Speaker 1 (00:00):
We had Charlie Kirk assassinated and so many folks celebrated
in the far left. We've had two Democrat We've had
two Democrats threatened to murder two of our delegates running
for office in Virginia. And now Jay Jones comes out
and says that he has two bullets for Todd Gilbert's
head and wants to see his children die.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
I mean, this is unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
And what's shocking also is that after calling for the
normal apology, the Democrat candidates, Abigail Spamberger and the rest
of them, we're out campaigning this weekend like it was nothing.
They have got to call for this guy to resign,
step down, get out of this race in disgrace, because
(00:44):
this is beyond disqualifying.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Well, I mean, you would think that it's beyond disqualifying,
and of course we're it's these are different rules because
it's d different Kane. They're different rules, and it's always
been like this, and now with the increase increase in
app well, I don't want to I think that's the
best way to put it, this increase in rhetoric and
(01:09):
violent sentiment. If you if Democrats are not going to
corral their own. Then they're sending a clear message to
everyone who is not them that they believe that this
is an acceptable form of disagreement. They're they're telegraphing that
(01:31):
all of this violence, everything that we have seen is okay,
that it's all okay because.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
They're not gonna say anything about it.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
It's just going to go They're never gonna say anything
about it. It's going to be just considered, well, it's
accepted the Democrat. So that's you know, they're Democrat. That's
to be accepted, is it?
Speaker 2 (01:52):
Though?
Speaker 3 (01:54):
Because this has been going on for so long now
and everyone else is getting to see what I think
people on the right have dealt with for so long,
and these text messages which we're going to dive into here,
this is just like the latest example the Democrats are
fully behind their dem nominee J Jones.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
So welcome to the program. I tell you we got.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Already a very weird news week. We are at the
top of this first hour the chats at Rumble. You
can watch us do the radio program channel thirty forty
seven on direct TV. I also noticed, too, I'm going
to pull this up that there was pretty much a
(02:42):
media blackout of these response these texts. Now, if you
don't know what happened, if you live under a rock,
or if you're just not a nerd and you haven't
been paid, you haven't been online, you don't live online,
you don't have to follow the news as part of
your job, then maybe you've seen these techs. They're pretty bad.
(03:03):
They're incredibly bad.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
And.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
They are between the Democrat selection. He was talking with
another lawmaker and I just I was reading these texts
where he was saying bad things about his opponents. If
these guys die before me, I will go through your
(03:29):
funerals to blank on their grave, send them out a
wash in something. And he said three people, two bullets, Gilbert,
Hitler and Polepot. Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
He says, spoiler put Gilbert.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
I can't believe.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
I mean, he's just unhinged. He goes spoiler alert or spoiler.
He says, put Gilbert and the crew with the two
worst people you know. And he receives both bullets. Every time.
I mean, this is and then he started talking kept
going on about Gilbert's family. Now, this is a Republican
state legislator who got these and these were early in
(04:07):
the morning text messages. They were super early in the morning,
and it was August eighth that this was happening, and
Juan's showing you these texts right now. And the lawmaker
he had been he had recently resigned after he had
represented Norfolk, and he had, you know, obviously Demnam to
(04:30):
run for AG and he was in a tizzy over
a Republican lawmaker named Todd Gilbert. He's a House Speaker
for Virginia, right Republican lawmaker, and he did not appreciate
and I guess I don't even know if you can
call that venting. That's just that's an unhinged and he
(04:50):
decided to take out his angst in these text messages,
which have now gone public about eight am, actually it
was before eight am.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
He decided that he was upset with House.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Speaker Gilbert, who had begun making statements about public statements,
honoring the souther lawmaker's memory, et cetera. And he had said, oh, Southwest,
no one in southwest Virginia schich morhines. It's a guy
who's a delegate named Joe Johnson. So he's talking about him,
you know, say nice things. And then he just this
(05:24):
and then Jay Jones just starts going off eight am.
