun of me and they're like, how you've never
been gored, bitten or whatever is beyond us? Did I
tell you guys the time that I almost took home
a coyote? Yeah, that almost happened.
Speaker 3 (01:11:25):
Well, it was.
Speaker 2 (01:11:26):
Like, coyote's down here, a heck of a lot smaller
than the ones in Missouri, like a Missouri You're like,
that's a coyo right down here. You're like, ooh, is
that a sick dog? You know, it's just like they're
very h and I saw him. I was like, ooh,
sick dog, you need some treats?
Speaker 3 (01:11:40):
And no, it was a coyote.
Speaker 2 (01:11:43):
And literally after I almost trake it, this dog or sorry,
coyote in my car.
Speaker 3 (01:11:47):
Glenn's story, who owns Patriot Mobile. He lives like like
down the road from us. He texted, He's like, did
you all see there's a coyote running around in the
neighborhood and he shared a picture of it.
Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
I'm standing I'm standing there looking at the picture that
Glenn's Story shared and then looking at this coyote that's
like a mirror like feet away, because I'm trying to
lure into my car and I didn't have anything but
like a couple pieces of beef jerking an old bag
that I found on the back, and I'm like trying
to get the you know, it didn't.
Speaker 3 (01:12:14):
The coyote didn't come, obviously, but we were that close.
I don't know if Chris knows that he's not He's
not anywhere in here. We had all of our guests leaves,
so I think he's outside, so he didn't hear that.
We'll just not tell him that part, all right.
Speaker 2 (01:12:27):

Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
It's mea Dana lash Welcome. Top of this top of
this third Hour. I gotta just let you guys, so weird,
such a weird mood.
Speaker 3 (01:13:48):
It's so only Wednesday. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:13:50):
Top of our third hour channel through forty seven is
the streams of the radio program where you can watch us,
watch us do the radio show, and then the chats
at Rumble.
Speaker 3 (01:14:00):
Also find us at ACT. I just got to say, so,
I had our.
Speaker 2 (01:14:02):
Congresswoman Beth, and I sitting right here to my left,
right right here to my left, and I have this
four foot wide gaming screen, four and a half foot wide.
It's like this, it's the size of like Danny DeVito
right like sideways. It's a great measure. And I got
(01:14:25):
all kinds of stuff up on it. Right, you can't
see it's like right like my hand's resting on it.
It's right in front of me, so you can see
it sort of except when we're looking straight on. So
it's this big giant gaming screen, right, big screen, and
I got all stuff on it, like I got my
audio list, and I got our rundown of topics that
we can bounce around. I got social media stuff up,
I got slack up. You know, I'm monitoring now. Granted,
(01:14:47):
the segment that we had right before we were talking
to the congresswoman, remind me of came what that was? Hey,
we had headlines in the right before headlines. What do
we have no We had the gay Games, and then
we had in headlines we had the story of this
naked feller who is in a balaclava yeah yeah, yeah
(01:15:10):
and walking around in uh his store castle in Slovakia.
And I had put that in slack, right, and I
had slack up. And you know how if you put
a link somewhere, it will auto populate the image. And
it showed this naked man with his bisness blurred out,
(01:15:34):
like pixelated, a little bit of pixelation, and he's standing
there with a stick.
Speaker 3 (01:15:39):
And then the male.
Speaker 2 (01:15:40):
Copy of the fake male copulatory organ that he crudely
taped to the top of the stick was also pixelated out,
and he's standing there in a balla clava. Now I
didn't think anything of this, right, I have everything up
on my desktop so I can see it all. And
I just now realized after we concluded our interview, this
was literally the image that was on like a part
(01:16:03):
of my computer right in front of the congresswoman the
entire time this story. You should show at least like
the screenshot of what it looked like. Put the screen
because that it makes me wan makes me look bad.
I just had that photo of it was the link
that auto popularly was in slack, and it auto populated,
and it was here the whole time. Now, she had
(01:16:23):
a photographer. There was a photographer with her too, because
she's been going out meeting voters and doing all this stuff.
She's very busy when she comes back in her district.
