Speaker 1 (00:00):
The news stations that needs Brendan Carr to give a
seal of approval, a stamp, so that they can break
a rule, a current FCC rule saying that they can't
own nobody can own more than enough TV stations that
reach more than thirty nine percent of the American people.
That's the rule right now. For Nextstar to buy this
(00:21):
six point two billion dollar competitor, they need Brendan Carr
to be like, no, no, forget that, We'll get rid
of that rule. So Nextar, as you note sees, Brendan
Carr is signaling he wants local media to stop carrying
this speech. And this speaker that Trump doesn't approve of,
got it, got the message, and we saw what happened.
(00:44):
And this is it's a direct violation of the First
Amendment because it is the government telling companies what to
do with the implicit threat of he said, we can
do this the easy way, or we can do this
the hard way.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
I was muted for that little part. Yeah, glad, Yeah,
very glad that I was muted for that little part.
The ongoing, you know, I'm trying to sort of figure out,
you know, why they think that this is in any
way an FCC issue, And what what galls me is
(01:22):
that there were some people on the right that were
trying to push this stupid nonsense like, oh, well, it
was the FCC that was the they were the ones
that ran him off, when if you're listening, it sounds like,
and I can't even believe I'm citing Jake Tapper, but
still though, if you're listening, it sounds like this was
(01:43):
a business decision from the local stations, and I mean,
good grief, this was That's exactly what this was. This
wasn't the FCC. I mean, I don't think that the
FCC is Next Star and Sinclair and all of those.
(02:11):
It's not who the FCC is. Welcome to the show.
It's Friday in Texas. The temperature is hot. There's no
fall here. I'm going to complain about that a little
bit later because I'm tired of all my girlfriends going
It's good to give me piinkin cands. Anyway. So there's
a couple of pieces that I have over at Substack
(02:32):
that get into all of this, and we're going to
dive into some of it, because I don't know if
you saw a lot of this yesterday. I had tweeted
about some of this as well. The uh, Liz MacDonald
had broke this, She broke the story. You know, Liz
is over at Fox News. She's a great reporter. She
broke some of this, and I tweeted about it and
wrote about some of this yesterday as it relates to
(02:54):
the decision that ABC and Sinclair Next Star made, which,
by the way, that's not a permanent decision. I feel
like not a lot of people are noting this. They
had said that, in fact, it came out today and
pulling this story up right now because it's a new story,
but in fact, they made it known today that you know,
(03:17):
if he rolls it back, if he rolls back his
asinine rhetoric, they would be willing to put him up.
They put him back up, put him back on. So
I'm not quite sure why again people keep saying that
that's a free speech issue. I want to note that
when he said the comment that he said, he wasn't
(03:37):
making a joke, and I I'm really taking offense at
the way it's characterized now. They made a joke. He
made a joke in his monologue later, but that wasn't
a joke. It was a lie. And he wasn't even
trying to be funny, not that he is, but he
wasn't trying to be in that instance. So I think
people need to stop saying he was trying to be
because he wasn't. He just came out and said just
a flat out lie, and then he kept going with it.
But some of the latest is that apparently he's told
(04:02):
by ABC and the local stations that well, if you know,
he rolls it back, they would reconsider reinstating him, because remember,
it was only ever a suspension, it was a suspension.
He was told to apologize. Page six has this. He
was told to apologize to Kirk's family. This was by
(04:22):
the local stations, and to make a donation to lift
the on air suspension, and he refused to do so.
This is according to page six. Page six is pretty
well placed sources. I just got to say, and Sinclair
said quote that they will not lift the suspension of
his show until they're on their stations, until formal discussions
(04:43):
are held with ABC regarding the network's commitment to professionalism
and accountability. And they also demanded that he issued a
direct apology to Kirk's family, and they said that if
he makes a meaningful personal donation to the Kirk family
and Turning Point USA. Now I don't think he's got
to donate to Turning Point USA. I think it would
be a nice gesture if he donated to the Kirk family,
(05:05):
but I don't know if they necessarily need it. I
think that he an apology is absolutely what's needed. I
think that would go great for, you know, making that
first step towards the unity that they're all clamoring about.
They're all talking about making a step towards that unity.
But that said, he apparently doesn't want to do any
of this, and they've even been so this is not
(05:28):
this is not like he's suspended or he's not fired.
He's suspended and he's got a way back, but he
just doesn't really want to take it. So what does
that tell you? I mean, to me, that tells you
everything that you need to know. This was about him
being a jackwagon. So they told him They've said, look,
we want you to de escalate. Disney bosses, they said
(05:50):
they want Jimmy Kimmel to de escalate. This is according
to one of the latest stories. Before they put him
back on air, they're scrambling to convince him to tone
down his rhetoric again. I will remind you he went
out and said that it was a maga person that
killed Kirk, and then he made fun of it all. Actually,
he didn't make fun of it because that implies that
(06:11):
he made a joke. He just ran his mouth and
was a jackwagon. And then later on in the show
he made some jokes. But he went out there purposely
with the intent to inflame and too he knew what
he was saying was alive because it all came out
that the guy was banging a dude who dressed this
as a furry and IDE's as trans so you know,
at that point we kind of all knew, right, So
he's got a clear path forward and he doesn't want
(06:35):
to take it. Apparently it was absolute just discussed from viewers,
and I've seen this a number of times. People were
absolutely disgusted over this. Now, is it a great look
for Brendan Carr over at the FCC to gloat about it?
I don't know. I don't really give a rants ass
(06:55):
because somebody got shot in the damn neck and everybody's
pissed off about Brendan car getting upset or joking about it.
Some of these people need to check their priorities, and
that includes some of these contrarian asked grifters on the
right who are aiding and abetting the left with this
stupid narrative because they're a bunch of thirsty fame wares
and they want clicks. And I'm so tired of that
(07:15):
brain dead, brain rot thinking good night, stop helping the left.
And that's exactly what this was. So it wasn't Brendan Carr.
So back to that question, should he have said what
he said? I don't care. Somebody got shot in the
(07:38):
neck and everybody's over here rearranging chairs on the USS
America Titanic culture. I don't even have words. Well, I
don't like the way he joked about it. Oh my gosh,
go do something unflattering to yourself. You didn't like it.
Somebody got shot in the neck. Oh somebody? Oh, you
don't like that. They're making Jimmy Kimmel apologize. Somebody got
(07:59):
shot in the neck. You don't like that. Brendan Carr
made a joke and said, well and quoted that Matthew
McConaughey movie with the Dragons. That was that movie called Cain.
Look that up because it's gonna bother the hell out
of me. Where he was like, we gonna make this easier,
we can make this real easy. That's an old quote.
I mean clearly, you know, I get that we've got
culturally tone deaf people who don't even realize that he
(08:19):
was actually making like that was a quote from a
famous Matthew McConaughey movie, and that was a major line
in it. And he went out and fought dragons and
it was like Mad Max but with dragons. Anyway, No,
it was not How to Train Your Dragon animated children's film, Kane.
It was Matthew McConaughey, and he's like, we can make
this easier, we can make this real easy, and it's
(08:41):
when he's getting ready to go into this guy's stronghold.
Christian Bale was in it as well, and so it
was like him and Christian Bale.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Right.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Anyway, long story short, that's where Brendan Carr was. That's
where that quote's from. So all these people are like,
that's a threat, but they won't say that Charlie Kirk
getting shot in the neck was a political execution, that
that was an assassination. But Brendan Car quoting a damn
Matthew McConaughey movie. Is that's a threat. But again, Charlie
Kirk getting shot in the neck not an assassination. He
had it coming, you know, because he was a dirty
(09:08):
conservative Kane. Did you find that movie? You did, didn't you?
Rain of Fire? Thank you, sir, Rain of Fire. It
is a quote from that movie. And he's all like dirty.
And he shows up and Christian Bill's opening the door
to his weird little you know, mad Max Fort and
he's like, I don't know if I want to let
you in. You look sus And this is not the
direct dialogue. And Matthew McConaughey's like, well, you know, I'm
coming in, and we can do this easier. We can
(09:29):
do this real easy. So that was his quote. That's
what Car's talking about. For anyone to sit here and go, oh,
my gosh, that's direct of it. And so the opposit
they said was fault, shut up, shut up, my gosh,
it's not even accurate. Look, I don't even and I
got somebody who got all butt hurt about this because
I don't even quite understand. I don't even quite totally
agree that the FCC should exist. I understand that we
(09:50):
have to regulate, you know, HAM operators, We got to
regulate airwaves for certain things. I get that. But the
FCC goes far and beyond that. That's my point, Like,
it's not even the agency is not even functioning, and
it's original designated capacity at the time of its inception.
I'm sure that we would all agree with that it
has exceeded far beyond that. And I like that. You know,
I like Brendan Carr and everything, no offense, but I'm
a little bit again two steps above anarchy with this stuff.
(10:13):
That said, if there's evidence that there was coercion, if
there's evidence that Brendan Carr and I asked him to
his face twice in two different ways yesterday. I always
like some of these questions. I always try to ask
in a very nonchalant, benign way, and then I'll follow
up and ask more directly. And both times, no, he
did not personally get involved, nor did anyone else in
(10:33):
the administration. But do they have to again, a guy
was shot in the neck. Do they have to get
involved or do you think that people that are watching
this this you know oof who's on ABC making jokes
about this, you know, the next generation's JFK. Maybe they
(10:53):
thought it was in bad taste and they got a
lot of feedback. Oh no, that can't that can't happen.
Because the left thinks that everyone loves them. They think
that everyone worships every thought that falls out of their backside.
They think that their opinions are untouchable because they are
sacro sync. It did not even dawn on them that
people were like, Wow, that's in bad taste. Maybe I'm
(11:16):
gonna call my local station and object to the airing
of what This was not a joke. It was just
literally malicious rambling. Enough people said something. So you had
an administration in the FCC who didn't even have to
do anything because Jimmy Kimmel did it to himself, and
just because you had some lave. And by the way,
(11:37):
Sinclair's kind of right leaning. I know Sinclair. I've worked
with Sinclair and stuff before Great Organization. They're not lefties.
Why in the world would anybody be shocked by this
next star? They're not lefties, they're not really righties. But
they also don't like bad taste and they don't like maliciousness.
Why is anybody shocked over this. Someone does something stupid
(11:59):
at their jobs and they get in trouble. News at
ten must be the UFCC, said, all the people that
wanted you to believe that an experimental injection was going
to stop transmission and then oh no, it doesn't the
same people who told you that the laptop was fake
wanted you to believe that the administration in the FCC
caused this. The same people who told you fifteen days
(12:22):
to slow the spread wanted you to believe that the
administration and the FCC did this. And I am mad
because these morons are making me to defend the FCC and
I don't want to. All Right, it's my best, Howard Dean.
