Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you lose this race tonight to potentially running again, perhaps.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Yeah, absolutely, I mean, obviously I have to rest for
a few days and circle back with my team. But
we've run an amazing race, all things considered. The deck
was stacked against us, especially in the deep red South,
and we've narrowed the margin. And for me, that is
a celebration worth having.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
It's race.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
So that's often Ben Just dear God, I'm so grateful
that Tennessee voters aren't they didn't choose her, because I
literally would rather slice all of my veins open and
bleed out horrifically than have to deal with Congresswoman Aften
for god knows how long, because I feel like she's
(00:43):
one of those when you get her in there, that
she stays in there forever. Right, that's what it feels like.
She's Once she's in, she's in for forever. Aten and
the Republican thank god one last night, Thank the Lord,
the Republican one. I'm so happy for that. So my
(01:04):
whole thing is it could have been worse, and I'm
actually kind of surprised that it wasn't. But it's still
pretty bad. And I know everyone's like Dana wharing killed joy.
I'm not being a kill joy and being a realist.
Do you want me to sit here and blow smoke
up your cheeks or and and just make you easy
(01:24):
and what could be a massacre coming up in midterms?
Or would you rather hear me out? Would you rather
be like Dana just give me the straight tea now
so we can course correct. I was telling you guys
about this yesterday. It's a major problem. Would you rather
me be honest about it so we can course correct?
Speaker 4 (01:46):
You know?
Speaker 1 (01:47):
That's that's that's the real issue here. So he won
by single digits in this race yesterday in Tennessee, and
this is when a special election is in a congressional
house rights blah blah uh. And he won by single digits.
And I think there's it's it's we have to have
(02:12):
the conversation as to what Republicans can do better with
messaging going into midterm because it doesn't. I'm not saying
that the left is celebrating it. They're the reason that
you see all of these headlines about it from the left.
It's not because they're trying to will it into existence.
It's because they see blood in the water and they're
(02:34):
they're they're really excited about this. They're super excited for
their chances coming up in November. There are in midterms.
Excuse me, they're super excited for their chances. I don't
want them to be excited for their chances because I
don't want them to win. I don't want them to
win at all. But this is, you know, where we're at.
So me talking about this, it's not me trying to
(02:55):
be a killjoy. It's me saying, look, there's some there's
some legitimate things here to be concerned about, and Republicans
are going to have to get a handle on it.
Otherwise we're going to be looking at, you know, a
massacre coming up. That's the that's the real list, that's
the real ness of it. So you know this is
(03:16):
in looking at this particular race, it's uh, I mean
it's it's well, we avoided, narrowly, narrowly avoided the seventh
congressional district race. So we don't have to hear how
much she hates country music and all that stuff for
a while. So that's good, right, we don't have to
hear about all that for a little bit. She's probably
(03:37):
gonna run again. She seems less like a a People
kept calling her an AOC. She seems less like an
AOC and more like a Beto or Rourke. Kind of
does that make more sense? She seems more like a Beto.
She's like trying to be the anti hipster, which ends
up being super annoying. But I don't know what worse
(04:00):
the people who complain about hipsters or the hipsters. Who's worse,
I don't know, But anyway, that's so Thankfully we won't
have to listen to her for forever and we're not
going to have to deal with that. But honestly, it
could have I mean, Matt Van Ebsen's up winning but
again single digit win. And part of it was I
think it probably would have been better had we had
(04:24):
a greater turnout. We probably would have had more. I
think we would have felt a little bit better about
it today, but we could it could have been better.
But some of this I think also they ran a goober,
They ran a bad candidate. They they ran a bad candidate.
(04:46):
They ran a bad candidate who was too much to
the left. She was too much to the left.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
And.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
I don't know, I it's it's bad when they didn't
have anyone else there. I have some We're gonna dive
deeper into this, but this often ben with her hating.
Don't we have like some flashback audio of her? Yeah
we do, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's yeah. She says the
(05:16):
Republican majority time is coming. I disagree. I disagree with that.
It could be, but we'll see. So we're gonna talk
more about this. Also, let's see, we got a couple
of other things that we're gonna dive into as well.
We're gonna get into some of the latest with what's
being proposed in DC federally, and uh, we're gonna we're
(05:41):
gonna get into some of the things with potus. Let's
play something because he was very very busy yesterday. Uh,
let's let's do We're gonna get into the affordability aspect
of it. We've got the DC and fighting. Uh and
then of course a number of other things here that
we're gonna dive into. So let's just this is cut ten,
(06:02):
play cut ten for us. This is talking about the
Republican wins yesterday and the Democrat losses. This is one thought.
Speaker 6 (06:13):
I think that's the wrong lesson to take away here.
This is a what Trump did win it by twenty two.
But Marshall Blackburn in the mid term in twenty eighteen,
when Trump was unpopular, only won the district by half
a point. So Matt van Neipps is going to win
it by nine tonight. The lesson to take away from
this is Democrats picked the wrong candidate. They had three
state representatives running. They picked the liberal wing nut, the
(06:34):
person who said she hated country music she had in Nashville,
she was uncomfortable with prayer, she went to bully state troopers.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
That's the problem.
Speaker 6 (06:41):
Democrats face in primaries all over the country in twenty
twenty six, that they may nominate left wing nut who
can't win the general.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Well, and that's the problem. She was a left wing nut,
and that's the issue of it all. She was a
left She was like a total far progressives progressive. That's
ben was a progressives progressive. She wasn't a household name.
And they ended up gambling by picking somebody who was
so damn far left that she couldn't even bring in
(07:08):
the She couldn't even get in the moderates. She couldn't
do it. She couldn't she can drag in the moderates.
It wasn't gonna happen. And typically it's always hard to
flip a seat like this if you're the outside party.
You know, if you're not, you know, favor to win,
but you have to have a big turnout advantage, you
have to have a huge persuasion advantage as well, and
(07:30):
you can only do that with a more moderate candidate.
Like when they ran Connor Lamb in twenty eighteen. You know,
he was able to do that. Ben was way too
lefty and that's the problem. They ran someone thinking that
they ran up. They ran someone who was so far
to the left that she was unable to do the
(07:50):
magic in the margins. And that's what you ultimately have
to be able to do, is get that magic in
the margins. That's the that's the thing of it. So
we're going to talk more about that because we got
a lot still on that, because there's other there's other
there's other, there are other races that we can kind
of look to and see sort of a trend. Because
(08:12):
the thing that is driving down Republican enthusiasm is economy,
and we're gonna we got to discuss that. But I
don't think that a blue wave is building. I know
that's what CNN is saying. We can still get out
far enough ahead of it to stop that from happening yesterday. Now,
(08:33):
looking at Minnesota, guys, this keeps getting worse and worse.
So we're going to talk about the three programs that
were engaged in massive taxpayer fraud. And because they got
federal money. It's not just it's not just an issue
of state tax pay dollars, it's federal tax pair dollars too.
But then, I don't know if you saw this. This
was something that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy put out as
(08:54):
we were getting ready to get off air yesterday about
how one third, and I think about this, the commercial
driver's licenses in Minnesota, one third of them were issued illegally. Now,
think about what happened with California and all of the
people illegal aliens that we're getting CDLs in California. Now,
in Minnesota, one third, one third of non domicialed CDLs
(09:17):
were issued illegally. Now, what the Transportation Department did is
say you have thirty days to fix this or you're
gonna lose thirty million dollars in federal funding. This again
all comes down under whose watch it all comes down
on Tim Walls's watch. It all comes down on his watch.
This is just it's catastrophic. This is Can you imagine
(09:41):
all of this coming in if he had been Vice president.
Sean Duffy issued a letter yesterday telling the Commissioner of
the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Bob Jacobson, as well
as Governor Tim Wallas that look, you are in violation.
You are not in legal compliance and did the math
gave the receipts a third these issued illegally. That is stunning. Now,
(10:04):
this is on top of all of the other stories
of fraud that we're going to dive into. Fraud that
he knew, that Tim Waltz knew about because one of
the departments engaged in it is a department that he oversaw.
He was championing this program. So we're going to dive
into that in more coming up as we make our
way to headlines as we do so, whether you're planting

The Treasury just made a huge announcement regarding illegal immigrants.
The Treasury says illegal immigrants will be removed from the
financial system completely. If you can't get a job here
and you can't get benefits, you're not going to come.
This should have been done years ago. Check out the
Watchdot on Wall Street podcast on Apple, Spotify, wherever you

Speaker 8 (12:04):
And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's quickfive.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
So Trump has pardoned Democratic congressman a Democratic congressman who's
accused of taking six hundred thousand dollars in bribes and
acting like a foreign agent. This is, of course, Henry
Quaar and his wife Amelda seventeen sixty nine, respectively. They
were charged by the Department of Justice last year for
accepting six hundred thousand dollars in bribes from a bank
(12:34):
headquartered in Mexico and an oil and gas company that's
in the Balkans. And they were apparently, reportingly reportedly funneling
this money through all kinds of stuff like I mean,
and apparently their kids were involved in helping to create
these ferns to launderfund So Trump said that he looked
the way he looks at it is that it was
(12:55):
a witch hunt and so he wanted to pardon them,
and that not everything is a witch hunt. Gotta say so.
Sean Diddy Combs accuses Netflix of stealing footage for fifty
cents docuseriies, you know, he and Fitty hate each other.
I'm team Fitty, just FYI. Not that anybody needed to
know that, but you know so, and Fiddy's just been
(13:16):
trolling him this entire time, which is hysterical. So all
four that. But he says that they were stealing footage
from what he was doing for fifty cents document. We an't.
Let's see, would you buy a fold phone? Samsung unveils
the first multifolding phone as competitions set to heat up.
I like the idea of having a foldable phone just
because it's neat. But at the same time, I would
(13:38):
think that that wear and tearror would be difficult, right,
Like that's wouldn't it be the wear and tear on
a foldable phone? I don't know what that's like. I
remember the Palm Prex, like in the early days, the
Palm Prex was amazing and then HP killed it and
it was yeah, thanks HP. But Samsung is unveiling. It's
(13:59):
a three way things, so it it's like a trifle.
So it folds in the middle like you would do
a shirt and the outsides are the sleeves, so it
folds like that Samsung unveiled it. I don't know if
I want to trifle, right, would you get it? That's
(14:20):
it's like imagine the size of an iPad that you
fold in half.
Speaker 8 (14:23):
Yeah, it unfolds out to the size of like the
tenin gipad or something.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
I don't I don't know if I like that anyway.
In Eveston, Illinois, Evanston, a church nativity scene features a
zip tide baby, Jesus and Roman soldiers as ice agents
talk about blasphemy. This is blasphemous. That's just lame. That's
it's Lake Street Church of Evanston, which is a BS
fake cult and not an actual church. They don't honor
(14:48):
actual Christian theology, and they decided to do this all
over the birthday of Our Lord and Savior by making this,
you know, ridiculous giant crache outside these churches are just jokes.