She just spends most of her time literally all day
and all night doing different voter events. So she had
a photographer here. Praise the Lord, and I'm not saying
that in vain. I mean praise the Lord that this
photographer did not walk around to the back and just
(01:16:44):
see what was on my screen because I had my
audio list and my prep and social media all this stuff.
This is and this is what it looked like on
the screen. This is what was up there. That's from slack,
that was up there in front of her the whole time.
I'm like, oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
So while you're talking about the North Texas Job Fair
that's tomorrow, our very own twenty fourth district Representative Beth
Van Dyne was looking.
Speaker 2 (01:17:10):
At that that unfortunately was there. It auto populated in
the thing. I'm gonna die million dusts now, I'm just
gonna die.
Speaker 3 (01:17:18):
Bye, guys, professional lady radio. I'm pulling that coldplay thing.
Speaker 2 (01:17:25):
Bye, I'm just done.
Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (01:17:32):
She's an understanding member of Congress.
Speaker 2 (01:17:34):
I know, and I and and she was out there
in the hall, so they hurt us. It was a headline,
so they heard us talking about this story. And I
just didn't even think of it. And I looked like,
oh my, can you imagine if a photographer had been
like and this was, oh my gosh, I don't even
know what's happening today, So I gotta say this too.
I saw a couple let me just hid a couple
(01:17:56):
of things, so there was no Now you wake up
in the morning, you look it. You know social media,
maybe you do. I look up and I wake up
in the morning. The first thing I try to do
is open my bile ap and I'm like, I'm I
need to have that like the first I know.
Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
But I need to have that be like the.
Speaker 2 (01:18:13):
First thing I see because the world is horrible. The
world is full of whores, and here I am. I
must persist and then I'll look at you know, just see.
When I go to social media, I go and look
at what's trending in case something's popped off. Because honestly,
social media just has better You just get better stuff
more recent news and people were arguing over engagement ring sizes,
(01:18:38):
and it was some broads on the right that were
doing it. I don't even remember their names. I think
one of them's particularly thirsty. But there were chicks that
were like women females on the right that are like,
want to be conservative influencers that were attacking another female influencer.
She was proudly showing off her engagement ring because she
(01:18:58):
just got engaged, and someone goes, lol that rock size
or something. They were like making fun of her engagement
ring size. I'm like, you're not fir stuff. You're not
a conservative number one number two, you're still lonely and
sad and you have no ring. Oh you're like Gollum
with no precious Oh what is wrong with social media?
(01:19:19):
I just this vapidness has affected everything.
Speaker 3 (01:19:24):
I Have you noticed this?
Speaker 2 (01:19:25):
It's affected absolutely everything, every aspect, Like politics have gotten
so vapid. Like we had that Ken Martin got will
you bring enough to a knife fight?
Speaker 12 (01:19:36):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:19:36):
Do you can I hear that one more time?
Speaker 2 (01:19:38):
I'm sorry, Yeah, this is the DNC chair. Yeah, you
gotta bring it We're gonna bring knives to knife fights. Now,
what was your rule before?
Speaker 1 (01:19:46):
This is a new Democratic Party. We're bringing a knife
to a knife fight, and we are going to fight
fire with fire.
Speaker 2 (01:19:52):
Well, you've used fire a lot because you guys have
burned down entire buildings and blocks like Ferguson, Missouri, and
you know, down in what is it, Kentucky, and then
up in Wisconsin. I mean to go on and on
in Minneapolis like every I mean, good heavens, in the
way of George Floyd.
Speaker 3 (01:20:08):
You had burn Luton murder. That was burning lutenant murder
and everything. Chaz Chop.
Speaker 2 (01:20:13):
Let's look at the Democrats and ICE that are attacking
ICE agent facilities. You guys have been doing that for
quite a while. So and you guys have brought knives
to knife fights. Actually, you've brought knives to everything. You've
brought knives and fire to even moderate you know, political disagreements.
Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
I disagree with your own healthcare. Why are you a Nazi?
Flails with like swing's knife around. Why are you a Nazi?