We got a boatload to come because I'm going to
(12:42):
do a flashback for you because these free speech warriors.
Do you remember let me just lay this out. We're
gonna come back to this after headlines. Do you guys
remember the left that loves free speech so much? Can
I know you're gonna remember this? Do you guys remember
when they literally got a clown banned from the rodeo
for life because the clown made fun of Obama. They
(13:04):
banned a clown. We're gonna come back to that. We
got headlines coming up as we move. Everybody needs to
take Relief Factor. This is a great partner to the show.
Relief Factor can help you with your everyday aches and pains,
and they do it by targeting your body's inflammatory response.
We honestly, people need to get that under control because
(13:24):
inflammation leads to so many other health consequences and that's
a big deal. And so what Relief Factor does is
they have a bunch of stuff that that targets all
of that and they resveratrol. I can't pronounce some of
this stuff turmeric. We're gonna try it. Kerq In, I
did it all I look, I'm not a scientist. All
I know is does this work? It does? Okay, yay, thanks,
(13:46):
thanks Relief Factor. Because you're if you're targeting inflammation, especially
if you're doing it early, don't think that because you're
in your sweet summer child twenties, that you're not gonna
have to deal with, you know, inflammation, and that you
won't have the consequences of it later on in life.
Surprise you will. They don't tell you that. They don't
give you a book for old people, like when you're
in your twenties, it just doesn't happen. So it's important
to take care of yourself and important to watch your
(14:08):
inflammatory responses. Relief Factor helps support the natural response to that.
It targets the inflammation that keeps you from moving freely
doing the things that you love and again one hundred
percent drug free. It's a research based formula. It's all
designed to support that healthy response, and it maintains helps
you to maintain healthy joints and muscles over time. Try
their three week quick start. It's only nineteen ninety five.
You don't have to wait. Visit relief Factor dot com

Speaker 4 (14:37):
Young people really going into debt to impress? Apparently the
ticket to attention for young people is going into debt
to impress others by things like clothes and shoes. Two
and five gen zers admit they're going into debt to impress.
That'll get you into some trouble. Check out the Watchdog
on Wall Street podcast on Apple, Spotify, wherever you get
your podcasts.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
And now all of the news, you would probably miss
it's time for Dana's quick five.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Uh let's say, what is auto playing? Good greed?
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (15:08):
I get so tired of that. These people with their
art I want to find. If I was president, I
would find you, shut down your website and blow up
your servers and watch you watch me blow them up.
That's that's anyway. Yeah, uh huh, I'm glad Rail with
the one ring, except I'm not refusing it. No, no, no,
all right, here we go. John Stewart's taking He's taking
over the Danley Show desk after and Kimmel's that nobody cares.
(15:31):
Nobody is it? Oh my gosh, they're all you know what?
So much of that is is generations don't care because
they're old. Nobody watches them. My generation and I'm baby
gen X we barely watched them. Millennials don't watch them.
Gen Z doesn't watch. They never know who these people are.
So that's part of it. And there's it must be
(15:51):
the right wing kine. Oh my gosh, it must be
demon hunter sits another record I'm really excited about. Uh,
I got so I think I'm gonna have to watch
K pop demon Hunters. I do watch anime. Although is
that technically anime? Is it? It looks very computery? Was
it good?
Speaker 5 (16:10):
Even an anime like series type anime? You'll see some
of that CGI type animation.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
But yeah, but it's very subtle.
Speaker 5 (16:16):
This is really good. I've already seen it, two and
a half hour movie. It's crazy.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
This is the kind of like physical auto tunes. So
you did like it? The k Pope Demon Hunters Okay,
so K Pope Demon Hunter set's another record. Netflix now
has the longest streak of any original streaming movie in
Niels Sin's Top ten. By the way, if you haven't
checked out like manga or anime, it's literally the most
conservative stuff that's out there. It is so not politically
correct and it is very, very very not leftist. Just
(16:43):
fyi U. So I'm gonna have to check that out.
By the way, Demon Slayers now in theaters, which I'm
gonna have to go and see because I haven't seen
it all right. Uh. In the meantime, also dirt Oh,
here's a stupid headline about how your coffee have it
could ruin your health. I don't care. A man in
his thirties wrote a roller coaster to death at Universal's
(17:04):
theme park. That's the better way to do this. Months
after it opened, a man in his thirties passed away.
He was writing a much loved roller coaster passed away
on the roller coaster at one of their new amusement parks.
He was found unresponsive. Stay with us back after this.
Our partners that help bring you the program. It's our
friends over at Preborn. They're there saving babies lives and
they've been doing such a great job at it and
(17:24):
also meeting women where they are to do so. Even
though you've had this the decision, as it relates to
Roe v. Wade, you still have the problem of the
abortion pill, which is now like something like over sixty
percent of medical what this medications used for abortions now
for over sixty percent of abortions, and abortions still the
(17:45):
leading cause of death globally, last measured in twenty twenty three.
Preborn offers ultrasound services for free that double the chance
that a mother chooses life. There's studies that show when
a mother hears her baby's herpeat, that baby's chance that
life doubles, and Preborn offers these free ultrasound services to
that effect. They partner with pregnancy clinics, and they provide
free maternity clothes and diapers and counseling and support from
(18:07):
up to two years. They've helped save over three hundred
and eighty thousand babies since two thousand and seven, and
they've counseled over half a million women and last year alone,
sixty seven thousand babies were saved. Nine thousand women came
to christ Now they want to increase that goal to
eighty thousand babies this year. They don't get any government funding,
it's all community support. Sponsorships include twenty eight dollars for
(18:28):
one ultrasound that's less than the cost of dinner out
one hundred and forty dollars for five larger gifts to
support entire clinics, or purchase ultrasound machines for needy clinics.

Keep your finger on the pulse with a Dana Show podcast,
delivering timely news with insightful analysis whenever you want, straight
to you on YouTube, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
You shouldn't be banned from one platform and not others
if you afford providing misinformation out there.
Speaker 7 (19:13):
There's no guarantee of free speech on misinformation or hate speech,
and especially around our democracy.
Speaker 8 (19:19):
There are Americans who are engaged in this kind of
propaganda and whether they should be civilly or even in
some cases criminally charged is something that would be a
better deterrent.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
If people go to only one source and the source
they go to is sick, and you know, as an agenda,
and they're putting out disinformation. Our First Amendment stands as
a major block. It's really hard to govern today.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
This is a matter of corporate responsibility. Twitter should be
held accountable and shut down that site.
Speaker 9 (19:54):
It is a matter of safety and corporate accountability.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
The First Amendment is not absolute.
Speaker 10 (20:00):
It does not protect any single thing anyone says, and
there are limits and that's important. And what this Committee
has been trying to do for the last year and
a half is to chill the federal government from monitoring
what is going on on social media.
Speaker 11 (20:17):
When you look at what Tucker Carlson and some of
these other folks on Fox do, it is very very
clearly incitement of violence, very clearly incitement of violence. I
believe that when it comes to broadcast television like Fox News,
these are subject to federal law, federal regulation in terms
(20:38):
of what's allowed on air and what isn't.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
So my biggest concern is that your view has the
First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways. Wow, those
are the big free speech advocates. Guys remember those people
because I maybe they don't, but we do. That's pretty wild.
Welcome back to the program, Dana lad with you. We're
at the bottom of this first hour. You can watch
(21:03):
us do the radio program on Channel three forty seven
Direct TV. The chat is also at Rumble and you
can find us on x and Facebook as well. So
I wanted to do a flashback. I got a number
of flashbacks for you to touch on, because you know,
these are the big these are the big free speech warriors.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
Right.
Speaker 2 (21:27):
Do you remember I tweeted about this? Do you guys
remember this story? And it was some time ago. This
was back when Barack Obama was it was this his
reelection I don't even remembered at this point, may have been,
may have been his re election. But there was a
(21:48):
rodeo in Missouri, and at this rodeo in Missouri, there
was a guy who you know, rodeo Kliney of rodeo
clins oft rodeos. Right, he walked out and he has
it's a history of walking out in a presidential mask
of whatever. Okay, so who was in office of whatever
president is in office? He this rodeo clown has a
(22:11):
history of walking out in these presidential masks. I wrote
about this at the time, and this was back in gosh,
twenty eleven, it was some time ago or twenty three. Well, no,
this was even before then. I think I think I
had listed it in a roundup. Anyway, the left was,
(22:35):
as you can imagine, was apoplectic when this rodeo clown
at the Missouri State Fair, at a state fair in
the state of Missouri, when this rodeo clown came out
and he was wearing an Obama mask. Now keep in
mind this guy had repeatedly gone out in numerous rodeos
(22:58):
wearing different residential masks. He had done it tons of
times before. He had worn a Bush mask, he had
worn a Clinton mask, he had worn an H. W.
Bush mask, he wore an Obama mask. The left was
so enraged that they canceled the rodeo clown. They got
him fired, and they got him banned for life from
(23:23):
the rodeo at the State Fair. So that's the free
speech loving left. I don't know if you guys remember
this story I wrote about at the time, and this
was back in two thousand and nine, and it actually
began when Barack Obama was running for his first term
in Missouri. And this was one of the two bigger
(23:45):
one of the two bigger of the bigger stories that
I had broken at the time. And I was still
local radio in Saint Louis, and I found that somebody
had tipped me off that you had Bob McCullough, who
was a county prosecutor, and you might remember that name
because he was also the prosecutor tasked with going after
Darren Wilson in the wake of Mike Brown, and he
was not able to successfully do it. He's a far
(24:09):
lefty and he and Jennifer Joyce, another of the county
prosecutors in Missouri in Saint Louis County, and a Democrat sheriff.
They formed what they called Obama's well what was became
known as Obama's truth Squad. And in the Obama Truth Squad,
they were literally threatening anybody who was being critical of
(24:32):
Obama in a way that they deemed to be dishonest.
And involved in this was a woman named Buffy Wicks,
and she ran Obama's Missouri campaign. So Buffy Wicks was
colluding at the time with two of Saint Louis's highest
profile prosecuting attorneys, both Democrats, and they were threatening to
(24:53):
target anyone who dared to spread misinformation about then candidate Obama.
But their quote unquote Obama True Squad, they even made
an ad about it, and they aired it on local
news and they scrubbed it immediately because people were just
they couldn't believe what they were hearing. Now, that's what
(25:15):
the left did. Cam with E Channel four in Saint
Louis was one of the first ones to report it,
and I'm glad that they did. They were one of
the most honest ones at the time. They joined Glenn Boyer,
you remember him, Kane he was the Jefferson County sheriff Democrat,
Glenn Boyer. They were threatening to invoke Missouri ethics laws
against anybody that they deemed spreading misinformation, but their definition
(25:38):
of misinformation was vague. McCullough said, quote, if they're not
going to tell the truth, somebody's got to step up
and stack and say that's not the truth. This is
the truth. And they will be reminding voters. This was
their whole thing, that Barack Obama is a Christian who
wants to cut taxes. Now, this came after Phil Berg,
who was an attorney for Hillary Clinton, went out sensationally
and claimed that Barack Obama was basically an illegal immigrant
(26:01):
and that he was Muslim and all this stuff. And
everybody blames Trump for it, but phil Berg had about,
I don't know, ten years on Trump with that stuff.