This is just goof. If I were there, I'd probably
knock it down. I'm not joking. I mean that's just me.
I'm not encouraging you to do that, but I'm just
saying I don't have the patience for it. They literally
have a doll with zip ties around the wrists. So
(15:10):
this is why people stop going to church, because you
have Satanists like the people at Lake City Satanic Church
of Evanstone who do this kind of garbage. It's blasphemous.
Shame on you. I mean, you know what the Bible
says about people who leave the flock astray. They have
millstones tied around their neck and they're dropped into the depths.
That's your future. Let's see, we got a whole bunch
of other stuff coming up, including that new tax fair
(15:32):
funded socialist welfare program. Now you get the Texas Lieutenant
governor all excited about it. We're going to talk about
that and so much more. Stick with us. Kell Tych
has a peacekeeper program that they have introduced, and it
supports those who protect communities. So church security teams, school
resource officers, you know the whole thing. Faith based teams
and SROs rely on small, conceivable pistols that have limited
(15:52):
range and power. Keltych has long guns that solve that
problem and it folds Compact for discrete carried deploys in
seconds with full rifle capability as well. The Peacekeepers participants
also get mission ready support like extra platform testing, armor
or training, and direct Peacekeeper pricing. For budget conscious organizations,
it's already active program. They've equipped a couple of dozen
(16:14):
churches throughout the Faith Based Security Network and Brevard County
schools as well. They use a variety of different kel
Tech firearms, and kell Tech also partners with the Faith
Based Security Network, so it gives members access to that
peer training, the security insights, mission ready tools, and the
pricing as well. Again for budget conscious organizations, if you're

Speaker 10 (17:00):
There's this fake narrative that the Democrats talk about affordability.
Speaker 11 (17:04):
They just say the word. It doesn't mean anything to anybody.
You just say it affordability. I inherited the worst inflation
in history. There was no affordability. Nobody could afford anything.
The prices were massively high. Do you remember we took
over eggs.
Speaker 10 (17:20):
You did a great job on that, Madam Secretary Agriculture Brooke.
Eggs were four or five times higher than they had
ever been. They said, don't order eggs for Easter at
the White House, and we ended up doing it, and
we got the egg prices way down lower than what
they were before.
Speaker 7 (17:37):
But the word affordability.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
Is a con job by.
Speaker 11 (17:41):
The Democrats, they say.
Speaker 10 (17:42):
I watched the other day where some very low IQ
congresswoman talked about affordability, affordability, affordability.
Speaker 7 (17:52):
She had no idea. The prices were much higher.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
One of the things that they have to be careful
of with here is you don't want to give the
appearance of not believing the real pain that's felt by
people still because of prices and you know, the cost
(18:17):
of you know, some goods and things of that nature.
You want to be really careful of that, especially right
now when you know where it concerns the economy. You
you know, you just have this, you still have I mean,
we're still dealing with I think I think it's safe
to say, Kane, we're still dealing with like leftover Biden nonsense.
Speaker 8 (18:37):
And so yeah, the big beautiful bill doesn't kick in
until January. So any of those permanent tax cuts, any
of the other things that we enjoyed from that bill,
well we won't see it implement until January.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
And the problem, and this is what I think Republicans
need to be really careful of, is that, uh, you
want to make sure that you're not you don't do
what Biden did. Remember what was it bidened by was
acting like, oh, well, we don't really have any problems
with with anything. Everything was unky dory, it's all, and
it wasn't. People were struggling, and they felt like denying
(19:09):
that meant that you were pretending that the problem didn't
exist and that it wasn't a real issue. And that's
you can't you can't do that. I mean, that's not
You got to be careful with that kind of stuff.
And that's why I think this messaging on that is
a little off because it's not a media narrative. They're
(19:30):
they're again they're trying to find something the media wants
to have, some way to try to hurt Republicans on
their strongest issue going into midterms, and that strong issue
is of course the economy, and they want to hurt
(19:51):
Republicans on this. And so the last thing that you know,
any that that really Republicans need to do is do
anything like what Biden did and act as though these
problems aren't real and they and they don't exist, and
that people aren't really feeling that pinch. That's why I'm like,
oh when I heard that sound, but I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no no,
don't say that. Don't say that, Poetus, don't do it.
Don't do it, like, don't don't go to that route,
(20:14):
because that then the media is going to do that.
They're gonna and of course they will. You just don't
you anticipate this. You just don't want to give them
any room. I say this, and I have a piece
that's up about this on sub Stack. It ran early
this morning. And I say this as respectfully and as
(20:35):
someone who wants it to wants us to win once
the right, once the right excuse me to be successful
going into the midterm elections, and it's hard when you
are dealing with bad I don't agree with some of
the policy. So yesterday just an example, I don't want
(20:56):
to Republicans helping Democrats and this and this of trying
to make Republicans look weak on the economy. So to
that point, Republicans, I said, this is the headline, have
introduced a new taxpayer funded socialist welfare program. And this
was yesterday. We talked a little bit about it yesterday.
(21:17):
This was yesterday when they came out with the Dells. Now,
I want to be very careful and explain to these
are two separate things here. What the Dells are doing.
The Dell family they pledged US over six billion dollars
in of their own money, two hundred and fifty dollars
into the accounts of twenty five million children. This is
separate from what I'm talking about with taking from the
(21:39):
US Treasury one thousand dollars and giving it to newborns
from January twenty six into December of going into twenty eight.
So it's very different from that. It is a donation
to that program. And there are different requirements for the
Dell's six billion dollars. Dell's six billion dollars has a
(22:01):
little bit different requirements than just the Trump accounts by themselves.
It is a donation into the Trump account. So I
think some people are a little confused on this because
they were telling me, well, Dana, you know this is
just from the Dells, and it's all private. It's not
anybody can donate to this. So you can have philanthropists donate.
Notice you haven't seen Bill Gates donate to it, just
(22:22):
saying you haven't seen Warm Buffet donate. Donate to it.
Private individuals can donate to these accounts in the same
way that the Dells did. That's why what the Dell's
donation is being described as seed money, but it is
not the program itself. So they've pledged two hundred and
fifty dollars. This is to the tune of I think
like six point three billion of their own money to
(22:43):
expand this program. So it's the largest ever of philanthropic
one of in our recent era in this country. Now.
I did a lot of digging on the story last night.
What is absolute fact is that this their donation is
separate from the Trump accounts. Starting each Trump account for
(23:08):
babies born between January first, twenty twenty five December thirty first,
twenty twenty eight, they get one thousand dollars in their accounts.
It's not a tax credit. It's they people are trying
to act like it's a tax credit. But it's not
a tax credit because it's actual money drawn from the
US Treasury and it is it's that means from the taxpayer.
(23:30):
So it is absolute federal taxpayer dollars. And it again,
this is for all babies born between January first, twenty
twenty five December thirty first, twenty twenty eight. And when
you look at the number of children expected to be born,
the projected estimate of births in this two year period
(23:50):
is going to exceed seven million. So that roughly translates
to about seven and a half billion taxpayer dollars that
are required. That's required. Here's the other thing that you
don't know because this is part of the One Big
Beautiful Bill. It was buried in the One Big Beautiful Bill,
the Trump accounts. So I went and I dug into it.
Do you know that anchor babies are eligible? This is
(24:13):
honest to God, indisputable fact, black and white in the
One Big Beautiful Bill. So the parents do not have
to be here legally. The parents can come over across
the real illegally as long as you have a baby
in the United States. If it is a baby born
in the United States in that period, they are eligible,
Meaning anchor babies absolutely can get that one thousand dollars
(24:38):
US taxpayer subsidy. Now it goes into their account where
it can accrue interest and you can do all kinds
of stuff with it, but it is still taxpayer dollars.
It's drawn from the US Treasury. It is not a
tax credit, so I think a lot of people don't
know what tax credits are. This is not a deferment
(24:58):
or a reduction in your tax. It's actual cash. That's
why they say it can grow over a period of time.
It's going into these bank accounts, so the Dell's money
is a separate donation to those accounts, and they have risk.
It's a fewer and they have their own restrictions. Their
restrictions are a little narrower, but the one thousand dollars
(25:20):
absolutely anchor babies are eligible, and the key eligibility rules
for the Trump account. Under age eighteen, anybody can. By
the way, baby born in the United States gets a
Social Security number regardless of whether or not their parents
are here legally. So born in the US, if you
have to have you have to get a Social Security
number or otherwise be eligible for one. And the parental
(25:45):
requirements quote undocumented parents can open accounts for eligible children
end quote. That is a big problem. I checked off
record well background. I checked with two long maker friends
of mine, and one of the reasons that one of
my lawmaker friends opposed this was because of that language.
(26:07):
So it absolutely is true. So it's automatic enrollment for
qualifying newborns beginning May of twenty twenty six. The parents
and the guardians manage the account until the child turns eighteen,
meaning if they're legal aliens, they'll manage the account. So
that is and again it was all authorized under the
(26:28):
One Big Beautiful Bill. This is Republican champion welfare reform.
The fact that you had somebody like Senator Ted Cruz
champion in this blows my mind because it's socialism. This
isn't an investment. I hear people say it's an investment.
That's what Democrats say to try to justify stealing your
(26:49):
tax dollars for their pet projects. They say it's an investment,
Then invest your own damn money. I am text out
of the nose. If you want to be generous, with money.
Be generous with your own damn money, not ours. A
baby born in the United States does not have a
right to one thousand dollars from taxpayers. Now, for the
(27:13):
people who like to cite hungry, I will have you
know victor orbon and Hungary did this back in two
thousand and the idea of this welfare paying people to
have children. It didn't work. It didn't work in Hungary.
In fact, the birth rate is now at a record low.
(27:40):
It dropped, the birth rate dropped to pre twenty twenty
one lows. They only had like maybe a slight gain,
but it's already gone. I discussed this in my piece
over at Substack. By the way, something you need to know.
Illegal aliens can get social Security numbers. That's a fact.
So you don't have to be here. You don't have
to be here as a ya.
Speaker 8 (28:01):
You're talking about that language. In that language exactly, it
says both parents plus the baby must have social Security numbers.
They don't say must.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
Be sick exactly exactly and eligible for a Social Security number,
not even have one. So in Hungary when they tried this,
remember I don't know if you guys remember hearing people
talk about oh, Victor Ravaughan, they're doing this amazing thing
in Hungary. So they are modest gains stalled for birth
(28:28):
rates and it reverted back to post twenty one rates.