Speaker 2 (01:20:36):
I mean, what is this? What does it even mean?
Do you remember when I made a joke about I
wasn't even gonna burn the New York Times. I just
made a joke about it for kraind out loud I
as a point, and people were like.
Speaker 3 (01:20:53):
Dana Alasha saw me look at our ship post with
an open flame. You're the copy of a newspaper. So violent?
Oh my gosh, violent rhetoric from the right. A person
on the right sneezes, did your throat to kill me?
Your nancy? Violent? Horrible?
Speaker 2 (01:21:12):
But then they say things like this, Yeah, what bringing
a knife to a knife fight? Where is this knife fight?
What is the knife fight? Did we miss a knife fight?
Speaker 7 (01:21:24):
King?
Speaker 3 (01:21:25):
I mean, I love a good knife fight. Where's the
knife fight at?
Speaker 4 (01:21:28):
But in the same sentence they says they're fighting fire
with fire.
Speaker 3 (01:21:31):
Well, what is he using knives or fire?
Speaker 4 (01:21:33):
Fiery knives?
Speaker 2 (01:21:34):
Oh, fiery knives, fortune fire. I mean you can do
something like that, fiery knives. That's a great that's a
really bad like band name, like for like a cover band,
like in somewhere. Yeah, uh, I don't know that. It
just seems that I think that they need to kind
(01:21:56):
of slow their role in some of their rhetoric because
it's getting bad. Then you get those londer somebody seven
Texas State Rep. Jolanda Jones. She says, redistrict, it is
just like burning.
Speaker 3 (01:22:09):
Jews in the Yeah, wait what listen, can't even do this?
Speaker 15 (01:22:14):
And then integration happening. Everybody thought they accept this. They
don't accept this. They are showing us who they are.
We should believe them, and we better have the courage
to stand up. Otherwise we will voll for anything, and
in this country we will be defeated, deported. I mean,
we will lose all of our rights. And if you
think it can't happen, it can. And I will liken
this to the Holocaust. People are like, well, how did
(01:22:36):
the Holocaust happen? How is somebody in the position to
kill all their people? Well, good people remain silent or
or good people didn't realize that what happens to them
can very soon happen to me or somebody I love.
Speaker 3 (01:22:50):
Wait a minute, So.
Speaker 2 (01:22:54):
More people voting Republican and changing the makeup and shape
of a district that is every ten years reapportioned is
just like the Holocaust. These people need to stop demonstrating
(01:23:14):
such flippant attitudes towards that and diminishing what happened with
these idiotic comparisons. I'm really done with it. It's so insulting.
It's ahistorical idiocy number one. Number two, it's just idiotic
and nonsensical. But number three, do you know how incredibly
(01:23:36):
hurtful that is to people who I have friends who
lost grandparents in the Holocaust. Their families are irrevocably changed.
There's experiences that they will never have, there's things that
they have experience, it's vastly different.
Speaker 3 (01:23:54):
As a result of that, it sends.
Speaker 2 (01:23:57):
A ripple throughout the world of your familial history. It's like,
you know, democrats putting some of our ancestors on the
trail of genocide and having it irrevocably alter your familial structure.
I mean, there's things that have happened, and it's and
(01:24:21):
some of them, you know, like this is still pretty
recent to people you have actual Holocaust survivors, and they're
just so flippantly using this as as like justification for
their refusal to acknowledge the shifting change in these districts
(01:24:42):
that necessitate, as we always do every ten years, a
redistricted area. And they were refusing by and by refusing,
they're disenfranchising these voters. And then they're trying to defend
themselves by comparing anyone who disagrees with them to Nazis.
This is just historical nonsense. It's so stupid. This has
(01:25:03):
got to stop.
Speaker 3 (01:25:03):
This really is.
Speaker 2 (01:25:04):
Dumb, guys. Geez I, I don't know this. It's it's
still it's just it's just ridiculous. Now we're gonna have
coming up Governor Greg Abbott talking about this a little
bit as well.