Hillary Clinton launched that when Barack Obama ascended to Congress.
Remember he started out as a state lawmaker in Illinois,
and then he was able to leverage Jerry Ryan, remember
(26:23):
her seven of nine. Her husband was running as the
Republican against Barack Obama for that seat, and he leveraged
her divorce as a way to knock out the husband
and take the seat. So it was very, very methodical,
and that when phil Burg, when Hillary Clinton deployed that
first attack, they ended up later ten years later blaming
it on Trump. It's wild, but they literally Camovie had
(26:45):
reported at the time that the campaign was asking Missouri
law enforcement to target anybody who lies or runs a
misleading ad. That was verbatim reporting from Komovie, which is
a CBS affiliate in Saint Louis. Now we know that
the Obama campaign, there were receipts, was absolutely involved in it.
That was actually literally a censorship project that predated the
(27:05):
Ministry Department, the Truth Ministry, Truth Department. That what's her face?
What's that woman's name, Nina Jankowitz, Ministry of Truth. That
they were doing predated that by a decade. So this
is Democrats, is this is their mo They've always done this,
They've always done this. I don't know if you guys
(27:26):
remember the last time I well, one of the last
times I was in Arizona, well actually in Tucson and
southern part of Arizona, was for a rally for the
Tucson Tea Party. And I went with my dear friend
and then boss at the time Andrew Breibart, and it
was there to support the Tucson Tea party who had
(27:48):
been under attack in the wake of the Gifford's shooting.
And you remember the individual in the Gifford's shooting. This
was someone that the sheriff at the time, Sheriff Dupnik
d u p n Ik, his office had been made
aware of this particular killer. He had already he was
already on their radar because he had been banned from
(28:08):
his community college for threatening behavior and posing a danger
to other students, and he was not allowed to return
to his community college without a doctor's no clearing him,
and the Sheriff's office had been made available of it
multiple times. This is what local media had reported after
Gifford's was targeted by this guy, by the way, who
had a Satanic shrine in his backyard and was a
(28:29):
very far leftist. Dupnik then went on in his own
voice and blamed the two soon tea party. He pretty
much almost called everybody out by name, said that it
was the right that was responsible for this, and then
he blamed Sarah Palin. This was some of the press
conference at the time. This is what is it? This
is let's do twenty four first.
Speaker 12 (28:50):
But it's exactly this kind of personal name calling. He
didn't sound like he was really concerned about me when
he was criticizing and saying things that absolutely were not true.
He knows they're not true. You know, I have a
reputation of fifty years and I don't think I have
(29:13):
to defend myself on the kinds of issues that he
was raising. It's my belief that the hard right is
deliberately fueling the fire against public officials.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
You know what this is after he had gone on
when he had one of the original press conferences, the
first press conference that they gave, Claren Stoppna got up
there and literally told tea partiers, he blamed tea partiers.
And I don't even know if you can get that
video anymore, the first press conference. I was having trouble
finding it, but he had gone out there and he
blamed the tea party. And I don't know if you
(29:53):
guys remember this. Trenjent of for Humphreys were the founders
and they bring and the Tucson Tea Party at the
time that Gifford's was shot had actually just had they
just had a baby and they were at the coming
back from the store with like detergent and diapers, and
they came back and all these news crews were on
their front lawn because the shooting had already happened, and
Dupnic already had his press conference and he already blamed
the tea Party, so they had all of the news
(30:15):
crews descend on the Humphrey's yard. That's what the left does,
and Deepnik is very far left. And then what ended
up happening from all of the media incitement audio sung
by twenty two on Alive ABC town Hall, a leftist
threatened Trent Humphreys, the founder of the Tucson Tea Party.
All due to this leftist inciting rhetoric listen yes to.
Speaker 13 (30:39):
Display too was something no one ever expected at a
town hall or One of the primary points had to
do with recognizing various sorts of warning signs. This man
Safeway shooting victim, James Fuller, suddenly became a suspect when
he threatened a tea party audience participant by taking his
picture and shouting out you're dead outside.
Speaker 14 (30:59):
Fuller was full.
Speaker 13 (31:00):
Of words for the Pema County Sheriff's deputies walking him away.
Speaker 15 (31:04):
I haven't injured, Mike.
Speaker 16 (31:05):
If you SI down user, you're not any curry, are you.
Speaker 15 (31:07):
And in a strange twist, a man who was shot
but survived last Saturday's massacre was taken into custody after
making a threatening comment at a town college there dead
in Tucson, sixty three year old James Eric Fuller threatened
tea Party member Trent Humphreyes by saying.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
You are dead now. We can't show you the video
because every time we show you the video, the left
reports me on YouTube and they try to get my
account suspended because they claim copyright violation. So we have
the video of this, but because the left are such
free speech warriors, I can't show it to you because
they'll get my accounts suspended on YouTube. And that's God
(31:46):
on his fact, happy to just shove the receipts of
that down anyone's throat, because we've gone through it repeatedly.
You know, the free speech warrior left that blamed that
tragedy on the right, when it was actually a far
left satanist who did it, and those receipts abound, and
when that came to light, and when it came to
light that he was already on their radar, and that
(32:06):
he was already causing problems at his community college campus.
Boy oh boy, they started talking about that guy, they
stopped talking about him. That's the free speech warrior left.
So all of these people out there that are talking
about tone, We've been living with your damn tone for
over fifteen years now. All of these fake free speech
(32:27):
warriors out there who are saying, ah, well, you know
we need to be able to have all these voices on,
We've tried your way. We weren't the ones canceling people.
They have tried to cancel people on the right since
I got started in broadcasting. I have lost count of
how many times they've tried to cancel my show, how
(32:47):
many times they would try to get me kicked off
of national TV, they were trying to boycott, to get
me kicked off of election coverage of previous networks. Spare me.
I don't give a crap what been still or says.
I don't care what any of these people say. They
are not free speech warriors. They used it to shut
down the right. I have never once I even defended
(33:11):
Keith Oberman. When Keith Oberman got in trouble at MSNBC
because they discovered that he had made political donations and
they said that was against their rules because they were
trying to maintain this optic bipartisanship, which we all know
that's stupid. I'm like, the stuff that he said on
TV is way worse than a political donation. I expect
somebody's far left to give money to far lefe candidates.
(33:33):
He had to thank me on air. He was all
ballin and sobbing on air. He had to thank me
on air because I and others defended him by name
and now look at him. It's always one way straight
for these people. We have more on the way as
we rull towards the conclusion of this first hour. Second

Like SAMs through the hour Glass. So are the days
of the United States.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
By if you come down here today.
Speaker 17 (35:36):
Trump is a legend and absolutely here to support him.
He's wonderful. He's not a politician and that's why he's
doing so well in America. He's a businessman and honestly,
I wish he could do the same here. That's happening
in America because he's saving the people there a lot
(35:59):
of money. Loves his country. He's a very patriotic man
and I just wish he was here. So yeah, we've
come to support him.
Speaker 2 (36:08):
Yeah, that was from yesterday and when he was in
the UK, when he was meeting with Kiers Starmer, I
met with the Royal family and had that speech. There
were a lot of people in Britain that dig him.
Speaker 5 (36:23):
Trump sales freedom pretty well.
Speaker 2 (36:25):
I mean, I think even I don't know, if you
saw when they did that one of the last times
they went there and the Progressors were protesting him and
they had that giant inflatable Trump. Did you actually notice
how many people were there? No, I mean there was
like tens of people. I thought that was weird, Like
the balloon took up more space than they did. And
(36:46):
I don't think people noticed it because they were too
busy looking because the balloom was funny. It was funny,
but I think they were too busy looking at that.
There were literally like tens, barely tens of people on
the ground. I actually I'm not even sure that all
of them were protesters because like there were benches, it
was like a public park, so I'm not actually sure
if they were all you know, may have been like
and dude, I don't know. But anyway, So coming up
(37:08):
all of the latest with the FCC, Kimmel, the fake
war on speech, and so much more, stick with us
second hour on the way. So apparently we have to
stop falling for the whole higher thread count thing because
it doesn't necessarily mean better sheets. That's fake news. Apparently,
it's like believing that you use like ten percent of
your brain. So the secret isn't thread count, it's thread quality.
(37:32):
And this is where Bowland Branch has one a lot
of folks over at years. Truly, they use the best
organic cotton end of I mean, these are sheets that
feel incredible, like the moment you take them out of
the box. So the first night that you put them on,
you can tell right away that they're softer, they're cooler,
and they have a great weight. It's like kind of
having a five star hotel room in your own house.
(37:53):
And I'll tell you something else. The sheets get better
every time that you've washed them. I've washed mine countless
times and they just keep getting softer. Can't do that
with cheap sheets because they totally fall apart. Bowl and Branch.
They get more luxurious, so you'll sleep better and you're
kind of kind of feel like a spoiled brat. But
it's okay, I'm not going to go back to the
old sheets. Once you try them, you're not going to either.
(38:14):
So if you're ready to upgrade your sleep and you
should visit Bowlanbranch dot com slash Danish show because there
you'll get fifteen percent off your first set plus free shipping.
So that's bowlanbranch dot com slash Danish show for fifteen
percent off. Exclusions apply.
Speaker 7 (38:32):
Hi, Chris, good to see you.
Speaker 2 (38:33):
Look, this is it.
Speaker 7 (38:34):
If you ever wondered how democracy dies, you're witnessing it,
and I know it's it's people are watching a football
game tonight and we kind of sleep walk through this thing.
Speaker 18 (38:43):
But don't remind us.
Speaker 7 (38:44):
We got it here and we got our rageous fronts.
Speaker 6 (38:48):
All right.
Speaker 7 (38:49):
It's one of the most outrageous affronts on this This
is North Korea style. Stop and it's being done because
this is a weak, thin skin man who's failing as
a president. All of the things he promised are not happening.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
Okay, what does this have to do with Trump? Trump
did not do this. All of these people are so
you know what it is. They're desperate for a distraction
to their side. Shooting Charlie Kirk in the throat, That's
what it is. They are desperate to find something that
they can use to distract from that. They are so
desperate that is why they are making up this story
(39:23):
that the administration is involved. It's just kind of bewildering
and some of the people on the right that are
going along with us like, whose side are you on,
like spreading this fake news nonsense? Whose side are you on?