Now they have deck it's decades low below replacement. So
it didn't work. You know why, because there's a million
other factors involved in this. It's not just whether or
not you have money, so like I said, and people
can invest their own money, not ours. Some say that
it's not welfare, per se. I had someone tell me
that because it's a one time payment, it's not welfare. Guys.
(28:50):
Frequency of welfare does not define welfare. Taking taxpayer dollars
and redistributing them to other people, especially people who don't
pay taxes or who pay far below those being forced
to contribute to the socialist quase Ponzi scheme. That's a
tenet of socialist economic policy. I will have you. I
will remind you that the top one percent pay fifty
(29:12):
percent of taxes. The top fifty percent. I mean, look
at this, and this is the latest data federal income
tax data from twenty twenty five tax Foundation. The top
one percent, their income actually even fell, top fifty percent
of all taxpayers pay ninety seven percent of all federal
income taxes. The bottom fifty percent paid only three. Now
(29:36):
you tell me this is not income redistribution, It absolutely is.
This is exactly this is something I would expect from
Barack Obama. And then and then to add insult to injury,
you have Ken Paxton out there celebrating it. Kin Paxton
posts this morning on X he said the new Little
(29:56):
Texan Savings Fund. He says, I love the idea to
invest one thousand dollars, using the socialist language, and then
he confuses he talks about the Dells giving six and
remember the Dells, they have their own separate restrictions that
go along with us. He says one of his top
priorities is to pass the New Little Texan Savings Fund.
(30:17):
He wants to give Texas taxpayer dollars an additional one
thousand dollars the gall We've got more on this. We're
not even remotely done, because this is going to be
a disaster. And if you think that this is not
going to be expanded by the way, I have receipts
(30:37):
and my sub stack post where I quote lawmakers who
are already talking about expanding this. You know these are
the same people who said they were going to repeal
Obamacare and then what do they do? They voted to
expand the damned subsidies for it. Just four weeks ago
we got more on the way. So as we head

Like SAMs through.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
The hour Glass.
Speaker 8 (32:16):
So are the days of the United States.
Speaker 3 (32:20):
It happens Saturday in Ashland, and according to social media
posts by Hanover County Animal Protection and Shelter, Yeah, a
raccoon broke into the store the night of Black Friday
and ransacked several shelves.
Speaker 7 (32:34):
They have masks, don't they.
Speaker 3 (32:35):
The animal became intoxicated then passed out.
Speaker 8 (32:38):
In the back room.
Speaker 3 (32:40):
Sleeping raccoon was discovered Saturday morning, head right.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
Near the toilet.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
We've all been there probably at some point in our lives, right,
little too much.
Speaker 1 (32:48):
An officer brought the mass bandit back to the County
Animal Shelter to recover. So, yes, that's a lot of
liqueur for a little raccoon there.
Speaker 6 (32:56):
The raccoon slept it off for a few hours and
showed no signs of it bounce back.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
He release the raccoon. You know that thing was out
because it's starfished right there on the floor, man, right
there by the toilet. Right. Sorry, that's very southern Missouri toilet.
There you go, sorry toilet. That's how it said, right,
isn't that how you're saying? Shut up, everybody, it's wash pillow, milk, toilet.
Speaker 4 (33:19):
Stop.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
It is absolutely true. So, I mean, who among us hasn't.
But I know, I mean, I think it's funny that
that lady's like, I mean, we've all been there, you know,
laying on the bathroom floor. Oh my gosh, that thing
was a chonky little chunk, wasn't he? Holy cow?
Speaker 8 (33:37):
It looks like he got into several different kinds of liqueur.
Speaker 1 (33:40):
He he had himself a flight, yeah, man, than one,
that little dude. He had a flight of liquor. He
just there. I mean, I was trying to look at
the bottles. Could you tell what all he had? Was
this some Jack Daniels that he had. I don't know.
Speaker 8 (33:56):
I mean, it is a liquor store, and there were
plenty of plenty of open containers on the floor there.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
Dude, I'm surprised he didn't kill hisself because I mean
he's little, but you know, alcohol poisoning and all.
Speaker 8 (34:09):
I feel like he's done that before.
Speaker 1 (34:11):
I just, you know, there's something about I just there.
I recognize something about I don't know, there's a there
all of us living creatures. The fact that it passed
out in the bathroom for me, I don't know, it
just humanizes him all the more. I don't dislike raccoons.
We had a folks in our family that had a
pet raccoon. Unders name was Jake, and it would suck
(34:32):
your thumb and it was weird and I didn't like it.
They'd and he'd want you to hold him like a baby,
and that's what he did, and I'm like, I'm not
holding this thing like that.
Speaker 8 (34:40):
Did he have a drinking problem?
Speaker 1 (34:41):
No, but he you know, he's a little bandit. And
he would steal socks, like he would get in the
house and like a sock and run off. But I
don't know where I'm going with us, but that was funny.
I'm just like, I don't know, you know, that's that's
how we all, That's how we all are at the
end of the year right, that little raccoon, all right,
coming up, We got lot more to get into a
ton more because the Minnesota fraud case is so insane.
(35:06):
Wait until you hear all of the details about this.
Three separate programs, not even including the CDL stuff stay
with us. Preborn is a great organization that helps women.
Meets women where they are and helps walk that journey
with them and helps them meet raising a child when
they're facing on planned pregnancies. When a mother hears her
(35:28):
baby's heartbeat, numerous studies have shown that a baby's chance
that life doubles once they hear the heartbeat. And so
what Preborn does is they meet women in this moment
of despair and need and uncertainty and anxiety. And it's
all done thanks to generous listeners. They don't receive taxpayer dollars,
they don't get government money, not even a government grant.
Everything is private donations. And they've saved half a million
(35:48):
babies since two thousand and seven, all rescued through Preborn
and their clinics. They offer hope to hurting mothers and
at risk babies. They meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual
needs with total compassion, and when a mother chooses life,
preborn stays with her for up to two years, providing counseling, diapers,
maternity clothes, and so much more, stewarting their fellow man
and making sure that these families get off on the
(36:10):
absolute right foot and have a strong foundation. The cost
for one ultrasound is just twenty eight dollars. That's a
dinner out. And imagine that's such a great investment. You're
investing in life, you're investing in legacy, you're investing in
your treasure in heaven. That's what twenty eight dollars buys you.
And as this year in giving season approaches, there's no
greater investment than the gift of life. So for twenty
(36:30):
eight dollars this Christmas, you can help save a life,
a life that could change the world. Think of it.
And thanks to a special matching grant again all private,
your gift is doubled and it's tax deductible. To donate securely,
dial pound two to fifty say the word baby or
visit preborn dot com slash data. That's dial pound two
fifty say the word baby, preborn dot com slash data.
Speaker 12 (36:52):
The Governor Waltz situation, do you have any response to
what's happening with the fraud in Minnesota.
Speaker 1 (36:57):
A leg we'll get the tasting.
Speaker 12 (37:01):
Well, state employees in Minnesota are saying they're worried about
his handling of fraud and that he's to blame for
the amount of fraud during the COVID about a billion dollars.
Speaker 7 (37:10):
And you really believe that that's.
Speaker 12 (37:13):
The figures that the latest figures that have been released.
Speaker 1 (37:16):
You believe state employees are actually saying.
Speaker 12 (37:18):
Some DHS employees, yes, in minnesota's.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
Targeted for retaliation. You know, maybe you should be in
this country longer so you can I kind of understand
how this process works. Don't expect me to be courteous
towards this woman. I think she's a terrorist. Welcome back
to the program, Daniel. She is, let's be honest. I
think she's completely unfit for public office. In fact, I
think that she hasn't even been in the country long
enough to even be an elected office. I kind of
go with our founders on this stuff, particularly in the
(37:42):
Federalist papers. Welcome back to the program, Dana lash with you.
We're at the top of the second hour. You can
join the chat at Rumble. You can also watch the
simulcast over Channel three forty seven Direct TV. It's all
very real. By the way, the state provided evidence to
the FBI, and the FBI would not have launched an
active investigation and abs of evidence. You also would not
have a separate inspector general investigation. You would not and honestly,
(38:08):
you do need a federal investigation. I said to some
Fox Business yesterday because I was asked, well, is this
something that the federal government that you that Congress should investigate. Yes,
because it wasn't just Minnesota tax dollars, it was federal
tax dollars as well. So as a result, you have
a US House Committee and the Treasury Department. The Treasury
Department is also acting on some of the evidence that
(38:29):
was presented to the FBI that have launched investigation. You
have multiple massive fraud schemes. So this is what I
need people to understand. You have the Medicaid scheme with autism, right,
you also have the Housing Stabilization Services scheme. Then you
have the Feeding our Future scheme. That's not even including
(38:50):
the CDL stuff that came out yesterday. So I mean
that is and we're talking like over a billion dollars
way over that. So the latest is that the House
and the Treasury and the FBI are all now investigating
this because it's just a massive it's just an absolute wreck.
(39:12):
It's billions, I mean hundreds of millions of dollars. So
the first was this Feeding Our Future, and the Feeding
our Future was the covid era program that was introduced
to help feed kids. This had to do with like
school and hungry kids and all of this stuff, right,
(39:34):
they flagged the Minnesota Department of Education were the first
to flag irregularities in it because the the Whole and
in New York Times highlighted this as well. I think
this was gosh, how I'm looking at the number. I
think it was like two hundred and fifty million dollars.
(39:56):
I mean, this was one of the worst, one of
the worst. This actually all of them are bad. If
I had to say which one was worse, I don't
think I could. So that it was a nonprofit in
Minnesota based nonprofit CALED Feed in Our Future. And this
is considered to be the largest of all of the
pandemic frauds that have taken place. This is considered the
(40:16):
largest because it was over two hundred and fifty million
dollars that was stolen as a result, right right out. Now,
why is Governor Tim Wallas implicated in this? Because the
Feeding Our Future Fund was created under the Minnesota Department
of Education. Remember it was about meals served to hungry
kids during the time of COVID. There was a lot
(40:38):
of discussion as too, well, what happens, you know, if
schools are shut down, how are kids going to get,
you know, their school lunches sometimes, you know, that would
be like the best meal a kid would have during
the day. So what ended up happening is they these
Feeding our Future food sites, they over represented the number
of meals they were serving to hungry kids, the thousands
(41:02):
up on thousands. And then they set up shell companies
and they were selling the story, selling the number of meals,
and then all of the reimbursements they got they pocketed
the millions of dollars in cash from it. Now, the reason,
as I said, Tim Wallas is directly implicated is because
this was created, conceived, and run by the Minnesota Department
(41:22):
of Education, who oversees directly the Minnesota Department of Education
Governor Tim Wallas. Governor Tim Walls also promoted the Feeding
Our Future Fund. He bragged about the Feeding Our Future Fund,
and he was even implying that other states should be
as great as his state and implement something like this.