Speaker 3 (01:25:20):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:25:21):
Now, speaking of all of this stuff, do you guys
remember uh this was like one of the big debates
that everybody was having. This mock model Khalil guy, the
Gasen activist, he was at Columbia and he was one
of the individuals who was part of the uh, you know,
bullying of Jewish students. And there's been this ongoing conversation,
(01:25:41):
particularly on the left with their activists about globalizing. You know,
what does this mean when you're calling to globalize the dafada?
This was his I mean he embraces it audio some
bite seventeen.
Speaker 3 (01:25:52):
Listen.
Speaker 13 (01:25:55):
I want to get into like you know, like the
chance like from the river to the sea from global
father about all of that. Like I heard someone on
on on your podcast saying like, oh, I don't like
the chant to globalize the Antifada. Yeah, like, don't like it.
Like it's not it's not being chanted for you to
like it. It's actually to make you uncomfortable. So you
have to think about your complicity and what's happening.
Speaker 2 (01:26:18):
What what he's talking about is literally making war against
everyone who is, you know, considered non Muslim. I mean,
when you're and making war and eradicating Jewish people, that's
what that phrase means. So you're saying it should make
people in car So you're saying that, yes, it's bad,
it's nasty, and it's on purpose. Why isn't this guy
(01:26:41):
deported yet? Why is he not being deported? I mean
every single time he gets by on a microphone, I'm like, gollye,
I mean, I wow. He said, well, you know the attack.
What he was saying was when he was talking about
the October seventh of massacre. He said in this and
remember he was the guy leading these protests at Columbia,
(01:27:03):
he actually was saying, you know, what the attack needed.
He was trying to explain in this that the attack
needed to happen because it needed to break the cycle.
You know, there was a Saudi Israel deal that was
very imminent. I guess it's too much to ask them
to stop raping people to death and chopping baby's heads off.
I guess it's too much to ask. But he admitted
it that that right there is million dollar audio. Republicans
(01:27:24):
should be saving that because we rely on capitalism. God
bless America's our friends. Over at Angel Studios, you can

Speaker 2 (01:28:49):
So we are following the story that happened at the
Fort Stewart Army Base that the shooting that took place there.
Some of the nine to one one audio has been
released of it, but apparently there were five shot. The
suspect was apparently secured or the situation. They said, the
scene is secure. They said that there are five patients.
(01:29:11):
When they were talking about people being admitted into the hospital,
Potus wasn't made aware. And they said that the White
House is monitoring the situation. We'll have more updates as.
Speaker 3 (01:29:21):
We get them. That they were on lockdown. They said
for this, there's.
Speaker 2 (01:29:24):
Not a lot that's out there just yet about this,
but we'll have it as we get it.
Speaker 3 (01:29:30):
Also, let's see here.
Speaker 2 (01:29:32):
This Ooh home depots Halloween skeleton decorations now featured electronically

I'm going to not an ad but it should be,
you know. Let's see here. Also we also Wisconsin bear
(01:30:14):
had a jar stuck on its head and it was free,
relocated and released.
Speaker 3 (01:30:17):
I was looking for the bear story.
Speaker 2 (01:30:18):
We've got Governor Greg Abbott on this whole redistricting fight
coming up.
Speaker 3 (01:30:22):

Apple or your favorite podcast platform.
Speaker 1 (01:31:37):
Donald Trump, Creig Abbott, Ken Paxton. They said they wanted
a showdown, and guess what, that's exactly what they're getting
a showdown. This is not the Democratic Party of your grandfather, right,
which would bring a pencil to a knife fight. We're
bringing a knife to a knife fight. We're going to
fight fire with fire, and we're going to do everything
we can right now to stand up against this unconstitutional
(01:31:58):
power grab by the Republicans. Make mistake about it.
Speaker 3 (01:32:01):
So that's a DNC chair. That's the second audio SoundBite
we have played in just twenty five minutes where he
talks about bringing knives to knife fights. I mean, I
guess that's a step down from burn Luton, murder from
all cities you know, across the nation, those couple of
summers in a row. Welcome back to the program, Dana
lash at you bottom of this third hour joining me
on this, great Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who joins us
(01:32:22):
via video. Governor, I saw that you have laid down
the law on this. You have ordered these democrats that
are in dereliction of duty, have abandoned their post, have
abandoned voters, and they fled to New York and Illinois,
the most gerrymandered states in the Union. Governors, you're well
aware to complain about something that Texas does every ten years.