He starts sharing these feelings with a former state legislative colleague,
Carry Coyner, and now the texts are all over. He
derided the delegates who they are speaking of the guy
that they were honoring in memoriam. He said that he
(05:45):
was He derided his centricism, his centrism, and he said
that the glowing tributes were ridiculous, et cetera, et cetera.
And he said, I doubt you know these people would
say this about me if this, you know, if this
happened to me. And then he started in on if
these guys die before me. So how that that's how
it got set up. And this now these texts ex changes.
(06:06):
This was August eighth, twenty twenty two. I don't know
why they're just being made public now. I mean, obviously
he's running for AG and you have an uncumbent Republican
AG and but the fact that Jay Jones brought this
lawmaker's kids into it is just insane. This this is
from twenty two. He talked about breeding little fascists when
(06:27):
he was talking about Republicans to his former colleague. He
was also, by the way, in twenty twenty two, according
to the Richmond Times Dispatch, he was convicted in a
reckless driving case. He was driving one hundred and sixteen
miles per hour, nearly fifty miles per hour above the
speed limit, So he got a fifteen hundred dollars fine,
(06:47):
one thousand hours of community service, et cetera. But then
he marked five hundred of those hours, so he had
again one thousand hours of community service that he was
supposed to fulfill, five hundred of them he marked working
on his campaign as community service. That's insane because most
people go to jail for a year and they're prohibited
possessors over something like that. He has like no prosecutorial experience.
(07:11):
But I think that other people are just like he's nuts.
He's literally he is a hot temper. He's a ticking
time bomb. What in the hell is wrong with someone's
mental state that they get so mad overseeing tributes posted
online to this delegate that he decides to go in
(07:33):
and start talking about the guy's kids and all this
other stuff, and I mean.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
Good night.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
He said, only when people feel pain personally do they
move on policy, Because he was talking about the lawmaker's
wife Jennifer Gilberts, et cetera. And that's what he said
to carry Coinner. Yeah, I told you this before. Only
when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
And the Democrats do you think that the Democrats in
(08:01):
any way did they decide to say, Wow, this guy's
a nutjob, we can't have him, we can't have him
as our nominee for AG.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
No, they didn't do that. They fully back him.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
They absolutely issued a statement where they quote reaffirm their
full support of j. Jones for Attorney General and they
called on all Virginians to line up behind j.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Jones.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
They literally said, the Virginia Beach Democratic Committee reaffirms its
full support of J. Jones for Attorney General. We are
lined up Tinto's down. What do you have like more
than that, ready to organize, mobilize and deliver votes for
Jay in our entire Democrat ticket. And I'm this is
what gets me. They said they deserve a Virginians deserve
(08:44):
a leader who learns, grows and stands for everyday people.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Jay is that leader? Okay? Is he the leader?
Speaker 3 (08:50):
Though? I want you to again reconsider this guy's hot temper,
the fact that he's gotten nailed on aggressive driving already,
and he was able to skirt pass the more serious
penalty which would have rendered him a prohibitive possessor. And
these texts that he sent where he gets so mad
(09:11):
he even starts talking about killing the other lawmaker's kids.
You want this guy to be the top cop for Virginia.
Do you trust Jay Jones to head up a case
against you? Does anyone think that they're going to get
a fair shake from a guy who who talks about
(09:33):
people who simply made him mad over tributes quote, I
will go to their funerals to blank on their graves.
Three people, two bullets, Gilbert, Hitler and Polepot and then
starts talking about their kids. Coinner said, you were talking
about hoping Jennifer Gilbert's children would die. J Jones, Yes,
(09:54):
I've told you this before. Only when people feel pain
personally do they move on policy. He said they were evil,
and he called their children quote little fascists. Democrats are
backing a candidate who has openly discussed murdering children because
(10:14):
their parents are Republican, called them little fascists and talked
about putting bullets in people's heads. And by the way,
I thought Democrats were really big on gun control and
all that stuff. Democrats want to put just to reaffirm this,
Democrats want to put a guy in the Attorney General's
office in Virginia who talks about shooting children. Does everybody
(10:37):
understand that? And Virginia Democrats have said they back him anyway.