And the other thing too, is when they first started
(41:45):
getting there were concerns raised to Governor Waltz's office, like
within the first year, actually, like I think this was
kicked off in twenty twenty. Within the first year, these
concerns were being raised because people were like wondering about
these pickbacks that they were receiving. And of the report,
for instance, this was on so page forty eight, they
(42:08):
found that the Minnesota Department of Education had loose to
non existent oversight requirements for high risk sponsors. They hesitated
to exert any authority and oversight responsibilities. They also undermined
its own ability to investigate this scandal. On page fifty five,
it stated Missouri Department of Education inappropriately asked Feeding Our
(42:31):
Future to investigate complaints about itself. So it investigated itself
and it was like, we don't find anything here. It's okay,
no joke, Now it's bad. The New York Times has
a really good I can't believe I'm saying this. The
New York Times has a really good breakdown of not
just the Feeding Our Future fund, but also I mean
(42:52):
all of the all of the fraud that's involved in this.
I mean it was not just in the Feeding Our Future,
it was also in the Somali diaspora with the autism
and the medicaid et cetera. Remember, because you had apparently
we're supposed to believe that one in every four or
five kids in Minnesota has autism. By the way, how
(43:13):
are we establishing guidelines on autism nationally? And all of
this stuff under make America Healthy again? With these numbers
exactly So so far, over a billion dollars in tax
payer money has been stolen in just these three fraud schemes,
and fifty nine people have already been convicted. So when
(43:35):
Illano Maher is sitting here going, well, you're believing that, yes, yes,
you absolute terrorist, we are believing it because people are
already gone to jail for it, and more and more
is coming out they I mean, there's I think that
pretty much almost everything that they ran all government wise,
is affected by this. And that's kind of what the
(43:57):
New York Times is actually intimating here as well. This
is bad, it's so so so bad and the defense
that people have been giving, especially for the case with
the Somali autism story, because that's the other thing. You
(44:17):
had social service workers who were slamming the governor and
apparently they were also blowing the whistle saying that he
was one hundred percent responsible for this massive fraud that's
been happening, being fleeced by everything from the Feeding Our
Future to the autism claims that have been filed, to
the housing stabilization services which you know, all of this stuff.
(44:40):
I mean, this is crazy. And also, by the way,
the Feeding Our Future that also involved a lot of
people in Somali diaspora. I mean, this is crazy. And
that's when you had it was Minnesota DHS. Remember they
had their account briefly suspended and they said that Wills
(45:03):
was one hundred percent responsible the people who have been
trying to blow the whistle on this, which is I
think one of the reasons why they decided to go
to social media because the people who are who were
blowing the whistle on this, they started getting targeted. Remember,
I'm going to pull this up. This guy was worked
with who was it? So this was go to pull
(45:28):
this up in New York Post. This is in April twenty five.
One of I mean, these are the kind of people
that they have to deal with in Minnesota state government.
Dylan Adams, thirty three year old fiscal policy analyst for Minnesota.
He keyed all these teslas. He was caught on the
sentry cameras on tesla's key and all of these teslas.
(45:52):
One of the Public Service, one of the people talking
about this, were saying, these are the individuals that we
have to work with in this government. They're absolutely is
retribution for people who try to draw attention to the fraud,
to the amount of fraud that's happening. I mean, the
government is loaded with super far left Marxists, and so
when someone does try to raise the raise alarm about
(46:15):
some of the fraud that's taking place, they get targeted.
The retribution is swift and severe. So they I mean,
this is bad. So you have three separate schemes, and
the Department of Human Services a number of employees tried
to blow the whistle on it, and they were silenced
(46:37):
by this. In fact, I'm going to pull this up.
The media won't even touch it. The media has been
really really quiet about all of this. Isn't that interesting.
The media won't talk about it. They've been trying to
ignore it, which is basically them trying to run cover
for all of this stuff. They don't win. Tim Walls implicated.
(46:57):
I know NewsBusters has done a really good job watching
some of this. Uh, but the the the local media there,
they haven't really touched it. National media, some local media have,
but it's been more independent press, ABC, NBC, CBS. They
haven't even mentioned Waltz this past week. Uh, they haven't
talked about any of the fraud schemes at all whatsoever
(47:18):
in uh in the news NewsBusters has the full uh
hojorhe Bunia has the full write up about this over
at NewsBusters. They have not had any mentions of any
of this at all in the past eight days on
any network news. Actually this was a day ago, so
nine no mentions of it. Now what they probably will
(47:39):
start doing, and this is what CNN started doing. You
see what what Omar did. Oh well, you know, it's
a witch hunt. They're going to try to pass this
off as a witch hunt, even though you've already had
a number of people convicted a fraud and they're investigating
tons more. It's over a billion dollars. And again it's
not just Minnesota money. Uh, this is this is because
they got they receive federal tax pay dollars for a
(48:02):
lot of these programs, especially the Feeding Our Future. They
received federal tax payer dollars for this because it was
a COVID program. They also I think the Housing Stabilization Services,
I think that also received I don't have the figure,
but I think that also received federal tax payer dollars
as well. So yeah, they absolutely need to have federal
(48:25):
a federal investigation into this. It's disastrous and like for
and and it's not just the crazy thing too to
other things about this is with a lot of the
autism claims and this was I think it was like
one in four, one and five the I mean, I
(48:47):
am And they already had their first defendant charged in this,
by the way, this was just in September. They had
a twenty eight year old Asha Hassan who was charged
in the fourteen million dollar autism fraud. That was just
one aspect of it. It's like way more than that.
And The New York Times talked about how researchers one
of the reasons why whistleblowers began also raising alarm is
(49:09):
because there was a surge, like a three hundred and
fifty percent surge in autism diagnoses amongst specifically Somali children
in Minnesota, specifically that demographic. So obviously that made people go,
we need what is happening here, We need to investigate this,
and that's how a lot of this stuff was was
(49:31):
was discovered. And so now with that through that program,
here's the other crazy thing. And I can't believe I'm
even citing so CBS only just wrote about this. It's
not been mentioned on their network, but it's on their website.
They only just now discussed how Minnesota tax dollars through
that program found its way to al Shabab, and that's
(49:53):
a A and al Qaeda affiliate that is in Somalia.
So remember how we said the the biggest funders of
al Shabab were Minnesota taxpayers. That's absolutely true to the
tune of millions. They're still trying to get an end
on the amount of money that was given to that.
This is so unbelievably bad. I don't see how Walst
(50:14):
escapes being charged unless there's evidence that comes to light
that shows that he was trying to stop this. He
looks complicit. I don't see how you get around this.
It's our friends that are over at Ammo Squared. Great
great business. Ammo Squared wants to make sure that you

Speaker 8 (51:39):
You and now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for data's quickfive.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Okay. So a Korean hacking scheme targeted one hundred and
twenty thousand home cameras for intimate times footage. Wait a minute,
who has cameras like in their bedroom or anything like that.
I'm just wondering, unless you know, they said they stole
footage from about one hundred and twenty thousand cameras illegally
(52:08):
manipulated and then selling hundreds of videos from an overseas
based website, which in the website apparently half of the
content was from that. And yeah, so they are, they're
being investigated. Pornography is illegal in South Korea. You and
the charges for that kind of crime taking footage and
(52:29):
using it in that purpose should be. It's pretty strenuous.
Costco is suing the Trump administration seeking a refund of tariffs.
The wholesaler is the latest company to file suit over
this portion of economic policy. They're asking for a reconsideration
of all tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers
(52:49):
Act for that to be considered unlawful. Landlines are in again.
A tech founder built a landline style phone to help
reduce her screen time and sold one hundred and twenty
thousand of them in three days. Of my kids, one
knew how to do use a rotary phone and the
other did not. I just want to point that out. Yeah,
that was very interesting. We got a lot more on
the way, including oh my gosh, a million things. Don't
(53:12):
go anywhere. Don't go anywhere. Our partners that bring you

Speaker 13 (54:45):
Obviously, everyone knows that our president is racist, senophobic, islamophobic,
and we are going to fight that. America has a
history of fighting and stopping those kind of individuals who
continue to divide people and divide communities.
Speaker 1 (55:08):
Money.
Speaker 13 (55:08):
Some allise that live in this community are working, are
working on your groceries, working your hospitals, delivering your babies,
their doctors. There are fairy successful individuals.
Speaker 1 (55:26):
Okay, here's the problem with this, and this is I
want to get into the media's response to this story.
So we've been talking about the insane fraud in Minnesota
under Tim Walls and the Feeding our Future Fund, particularly
which was the covid Era program that received federal funding
as well. That's why there's a House in a federal
overset investigation into this from the House Treasury investigation as
(55:49):
well as an FBI investigation because that received federal taxpayer
dollars because it was a covid Era program, to say
nothing of the Housing Stabilization Services fraud, the autism fraud.
And then I'm not even touching the CDL thing besides
mentioning it yet because that's a whole other thing. Welcome
back to the program, Dana Lash with you, the chats
at Rumble Channel through forty seven, Drake TV, the podcast
at Apple the they're trying to say that. And I
(56:13):
saw this yesterday with Ben Stiller. I know that's weird
to say, right because I was working late yesterday. I
had two late nights in a row, and I was
working late yesterday and I saw this like fly up
on X like someone retweeted it into my timeline, and
(56:33):
I'm like, that's a weird thing to say that the
way that Ben Stiller was talking about it. He posted,
Somalis are not garbage, immigrants and refugees from anywhere or
people like you and me. They should not be demonized.
This country is built on the backs of people have
come from other places. It's what our country is all about.
And they need a little blue heart. And I'm like,
why is he Who's what is he talking about?
Speaker 12 (56:56):
Like?
Speaker 1 (56:56):
What what does he what does he mean here? Well,
then I saw this story, pulled this up. Uh, this
was in the cabinet meeting that POTUS had yesterday, and
he was discussing the fraud and he apparently said that,
you know, it was what ended up happening, the fraud
(57:16):
that's happening there is garbage. He said, you know, our
country's at a tipping point. And he was talking about
the fraud, he said that, you know, we made a
knock on tim walls. And then he also was talking
about how it's garbage, what's being done because it's a major,
major scandal, major what the New York Times did it.
He was responding to a question about the New York
(57:38):
Times investigation on it and how it's singularly in Minnesota,
Somali diaspora, their community there, And that's when he had
said that what's happening in is garbage, et cetera. So
the media is like Trump called all all Somali's garbage.
So that's what ABC said quote President Trump and his
(58:00):
cabinet meeting on Tuesday by unleashing criticism on Somali immigrants,
whom he described as garbage, saying that he doesn't want
them in the United States. First Off, that's not actually
what he said. Secondly, why would he say that is
it because of the over billion dollars in taxpayer fraud.