(01:32:43):
Governor I moved down here in twenty thirteen from Missouri,
and y'all were having this argument then. Now it's finally
happening because this is what states do if they're unhappy
with the results, Governor, shouldn't they just win more elections?
Speaker 12 (01:32:56):
One, they need to win more elections for another. A
reason why registering is happening the way that it is
is because we are ensuring that the voters in the
state of Texas are going to be able to vote
for their candidate of choice. And four of the new
districts we are creating are predominantly Hispanic. It just turns
out those is Spanic voters chose to vote for President Trump.
(01:33:18):
Those four districts will ensure that those who vote for
President Trump are going to be able to vote for
a Republican for the United States Congress. And so Democrats
are losing in the state of Texas to all voters, white, black, Hispanic,
and their frustration is the losing. Second, let me go
back to the way that you begin You talked about
(01:33:39):
a knife fight or whatever the Democrats are thinking that
are talking about they're doing. You cannot have a fight
if you run away. They have run away. They can't
reach us with a knife because they're up in Illinois,
in Chicago, of all places, I don't know there's a
more jerrymanders state in the country than Illinois. What a
(01:34:00):
bunch of hypocrites they are. They're not fighting, They're drowning
as we speak right now because they're going to be
held hostage and they're going to be criticized by the
people of this state. The people of this state. They
have to go to work every day. If they were
to break korum at their job and say, listen, I'm
not coming into work this week. I'm going to go
(01:34:21):
up to eleanor New York, they would lose their job.
These House members who are Democrats, some are going to
be losing their jobs because they're not showing up to
do the work of the people in the state of Texas.
Speaker 2 (01:34:33):
That's right, and they need to lose their jobs. Is
there any I realized that if they're absent from their
seat for so many days, there's certain things that come
into play and certain things that can be done in
terms of defining what throwing the book at them over
this would look like.
Speaker 3 (01:34:48):
What would that look like, Governor?
Speaker 2 (01:34:50):
What would be the absolute limit in terms of penalties
that you could levy against these lawmakers.
Speaker 12 (01:34:55):
So we've dealt with quorum breaks before and we've never
throw up We've never thrown as much of a book
against them as we are now. Here's what we're doing.
One is we have arrest warrants out for all of them.
If there are some in Texas, which I understand that
there may be, the Texas Department of Public Safety is
(01:35:16):
searching for them, will find them and will arrest them
and take them to the Texas Capital. Those who are
out of state think that they are beyond the reach
of Texas law enforcement and that they may or may
not be. But for one, when they come back, they're
not going to go to their cozy home they will
be arrested and taken to the Capitol. But know this,
(01:35:36):
it's my understanding that the FBI is to search for
these derelict Texas House members in whatever state they may
be in and help identify for them and maybe work
with us to bring them back. Point one point two
is these Democrats they have received money and benefits at
(01:35:59):
the request to support them while they are gone. It
is a direct violation of the Texas Constitution as well
as Texas bribery laws for them to receive a benefit
to skip a vote. They could be charged with second
degree felony for committing bribery in the state of Texas.
Third and it happened yesterday. I filed a petition in
(01:36:24):
the Texas Supreme Court that begins the removal process of
these absconding Democrat members. And the Supreme Court responded immediately
last night and told that the leading Democrat of this cause,
his name is Jean Wu, that he has to respond
to my petition by Friday, where we're going to begin
(01:36:44):
the process of trying to remove these absconding Democrats from office.