Are you on the side of the ideology that wants
to shut everyone down and shoot people in the throat,
(39:44):
or are you on the side of the people that
are like this is for private companies should be able
to do what they were going to do. Isn't that
what the left has already always said forever? When Twitter
when they back channel coerce Twitter to ban Trump during
an election period and then went out and told everyone that, oh, no,
private companies can do what they want now, these people
don't like the rules that they've established. Welcome back to
(40:07):
the program, Dana Lash here with you, and we are
at the top of this second hour, and so I
in the chats at Rumble, by the way, and you
can also watch us do the radio show Channel three
forty seven Direct TV. It's they don't they don't care
(40:30):
about this. I saw some people that got I had
video yesterday. I mean, we had Brendan Carr on the
program yesterday and he I asked him two different ways,
did you pressure the admit? And then the second time
The first time was a soft question to see how
resistant he was going to be. There's always there's a
(40:51):
there's always a formula. And then the second question was direct,
so did you or the administration actually pressure any of
these stations or the FCC or nothing, or through the
FCC or through the admin the stations or Disney or ABC.
And he said he was like, we did not do this,
and he admitted that he joked about it, and he
admitted that he sent memes about it, and that is
(41:14):
not even remotely like what they're accusing them of. So
I asked him this, and there were some people who
are like, why didn't you ask him that? Why didn't
you watch? It just blows the mind, And that's you know,
I get aggravated about this because I don't want to
be put in a position, like I said last hour,
(41:34):
weren't defending the FCC. I'm not a huge fan. I'm
not The original intent has far been eclipsed by everything
else that they do now. So this is the issue.
It's a private company, and look, he was given an
option to apologize.
Speaker 3 (41:56):
Now.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
I don't think that you should force him to donate
to TPUSA, because I actually believe money is speech, So
I actually think that would be as a company or
anybody else. I don't think you should force anybody to donate.
I don't think you should. I don't think you should
have to be forced to donate to the Kirk family.
But I think it's just sensible to apologize to an audience,
(42:19):
which I get the sense that Kimmel doesn't even know
his own audience, because it was the people who were
watching that called Sinclair. It was the people. And this
is the Hollywood Reporter that did a story last night
about this. The Hollywood Reporter is a leftist rag Okay,
they are not conservative. They hate conservatives, they hate me,
(42:41):
they hate everybody who's not a Democrat. And they even
had to admit that there were people calling Sinclair stations
next to our station. There were people calling these stations
which would confer like millions upon millions of households, and
they were complaining. That was his own audience that found
that he had gone too far, and he wasn't making
(43:02):
a joke. He made jokes later on in his monologue,
but in the beginning, what he was doing was he lied.
He went out and said, oh yeah, it's a maga guy.
And apparently he was going to go down and he
was going to go out and double down the next day,
which is why they said, no, well we got to
we're pulling you off air. So I feel like a
lot of people need to correct their narratives because you've
(43:23):
been lied to. You have been lied to. And there
were people on the right that were not anybody of note,
but they were saying, oh, well, I guess you know
this is no you know, is the right losing free speech?
How is it a free speech issue? So am I
to understand that the people making that argument are now
suddenly adopting the Marxist ideology that private businesses don't have
(43:44):
the option to exercise their employment contracts the way that
they see fit, because what they're doing, ironically, is arguing
for government intervention. That's the most hysterical part about this.
They're too damn dumb to see it. They're literally arguing
for government intervention in this situation. How incredibly ironic. So
(44:04):
it's not a free speech issue. He was told to apologize,
he refused. They had apparently told him prior to de escalate,
and he refused. Kane, if Radio America said maybe you
should not you know, push, they maybe you should watch
your tone when you're out there, saying false things. If
I was out here saying false things and I was
(44:25):
starting to get in trouble for it, and Radio America
said to stop it, and I didn't do it. How
am I upholding the terms of my employment agreement?
Speaker 5 (44:33):
You're not. And in this instance, it's the free market
that decided one way or the other. Essentially, the company
was hearing from their own viewers. So yeah, this is
a free market thing.
Speaker 2 (44:43):
Yes, But see, Kane, the left wants to use this
to distract from Charlie Kirk. And you have some thirsty
nobody's on the right who are desperate to try to
look like contrarian fake libertarians and leapfrog over you know,
effort and time spent perfecting their craft and they just
want to immediately get that's.
Speaker 5 (45:01):
So right, so true.
Speaker 2 (45:03):
Yeah, So yeah, I'm a little I get aggravated because
I don't like defending government agencies at all, and so
I'm a little little miffed that I even have to,
because this is not a case of it. I mean,
I would know a lot of people would know. I've
been GotY, I've been suspended on x I've been I
had my account frozen on YouTube. They've deleted my videos
(45:25):
on YouTube. They've deleted stuff on Facebook, They've frozen my Facebook.
I've had the same thing happen on Instagram. I'ven't had
anything deleted on Instagram, but I have had warnings on Instagram.
Like for instance, when I shared a story, it was
literally a screenshot of a story, and I think it
was I think it may have been The New York
(45:45):
Post or Daily Mail, I can't remember. And it was
a study. It was one of the first studies that
came out. In fact, we had talked to doctor Robert
Malone about it at the time. It was one of
the first studies that came out that showed that the
efficacy of the injections is not what you were being
told it was. Fact, it wasn't. There was no nothing
that prevented transmission. And they hid that, and they said
(46:07):
that I was being given a warning for that because
apparently the Left was reporting me for it. And then
it came out that the administration was pressuring these tech
companies to do this stuff. Now that's just one instance,
and I'm not even getting into, you know, the whole
laptop thing. These are the same people, by the way,
who also were demanding that anyone who questioned the integrity
of the twenty twenty election, that they be fired, that
(46:30):
they be canceled, that they be debanked, that they be
deplatformed because they said that it was a lie that
was quote unquote two dangerous for people to spread. Right,
and so they were told, oh my gosh, you're saying
stuff that's dangerous. You know you're gonna have to be
punished for this. These are the same people who did that, right.
These were the same people who were trying because whether
(46:52):
or not you want to wear a mask, that's free expression,
et cetera. Because it had no scientific basis. They were
trying to get people fired if they didn't wear a mask.
So spare me, spare me. These are the rules that
they established. Actually, this is really the way it should be.
The private the free market working, and private business is responding.
There's no questioning of it. That's just it. You either
(47:14):
believe that businesses have their right to do this or
you don't. It's very very simple, and so I'm just
done with this. A There's certain things that the government
that I will absolutely criticize, like the whole for instance,
that they're mulling over, and it's not gone away yet.
(47:37):
In fact, it's only strengthened a like across the board
ban for transgender individuals being able to own firearms. I
don't believe that you can adjudicate mint ineligible entire groups
of people. That's not how this works. It's always a individual,
case by case basis. It's part of process. So I
(48:01):
get a little nervous about this when they start doing
things like that. So that's an example of you know, yeah,
that's where the agencies would be wrong to enforce things
like this. But all the people who spread this fake
news that Brendan Carr and the ADMIN were shaking down executives,
they really need to correct their narratives because they're doing
(48:23):
exactly what I'm gonna say something too, They're doing exactly
what the left is doing. I've seen this twice now.
I've seen it like when I had Josh Hammer on
the other day and we were talking about some of
this controversy out there as it related to Kirk and Israel,
and you know, I think it's weird again for people
to hijack someone's mic posthumously and try to like redefine
(48:45):
what he said, he said, what he had his own beliefs.
And by the way, even if let's just play Devil's
advocate for a moment and blean into that argument, let's
just say that even if he was criticizing governmental processes
and policies of Israel, well that doesn't mean Misad mowed
him down. Oh my gosh, everybody needs to take a beat.
(49:05):
But what gives me is everyone I mean, and I
was merely having this discussion and people were like, I
guess you're getting paid by a pack. I've ever been
paid by a pack in my life. But you are
a leftist because you're doing the exact same thing that
the left does. Anyone who disagrees with me as a Nazi,
you're doing the everyone who disagrees with me is funded
by Israel or Apak. That kind of language and argument
got a guy killed. Way to celebrate the death of
(49:27):
the murder of our friend by doing the exact same
thing that the left did to incite his murder. Look
at yourself in the mirror. You own it, and I
see the same thing happening with this argument too, that
it's the same. It's it's well, why are you in
(49:49):
line with the FCC? Why are you I'm not actually
a whole body of work where I'm not I don't
understand why you're using leftist arguments and thinking that you're
I need to get a conservative outcome from that. It
doesn't make any sense to me. We have this whole
issue of stuff. It's wild, and I think a lot
(50:15):
of people owe a lot of apologies and they need
to correct a lot of their narratives. As they said, now,
the other thing to get into Congress. Let me pulled
this up yesterday is the vote yesterday evening? Anyway, they
were expected actually know it was like the first thing
I think it was actually the first thing this morning,
(50:36):
wasn't it. Fifty eight House Democrats, including Alexandria Accastio Cortez.
They voted against a resolution which ended up passing anyway.
But it was pretty much party line vote to honor
the life of Charlie Kirk. It was just a simple resolution.
You weren't endorsing his beliefs. The language did not require
you to endorse his beliefs. It did not require you
(50:57):
to endorse his policy positions. It did not require you
to endorse his politics. It did not require you to
endorse anything. This wasn't like a trans move where you
have to affirm everything they just said. It's basically it was.
You know, it's a bummer that this guy was assassinated.
You know, he's a great family man, et cetera. They
couldn't even do that. They could not even do that.
(51:19):
I have no words, I mean, at the very least
that you could do considering what you ideology has done.
I mean, I'm not quite sure what more proof people
need that the Democrats endorse those I mean for crying
not loud. You know, even if you had, like one
of the most ridiculous members of the left, have something
similar happen to them, you would not have anybody on
(51:40):
the right that wouldn't do that out of just simple decency.
But again, we are talking about the left, the folks
who help bring you the program and make it possible
so you don't pay a subscription fee. Now, you guys
know I always carry. I have zero problem throwing lead
down range and defense of myself and or loved ones.
And I also am completely aware of the municipal and
(52:01):
private property restrictions that affect your ability to carry where
you would like, when you would like, at certain or
any time. And that's where I think it's good to
diversify your weapons array, especially if you're a college kid
who's old enough to go and serve their country overseas
and carry foal auto. But apparently you're not trusted enough
to even carry to protect yourself here at home under
the age of twenty one. So this is where the
(52:22):
burnagun comes in. Barnegun shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can
deter threats from up to fifty feet away. The SD
is the most popular model. The smaller cl new the
newest one I think is going to overtake the SD
in terms of popularity, easy target acquisition, no recoil unlike
regular stunt guns, and only have a couple of shots.