Do you want to know of the so far eighty
(58:20):
six people have been charged? And that's just so you
have the Feed in our Future child nutrition program that
was two hundred and fifty three hundred and fifty million
dollars stolen, the housing stabilization services which was tens of millions,
the autism therapy services that's they're still trying to figure
out the final tab on that because the initial case
alone was fourteen million. Out of the eighty six people charged,
(58:46):
seventy eight or Somali Cain. Would you consider that a
majority of people charged?
Speaker 8 (58:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (58:54):
No, over fifty convictions so.
Speaker 8 (58:57):
Far, of course, I mean, yeah, how many are Somali?
Speaker 1 (59:02):
Seventy eight of eighty six?
Speaker 8 (59:04):
That seems like a lot to me.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
And that's just in one. That's just in the Feeding
our Future that they're getting involved in. I'm not even
talking about the other stuff because it's I mean, it's
ongoing and these are like new charges. So yeah, I
would say that that's pretty significant. It is safe to
say that it is a fraud scheme that is rooted
(59:31):
in one particular community in Minnesota. These are statistics if
it makes you upset, they get mad at the people
doing it, don't get mad at the people who are like, wow,
seventy eight of the what let me look at my notes,
seventy eight of the eighty six are from the Somali
community there. That is just simple fact that comes from
the charging docs. So that's not that's not them people
(59:58):
trying to be mean about this. By the way, this
is cut too. This is what Trump said. Listen to
what he said. This was yesterday.
Speaker 10 (01:00:05):
Listen this beautiful place and I see these people ripping
it off. And now I'm on this standing and you're
gonna look in to that's got I hear.
Speaker 5 (01:00:15):
They ripped off Sam Alias ripped off that state for
billions of dollars billions every year, billions of dollars.
Speaker 7 (01:00:28):
And they contribute nothing.
Speaker 11 (01:00:30):
The welfare is like eighty eight percent.
Speaker 7 (01:00:33):
They contribute nothing.
Speaker 8 (01:00:35):
I don't want him in our country.
Speaker 14 (01:00:37):
I'll be honest with you.
Speaker 5 (01:00:38):
Okay.
Speaker 11 (01:00:38):
Somebody say, oh, that's not politically correct. I don't care.
Speaker 1 (01:00:42):
I mean, he's in terms of talking about fraud and
talking about a community that's involved in fraud. He's saying
he doesn't want what is so bad about that Here's
what Time magazine said. This is actually their headline quote,
what to know about Trump's targeting of Somalis in Minnesota? Uh?
(01:01:05):
What about what to know about uh Somali diaspora in
Minnesota and billions of dollars? What they're targeting of US taxpayers?
Are you? I mean, what in the world.
Speaker 8 (01:01:20):
It's just another version of their Republicans pounce. The media
does this all the time, so.
Speaker 1 (01:01:27):
They're trying to make it like Trump is attacking all
Somali's and Trump is without telling you what was happening.
So now I was looking at the Ben Stiller thinker,
going oh, no, I get it. And what's funny is
I responded to it and I said, whether or not
some people who defrauded taxpayers are immigrants is irrelevant to
the fact that some people defrauded taxpayers, especially when the
amount is around a billion dollars and millions were funded
(01:01:49):
to Al Shabab. Oh my gosh. The people who like
I mean hit his fans apparently are really real winners.
But my point remains it is now they're trying to
dodge the fraud by acting like it's Trump who's being
just racist when it's racist that you have a faction
(01:02:13):
in a community that's hiding, that's using racial politics as
a way to cover wrongdoing and using it as an
inoculation against accountability. And that's what it is. Oh, you
can't hold me accountable because I'm Somali. That's what it is.
Let's be real about it. I mean, this is and
(01:02:36):
I mean the New York Times piece. Listen to this.
It is so insane. The programs, so the feeding our future.
The cost it started at like three million last year
at balloon to one hundred and four million dollars it starts. Actually, sorry,
it was two point six million. It was under three
million when it began in twenty twenty. It was the
(01:02:59):
budgeted rejection was two point six Last year it was
over one hundred and four million. The autism program is
about three million, three hundred and seventy seven million. Now
that's how much it ballooned in like four years time,
all under Tim Walls's reign. Look at that and he
(01:03:23):
wants a new he wants a third term. Tim Wallas
wants a third term. Uh, it is crazy, absolutely crazy.
This is And when people within the government try to
raise In Minnesota, government tried to raise alarm. They were targeted,
(01:03:46):
and now you see the media is running cover for
all of them. That's why you had that whistleblower account
saying yes, Tim Walls is absolutely responsible. They said, we
let him know of the fraud early on, hoping for
a part partnership and stopping it. But we've got the
opposite response. He systematically retaliated against whistleblowers, using monitoring, threats, repression,
(01:04:09):
and he did his best to discredit broad reports. And
instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation
by Tim Walls, certain DFL members and an indifferent mainstream
media is scary, isolating a leftist wondering who we can
turn to, and they're right. They are absolutely right. And
(01:04:31):
per the New York Times, the majority, the vast majority,
the overwhelming majority. There's Somali. There's Somali. So that's why
you have this investigation. Now. In the meantime, oh man,
they're really playing. I want you to listen, do I
tell yeah? We do have time for this. This is crazy?
(01:04:52):
Is this? Let me see where's the audio where the
mayor starts trying to speak? Okay, yeah, so you got
to listen to this. This is cut twelve the Minneapolis mayor.
I felt like this was a hostage speech. He is
now talking about cooperation with ICE and says he will
not cooperate with ICE. This sounds honestly like an Isis video.
(01:05:14):
Listen to this.
Speaker 15 (01:05:16):
That's not American. That's not what we are about. And
we're gonna do right by every single person in our
cities and so to our Somali community. Daman Shabka Somaliered
Kunul Minnesota, Gatahan Minneapolis, Wan Daniela hi, Wan coup Gereb,
(01:05:42):
It's a Ganahan.
Speaker 1 (01:05:45):
Yeah, it sounded like a hostage video, like don't get
me here. I am now. While all this was happening,
the Department of Transportation, we talked about this with Sean Duffy.
They at Headline earlier. They did an audit. A third
of their commercial driver's license were illegally issued. Oh and
there's more, guys. So one of the other things that
(01:06:07):
we're gonna be talking about. Let me pull this up.
We pull this, let me find the story. Bear with me,
Bear with me, because it's not just a Minnesota anymore,
not just Minnesota. This is like something that's happening in
a number I'm gonna try to find this headline and
a number of different communities, especially where it concerns these
services and fraud, and it is pretty stunning the amount
(01:06:32):
of fraud that's taking place, not just for CDLs, not
just with all this other stuff. So in Maine, listen
to this. This is in Maine. A Somali nonprofit leader
was billing main care, bilking taxpayers of tons of money
while running to be a warlord in Somalia. Can you
(01:06:57):
believe that? No joke. We're going to talk more about
that coming up, because it's not just in Minnesota, probably
is in your state too. As we move. The folks
who help make the program possible are partners that help
bring you the program. It's the folks at Relief Factor.
Relief Factor wants me to tell you about this guy
named Travis Clark. He told them that before Relief Factor,
(01:07:22):

whatever your story is, Relief Factor supports your body's natural

Speaker 8 (01:08:18):
It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time
for Florida man.
Speaker 1 (01:08:28):
Oh my gosh, where do you even start? Okay? So
a man, a Florida man with a comeback come that
had a comeback with a warrant doormat. Well, they did,
and they arrested him in a fraud scheme. Christopher Music,
fifty seven of Daytona Beach was arrested on charges of
organized scheme to defraud and grand theft over one hundred
(01:08:49):
thousand dollars. According to Belusia County Sheriff's officials, they said
this yesterday he was arrested. Oh my gosh, he is
like a very old look fifth real, what is this crime?
Man ages you? He had ten prior felony convictions. I
just like the doormat. They were like, oh okay, and
so they did look at that. Don't tempt them with
(01:09:11):
a fun time. You know. A Florida man ran from
deputies and hit under a mobile home for fourteen hours.
I mean, you think they're not going to get you out, dude,
You think that's not going to happen. Thirty three years old,
drug possession, violence, he was resisting with violence, battery. He
had a lot of a lot of offenses. It was
(01:09:32):
like one in the morning. They got the call. Deputies
heard a gunshot. They went, saw a man trying to
hide in the woods. They tried to make contact with him,
and then he fled and crawled into a mobile home.
They found drugs and guns, all kinds of stuff. They
established a perimeter. They evacuated the occupants of the mobile home.
They had to deploy gas and pepper balls to force
him out. This whole standoff lasted like fourteen hours. I
(01:09:55):
probably would have handled it different and had him out.
I know that they have rules of engagement, so to speak.
I have my own. I'd have been like, well, we're
gonna spray underneath there and you know, with some lead,
and you might want to get moving because you're gonna
get hurt. He was taking to jail, no injuries, so
you know, good on them. They caught the guy. But
(01:10:15):
man alive. I mean, you know, why do people think
that they're gonna be able to out like like they're
going to get you out? Like this doesn't make sense
to me how they do this stuff. Uh let's see.
Oh man, a Florida man got taste because he was
stealing some snacks and he got tased. This comes from
the Fox affiliate out there. Twenty nine year old Joseph
(01:10:37):
Tamborau broke into his workplace Thanksgiving night, used a cinder
block to shatter the front door glass, and then busted
into the vending machine and stole the snacks. He refused
to leave and was taste and treated for minor injuries.
So now he's in the pokey because for snacks, all
for snacks? Was it worth it? I mean good heavens,
I'm trying to figure out. I mean, I got a
(01:10:59):
bathroom and brawl. I have a Oh no, I don't
want that one. Oh no, no, I got a dunk
a Dunkin Donuts brawl. Uh huh, I got a ferrari
No no, no, okay, let's do this one. Let's do
the donut tray at Dunkin Donuts. So this is Florida.
(01:11:21):
Man launched a donut tray at a in a brower
Dunkin Donuts at a worker, kicked the worker in a
tantrum over how long he had to wait for his food,
and in his mugshot, he's like he looks like, yeah,
I did it. Anne, He's like, yeah, okay. In his mugshot,
I'd share it to but it's having trouble putting in
slack for some reason. Let's see Pembroke Pines, Florida. Thirty
(01:11:42):
six year old man was arrested he assaulted a Duncan
employee because he did not like how long it took
to prepare his food. Police officers were called. It was
right before noon and the employee said she walked out
of the restroom saw Timothy Lewis arguing with another worker
about the time, the way time for his order, and
according to the report, the first employee said she didn't
(01:12:03):
know how to prepare the sandwiches and needed to wait
for her coworker to return from the restroom, and he
didn't want to wait, so he was mad. And then
apparently he told them he was on nine to one
one to request a refund. That's not really what they do.