Speaker 2 (01:36:50):
This is all good to hear because you mentioned that
they've done This is the third time They've done this
in less than a decade. I think, what was it
a couple of years ago. This is the last time
they fled. They fled the state, which is part to
the pattern for them. We're talking to Texas Governor Greg
Abbott for those just joining. You mentioned something that's incredibly
important the demographic of these districts because they are predominantly
(01:37:10):
Hispanic districts, and one of the things that we've seen
more than any other voting block. Governors, you're well aware
of those voting blocks that are going towards Republicans. Hispanic
Americans are really leading the way on that, more so
than Black Americans, more so than even women, college age,
et cetera. It is a huge shift in this voting
in this voting block. Obviously that poses a threat to Democrats.
(01:37:32):
They think that somehow by disenfranchising those voters' that's like
a good way, that's good politicking.
Speaker 12 (01:37:39):
And there are reasons for the shift that, thankfully for Republicans,
the Democrats have not yet figured out. It turns out
it turns out Hispanics and Texas actually do not like
open borders. Hispanics in Texas don't like men playing in
women's sports, they don't like transgender surgeries. They don't like
all the leftist crazy idea is that the Democrats stand
(01:38:02):
for And get this, Dan, you probably have covered this.
The member from the US Congression delegation from Illinois who
went to another country and said, I think it was Guatemala.
She in Mexico. She was more proud to be a
Guatemalan than an America. Americans and Texans are fed up
(01:38:23):
with that attitude by so many Democrats, where they support Somalia, Guatemala,
whatever the case may be. They need to be supporting
the United States of America period and if not, they
shouldn't be a member of Congress. And why the Texas delegation,
dealing with a congressional based issue is up hanging out
with members of Congress who were leftists like that, that's
(01:38:44):
damning for them and their future.
Speaker 3 (01:38:47):
Yeah. I would even imagine too that their refusal to
come back and do their jobs. I mean, this is
one way to put it.
Speaker 2 (01:38:53):
Because you've got property tax relief that's up the special session.
You have recovery for Texas Hill Country, you know, for
flood survivors. I mean they're putting all of that in
jeopardy getting that done this session. Is I mean that correct?
Speaker 12 (01:39:05):
So that is correct, Dana, Fyi, I am running ads
in each of these districts of the missing Democrats, talking
about how we need to be solving the flood based
challenges or fellow Texans are facing. But we can't do
it right now because the candidate and whose district we
are running the ad has left the state and so
(01:39:27):
their constituents are hearing about this as we speak right now.
But as you're point out, is more than just dealing
with blood victims, is dealing with trying to cut property taxes,
and there are so many issues that are so relevant
to our fellow Texans. Our Texans care about those substance
of issues having their taxes cut more than the way
the lines are.
Speaker 2 (01:39:47):
Drawn for Congress, and these the jerrymandering that the accusation
that they use. Governor I was looking at these districts
and of the five most jerry mander I mean, it's
silly to talk when you look at the map. People
when they see this map, they laugh out loud. They
can't believe it's real. Five of the most gerrymandered districts
in the United States thirty third and thirty fifth districts
(01:40:10):
in Texas Democrat run.
Speaker 3 (01:40:11):
They look ridiculous. Governor, they look like a child's drawing
that does not look like a district. I mean, I
don't know how anyone can make the argument that continuing
to have a district jerrymandered is jerrymanderin. I just wanted
to get your last thoughts on that.
Speaker 12 (01:40:24):
So hopefully sometime you'll be able to show your audience
what District thirty five looks like.
Speaker 3 (01:40:28):
No, it's ridiculous, We've shown it before. Throw it up one.
Speaker 12 (01:40:31):
So here's the deal. Is very appropriately named. So this
is District thirty five and is drawn down the line
of Interstate thirty five. It connects Austin and San Antonio
through I thirty five. That could not be a better
named district, but it is. What the Democrats have in
District thirty five, which is a Democrat district, is a
(01:40:53):
horrible example of jerrymandering. And what we're trying to do
is to fix that, to consolidate the district, make it
so that the voters in that district are a whole
lot closer to each other.
Speaker 3 (01:41:03):
Yeah, that makes sense. That's a very sensible solution to
all of this.
Speaker 2 (01:41:08):
So hopefully these Democrats, if they don't come back, will
governor you'll have law enforcement that will bring them back. Actually,
I should say this in my last quote question, can
we just take I mean, we can just remove them
from office?