Virginia Democrats want children to be shot. Virginia Democrats think
it's okay for political violence. You cannot tell me that
this is a both sides thing. The bullets are only
(11:01):
ever coming one way.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
I am.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
I'm just there is no unifying with these people. None,
And I think Republicans should double down on the harshness. Frankly,
I mean, this is absolutely inexcusable. We have more on
it also lawlessness and disorder. An Oregon judge has issued
(11:27):
a second tro on Trump's National Guard deployment. So there's
a lot of movement over the weekend about this. If
you've been following, they have National Guard being sent to Charlotte,
they have Guard being mobilized for California elsewhere.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
It's a big this is a big deal. Trying to
get crime under control.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
Trump deployed California's National Guard that's under federal control to Portland,
and Portland then filed that second tro and they are
going back and forth, back and forth in the courts.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
So we're going to talk about this.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
We're also going to get into this Gazen piece deal
that apparently Gaza Hamasa is saying, Okay, well maybe we'll
release some of these hostages.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Here.
Speaker 3 (12:13):

lot more here coming up as we move. We have

Speaker 5 (13:23):
Now all of the news you would probably miss. It's
time for Dana's Quick five.
Speaker 3 (13:28):
A New Jersey bound plane was forced to divert after
an unruly passenger wearing over a dozen face masks like
on his face, over a dozen on Seth Evans's well.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
Seth Evans is the fellow passenger.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
He's the guy who told then the Minnesota Starred Tribune
that this guy was wearing over a.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Dozen face masks.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
I don't even know how that happens, and that he
just immediately started screaming. As after the plane took off
for Newark, it landed in Chicago because the guy began
screaming and the plane is going to it was total chaos.
Then he said he was being gang chased by gay
people and that he was being radiated and cooked by
the gaze, and that the gays were giving him the cancer.
(14:09):
I don't know if it was like specifically gay cancer
or just like regular kind. And he was wearing no
less than the quote from the guy, no less than
fifteen masks over his mouth.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
And yeah, I man.
Speaker 3 (14:24):
And then after they got him buckled down, he played
some candy crush just I don't know.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
I love that.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
That's like a big component of the article. I'm like, oh, well,
it changes the tone of everything. I guess. Mark Sanchez,
former quarterback and NFL commentator, was arrested after a stabbing
in Indianapolis. So there's a stabbing incident early Saturday morning,
according to local law enforcement, the Indianapolis Metro Police Department.
They released a statement saying that he was stabbed. That
(14:54):
Sanchez was stabbed just after midnight, and then they said
that they arrested him for his alleged role in the incident.
This is like a very confusing story. But then it
gets even more confusing. So Twitchy has this rundown if
you want to dive down the rabbit hole. So he
is in the hospital and they said he was stabbed.
He's in the hospital in stable condition, and everyone was
(15:15):
wishing him, you know, best wishes, and then they said
they had also arrested him while he was at the
hospital for a battery with injury, unlawful injury of a
motor vehicle in public intoxication. Apparently he was the aggressor
in the incident that led to him being stabbed. The
report said that it began when he confronted a sixty
nine year old food delivery driver over a parking space,
and then, apparently, according to the driver and police, Sanchez
(15:37):
began to beat him. The man tried to escape his
pepper spray that didn't work, and then he said it
used a knife in self defense. Police reviewed the security
camera footage and said that the man has facial injuries too,
and it's all consistent. His story is consistent, so he's
being charged with all kinds of stuff. It's not worth
your life, guys, it is not worth your life. Taylor
(15:58):
Swift's article is being hailed as a masterpiece of cringe.
I just want to know why she ripped off Pam Anderson,
because Pam Anderson did the last show Girl and totally
nailed it, and now Taylor Swift is doing the Showgirl,
So I don't know. I'm just I haven't heard it.