And then as one of the employees began recording him,
Lewis gribed a donut tray and said he was going
to take it if he didn't get a refund. Then
he threw the tray the employee kicked her in the stomach,
(01:12:24):
knocked her over. He tried running out of the restaurant,
but he was stopped and identified and arrested. He's from Jamaica.
Originally we got a third hour on the way. Kurch
Slicker will join us later to stick with us. You know,
I've told you guys many times before, I always carry
I have zero issue, I trained for it. I have
zero issue using lethal force to defend my life or
the life of my family or a loved one. And
(01:12:47):
this is where you know, not everybody has that value.
Not everybody shares those values. Not every place you go
has that value. And so that's why it's important to
make sure that you have a diversified weapons array right
for the times when you got to go and you
don't have a choice. Local and municipal property restrictions, private property,
whatever it is, you're not able to carry. So what
(01:13:07):
are you going to take. I mean, if you have
a stun gun, that's all fine and good. You know,
maybe it has like one or two rounds. Have you
looked at the Burne gun. So the burn a gun
it shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from
up to fifty feet away. Now that has a fifteen
round shot capacity per cartridge. Specifically, when you get the
compact launcher, it's the cl for short, all made right
(01:13:29):
here in the USAA, and there's no background checks, there's
no permits, there's no tax stamp fee, you don't have
to have any of that. You can order it online
and it sends right to your door. I also think
this is a good option for college kids that are
living alone. Maybe they're not old enough to carry, they
still want to be able to protect themselves because, let's
be real crime is increased, especially in a lot of
(01:13:50):
these college towns you know that are in these bigger cities.
This gives you the legal flexibility while also giving you
some protection. And you can take advantage of their Black
Friday and Cyber Monday sale fifteen percent off sight wide
biggest sale of the year. Don't miss the Black Friday
and Cyber Monday sale. You can visit Berna dot com.
That's b where I are in a ready when you.
Speaker 16 (01:14:12):
Are unprecedented disrespect when they were all brought to get
a pep rally in front of HEGSAF and Trump. This
is an administration that's fired. You know, uniform generals, from
the head of the NSA, the head of the FENS
Intelligence Agency, and I think in many ways the uniform
(01:14:33):
military mate help save us from this president and his
laying people like hegg SAF because I think their commitment
is to the Constitution and obviously not the Trump and
I expect Bradley to adhere to that.
Speaker 7 (01:14:44):
So Senator let's go a little further on this.
Speaker 1 (01:14:47):
So that's Senator Mark Warner who's saying, well, I think
the uniform military could help us, help serve us from
this president. Would you guys stop with your coup fetis
shows you absolute freaks. That's what this is. I love
the people who are like, don't obey illegal orders. Unless
we're telling you to get a shot, then you've got
(01:15:08):
to do it. I'm just done. Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you. Oh my gosh. We're at the
top of this third hours and we got Kurt Schluchter
coming up because we were talking yesterday. I don't want
to read our text, but he is. I really like
smart Elex. It's my asses. I really do like a
(01:15:30):
good wise ass. I do. I'm very sarcastic myself, and
so I I really enjoy that. This one of my favorite,
one of my favorite stories my late friend Andrew Breitbart.
He was in his first cocktail event that he was
ever invited to in DC and he's with a bunch
of congress members and somebody came up and said, well,
(01:15:51):
what is it that you do? And he goes, I'm
a husky male model, was his response. And I had
somebody ask me that once and I was like, oh,
I'm a senior salespert with Mary Kay and that's all
I said. And they were like, oh, it was very interesting.
So I I do like a good smart eleg And
I was asking Kurt Schlichter about this. I'm like, well, okay,
(01:16:12):
well I keep hearing about the laws of war, the
laws of war. He's like, let me tell you about
the laws of war. And I'm like, wait, wait, wait,
tell me on air tomorrow. I need to hear about
this tomorrow. Because he's served, you know, and he understands
all of this stuff. And I and and I think
I like his viewpoint on the Venezuelan, you know, the
drug boats, because all of a sudden, now the left
(01:16:32):
and I'm not two wrongs don't make it right. If
you think it's wrong, then don't Then then why you know,
you don't want to keep you know, don't want to
keep doing it. But I think that one of the
reasons I don't like comparing the Obama droning with the
Venezuelan drug boats is because you have to remember, in
a lot of these instances, we actually were in other countries.
(01:16:55):
We went into their airspace. We like one of them,
wasn't it uh with some narc like uh oh, I
can't really like in Columbia, I remember that we followed
like some drug dealers something down the river and we
ended up taking them out with a drones something like that.
So we were actually, like in other people's countries, sovereign
(01:17:19):
entities very different from a boat that's blasting through the
waters coming up to the United States. Don't you agree?
This is very different? And that's like one of the
big reasons. And I know I did it myself yesterday
because but I was just highlighting the fact that, well,
all of a sudden they have a problem with it now,
but it's very It's still incredibly different, and I think
(01:17:43):
those comparisons actually further make what you know, Trump's order
and sec War's order. It makes it look even better.
It's very and we're going to talk to Kurt Schlichter
about this. But this this they keep flirting with us.
All the military is gonna murmur stop it. But it
does make you think, you know, we've got a lot
(01:18:03):
of people that they've been able to install in these
high up positions, and it does make you a little
a little concerned. Right, I don't know, this is uh,
this has cut six Warner Now he's just talking out
of his backside. Listen to those he's he mad.
Speaker 16 (01:18:19):
This is the biggest crowd of whimps you've ever seen.
Speaker 7 (01:18:23):
They pound their chest.
Speaker 16 (01:18:24):
Remember when Hagsas brought all the generals and admirals in
and lectured them best news. Frankly, we've seen recently because
they stayed true to the constitution.
Speaker 7 (01:18:33):
This guy says he's going to be tough.
Speaker 16 (01:18:35):
The first hint that might be a problem. He's now
trying to throw the admiral who's in charge of SOCOM the.
Speaker 7 (01:18:44):
Under the bus. Yeah, this is the worst kind of action.
Speaker 1 (01:18:49):
I have a real problem with civilians calling veterans cowards,
a real big problem. Now, I don't think you know,
I'm very American, and remember one of the things that
we did was overthrow. You know, we had a military
occupation in the colony, So you know, I do recognize
(01:19:10):
that we overthrew military occupation and the crown and the
War of Independence. So don't get me wrong. I don't
think that it inoculates you from criticism. However, I think
what service does not inoculate you from criticism. And I
don't believe that only service people should ever speak that's
anti American. But this guy running his mouth, I went
and looked at his backstory. He the only I think,
the only time he ever worked in the private sector
(01:19:33):
was when he because he when he immediately graduated college,
he went to work for Chris Dodd, one half of
the Secretary Sandwich with Teddy Kennedy. I'm sorry, I just
made you all vomit in your mouth. I'm really sorry
about that, but it's true. He did briefly coach Harvard
(01:19:55):
Law School's intramural women's basketball team, and then he's ever
practiced law. He literally went to school and then immediately
went on the government teat immediately. This guy's never worked
in the private sector. He hasn't done anything, and he's
out there. Well, I think these people are just he
(01:20:17):
just seems divisive and cranky. So to sit here and
say people like hug Seth and others, O, they're the
biggest crowd of whims. I mean. Trump didn't serve, but
he did get shot and got up and said fight,
fight fight, So you know, pound sand dude, what would
he I mean, these people get get called socialists and
they fall down like Lebron. Stop it so done with us.
(01:20:40):
I'm so done with us. So I I do think
if you look at all the stories, and I remarked,
and I pulled this up a quick. I remarked about
this to Caine. So one of the one of the sites.
I don't advise you to go to this website. I
don't want to give him a tension, but I like
(01:21:01):
to monitor it because you can see the left. They're
so goofy. They show you all their cards because they
track their own trending narratives, and then you can see
what narratives are trending and which ones are coming up,
and you can anticipate their attacks. So that's it's on memorandum,
all of them. It's about Pete hagg set He risked
and danger to Pete egg Sit. This is literally the devil.
(01:21:24):
Pete egg Sit probably puts pineapple on pizza, which is delicious.
I will fight you, you know, Pete hegg Seth probably
prefers miracle whip over real mayo, you know, which is delicious.
You know, all that kind of stuff. They are going
at him so hard because they they need that victory
of taking him out, which makes me want to keep
him in there all the more. Right, Like, I'm like,
(01:21:46):
if you, oh all because he called your stooges fat,
Oh my goodness, though that for you. I just want
to make fun of these people so bad because they
feel like they deserve it right, and honestly, guys, we
deserve it too. Treat yourself, we deserve it too. Hmm.
None of this is going to help them now. A
quick note, we talked we started the program talking about
(01:22:09):
the Tennessee stuff last night, and how lo we do
not have to deal with a congresswoman afting ben a sidebar,
some of you did not believe that that's how she
spelled her name. Out of all the things I get
feedback about sometimes it's hysterical. I got a few of
(01:22:30):
you were like, well, you know, it's fine to disagree,
but you shouldn't like make up stuff about her name. Guys,
that's literally how her name is spelled, aft Yn. I
wasn't being kine, I wasn't being mean. That's literally how
her name is spelled. She's like, that's it, And I
feel like it's very fitting for her, considering that all
(01:22:52):
of her soundbites are complaining about other women being having
fun in Nashville. But anyway, I want to urge some
caution now. I'm not trying to do the what the
media is doing. The media is trying to incite major panic,
but they do smell of blood in the water. And
(01:23:14):
here's why I told you guys. Now, the Van UPPs
he won his race last night Congressional seventh district in
Tennessee special election by plus nine I don't. I have
a different standard of measure that I use in determining
a victory and in determining strength and stability. Just a reminder,
(01:23:37):
this was a district the previous Republican took it plus
twenty Trump took it plus twenty two and twenty in
the last election twenty twenty four. There should have been
a wider margin. And the only reason there wasn't wasn't
because of Republicans. It was because of what we couldn't control.
The Democrats picked a stupid candidate. They picked like if
(01:24:01):
Beto and AOC had a baby, it would be acting Ban,
it'd be her. She's like all of the worst aspects
of them in one person. So they ran a really
bad candidate. So when and I think if they would
have ran someone who is a little bit more moderate
in that district, that I think that they would have
(01:24:24):
been successful. So when Connor Lamb ran, he was you know,
he was more of a moderate and he was very
successful in his race because he was more of a
moderate she wasn't. And also she does not have a
likability factor if you're a woman in politics, and I
(01:24:45):
think this is especially true if you are a female.