This one I had said yesterday I had seven. Sorry,
it was a fifteen round capacity per cartridge, so you
(52:45):
have fifteen rounds compared like your regular stunt guns, which
is like one maybe two. It also super lightweight. There's
no recoil. And here's the thing, there's no background check.
There are no fees, there's no none of them. That
there's no uh. They don't care about gun free zone
signs at all whatsoever. The legal in every state, you
can get it sent right to your front door. It's
(53:06):
burna dot Com slash Dana by Rnaight, you have different calibers,
you carry blades. It's always good to have a diversified
weapons array. Check out the new BERNACLS stands for Compact
Launcher Berna dot Com slash Dana.
Speaker 5 (53:20):
And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's quick five.
Speaker 2 (53:25):
All all right, So first up here, we've got oh
vacation rabies horror sounds like a bad like horror film
off Hauluween. It's called from the Sun monkey Shock horror
as monkey bites girl on the neck, leaving her bleat
needing rabies injections after attack on holiday hotspot. She's twelve
years old. So she was in Bali and it was
(53:47):
a split second encounter with a monkey and the monkey
bitter neck and there's literally a photo of it biteing
her neck. Why would you sit down there and allow
yourself to have these animals crawl all over you. No,
you're not snow white. They're gonna bite you, girl, You
are not snow white. I don't understand. Look, I love animals.
There are no way on God's green or the I'm
gonna sit and will allow these, like these particular type
(54:08):
of monkeys specifically to climb all over me. That's what happens.
So she had to go and get You know, those
shots are not the best thing. Apparently they hurt really
badly and she had You have to get a bunch
of them, I think too, don't you. Oh, Samsung is
bringing ads to us fridges because that's the dumbest thing ever.
So why not? This is why? Who cares if your
(54:29):
fridge can tweet? Right? Why can't you just like why
can't they just make like I don't know, like why
I don't understand? So they I guess they're gonna bring
it in like those little led panels and they're gonna
have it on there at the piece won't open, so
I'm gonna move on. Uh No, here, it's a software

Speaker 16 (56:32):
So recognition of a Pedestinian state is the best way
to isolate Hamas.
Speaker 2 (56:37):
By the way, must welcome to your decision.
Speaker 16 (56:39):
By bipeus cynicism. But I don't want to let them
the monopoly of such are of course, because this is
not true what they wanted to destroy you. But if
we consider that a Pedestian states would always have the
objective to destroy this, how do you want to build
a sustainable future?
Speaker 2 (56:55):
Well, that's the dumbest question I've ever heard. That was
already answered before it ever left his mouth. That's Emmanuel Macron,
who is saying, well, yes, as long as we give
you know Hamas this Palestinian state, which, by the way,
who's going to run that? The Palestinian authority, the one
that is actually had to suspend elections in twenty twenty
one because Hamas is going to take over, not just
the strip but also West Bank. So spare me those
Protestations joining us to discuss this. Our friend Matt Maers,
(57:18):
who is the founding board member of the EU US
Forum and former Trump admin State Department official. He joins
US now via video. Matt, good to see you. I
just thought that was a silly remark from Macrone, and
I don't know why they keep clinging to this idea.
I know this is a sticking point in any kind
of negotiations with the United States. I know Trump has said, well,
if this is something they're going to entertain, then maybe
(57:39):
perhaps we're going to re re examine some of our
trade associations and agreements. I mean, I get it. Why
do they do this? They why fall on the sword
like this?
Speaker 14 (57:51):
Well, it's you have to look at the fact that
Emmanuel Macrone right now has a twenty eight percent approval rating.
He's now on his fourth prime minister, his last one
only lasts about nine months, and so he is doing
everything he can to try to placate you know, the
far left and some of the domestic politics. Will also
then trying to throw a bone to the right with
(58:12):
a new prime minister pick. So he's playing pure politics,
right now. I mean, you know, if you go to
France and even the UK, in many of these places,
you have a radically anti Semitic strain of politics going
on right now, and you're seeing that play out and
some of the reaction of members of parliament towards Israel.
And then you're of course seeing it now with with
(58:33):
what Emmanuel Macrone's doing right now as well as others
where they're trying now recognize at probably the exact worst time,
the idea of a standalone Palestinian state.
Speaker 2 (58:42):
Yeah, the worst time completely. And I don't know they're
they're they're having problems in France right now, I can tell.
But I also know you and I've talked about this before.
The right word lean is still ascending, So that's good
to see. I wanted to ask you about your thoughts
of the red carpet rollout that Trump received in the UK.
(59:04):
I was, I mean, I don't know, we've ever had
a leader that got like their jets to fly along
the UK's jets and that had this you know, I
think there was like the second time he had a
state banquet held for him when a US president was visiting.
What did that tell you about the relationship between Trump
(59:24):
and Kirs Stromer, because I know he's not a fan
obviously of Stromer's politics, but it looked like it was
very friendly. Apparently aide said that they got along really well.
What does that indicate to you?
Speaker 14 (59:35):
Well, I think it shows a few things. One in
the UK is probably thinking they're lucky stars that they
got half the European Union a few years ago after Brexit.
It allowed them to actually have this type of truly
special relationship with the United States under President Trump. I mean,
there's no way that the UK would be in the
place they are today have they not been able to
(59:55):
unilaterally ending negotiations with the United States agreed to template
for a new trade deal the way they did. They
were actually the very first one to come out with
a big announcement in the Oval Office several months ago,
and then it's kind of continue to build. And what
you saw in this visit was really the culmination of that.
You saw the fact that they announced this big MoU
(01:00:17):
memorandum of understanding between the UK and the US on
a whole host of issues, everything from AI development to
nuclear capacity and research to quantum computing. I mean, there's
been a lot of different aspects there, and I think
it's actually even more momentous. It's a bigger issue than
even what we saw with the President's visit to the
(01:00:38):
Middle East just a few months ago, because what you're
seeing here are truly two of the world's superpowers working
together in cooperation and recognizing the fact that when we
talk about a special relationship between the United States and
the United Kingdom, it's got to be more than just
lip service. It's got to be more than just some
sort of blowney diplomatic talking point. It's got to mean something.
(01:00:59):
And I think you saw that on display. And you know,
these events are often a highlight of cultural diplomacy, right
it's both sides really showing a level of respect. President
Trump is in many ways a producer at heart, and
so he recognizes and values the importance of that. It's
among the reasons you've seen him take such great efforts
at the White House to really think about how the
(01:01:20):
Oval Office looks, what improvements it needs. He knows it's
a representation of what the United States is on the
world stage. That the Brits were doing just the same
thing the last few days, and they pulled off really well.
Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
I think the talking with Matt Mooers from the EUUs Forum.
I think it's very stunning that you have, you know,
you had the Middle East visit, then you have this
UK visit, and this all corresponded, you know, within the
same i would say, eight week period that he had
European leaders to Washington, DC. And I'll never get over
the photo of them all sitting outside waiting to go
into the Oval office like it was kids waiting to
(01:01:51):
go into the principal's office, and Ursula Vonderland was told
to leave because they only wanted these democratically elected leaders
of these EU nations.
Speaker 3 (01:02:00):
Was that.
Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
As much of a dressing down as we all saw it?
Because I know that sometimes what we see might be
really different from the reality that's of that moment there.
But I don't think I got to ask you, is
that really? Was that an actual like dressing down of
the EU that Trump did very subtly there?
Speaker 14 (01:02:21):
Yeah, it shows that they're not a national entity, they
don't have a military, they don't have or truly responsibility
in any of the collected defense, and especially what they're
talking about that day, which is how are we going
to end the Russia Ukraine conflict? You need to have
the leaders of those countries with skin in the game.
I mean, the European Union, campering any sort of military
(01:02:41):
resources or anything to bear. There's really no reason to be.
Speaker 17 (01:02:44):
There, right.
Speaker 14 (01:02:45):
All they could do is actually add words that could
potentially exacerbate the situation, which is the opposite approach what
President Trump wants. And so, you know, I think you're
reading a pretty right spot on you know, the fact
that they included her at all, I think actually was
a bit of an olive branch. But also because I
don't think there was ultimately all that much she could
(01:03:06):
contribute to that conversation.
Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
Yeah, there's not a lot, as you said, I mean,
she doesn't have a standing military, she wasn't even elected.
I mean they just kind of all like shook hands
under the table and okay, we pick you. That's kind
of how she got per job.
Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
All right.
Speaker 14 (01:03:17):
Yeah, and look, you know, you look at I know,
you know, we talked about this quite a bit last
year around the EU elections in June. You had a
sendency of conservative parties, you had a complete collapse of
left wing parties, and yet they decided to elect the
same exact leadership they had before that including von Leyden.
I mean it was it was an inside political game
that shows her not the direct will of the people.
(01:03:40):
And that's that's what's frustrating a lot of folks. They
have not been responding to the conservative voters. I mean,
you look at what we just talked about in France
right now. You know, Marine La Penn's party was growing
and doing exorbitantly well until Macrone made a deal with
the far left and the runoff elections to try to
shut her out of political power. You then saw what
they did with these first ever tried and trumped up
(01:04:01):
charges against her and then forbidding her to actually run
for president again because they knew that she and her
political party were ascending, trying to stifle political opposition. And
you're seeing that same thing happen large across the European Union.
And that's what happened when Von Layden was re selected,
despite the fact that you saw this conservative backlash against
(01:04:21):
many of the policies, and now we're seeing them continue
to steamroll those policies. I mean, Brussels right now is
considering what's called it CS triple D, which is the
corporate Sustainability due Diligence directive and essentially says that all
companies that operate in Europe have to now comply with
European Union climate and environmental roles. So that means you
can be an American company based in Houston, Texas, and
(01:04:44):
if you want to do anything in the European Union,
you no need to comply fully across the board with
all their radical environmental policies, which are, by the way,
even further to the left than where the Green New
Deal is. So that's what the European Union's up to
these days. That's where they're continuing to steamroll towards. It's
a further and further march to the left, and it's
not reacting to the will of the voters. You're seeing
(01:05:07):
conservatives ascendant in Poland, in France, in Portugal, in Italy,
a number of different places, and yet you see Brussels
doing the exact same thing they've always been doing.
Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
So they're so completely toned off. Well, my last question
for you is, with all of that is there. I
know it would be a very long road for the
relevancy of the European Union to diminish to the point
where these nations can be sovereign. Once again. But I
feel like we're on that pathway and then I see headlines.
In fact, I think you all tweeted this out Exon
cxus political help and call to quash EU climate law
(01:05:40):
because their law isn't just it's not a climate I mean,
we all know what it really is about the regulatory
regime that's now affecting our companies, American companies. So I
tend to think that, you know, even though they're very
far left, they still respond to capital, and they still
respond to wanting to have a good record of at
least being able to invite this sort of business and
(01:06:02):
have these sort of economic relationships. So is this kind
of assigned to you that their influence is waning with
all of these member nations and that you know, I mean,
it seems like it could be expedited if more and
more companies called us out the way that Exxon's doing.