I'm not going to pass judgment. It's just not my jam,
and I don't want to invalidate music just because I
(16:19):
don't think it's my jam and think that it's bad
just because it's not my particular style.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
But I don't know.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
All the women of the world are fighting over it,
and I can't find anything that I could care less
about other than the story.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
I really don't.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
Apparently, Marie, mammals are dying record numbers on the California coast.
Everything is being blamed, but California and California's pollution and
Gavin Newsome and algae blooms and heat blobs and all
kinds of stuff. We have a lot more on the way.
Stick with us chapter is one of those entities. And look,
this is a win win for you. You hear It's
what is it? Metacare enrollman season. It's like now you
(16:55):
know the seasons, thanks you know, you know Thanksgiving, You've
got Christmas season, your fall, fe's on in your spring.
It's Medicare enrollment season as well. If you don't even
need Medicare, you are paying attention to it. Because you
hear all these ads for it all the time. So
this is where Chapter comes in because it can be
very very confusing. With US Medicare plans, they can change
every single year, so even if you're happy with your
(17:17):
current plan, you still have to check to see what's
coming out in twenty twenty six. And if you do
not review your options, you could lose coverage that you
depend on. So this is why I recommend calling Chapter.
Chapter reviews every plan nationwide to make sure that you're
not over pain, and on average they can save people
over one thousand dollars a year. Chapter stands out because
(17:37):
their advisors are salary and they advocate for you, not
for the insurance companies, and nobody wants the hassles of
dealing with more calls or stress. But Chapter can check
out your options quickly in under twenty minutes. So if
you could save yourself a year's worth of hassle just
an under twenty minutes on the phone with Chapter, that
sounds like a good deal. So if your current plan
(17:58):
is still the best fit, you're all set. If not,
they can help you switch. There's no gimmicks, no pressure,
just honest advice from experts. Who know medicare inside and out.
It's so easy. Under twenty minutes, remember dial dial pound
two fifty and say the keyword my medicare. Say both
of those words. Dial pound two fifty and say my medicare.
Medicare is too important, so don't risk it. Work with
(18:20):
a partner you can trust. That's chapter pound two fifty,
keyword my medicare.
Speaker 6 (18:25):
Should Property taxes just come to an end, Truly, owning
your own home shouldn't be a piggybank for government to
extract revenue. Property taxes will forever make you not an owner,
just nothing more than a serf on the lord's manner.

Speaker 8 (18:55):
Stand up to an administration, which is two male to
pal and to stand.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
Up because all the als rhyme yeah, jail, too pale and.
Speaker 9 (19:12):
Too stel, to mail to pale.
Speaker 3 (19:15):
And too stall, the Holy Grail on a rail with
the snail, on a boat with a sail.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
I mean how else can we do this? So that's
that's uh, hold up, pull up up.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
I've got a name for a half second. Letitia James
the New York AG. That sounds kind of racist. R
a y s I s racist? Pretty sure that Can
you imagine, Oh my gosh, if you had a white
lawmaker that got up there and was I don't know
what they I gotta reverse it in my mind and
(19:51):
said that, but in reverse, Oh my gosh, Kate and
I are just going We're looking at each other like,
dare we even the jokes? I mean, we don't even know.
Real people get upset over everything nowadays. Uh that too male,
to stale and too pale. So he's he's so she's
(20:13):
sexist in a racist Letitia James is a giant racist.
She is an app She came after me once, so
try to subpoena me. And I'm like, you're not gonna
get a judge in Texas. It's gonna let that happen.
Slick ain't gonna work. It's that's racist that I can't
believe a lawmaker says that this is twenty twenty five.
(20:37):
My mind is just like doing flips right now. Kine
there would be rioting if that was in reverse.
Speaker 8 (20:44):
Oh my gosh, absolutely would be.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
I mean, my head's just going I'm I'm almost short
circuiting thinking of all the things that would burn. I mean,
everything would burn and all I mean, oh my gosh,
oh man, good job with the tone.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
They're Democrats. This too male, always.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Too well, she's too female, she's too what stale?