Speaker 3 (01:41:18):
Can we not? I mean?
Speaker 2 (01:41:19):
I know state's laws differ. Missouri's is different from Texas,
different from Oklahoma's. We have that authority, though.
Speaker 12 (01:41:26):
So and the authority exists is under a legal preceding
called quote warranto. My point I made this earlier. I
begin that process yesterday with the filing that the filing
I made in the Texas Supreme Court to bring the
quote warranto to remove them from office. But let me
just make sure that you and your audience and the
Democrats know what I'm about to tell you, and that is,
(01:41:49):
regardless of all these different proceedings, we know one thing
for absolute fact. We're going to get these maps passed.
It could be this week, could be next week, could
be next month, it could be in a couple of months.
They are wasting their time and harming their own families,
in harming their constituents by failing to show up. We
(01:42:10):
are going to get these maps passed. Get your tail
back in the state of Texas. Do your job like
every other textan has to do their job and stop
embarrassing yourself.
Speaker 3 (01:42:21):
And you go right there.
Speaker 2 (01:42:22):
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, he laid down the law. They
can either come back or they'll come back one way
or not. They're going to come back. It can be
easy or really easy. That's what's going to be done.
Speaker 3 (01:42:30):
Governor. Always a pleasure. Thank you for fighting on behalf
of voters. We appreciate it. God bless thank you you too.
Speaker 9 (01:42:37):
Subscribe to the Dana Show podcast because who says you
can't make fun of people while staying informed on your
own personal time. Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you
get your podcast.
Speaker 2 (01:42:49):
Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash with you. We
are winding up this third hour, and of course we'll
have that discussion.
Speaker 3 (01:42:57):
With Governor Abbot on all of that on.
Speaker 2 (01:43:00):
Facebook and YouTube as well, so you can you can
check that out and follow along.
Speaker 3 (01:43:06):
Democrats are just mad. I'm trolling people on socials.
Speaker 2 (01:43:08):
So if you see me being a brat, just ignore
because I like to kind of I not hit the
hive with a stick. I like to drop kick it
like a kickball, just to get reaction. Because the arguments
that these people are making are so dumb, particularly with redistricting.
You know why this matters to you. It matters to
you because it's about control of Congress. If you're talking
(01:43:28):
about giving Republicans and it's not giving Republicans. No one's
giving Republicans anything except voters, and voters have determined that
they are voting more and more Republican. And you have
these whacked out districts that everybody, every other state, they're redistricting,
they're adjusting their district borders, their boundaries. You do that
every ten years, and if Democrats don't like the results,
(01:43:51):
they need to win more elections because they're not winning people.
The people are not voting for Democrats. And that's why
it's going this way. That's why they're freaking out, because
they realize that they performed so badly in these previous
elections that they've lost they've lost their ability to power,
they've lost their ability to hold onto power. And so
(01:44:11):
they're trying to say, oh, well, this is just Republicans
are just they're doing it because they said they just can't. Well,
yeah they can't, because the voters allowed them to do that.
That's you know that's and there's a lot of carpetbaggers
that are out there trying to argue that, well, you know,
that's what this is. They're stealing these districts. No, and
I'm not going to take any conversation on people who
(01:44:32):
haven't lived here. I mean, we're literally when we moved
on here in twenty thirteen, they were arguing about it.
Then that's how long this debate has been going on.
And when you look at the ridiculousness of these districts,
and then when you look at what the trends are
in terms of population growth, and then the past surveys
that show where how these people are voting and where
I mean, that's I mean, you have to this is
(01:44:54):
why this is done every ten years. This is Redistricting
is not a big issue Democrats. Losing elections is a
big issue for them, and they're trying to act like
that's not the real issue. They're trying to act like
the issues that Republicans are chopping up these districts in
a real stupid fashion to keep power. No, voters actually
wanted more Republican administration. That's what they wanted. That's what
(01:45:16):
this is all about. So I don't even know why
they're acting like it's a huge issue, because clearly it
wasn't a big issue to them in Illinois. Clearly, it
wasn't a big issue to them in Maryland. Clearly, it
hasn't been a big issue to them.