Speaker 14 (01:06:19):
Oh yeah, And look you see individual sovereign leaders stand
up to Brussels. And I mean, whether it's primester or
orbon and Hungary, whether it's President Iraqi in Poland, you know,
whether it's you know, Maloney in Italy, who, while being
a little bit more cooperative, is still really standing up
for the rights of Italians and trying to assert their
(01:06:40):
viewpoints and their conservative viewpoints on a number of these issues.
And so what it's coming down to, though, is that
the EU is going to have to respond to the
needs of the sovereign leaders and if they don't, that's
when they're going to really truly lose their political power.
And that means what they have to do in these
trade negotiations with the United States. You know, the US
(01:07:00):
can make this another point in the ongoing trade negotiations,
just because they announced the outset of a deal and
the framework of a deal with the European Union, you
can go back and say these types of policies cannot
impact American companies because if they did, this is about
political power and political control. By the way, let's think
about this. There's a reason why so few global companies
(01:07:22):
are starting in the European Union. There's a reason why
you don't see the same manufacturing capacity in the European Union.
And now because of these policies they're trying to push,
like CS triple D, they're essentially going to try hamsharing
every other company that tries to do work in the
European Union. As well. We cannot allow the European Union
to ham sharing US businesses to prevent them from growing
(01:07:44):
and from expanding and being competitive on the global market
the way we need them to, the way we want
them to, because it's important to our livelihood as well.
They can't be subject to a bunch of rulings coming
out of Brussels and the bureaucratic state there.

It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time
for Florida Man.
Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
A Florida man almost hit police officers doing a burnout
to impress the ladies. Man save some girls for the
rest of them, won't you? The late night crowd in
downtown Bradenton got smoked when police said a driver turned
Main Street into his own burnout pit. It was about
two in the morning. Their crime reduction team heard a
(01:09:25):
truck hammer it's throttle saw a silver pickup fly down
the street. The identity the driver identified his twenty eight
year old Wan Leone. Swerved past pedestrians and officers standing
nearby after running a stop sign. He corrected just before
he reached the next avenue, where a red light forced
him to stop, but instead of cooling off, he spun
(01:09:45):
the tires and the crosswalk, filling the intersection with smoke,
then lurched forward, forcing officers to step back. When he
was detained, he got oh boy d u I also,
and he was booked on three kounts aggravated assault with
the deadly weapon because he also performed fields so bright
test to climb a breathalyzer. He told them that he
was trying to impress a girl's The officers were not
(01:10:07):
impressed with his answer. You can imagine. Also, this what
a headline? Okay, let's ex Cape coralman accused of causing
mother significant number of stab wounds. Who worded that, Uh
(01:10:28):
so these siblings got their brother arrested because you stabbed
their mother. So what does that mean? You're accused of
causing significant That's like I caused you to get punched
in the face by my fist, you know what I mean? Like,
what in the world is that that is? That's like
news speak. The guy was arrested. But what stands out
(01:10:49):
and what I can't get past is this insane headline.
What is it? It's from news Press, which is like
an actual news sight. They cover Florida. But to him
any Christmas it's pretty heavy lifting there with that whole sentence.
A Florida man believes that he was infected with flesh
eating bacteria while cutting grass. What this is in Jacksonville.
(01:11:13):
He was hospitalized. He was in there for weeks. He
battled flesh eating bacteria. He said that he was cutting
weeds and grass in a ditch that runs alongside of
his house. And he said that he thinks that that's
what happened because it hit his legs the most. And
he said that that. I mean, they thought they were
gonna have to. I mean, this is how bad it was.
They thought they were going to have to amutate this
(01:11:33):
guy's leg. They don't have to, but they said that
they're trying to. They're still looking at I mean, yeah,
the one guy who got we had the guy who
got killed by a barrack yesterday for mowing his grass.
I've never heard of a guy getting the flesh eating
bacteria thing from mowing grass though, But I guess that
makes sense if you're like near a ditch and there's water.
I don't know, man, that's like really, this guy runs
(01:11:55):
an irrigation company. He said he's trying to. He's recovering,
but yeah, that's awful. His injuries look bad. That's a
weird one. Definitely a weird one. Let's see in Florida.
Let's see what do we got Another Florida woman. She
attacked her mother and brother during an argument over the
(01:12:15):
PlayStation a PlayStation four. Yeah, Marion County. Now this was
like a year ago, but it occurred in April twenty four.
But they're in trial now. She was found guilty just
this week of choking her mother and then hitting her
brother during an argument over a video game council over
a video game console. So it was over the PlayStation.
(01:12:38):
That's insane. She apparently grabbed her brother's growing to the
point of pain because I guess they were fighting over
the plane. She's actually a grown person. Can I just say, like,
these are all grown people? Like this woman's literally she's
in her late twenties and or sorry, she looks like
she's in her late twenties. She's twenty one years old.
But she choked her mother, she ottered the brother and
(01:13:02):
police had to come and they said that it was
over a PlayStation four console and they were fighting over it,
et cetera, et cetera. So that's ended. That's that's what happened.
That's wow. I can't imagine being so ridiculous that that year. Hmmm,
pretty wild. I also have this this guy. Uh I
think we've had this before it do we ever? Do
(01:13:23):
we talk about the guy who's dressed as Chuck E.
Cheese and arrested. Okay, then that's I have a lot
of Florida people that still send me. Sometimes people will
send me stuff that I've already talked about, but for
whatever reason, I got this like three this like sent
like it like three or four times over the past
couple of days. I'm like, I'm pretty sure we covered
the Chuck E. Cheese arrest, like literally the guy in
the costume. Third Hour on the way, stay with us

Speaker 19 (01:15:01):
Bible says you mourn with those who mourn, and grieve
with those who grieve. And I think it's important in
the wake of this national tragedy that we take time
simply to grieve the loss of life that occurred here.
But I also believe we need to resist the temptation
(01:15:21):
to put America on trial, I mean, absent any additional
evidence one man was responsible with the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
That man is now in custody and now comes justice.
And while with this rising tide of political violence that
(01:15:44):
we've seen on both sides of the Aisle, I understand
the deep concern. I don't think we ever want to
lose sight of the fact of personal responsibility.
Speaker 2 (01:15:55):
So this is both sides ASM hence is very much
much out of the old cut of Republicans. That excuse me,
did not they just never They never wanted to push back.
They wanted to allow whatever narrative that was being said
to stay. And that's one of the reasons why we
(01:16:15):
got into this progressive sess pit. Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you at the top of this third hour.
What does he mean borrowing any evidence? Let me explain
something to mister Pence and others about the relationship of
long established leftist behavior, beliefs and rhetoric. You can say
it was one guy who did the one guy listen
(01:16:38):
to He was born in a very conservative family, apparently
his dad, mom, they were Republicans, and then he changed.
Why why was he believing these conspiracy theories? Where did
the conspiracy theories come from? Now, no one's arguing that
he didn't do it, but this idea that he acted
(01:17:02):
completely mentally alone, I disagree with that because there is
a huge body of evidence that goes back twenty thirty
forty years showcasing repeated leftist violence. By the way, the
survey that they were trying to promote as showing conservative
(01:17:22):
violence being greater, which when you took out all of
their bad methodology, it wasn't. They were actually trying to
use prison fights. I have no idea how you even
incorporate that, but that's what they were doing. There are
a number of people who have shredded that survey, so
I'm not going to tread on that warm ground, but
it was pretty insightful. There's an ideology in America that
(01:17:46):
thinks if you don't give them exactly what they want
when they want it, that it's oppression, and they think
if you disagree with them on an issue, then you're
a Nazi. That you are you are guilty of a moral, ethical, human,
spiritual everything, failing to the extent that you are compared
to a Nazi simply for having a difference of opinion.
(01:18:08):
If that's what you believe, and you believe that someone
is so evil, some people will be prevailed upon to
maybe perhaps act. Now, whether or not they choose to
act is one thing, but the left that's on them.
But the left has told us for years that we
the right, are responsible for every bad thing that happens
(01:18:29):
in the world, and I'm tired of of You know,
these are their rules. These are their rules, and the
only reason, the only way that they're not going to
want to live under these rules again is if they
are fairly applied to them. Well, both sides. This isn't
a both sides thing. Trump has never gone out and
(01:18:49):
called somebody a Nazi a fascist. Now Antifa, yeah, they
are actually fascist because they believe in violence for silence.
So I get that. But there's no comparison here. That's
what we're telling you. There isn't a comparison. So shame
(01:19:11):
on him for this. I feel like some of these
guys think that after twenty eight they want to put
themselves in positions to once again run the rudders for
the right, and I don't want these people doing that.
I don't want them at all to do that. This
is something that has to get situated, and you're not
going to do it by saying, well, it's both sides
(01:19:32):
as them, because it's not. You know, the people how
they reacted to Charlie Kirk being murdered was they went
out into the streets and prayed. They had candlelight vigils.
They prayed openly for his family. By the thousands. They
waved American flags. Now look at George Floyd. Cities burned
(01:19:59):
for two straight people were killed, a church was set
on fire. There is no what about is them here?
There is no comparison. And this is one of the
reasons why he fell out of favor with the movement.
You know they had. Kirk was supposed to speak at
(01:20:20):
CSU and Fort Collins last night Audio Somebody twelve, and
obviously he couldn't show up, but they had ten thousand
people that showed up. Anyway, Look how peaceful this is
Audio Somebody twelve. How peaceful it is.
Speaker 3 (01:20:32):
I just.
Speaker 2 (01:20:37):
Look at them peaceful people.
Speaker 3 (01:20:41):
Think you all be your support.
Speaker 2 (01:20:44):
Nobody was writing I didn't see any rights came to you.
I actually was a truly peaceful gathering, not a mostly
peaceful protest. I don't know the idea for this. I
wanted to play getting into some of this stuff. This
was audio some by sixteen. Leftists have gathered in New
(01:21:04):
York City. This is a near Rockefeller outside of Aby Studios.
They're protesting the cancelation. Watch this, it's good. There's a
fascist signs is the least protest. I'm so bored, fash,
(01:21:29):
They're so boring. Look how bored he is. I'm bored
looking at how bored he is. That's just yeah, that's
growth spine. What do you mean grow spine? Notice how
they're not saying to really anything about Sinclair or Next
Star because they don't understand how licensing and regulation works.
That's what's so stupid about this. They just they don't understand.