Speaker 2 (21:07):
What does that even mean? Old?
Speaker 3 (21:09):
I guess she's trying to say he's an old, pale male.
And then they chanted it like that wasn't it wasn't
enough just for the ag to say it.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Then the whole crowd's like.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
Yeah, racist words racist chance, yeah, racist.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
I mean, oh my gosh, you guys, are.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
You It's the dagest thing in the world is the
pale people. They act like, uh, what were they called
on Game of Thrones? Came the ice zombies, the White Walkers.
Wasn't that what they were called? Yeah, the White Walkers
or the others. They act like, we're the ice zombies
from Game of Thrones. It just doesn't make any sense
(21:55):
to me. But that's that was Letitia James w Well
went real well for her right. So consider this just
if you would please, because it's been such a weird
weekend with the news cycle. A friend of mine had
made the observation that, you know, if you're not conservative,
(22:16):
please just consider a couple things here. You have a
major state candidate, a nominee for AG in Virginia. I
cannot underscore the importance of that position. Attorney general, top
cop can do whatever he wants to do to you,
and you can't touch him. Exposed because he sent texts
(22:40):
to an opponent, literally verbatim, calling for the death of
another conservative candidate, and he wrote he'd even talked about
killing their young children. And then he'd decides to respond
(23:01):
by condemning the conservative candidate for noticing these texts that
have come out where he fetishizes murdering the guy's kids.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
So that's number one.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
Then can we talk for a minute about this insane
story with because we're talking about the leftist, the left's
culture of violence, the Kavanaugh assassin. I know you guys
saw this, this story over the weekend. It is truly stunning.
I think what people can get away with this guy
(23:41):
Nicholas Rosky Roski Rosky, he I mean, I'm it's amazing
that this is a story he got a shorter sentence
for trying to kill Brett Kavanaugh because he's trans and
the media has been describing him as a woman, an
(24:04):
actual woman, The judge said of the convict's mom that
affirmed his gender identity quote, I am heartened that this
terrible infraction has helped the Rowsky family accept their daughter
for who she is.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
It's a literal dude.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
He's an actual man who did this, and he was
supposed to go up.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
He was.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
I mean, I just he was supposed to have a
much harsher sentence and I have no idea how this
didn't happen. He got a shorter sentence than the guy
that the judge sentenced last month for a wirefraud and
aggravated identity theft. A guy submitted fraudulent Cares Act unemployment
insurance claims. And wow, So Nicholas Rosky got ninety seven
(24:55):
months in prison. That's what his lawyers asked for. Sentencing
guidelines called for thirty years Luke Rosiac, but she pretty
much undid most of the terrorism enhancement. He could be
this guy could be out in four years, out in
four years. Deborah Boardman is the judge who was appointed
by Joe Biden. This is the guy that Wan is
showing you on the simulcast. If you're watching the radio
(25:16):
show that NBC News and all of the media have
called a woman. That's a whole woman. Yeah, that you're
supposed to think that that's a woman. I am amazed
by this and one of the things that they were
considering with it, he says, he he goes by the
(25:39):
guy insists that he goes by the name Sophie. All
the mainstream media outlets are indulging him.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
Guy from California.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
Remember, he tried to kill Brett Kavanaugh, and he only
recently ever began identifying as a woman. And this is
where it's even like trickier. Daily Wire had this piece
back at the beginning of the month where get into
how he now identifies this transgender according to legal filings. Right, so,
the guy who attempted to kill Kavanaugh was saying that
(26:08):
he I'm a woman.
Speaker 10 (26:09):
Now.
Speaker 3 (26:10):
They the court documents that were obtained by Daily Wire,
and this is right before sentencing.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
This is all very recent.
Speaker 3 (26:17):
I feel like he just decided to do this to
try to get a lighter sentence. He only got eight years.
He was supposed to get thirty and he got eight years.