So women on the Republican side have to work hard
at not being stuffy but also not looking like you know,
Harlot's on the left, they just have to work hard
at being likable because because there is I don't know
what it is, there is this crazy precedent with women
on the left that are just unlikable. Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris,
(01:25:08):
Amy Klobachar. I mean, keep going down the list, there
are hardly any women. There's not a single female Democrat
that you can look at and go, oh, okay, I
could have a beer with her. She's cool, you know
what I mean. It's like, I think it's like a
trait on the left. We joke about, you know, the
Karen progressives. I'm not making fun of the name, just
(01:25:29):
please stop, but we joke about that type of progressive woman.
But I really do think it's like a personality thing
with them. Don't you think it's okay? I think it's
like a personality trait that they have so as a result,
they have to be likable. She was not likable. Not
likable I had. There were a couple of people that
(01:25:50):
I heard of that work that lived in Tennessee, God
love you. They live in the district, and they were
kind of watching the race, but not really and they said, well,
you know, I listened to her before I made up
my mind, and I couldn't. I couldn't hang on. I
don't want to. I can't give the person his name
because of where they were. But they said, I could
not listen to her for more than fifteen seconds before
(01:26:12):
I had already decided that she was annoying and exactly
the type of person she was complaining about. What is
it with Democrat women? Question mark? Question mark. So not
only were her policies like really unrealistic, she was just
annoying and unlikable. So they really screwed the pooch by
picking that kind of a candidate. That was their mistake.
(01:26:32):
What if they had picked a good candidate. What if
they had picked like a more moderate candidate. I think
it would have been a tougher race, and in a
district that was plus twenty two, that's a problem. So
what Republicans have to do. And I'm not saying this
to despirit anybody. I want to win. I will run
over your all's grandmothers to win. I'm not even joking.
(01:26:55):
I will back over that lady in the drive to win.
I'm sorry, but it's true. I don't want to figure
out no offense. I want to figure out what's happening
that we're seeing these slides, especially in districts that were
really safe.
Speaker 5 (01:27:09):
Now.
Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
I know a lot of people talk about New Jersey
and Virginia, but Virginia Trump was carrying these well. So
there's a twofold problem. I think there's a problem with messaging.
And also Republicans have to figure out how to win
when Trump is not on the ballot, and they have
to figure out how to motivate voters and get them
to turn out without Trump being on the ballot. This
is a problem when you have a coalition or a
big tent without that figurehead. This is where you get
(01:27:31):
into the starfish versus the spider theory of politics. You
have to figure out a motivation aside from the personality,
and they haven't figured it out. This is going to
be bad for midterms unless they do. It's our friend's
over at super Beats. You guys know all the other
products that they make, but the turmeric is I think
one of my absolute favorites because they do take this
(01:27:54):
every single day. It's an orange citrus flavored hew with
no added sugar, and it is a great way to
support your overall wellness and a healthy inflammatory response with
clinically studied a clinically studied turmeric curcuman complex. Now you
know the antioxidant properties for which turmeric is known well humans,
(01:28:16):
and that's the company that owns Superbats. They're clinically studied complex.
Solves the problem with absorption because a lot of times
it's difficult for the body to utilize effectively. They have
a highly absorbable form of their turmeric curcumin complex and
so that makes it to where you can get the
full benefits of this. And it's the fact that it
(01:28:41):
tastes good, is clinically studied, and it offers a significantly
higher absorption than just your conventional street turmeric extract. For
the lack of it, but I way to put it,
it helps your body get more out of every serving
and one serving is all. It takes, great tasting, easy
to take and now's the perfect to try it. So
you can get them at Sam's Club and you can
(01:29:04):
get five dollars off the turmeric choose right now at
Sam's Club clinically studied high absorption formula. But don't wait
because this whole offer ends on December twenty ninth, and
that's it. When's gone's gone, Head to Sam's Club, grab
your turmeric chews while the savings are available.
Speaker 8 (01:29:21):
And now all of the news you would probably miss,
it's time for Dana's Quick five.
Speaker 1 (01:29:27):
I hesitate sharing this with you because it might make
you look through your CPIA colored glasses at your childhood differently.
Everybody grew up with Frossey the Snowman, the cartoon, the
nineteen sixty nine holiday class at Frosty the Snowman. Well,
Jackie Vernon, Apparently it came out that he his son
exposed him for having three secret families. So you know,
(01:29:50):
the snowplows got to stay in your own walk, is
what I'm saying. One of his things, he settled down
with his wife, Hazel and their children, and one of
the sons revealed that he was remembering his dad, and
he revealed that his dad had at least three secret
families because an unknown woman and her son showed up
at their house sometime before his mom passed or before
he passed away. So I don't know. I still like
(01:30:10):
Frosty the Snowman. I just think, you know, paper snowplow
on your own yard. I don't know how stiff. Four
children were hurt because a bounty house got swept up
by a gust of wind. This is in Texas, of
course it did. Four children were swept up and they
actually know Sorry, this is Sydney, Austrilian, but it's from
w FAA and Texas entity. The inflatable castle became detached
(01:30:34):
from a ground wind blew it up into the air
twenty three feet and over a fence. Five kids were
inside at the time, but only four were taken to
the hospital ages nineteen to thirteen, non life threatening injuries,
so they were okay. It was all back in arm injuries.
Yeah you. And it also ripped away a generator. It
ripped right. You got to really, when it's really wind,
(01:30:55):
you shouldn't have those things out. And also their journey
and disgusting, and the four firefighters were arrested for hazing
a coworker, including waterboarding the victim. Well, that's not good.
That shouldn't happen. That was in Florida and they're all
in their twenties. So guys, that's not appropriate. This is
not an appropriate way to vet another firefighter. Kurt Schlichter
(01:31:17):
joins us. Next, stick with us.
Speaker 9 (01:31:20):
Brighten up your timely news consumption with a Dana Show
podcast where every update comes with a little dash of
not so serious on YouTube, Apple or wherever you get
your podcasts.
Speaker 17 (01:31:31):
There is no such thing as a narco terrorist. There
are very very bad narcotics people, cartels, et cetera, but
arcotics team to make this look like it's ISIS or
a La Kaida because that's the very thin line on
which they're illegal. Use of the United States military to
take these people out resides.
Speaker 1 (01:31:49):
Okay, so this is the big fight that's happening right now.
You got you know these guys. There's no such thing
as a narco terrorist. Yeah, yeah, there is. There's just
narco people, drug bad drug people. That's three words, where
two will do my dude, Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you. You can listen Coast to coast
Tim Throe forty seven, watch the live stream the chats
at Rumble were everywhere podcast at Apple, so I alluded
(01:32:13):
to this earlier. I was talking to my very good
friend Kurt Schlichter, who's the best selling author, probably you know,
number one wise ass in the United States of America.
He's probably gonna get a medal or something. He's the
best start. He is the best sarcasm of anybody, not
even good. We got to we don't let me forget.
We got to talk about the Franklin meme as well,
because he's now provoking AI in horrific ways. Kurtis and
(01:32:35):
so we were talking about this, you know, in messages
and the laws of war, because I keep hearing about
this laws of war, and you have all these these
veterans on the left that are going out there like
you can't do this, this is bad. So we're like,
let's bring in you know, an actual you know bird
full bird colonel in here and retired, and he joins us.
Now he's at town Hall. He's a best selling author,
(01:32:56):
he's all over everywhere. Kurt Schlichter, our dear friend. It's
good to see you, and I love your microphone. Thank
you so much for joining us. And we're going to
talk about the Franklin mean, but set us straight. I mean,
narco terrorism is a real thing. And can I also
add that I understand that Democrats, you know, with Obama
droning everyone that happened before, but I hesitate at making
(01:33:18):
that comparison because they actually went into other sovereign nations,
sovereign airspace. That's not what we did. That's not what
this is. This was a boat heading towards the United
States full of fentanyl, and they're known cartel members, and
it's a very different scenario. So enlighten us with all this,
give us your perspective.
Speaker 7 (01:33:38):
Well, first of all, the stuff about narco terroristsm is
going to be a real surprise to a lot of
dead people and their families. The narco terrorists in Colombia,
for instance, I think I believe they blew up an airplane.
They've assassinated public officials, They assassinate public officials in Mexico
all the time. Is there some sort of is it
(01:34:01):
a magic word that you have to have narco terrorists
to uh uh to justify eliminating our enemies. I don't
think so. I think it's a good thing. I was
also if I had been around a couple hundred years ago,
I would have supported hanging the pirates and hanging the slavers.
The lack of pirates and the lack of slavers in
(01:34:23):
the Atlantic kind of testified to how efficient that process is.
But you know, I sent you a text a little
earlier because I had kind of a thought challenge for
people who think, well, we shouldn't blow up boats full
of this poisonous drugs coming to America in their little
(01:34:44):
Miami Vice fast boats. And my thought was, what if
they had HD, which is mustard gas. I was, among
other things, a chemical officer for a while. I've been
around mustard gas. I know what it does. It's bad.
Would you Democrats say no, you can't blow up barrels
of mustard gas coming to America? And first of all,
(01:35:04):
I encourage them to take that position. I think that
would be great for us as Republicans. But no, they'll
they'll definitely say, well, yes, you can do that. The
big difference between mustard gas and those drugs data is
that those drugs have killed one hundred thousand Americans in
the last year. Mustard gas has killed none.
Speaker 1 (01:35:23):
That's a great point. I love that, Like that's the
variable it's the it's asymmetric warfare is what it is now.
I feel like a lot of people don't understand that
this is not the days of the Red coats lining
up and you know, kind of committing to war of
attrition and seeing who can shoot more people in a
field while standing in a straight line. That is, That's
not how wars are prosecuted anymore.
Speaker 7 (01:35:44):
No, No, and wars are serious things, you know, contrary
to what you make here, you're allowed to kill the enemy.
And there is no one shot rule, which is that
may be my favorite thing. So yeah, the one shot rule, well,
you hit them the wounded, you can't finish, let them going.
Speaker 1 (01:36:03):
Yeah, I would think that if you have enemies, you know,
Narco terrorists that are on a boat, one you blew up.
My only criticism was that, you know, we should be
able to get in on one shot, you know, you know,
but that's me you blow up the boat there. And
I think this is speculative because there were also accounts
of there were no witnesses to there being individuals left
on the remains of the boat. But you know, if
(01:36:26):
regardless of whether or not there were, I would think,
you know, you do a double tap Well.
Speaker 7 (01:36:33):
The facts, of course are important with the law. I
don't know if I don't know if you mentioned it,
but I was a lawyer for.
Speaker 1 (01:36:38):
Oh yeah, that's right. He's a big time lawyer though
everybody as well, So he's a chemical agent lawyer. I mean,
he covers it all.
Speaker 7 (01:36:45):
Got some big wins. But the the facts are important.
What facts do we have evidence is important to me
as a lawyer. The first thing I do is test
the evidence. What we have here is double or triple hearsay.