(01:21:50):
It comes down to these local stations and they can
do whatever the hell they want if they decide that
this is not in public interest, et cetera. But apparently,
again Hollywood reporter variety of were reporting that they were
basically their phone lines were burning down over people who
were livid over what Kimmel said, and those stations felt
that they had a duty to act, and so that's
(01:22:10):
what they did. And how was that Trump's fault? Again,
They've come over and over and they've said no, I mean,
you've had ABC said no, they weren't involved in this.
Sinclair said no, they weren't involved in this, and Sinclair's like, yeah,
we want to do more. I mean, they were doubling
down on it. They also said that it was a
temporary things, that it was temporary. All he has to
(01:22:35):
do is apologize. There's certain things that he has to do.
There are certain things that they wanted him to do.
He doesn't want to do. He doesn't want to apologize.
He doesn't want to do any of that. So, you know,
blank their concerns for unity on that, because that's true.
Audio somebody fourteen the paramount ex paramount chief says the
Colbert cancelation because there were a lot of things, saying
that it had to do with approval for a mega merger.
(01:22:57):
He was saying no, Colbert just didn't. By the way,
did you know only one hundred and twenty nine thousand
people were watching Jimmy Kimmel's show. I get more views
than that on like an Instagram video. Go ahead and
play this. This is fourteen. This is about Colbert.
Speaker 20 (01:23:17):
Outside of the settlement, there are other actions taken to
ensure there would be regulatory approval. I think about rollbacks
of DEI policies. I think about some things like the
cancelation of Steve Colbert's show. You know, that was never
explicitly stated as being part of getting regulatory approval, but
it's something that I think a lot of people assumed.
Do you think that they made the right choices to
(01:23:40):
ensure that they got the regulatory approval.
Speaker 9 (01:23:42):
I'm not going to tie any of that to regulatory approval.
I can tell you that we had been looking at
late night. It was financially not viable. It had been
that way for a long time. We had made a
decision months prior to the announcement that we were not
going to be going forward with that.
Speaker 2 (01:24:00):
Well look at that.
Speaker 5 (01:24:02):
But first Amendment though.
Speaker 2 (01:24:04):
Yeah, but I heard that that was the first Amendment issue.
I was told, But there's say No, that had nothing
to do with trying to get his approval for a
mega merger. It had nothing to do at all whatsoever
with that. I just again, I feel like people need
to stop stop helping the left. Really, I don't know,
(01:24:25):
they need to stop helping the left with us, Remember
they were going after it. Here's a Chuck Schumer. I
just saw Chuck Schumer tweet from March first to twenty three,
where he was trying to pressure Rupert Murdoch to fire
Tucker Carlson. I'm looking at this letter right now. He
and Representative Hakeem Jeffrey sent it, and they were demanding
that Tucker be fired. That's a ClearCase of the government
(01:24:47):
actually pressuring a network to fire someone. You know, first Amendment,
First Amendment, first amendment stuff. I mean, that's actually a
clear cutcase of the government contacting someone and pressuring them.
I didn't see Ben Stiller bring this up, and I
didn't see a number of people on the left bring
(01:25:08):
this up as an example of that. It's I don't know,
it's just it's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. The hypocrisy of it
is ridiculous.
Speaker 5 (01:25:24):
I think the people that were standing outside of ABC
saying grow spud, grow spind what they're saying to ABC
is be okay with losing money and making sure that
your stockholders don't get the return on their investment that
they're expecting.
Speaker 2 (01:25:38):
Exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:25:38):
That's exactly what they're saying.
Speaker 2 (01:25:40):
That's exactly it. Now, then you have to ask yourself, okay,
this is this the left another example of the left
not respecting the sovereignty of private entities. So what side
do you stand on? You either believe that private entities
have the right to exercise their employment agreements and run
(01:26:00):
their businesses the way they see fit, or you don't.
And for the people that are demanding that it was
the administration that tried to pressure them and they want
the administration to fix it, you are now ironically arguing
for government intervention. They're not really the brightest bulbs out there.
They really aren't. They're just not bless their hearts, and.
Speaker 5 (01:26:25):
Now all of the news you would probably miss, it's
time for Dana's Quick five.
Speaker 2 (01:26:30):
I don't believe in owl attacks. I think that these
people are the baddies. So they're saying that in Seattle parks,
and RACA is warning of owl attacks in their Lincoln Park.
They're dive bombing people, probably hippies. So I don't know
if I don't really know if I feel bad yet,
They're just like if you hear I love this line. Listen,
(01:26:50):
if you hear hooting, cover your head and move calmly.
I just want to run behind people.
Speaker 5 (01:26:57):
Go who those damn top knots. They think it's a rodent.
Speaker 2 (01:27:01):
They probably do, and they're probably trying to pick the
top knots off of the hippies heads in Seattle. That's
actually really good observation, Kane. I just think it's hysterical. Yeah,
this is literally what they tell people. If you hear hooting,
cover your head and move calmly, carry an umbrella for protection,
and wave your arms to leave the area right away.
(01:27:24):
I love everything right now. Briefly, I'll go back to
hating in a moment. Skinny jeans are showing signs of
a comeback. It's just fat wear whatever you want to wear.
I do think that not everyone can wear every single
type of gene. I can't do high wasted well. It's
not anything I don't do that well. I don't do
high wasted well. But and I don't have a problem
(01:27:44):
with skinny jeans unless you just don't look good on them.
I mean, different cuts, flat are different people, and they're
I think people are wearing jeans less. I don't know.
I've just wear all black everything. I don't wear jeans
as much as they too, because everything they're you know,
unless they're black. I don't know. It's like, it wasn't
that a millennial thing that they hated skinny jeans millennials.
Oh sorry, let's see. Why is this a challenge? A
(01:28:09):
team nearly dies after the Benadryl social media challenge, So
it's a tichcali. So they were eating tide pods like
that's what I believe now they were actually eating tie pods.
So they said that there is this TikTok challenge that's
involving benadryl. And they don't actually tell you what it is.
(01:28:31):
They just say it's a TikTok challenge that involves benadryl.
So what do you do, like drink it? I guess yeah.
They just said like people were using benadrul. I thought
it was a safe medication. Well nothing safe if you
abuse it. You know, good grief and get your kid off.
TikTok geez. Just just let's see. Milwaukee. Two adults arrested,
(01:28:52):
six kids found locked in a storage unit. This was
that trafficking issue. Absolutely, this is Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They ranged
from two months to nine years. They were locked inside
two months locked inside of a storage unit on their
north side and they found them early Tuesday morning of
this week and arrested too. Adults two months and ages
(01:29:12):
two three, five, seven, and nine, A twenty six year
old woman and a thirty three year old man were
taken into custody. She said that she had One of
the neighbors, who did not want to appear on camera,
told the ABC Sea affiliate there that she had seen
what appeared to be a family with children walking in
and around storage units since summer, and they would leave
(01:29:33):
every morning and return every night. Why did you never
say anything? You freak like, why? So I don't know?
And then they've been there just the entire time, and
a dad punished kids with an electric cattle prod. According
to Ohio officials, he's pled guilty. He's thirty five years
old in Neary County. Apparently, record show. They didn't name
(01:29:56):
him because they're protecting the kids. But he pled guilty
to two kinds oft domestic violence. He used an electric
cattle prod on three kids as punishment, and I wow, yeah,
so he's in trouble. That seems a little overkill. Maybe
a little overkill. We have more on the way. Stick
(01:30:17):
with us. We're finishing out this third hour here on
this Friday.
Speaker 6 (01:30:20):
Not Able to catch all three hours of the Dana Show,
subscribe to the full podcast and get news and laughs
delivered in short, easy to digest episodes ideal for your
busy lifestyle on YouTube, Apple or wherever you get your podcast.
Speaker 18 (01:30:35):
So I want to make it clear there's going to
be a Democratic majority in just over a year. And
to the FCC chairperson and anyone involved in these dirty deals,
get a lawyer and save your records because you're going
to be in this room and you're gonna be answering
questions about the deals that you struck and who benefited
and what the cost was to the American people, because
(01:30:58):
that happened.
Speaker 2 (01:31:02):
With his dumb hat. Welcome back to the show. He's
wearing a Kimel hat. Uh that's uh, Eric Fartswell Swawell.
The typo stays verbal. He was speaking there in Congress.
Welcome back. Bottom of this third hour, Dana lash with you.
Can I just give you if you all want a
clear case of a government official trying to coerce like
(01:31:24):
an actual private company again, Can I just go back
to this letter that Chuck Schumer. This is March first,
twenty twenty three at nine twenty two am. Quote two
were Rupert Murdoch direct talker Carlos another host on your
network to stop spreading Fall's election ARTI was in the
midd on air that they were wrong to engage in
such negligent behavior, and he wrote, like this two page thing,
he and Hekeem Jeffries. There are other examples, but that's
(01:31:47):
a very blatant example of someone trying to get somebody canned.
So yeah, that's but they're accusing Brendan Carr of doing it.
After next star in Sinclair made the decision maybe if
Jimmy Kimmel were just if he was just funny and
(01:32:12):
he just didn't you know, that would be one thing.
You know what Johnny Carson said. He said, quote when
a comic becomes enamored with his own views and foists
them off on the public in a polemic way, he
loses not only his sense of humor, but his value
as a humorist. And that's true. The only time that
(01:32:33):
both sides ism is acceptable is in comedy. That's it.
You have Conan O'Brien even weighing in on this. So
he's upset with private companies. Apparently, I'm just not allowing
this narrative to stand. I'm so done with these BS narratives.
(01:32:54):
I am so done with it because we see where
they lead. We see where they lead, and it's unfortunate
because they have a record of this. I wanted to
share this two different stories. George Soros, this is from
Politico is cutting a ten million dollar check for California's
(01:33:18):
redistricting campaign. Ten million dollars. That's actually kind of a
drop in the bucket for him, I mean, and he's
given more to other causes. He's given ten million to
boost the redistricting campaign as Democrats are trying to raise
huge sums to fight to make it happen in California. Honestly,
(01:33:40):
they need to lose seats, but the seats that they
have are already Democrat except for like one or two,
so I don't you know. And this is first reported
by the New York Times. It's the single largest donation.
They call it Prop fifty. That's the legislative effort, what
they're trying to do, it's Prop fifty. It is the
single large just donation to Prop fifty right now to date.
(01:34:04):
And they have some other labor unions, a Democrat Pack,
and some other wealthy progressives. I was looking at the
numbers here about thirty a little well over thirty million
that they have donated so far to the gerrymanderin cause
in California. Now, you might remember Soros poured millions into
(01:34:29):
California to protect Newsom in twenty one when they did
the recall of him. He really boosted up, he boosted
up as donate donations, i should say, and really worked
hard to protect Newsome from the recall effect. Now this
and then this story. This is from a couple of sources,
(01:34:52):
New York Posts, It's also New York Times. So Jeff's
Zence is the was the White House chief of staff.