The guy was like, had all kinds of implements to
like murder a million ways Brett Kavanaugh in addition to
his firearm that he illegally obtained ninety seven months in prison,
(26:38):
eight years in one month. And the judge said that
she felt that Rosky had shown remorse for his actions,
and then she referred to Rosky as a woman and
said she referred she ordered him to a lifetime.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
Of supervised release.
Speaker 3 (26:57):
And he has not even changed his legally. So this
is the other thing that's really weird to me. He
has not even changed his name legally.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
He just asked to be.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
Called Sophie, and the judge decided to comply.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
And indulge him.
Speaker 3 (27:16):
Kin, if you went to court and you decided to
change your name, but not change it legally, and you
asked the court to can you identify me by this
made up thing I'm identifying only as recently, how do
you think that would go for you?
Speaker 8 (27:26):
He'd be like, no, your legal name, sir.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
Well, he gets this is like a two again, two
tiers of justice. He's getting special assistants because he's pretending
to be a woman. And he even admitted he wanted
to reshape the Supreme Court in twenty twenty two. I mean,
I am wow. The guy he was going to break
(27:52):
into Kevin Ough's home, kill him, and then kill himself.
And he was charged under his legal name. But I
don't know if they're going to go back and change
the documents or what and try to call him back
by this. I don't because now the judge is referring
to him as a different name in a different sex.
They wanted thirty years in prison. He had all he
(28:14):
was going to He was going to break in, restrain
and kill him, and some of the implements and other
reporting he was going to torture him. He took a
cab directly from the airport to Kavanaugh's house, and it
wasn't until he saw Kavanaugh's US marshals detail that he
began walking away. This is the other thing that makes
me mad, the judge said, let me pull this quote up.
(28:37):
The judge was crediting him for walking away, literally credited
him in her remarks for walking The only reason he
walked away is because there were armed marshalls stationed outside
of Kavanaugh's house. That is the only reason this guy
walked He didn't walk because he had a change of heart.
He didn't walk because he grew a conscience. He because
(29:00):
he saw that there were armbus marshals outside of Brett
Kavanaugh's house. That's the only reason why he walked away.
It wasn't because he suddenly turned into a good guy.
That's just I felt like this judge was babying him
this entire time. Well, I mean, I don't feel like that.
(29:22):
That's what that's what this judge has done. So instead
of thirty years, he gets eight years, and then now
you know they are indulging him. She also said too
that she doesn't post, she doesn't view him as a
risk to public safety.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
But I don't.
Speaker 3 (29:47):
I don't understand that because you said you should have
supervised release. So what does that even mean. This judge
is all over the place. Just a garbage judge. This
is just a really just a bad judge. And I
I'm just I'm kind of I mean, it just is
amazing the lawlessness and disorder from this and there's I mean,
(30:14):
so think about this this case. Then you have the
case as we were talking about the Virginia Democrat ag
nominee who had all of these evil texts talking about
killing someone else's kids is horrible. And then you have
more attacks against federal immigration officers in Illinois. The governor
(30:39):
called them quote jack booted thugs.
Speaker 6 (30:43):
JB.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Pritzker is he's chomping at the bit to create a
national fight between himself and Trump, right, He I think
is feeling a little jealous of Gavenwsom and so he's
trying to put himself in that position.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
He called them quote jack.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
Booted thud thugs, and Sekwar and Potus have ordered National
Guard troops, you know, to go out and protect ICE
agents that are under assault. Pritzker has sued to try
to stop it. And then you have attacks on federal
vehicles with rocks and bottles. In Chicago, local police were
(31:23):
told to stand down. I don't know if you some
of the video I can't play because I mean it's
just F word F word screaming it and all you'll
be able to I mean you can just you know,
they're they're hitting them with destroying vehicles, attacking ICE agents,
et cetera.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
So I want you to think of all of this.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
All of this literally has happened within the past several
days that it's come out to say nothing of what
happened last month, and then the attacks on ICE agents,
the attempts on potus, this culture of violence on the left.