That is I heard or my source says he heard
from some other people about what something happened, which is
(01:37:10):
like double triple hearsay from anonymous sources. So I don't
know who the declaring is. A declaren is a person
who gives the hearsay. Hearsay is a statement offered an
evidence to prove the matter asserted. You spend about half
your first year of evidence on hearsay. Traditionally, we don't
allow hearsay because it can't be tested, it can't be challenged.
(01:37:31):
You don't know if the person had the foundation to understand,
whether they could even adequately testify. We don't know who's testifying,
whether or not testifying because they're not under oath, we
don't know who's saying what about anything. And of course
other evidence has come out that totally contradicts it. But
you know, hey, let's go with these anonymous sources that
we can't cross examine. And you know, I like cross
(01:37:54):
examining people. When you examine a witness and they're lying
to you, you can make them look really bad and
you can beat them really effectively by cross examination.
Speaker 1 (01:38:06):
Throwing that out there, yeah, I like that, And this
all gets into what they were. There was a lot
of as you were saying, hearsay about sekwar hag Seth,
and I.
Speaker 7 (01:38:16):
Say, on hearsay, Yeah, what he's saying, it's your say
on here say it's amazing.
Speaker 1 (01:38:20):
It is amazing.
Speaker 7 (01:38:21):
The world's easiest law exam, A bar exam problem, the
ADMISSI you're now a lawyer.
Speaker 1 (01:38:28):
Why are they so opposed to him? I want to
get back to the Venezuelan and stuff. But I feel
like they're mad because he got into the face of
a bunch of pencil pushers and told them they were fat.
Speaker 7 (01:38:38):
Yes. Oh, and he also threw out a bunch of
pentagon hacks reporters. Look, they want a scalp to embarrass
Donald Trump. Okay, they want to break Donald Trump. They
want to make him give in. They hate Pete haig Seth,
particularly because he's turning the military from a Petri dish
of social pathologies into a millilitary organization again. And what
(01:39:01):
their real fear is is that the military is going
to do its job and not be available to intervene
in behalf of an actual color revolution when they get
it going. They don't like the idea that the military
doesn't respond to them. There are a lot of left
wingers in the military. People will be like, what generals, Well,
they've got to be conservative. No, no, no, no, no. Most
(01:39:23):
generals are freaking socialists. Why because they run a giant
government organization where they don't have to produce anything and
they can make people do what they want all the time,
and they think that's how things should run, and it
is how it should run in a milliary. I was
a colonel. I commanded a lot, and when I commanded,
I told people what to do, and like the centurion
(01:39:45):
who talked to Jesus, they did it right. But that's
not our society data, that is not how we live
in America. So these guys are basically some of them
are basically socialists. So when you start saying conservative generals
the reservists, yeah, because most of us own businesses on
(01:40:06):
the outside. If you're a successful reserve general, you're going
to be a successful businessman usually.
Speaker 1 (01:40:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:40:12):
But active duty, very very they are not conservative in
the sense that we talk conservative.
Speaker 1 (01:40:20):
We're talking to our friend Kurt Schlichter, whose book Kelly
turned The Latest and the Kelly turn Bull series Panama
Read is out now and you can get it on
Amazon as well. You mentioned the law of war, and
I know that there's a lot. I know what I
know and I know what I don't. I know that
there's a lot that goes into this because people are
saying the reason that that sec war and that the
(01:40:41):
administration can't use, you know, have kinetic action against these
boats is because it's you know, we're not at war
with Venezuela, et cetera. I don't think that you have
to be at war with another sovereign country to protect
your border, especially when you're talking about fentanyl, which a
tiny amount can kill an entire city where you have
the I mean, that's what our government is paid to do.
(01:41:02):
With the taken by force of our tax dollars. Right,
they're supposed to protect the populace, protect the citizen ry,
protect our sovereign borders. Isn't that what this is?
Speaker 7 (01:41:13):
Well, you know, people are babbling about the Geneva Conventions,
which of course are between nation.
Speaker 1 (01:41:20):
States, terris they're not privy to those.
Speaker 7 (01:41:23):
These are illegal combatantsy. There's two sides to the law
of war. Data. There's the whole other side that lets
us take unlawful combatants and execute them, which frankly, I
think we should have been doing, you know for a
long time. I think that we've solved the law problems.
The law of war is not a get out of
(01:41:44):
free cards. Like when they talk about due process for immigration,
where's my due process? And Dan, you find out the
guy's had an order of deportation for like ten years
and hasn't deported himself pursued it to the order, and
you're like, the due process is done. No, no, no,
get the due process just they do until they win. No,
(01:42:04):
now we don't. We're not doing that anymore. And here's
the other thing. If you think we can't again, a
motor boat with you know, four engines is speeding its
way to Miami. It's got mustard gas on it. Can
we destroy it? If your answer is no, if you,
if you, If your answer is no, the laws of
(01:42:27):
war prevent it. I propose we change the laws of war.
Now they don't prevent it. But if they did, I
don't understand why we're somehow supposed to sign on to
a suicide pact. I don't. I refuse that brings. I'm
not a party to your contract to bring to past
into America. You're taking your life in your own head.
Speaker 1 (01:42:48):
It isn't aren't some of these also, the restrictions, do
they keep up with the changing times of how conflict
is prosecuted, like especially with asymmetric warfare. That's one of
the things that I was unsure because I would think
that it would you need to in today's era.
Speaker 7 (01:43:01):
Oh, the laws of war are just fine, okay, and
you understand them. You know, if there's somebody in a
hospital bed and he's wounded, you can't walk in and
shoot him. Okay, all right, I agree, But if somebody's
on a ship that's burning that you've already hit once,
you're allowed to finish it off if he's there, too bad? Okay.
Speaker 5 (01:43:26):
Uh.
Speaker 7 (01:43:26):
You know when you're fort betting at the infantry school
and you're trained on ambush, right, you ambush someone and
then you assault through the kill zone and you shoot
everybody in the kill zone. Why they haven't surrendered and
they're likely to turn around and kill you. Okay. War
is about killing people. That's why you don't do it lightly.
(01:43:47):
And I'm not saying to blow up these boats lightly.
I think I think it requires consideration. We've made that
consideration and an evaluation of whether it's a good idea.
It is a good idea, and now we're doing it.
But the idea that the law of war somehow means
you can't wage war is absolute nonsense.
Speaker 1 (01:44:06):
Law.
Speaker 7 (01:44:06):
There's nothing wrong with the law of war. Okay, what's
wrong is this bizarre application of it. I don't know
where these people are stupid or think we're stupid. It's
one or the other. But the law of war is
not designed to make sure the bad guys win.
Speaker 1 (01:44:24):
There you go, that's and that's the perfect way to
put it. Of course, our our veteran and our lawyer
and our chemical agent and our AI prompter get that.
Can we talk up for a minute about that real
quick man. You so this all happened because of the
Franklin meme that sek War put out there. I got
to set everybody up to this. You prompted AI to
(01:44:48):
I'm pulling this tweet up. I don't even know where that.
I don't even want to know what the exact prompt was.
You said you wanted a book cover because sek War
had put out a Franklin book about going After and
it was a big thing and everybody, all the media
was epoplectic over it. You said you wanted a book
cover and the I don't want to read this out
loud cartoon style of Franklin books where Franklin the turtle
(01:45:09):
is a pullboy with a hot blonde and a weak
mail in a Bulwark T shirt.
Speaker 7 (01:45:14):
That's you having a close personal relationship.
Speaker 1 (01:45:20):
It was a very interesting result that you got. But
then I think you kept going at it in order
to refine it. Like one guy was strangling the turtle
and then the other guy's mouth is pulled up over
his face, and I don't know what's happening with the
head on this one guy. I just I just wanted
to get your your I like the Franklin mean they're hysterical.
Speaker 7 (01:45:40):
Poor poor little Franklin. You know, there's nothing that disgusts
me more than the sexually dysfunctional losers of the Bullwark,
the Dispatch, you know the rest of them. And you know,
I think that leveraging Franklin into mocking their inability to
perform as men is something that we you know, we
oh ourselves this kind of joy and and and it's
(01:46:04):
part of this. Then you feel out there, there's nothing
I love more, Dana. When you know Pete Haigsith puts
out the Franklin kills the Narco terrorists, and you get
all these leftist Margaret Dumont's, well will I never clutch clutch,
clutch at the pearls, And it's hysterical, and they're like,
I can't believe you have no dignity. Also, Trump is
(01:46:25):
a giant orange peto and he's a Nazi and a racist.
And it's like, stop, we're not doing that anymore. We
don't respect you, We're not going to default to your
sense of propriety when it's convenient. We're just not playing
your game anymore. We're playing our own and you're losing.
Speaker 1 (01:46:44):
And these people don't get to call anybody Nazis after
the person they just elected as mayor of New York City.
I worry.
Speaker 7 (01:46:50):
I worry for my keep an FCC complyant on that one.
Speaker 1 (01:46:54):
I know, hey, we got to we gotta get moving.
But my good friend Kurt schleichtter go and get his
latest and the Kelly Turnbull series over at Amazon and
find him online. Always so good to see you, my friend.
Appreciate your service. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving,
Merry Christmas. We'll talk again soon though.
Speaker 7 (01:47:08):

Welcome back to the program, and don't forget to sign
up at substack. Chapter and verse. I have a really
good primer up there all about the one the Trump accounts.
Just something we've got to be careful of. Although Trump
has said that, you know, he's interested in getting rid
of the federal income tax, which that would be great,
but since Congress is never going to do it, and
(01:47:44):
the response to the issue of incentivizing earnings isn't to
engage in more welfare. It's not all right, today's stupidity.
Speaker 8 (01:47:52):
King, all right, cut twenty two one. I don't know
if we got the gist of it, but just play this.
This is Jasmine Krockett complaining about her sal r again on.
Speaker 14 (01:48:02):
This fixed income that I am paid in congret like
her other way, the idea of actually buying a new
home or getting it.
Speaker 16 (01:48:09):
We don't.
Speaker 14 (01:48:09):
We don't get enough money. I mean, I'm being honest,
and I know that some people may take issue with
that because they talk about how much money we make,
and I get it. It's not that we're obviously getting
minimum wage. But by the time you talk about having
an I have a mortgage and I have an interest
rate that is like three percent.
Speaker 7 (01:48:27):
Interest rates around.
Speaker 8 (01:48:28):
There, so hollow to me, I imagine it would to
other people as well. She makes one hundred seventy four
thousand dollars a year, she can afford that other week?
Speaker 1 (01:48:36):
Yeah, she yeah. Tell you I'll be on news Max
and the six pm Hour. Folks to make sure you
tune in and also sign up for the podcast on Apple, Substack, YouTube, Facebook,