I don't think a lot of people knew his name.
One of the things that we talked about with when
we were on the MRC thing is we had a
very big discussion about how many people know you guys
(01:35:14):
know Susie Wilds's name, but you don't know Jeff Science
is Jeff Sence's name. Jeff Sence was the chief of
staff for Biden. How many people were familiar with all
the stuff he did, Which is like, if he wanted
to know who really controlled the autopen, it was him.
He revealed to Congress yesterday that Biden listened to this
a Biden's memory and decision making capability were deteriorating while
(01:35:37):
in office. This was the interview that he gave to Congress.
It's been transcribed. You know how they do it. They
do a closed door first. This is always the standard
operating procedure. They do closed door first, then they do
to the public open to the public hearings. Since wouldn't
answer reporter questions as he was leaving, but he told
(01:35:58):
the White House. He told a House Oversight committee yesterday
that he personally had asked White House physician Kevin O'Connor
to conduct a quote, full medical workup that included a
cognitive exam. And this was after the debate performance. And
one of the things that Zen said is that, you know,
(01:36:20):
he knew that Biden was had a cold, was fighting
a cold, and he thought that had something to do
with his disastrous debate performance. But then he apparently told
staff and the doctor Kevin O'Connor, that he had seen
Biden with a cold before and that this was unlike
anything that he had previously seen. And if you remember,
(01:36:40):
that debate was probably one of the most disastrous. I
think that is the most disastrous debate I've ever seen
anybody give in my life, that performance and the campaign
in the White House, they were all just dismissing that
at the time, and they will remember the excuse was
always a cold. You know, colds make you forget where
you are and st over your words and not be
(01:37:01):
able to walk. Apparently even though like right after the
debate he went to a waffle house, did you know that? No, yeah,
right after the debate, Biden was spotted in a waffle house,
you know, because he had a cold and didn't feel
so well. But he said, oh yes, What he was
trying to explain away sense was was that, well, he
had a cold, so that contributed to mental freezes. Guys,
he had a cold, he didn't have aids come on
(01:37:23):
like this is he had a cold. He didn't have
like you know, all well, it has also means he
didn't have like a serious you know, they're acting like
a cold is like a serious disease. He had a cold,
but it's because he already had a diminishing mental capacity already.
And even Jake Sullivan, former National Security Advisor, backed the
(01:37:49):
cognitive exam thought it was important, and apparently so did
Anita Done the Communications Advisor. Anita Dunn's interesting. You know,
you know how a lot of people got because with
the way that Elon Musk was working in capacity with
the administration. I think you can only stay like what
one hundred and eighty days, then you have to leave
for X amount of days and then you have to
come back because if you stay there permanently, you have
(01:38:10):
to divest from everything. If you're going to be a
member of the you're going to work in the cabinet,
if you're going to work for the White House, you
have to divest. And he didn't want to divest, so
it was only like one hundred and eighty You only
work it, and that's like normal. A lot of administrations
do that. That's like a little publicized. It's a rule,
and not a lot of people know about it. But
that's the reason why, you know, Musk was only able
(01:38:32):
to stay for as long as he was because otherwise
he would have to divest from all of his businesses, everything,
ownership of X, all of that in order to stay.
So that's why it's only one hundred eighty days. The
interesting thing about Anita Done is she has one of
the biggest pr companies in the United States. She stayed
well over one hundred and eighty days. She was there
like the whole damn term, and she never divested from anything.
(01:38:54):
Do you guys know that she basically was in the
same performative advisor role that Musk was. She was never
expects it was never demanded of her to follow the
law and oh, you're here after one hundred and eighty days,
you have to divestor you have to leave. And she
didn't do that. She stayed there. Interesting, interesting little known fact.
But they were all saying even that he needed a
(01:39:15):
cognitive exam, that he needed something, and a lot of
people were very, very alarmed about it. So when the
White House Chief of Staff tells the president's personal doctor
that they need to make sure they need to do
(01:39:41):
a cognitive exam, that's a big deal, right, Isn't that
kind of a big deal? I feel like that's a
big deal. Why is this only coming out now? How
many months now, six after the election? Why is this
only coming out now? Can you imagine think about this
(01:40:02):
for a minute, just play it at in your head.
What if Trump? What if Trump was having a diminishing
mental capacity, and the and the press found out that
Susie Wills was hiding it just I know, you guys
are like, oh my gosh. They would oh, I can
already hear the wailing hurting my years that it's not
even happening yet. Oh my, they would say, coo the
(01:40:25):
oh my gosh, the media. Then you had a European
leaders falling in line. Oh my gosh, it would be
so bad, right, guys. So the questions, you know, it's weird, right,
very interesting. I just have some questions, that's all. Just
have questions about that. Now, remember since science. In his testimony,
(01:40:48):
he noted that part of his job was to make
sure that the president met with all the advisors, the
full range of advisors, consider the issues, to make the
best decisions, et cetera. I mean, he was running his
life in the White House, excuse me, and they all
hit it. They all saw it, and they all kept silent,
and they all hit it. As more and more of
this comes out, it becomes very clear that he was
(01:41:14):
not in charge. There is less and less room for
any questioning on that he was not in charge. You guys,
he was not in charge. It's stunning, and more and
more is gonna come out because there's other staffers that
are writing books. They are other staffers writing books, so
(01:41:36):
we'll see. But that's that's the chief of staff who's
saying this. But again, these are the same people who
lie about everything. This is from one is. I'm looking
at these numbers here. I guess this came out with
I think this is Hollywood. No, this is variety. Listen
to this. August twenty twenty five, Jimmy Kimmel's show Jimmy
(01:41:58):
Kimmel Iive averaged one hundred and twenty nine thousand viewers
in the eighteen to forty nine demo in August. Now
in January it was two hundred and twelve thousand. The drop,
they said is part of a broader ratings decline. This
is from Nielsen data, the show falling to one point
(01:42:21):
one million total viewers in August, down forty three percent
from January's one point nine. However, earlier in twenty five,
the show kept hemorrhaging, kept hemorrhaging, kept hemorrhaging. So then
by the time you know, we get to hear averaging
one hundred and twenty nine thousand viewers in the eighteen
(01:42:41):
to forty nine demo. That means also if now think
about this, if his viewers. If he only had one
hundred and twenty nine thousand in the eighteen to forty
nine demo and they fell to like not even a million.
The rest are above forty nine years old. It's all
the far left. And I'm saying boomer. You guys have
(01:43:03):
to realize boomer is not a pejorative. That's just what
the generation's called. If some people want to use it
as a pejorative, fine, But when I'm accurately talking about boomers,
Gen X, millennials, and Gen Z, I'm going to use
the parlance of our times to talk about the generations.
And I need people to get off my ass for it,
because that's the correct way to say it. It's not
a pejorative. That's just like gen X isn't. Now, some
(01:43:25):
people can use it as a pejorative, and I've seen
millennials try to use it as a pejorative, et cetera.
But that's the generation. So when I say that, it's
said like that is over three quarters of his well
over of his audience were progressive boomers. Wow, that explains it. Now,
(01:43:47):
think about that only one hundred and twenty nine in
the eighteen to forty nine and I would imagine that
all excuse pretty upward in that demo. Young people do
not watch late night TV. Like I said, I'm baby
gen X and we I didn't really watch late night
TV when I was little. I was like in seventh
(01:44:08):
grade and our Sineo Hall was on TV, and sometimes
I would stay uplate to watch you know, the dog
Pound in our Sinio Hall. That was like the old
that was the only one I watched. I didn't really
watch Jay Leno, Johnny Carson. I was too young, didn't
really watch Letterman, but I kind of watched our Sinio Hall.
And I feel like the younger generations now fast forward
(01:44:30):
to twenty you know, the twenty twenties. I feel like
if they watch anyone, they watch Fallon because he does
those little digital packages and puts content, these little digital
bites out and he's been doing that since he got
the show, which is smart because when you break down
and this this is only from like January, his numbers
in that demo were like three times what Kimmel's are,
(01:44:52):
and they're higher than what col Bears were. And I
think it's because of that digital outreach and the guests
that they have on and how they package all of
it because the younger generations, for them, Fallon is more
online than he is for them on TV. Kimmel does
not do that stuff, and nor did Colbert. I don't
know if you guys remember that none of them package
their stuff up and did like the digital cross publication
(01:45:15):
like that. And I think a lot of it is
the younger generations just start watching them. That's going to
be something that hits late night as a whole. So
what is so my point in saying all of this
is when that happens, what is the left going to do?
Are they going to say that they're being censored by
the right when younger generations don't want to watch them?
(01:45:35):
You see what I mean.
Speaker 6 (01:45:37):
On the go and need a quick news fix with
a fun twist, follow Dana's Absurd Truth podcast for bite
size informative episodes perfect for your busy schedule on Apple
or wherever you get your podcast.
Speaker 2 (01:45:50):
Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash with you. Make
sure you go sign up over at substack the newsletter.
All kinds of good stuff comes out there all throughout
the week, and of course you can find us on
YouTube and Facebook as well. There's always good stuff up there.
And Instagram, although Instagram is more sometimes I put I'll
(01:46:10):
put more personal stuff up on Instagram, but not often.
I just haven't as much. I think people live too
much online. I'm like, yeah, I just don't want to
contribute to that. But every now and then I'll put
stuff up about people being wrong or my dog, like
Wick particularly, who has gotten very very sassy and talkative lately.
And next week I'm gonna have to ask you, guys,
(01:46:32):
what to do when your dog is obsessed with a
toy and keeps trying to pawn it off on you
like you're supposed to protect it. He did this for
four hours last night. It was insane. It's the drama
of the beef cheek. That's his little chew toy. All right,
that'll be for Monday. Today's stupidity.
Speaker 5 (01:46:48):
All right, Well, this is cut twenty eight. It's DJ
Jazzy crock If crock.
Speaker 2 (01:46:53):
It, I should be doing Jeff like that.
Speaker 5 (01:46:55):
Sorry, sorry about that, Djjazzy Jeff Cut twenty eight. Listen
to what says here. It's so odd.
Speaker 21 (01:47:01):
I understood what was kind of pushing them there, And
so I do want people to know that just because
someone has committed a crime. It doesn't make them a criminal.
Oh what that is completely different beings.
Speaker 2 (01:47:16):
That's because they committed a crime. Like if you rob someone,
it doesn't make you a robber. I mean, if you
kill someone, it doesn't make you like a killer. If
I paint something, no, you're not a painter. But you
make music, Sickie, you're a musician. What did you mean,
I'm a magician. I don't do any of that. We folks.
That does it for us this week, God bless you all.
(01:47:36):
I will be back with you on Monday. Keep up
the fight.