And then Democrats had a chance, they had a chance
(32:06):
in Virginia to make an example of how to control
the tone on their own side. Because they are demanding
that Trump, you need to control your tone. They are
demanding that jd Vance, he has to control his tone.
All of these lawmakers. But when it comes to cleaning
up their own side, they backed Jay Jones. They offered
(32:30):
no condemnation of a single one of his remarks, not
a single one culture of violence. Indeed, we have more
a lot more our partners that bring you the program.
Speaker 2 (32:47):
It's the folks over at relief factor.

Like SAMs through the Ali Glance. So are the days
of the United States.
Speaker 11 (34:10):
And here's the other thing that is quite unprecedented, and.
Speaker 8 (34:16):
It was the tightest closest credit.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
Yesterday. I can't say that with them, I yeah, I can't.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
Huh uh anyway, that's she's pulling the Stacey Abrams energy here.
Speaker 8 (34:47):
Is she ever sober anymore?
Speaker 2 (34:49):
Well, would you be if you were Kamala Harris?
Speaker 3 (34:51):
If I woke up every day as Kamala Harris, I'd
be like, what can I do to alter my reality today?
I mean, I would trans myself right out of that reality?
Oh my gosh, she's that's not helpful. And he does
have a mandate.
Speaker 2 (35:08):
Because you got whooped, she got whooped.
Speaker 3 (35:10):
There's not enough o's available to emphasize the ooh and
the whooped. There's not enough. She was legitimately beaten into
a hole in the ground. And he absolutely does have
a mandate. And that's what happens when you lose elections.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
You don't.
Speaker 3 (35:25):
So coming up there's CBS people are the veterans are
freaking out. CBS News vets, not actual veterans. These people
never saw anything other than fighting over a parking spot.
But they are upset that Barry Weiss is taking over
news there and they're they're threatening, don't you touch our
sixty minutes. We've got that, we've got lawlessness and disorder
(35:48):
and the latest in Virginia. Stick with us, our friends
at the folks at Bernagun. I look, I have zero
problem throwing lead down range. I've told you this a
million times. I have zero issue using the luthal force
to protect myself or my love.
Speaker 2 (36:00):
This is not even up for debate.
Speaker 3 (36:02):
But I also realized too that it's important to have
diversity in terms of what you have for weapons, and
whether it's municipal or private property restrictions. Blah blah blah.
You guys know the drill. You have different calibers, you
have blades. I just think that it's smart to incorporate
something when everything else is trying to disarm you, so
you can still have a means of defending yourself. Burn
(36:24):
a gun shoots chemical irrit and projectiles that can deter
threats from up to fifty feet away. And they've got
I think it's like, what, fifteen rounds in one of
their cartridges, whereas think about regular stunt guns. You got
regular stunt guns, you've got like one or two rounds,
that's it. But with burnegun, you've got a fifteen round
shock capacity per cartridge. There's no recoil. Everything's made right
here in the US of A. And it does not
(36:45):
care about gun for his zone signs. So if you're
a college student who's allowed by age of eighteen to
go in a foreign land and carry a fil auto
and defense of your country, but you can't legally carry
a firearm here while living in a town and going
to college and defensive yourself, Bernegum might be an option
for you. Doesn't care about gun for his owne signs.
There are zero background checks. They can be shipped right
to your front door. There's no special fees. It's accessible
(37:07):
to everybody. The cl the compact launcher is the best
one purpose and it's perfect for this particular situation. Visit
Berna dot com slash data. It's the burna cl b
y r Na dot com slash Dana coming up. An
attorney general candidate in Virginia is apologizing for his text.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
It's about a state lawmaker.
Speaker 12 (37:27):
We'll go through, probably be forced to withdraw the rest
and probably is doing a lot.