Speaker 3 (01:45:25):
In New York.
Speaker 2 (01:45:26):
Clearly, it hasn't been a big issue to them. In
North Carolina. Clearly, it hasn't been a big issue to them.
In California. Clearly, it hasn't been been a big issue
to them in Louisiana. It's not been a big issue
to them anywhere else except when now it hurts because
they didn't do their duty and they didn't win elections here.
Speaker 3 (01:45:43):
That's just the way it is.
Speaker 2 (01:45:45):
I'd someone say, well, if you can't have a car,
if you can't have an opinion on it because you
don't live here, I don't want to hear you talk
about DC. Well, that would only make sense if you
didn't pay federal taxes. You absolute walking mental abortion. That's
that's the only way that that makes sense. Oh my gosh,
some of these people came. I feel like they're failed,
Like their mothers took abortifacians and they weren't successful, And
(01:46:05):
here they are.
Speaker 3 (01:46:07):
Does that mean, because that's what it sounds like. I'm not.
I'm just you know, maybe they're not like that.
Speaker 2 (01:46:10):
That's unfortunate though. Either way, it's just honest. Honesty is
honesty is neither mean nor nice. It's just honesty. That's
all it is.
Speaker 3 (01:46:21):
Kane, That's true.
Speaker 4 (01:46:22):
True.
Speaker 2 (01:46:23):
So it's gonna happen, you know, It's like what they said,
It's just going to happen. I mean, regardless, these these
maps are going to change because otherwise, you know, Democrats
are going to hear from a lot of those Hispanic
voters in those predominantly Hispanic districts.
Speaker 3 (01:46:37):
You have listen, think about this.
Speaker 2 (01:46:38):
You got a bunch of Democrats telling Hispanic American voters
in these districts. No, no, no, you're not important. We don't
see you, we don't count you. That's what they're saying.
They're telling Hispanic voters in Texas that you don't count.
Speaker 4 (01:46:48):
Democrats are used to doing that to their voters.
Speaker 3 (01:46:51):
Oh yeah all the time. Yeah. So just you know,
ignore me on social I'm just gonna troll.
Speaker 4 (01:46:56):
Like we know you voted Biden in and the whole thing,
but we're just gonna slip kamel in there for you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:47:02):
Yeah, exactly, all right, Today's stupid, today's stupidity came all right.
Speaker 4 (01:47:07):
Well it's the DNC cheer Ken Martin. I mean, how
much more stupid can you be when you talk about
bringing a knife fight to a knife fight? I guess
I mean this has to be it, right, cut thirteen one,
here we go.
Speaker 1 (01:47:22):
This is a new Democratic Party. We're bringing a knife
new to a knife fight, and we are going to
fight fire with fire, fire and knives.
Speaker 3 (01:47:30):
Like that's the second time too that he said that.
Speaker 4 (01:47:33):
And it's also, by the way, not true because that's
not a new Democrat Party.
Speaker 2 (01:47:37):
Well, as Abbot said, that was funny. How are you
gonna get anybody with a knife? You're all the way
up You're all the way up there in Chicago.
Speaker 4 (01:47:42):
You've fled.
Speaker 3 (01:47:43):
What you're doing?
Speaker 4 (01:47:44):
Good, Terry?
Speaker 15 (01:47:45):
What are you doing? Terry?
Speaker 3 (01:47:46):
You're all the way up there in New York.
Speaker 4 (01:47:48):
But more fire and more knives?
Speaker 3 (01:47:49):
Yeah, I mean you know, I got knives. I got
a hole.
Speaker 2 (01:47:52):
I have a knife drawerbody also have a knife drawer.
Like not my kitchen either, it's my closet. Yeah, I
have a whole knife drawer. I have different knives for
different out you know, you have different caliber. That's a
whole other. One day I'll do video, all right, folks,
that does it first. Today, make sure you go sign
up at Subsec, Chapter and Verse, YouTube, Facebook, like and subscribe.
Speaker 3 (01:48:09):
Back with you tomorrow