Speaker 3 (37:33):
There all right, morning, Joe will be barepably is doing
the lot there. You know that hurt Joe Scarborough is
so bad to say that he probably should. I wait
if I talk about them, are they're going to accuse
me of stalking them on air again? Hyperbolically, Welcome back
to the program, Dana Lash with you or at the
top of the second hour. This is I think a
major story, and I think it's a watershed moment, particularly
(37:56):
in the context of political violence and rhetoric and all
the stuff that we have been seeing. On the left
top of this second hour chat is at Rumble channel
three forty sevens a week and watch the radio program
and we read you some of these texts. We threw
them up on the screen for you. They were obtained.
(38:17):
I don't know. Two news agencies are arguing over who
got what first. But long story short is that the
Democrat candidate for Attorney general sent these texts about a
political opponent, wherein he fantasized about murdering a state Republican
lawmaker with quote two bullets to the head, urinating on
(38:40):
the graves of other Republicans, and then he called their
children little fascists and even suggested killing their children. One
the lawmaker that he wrote to, she was trying to
correct him. She said, you weren't trying to understand. You
were talking about hoping Jennifer Gilbert's children would die. J
(39:03):
Jones wrote, quote, yes, I've told you this before. Only
when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
He said that the Democrat called the family that he
was talking about evil and quote breeding little fascists. He
(39:24):
was in reference. All of this happened because Republicans were
saying nice things about this ninety year old delegate, a
Democrat named Joe Johnson, who passed away, and he was
livid about it, and he said that he wants he
said that he wants this other lawmakers Gilbert's children to die.
Speaker 2 (39:50):
I am, I mean, I don't even have words for this.
Speaker 3 (39:57):
He was talking about House Speaker Todd gil Bert because
Todd Gilbert said something nice about the late delegate, this
guy named Johnson, this late delegate, and there were other
Republicans that offered kind words. So just to put this
in contrast, Jay Jones was mad that Republicans said something
(40:17):
nice about a Democrat delegate that passed away. Would he
have been why is he mad that they said something nice?
And he just like went on this litany of threats.
I mean, and he was talking to another delegate, a Republican,
(40:43):
Carrie Coiner, and he texted her saying hints the glowing
tributes from the RS. I yeah, as Kane said, it's
like being mad because you know the guide they gave
food to the local food shelter or something. They did
something nice, and he got mad about it. And then
(41:06):
he was going off on the house leader for Virginia again.
His name's Todd Gilbert. He said, quote spoiler, put Gilbert
in the crew with the two worst people you know,
and he receives both bullets every time he said three people,
two bullets, Gilbert, Hitler and Polepot.
Speaker 2 (41:19):
Gilbert gets two bullets to the head and.
Speaker 3 (41:25):
Joins and Coiner apparently had a telephone conversation and in
the middle of these text messages because Corner said quote
in the text that were released, j please stop, he said, okay, okay,
and then he followed up and she wrote, I was
asking questions. I'm not attacking you, I'm trying to understand
your logic. And that's when he said, yes, I've told
(41:49):
you this before. Only when people feel pain personally do
they move on policy. Because she said, you're talking about
Todd and Jennifer Gilbert's children being killed, and he said, yes,
I cannot underscore how serious this is because this guy's
going he's running to be top cop in Virginia. Where
are all the people who don't trust the police at no,
(42:12):
I think this is fair to bring up all the
people on the left are like, oh, they hate ice,
they hate they hate border patrol agents, they hate ice,
they hate law enforcement. You know, it was the left
that marched in the streets saying pigs in a blanket,
frime like bacon right, the whole nine yards.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
But this is a top cop.
Speaker 3 (42:28):
They love a guy who's sitting here fetishizing about murdering
a Republican lawmaker's children because the said Republican lawmaker only
had nice things to say about a recently deceased Democrat delegate.
You want this guy to be able to have the
authority to persecute you in Virginia, to prosecute you in Virginia,
(42:49):
to head up law and order in Virginia. Now, if
you thought that there was any condemnation of it, because
Democrats did have a chance, as I said, they didn't.
They didn't condemn it at all. They doubled down on it.
There is almost no understanding this. They doubled down on
(43:13):
the statement. They said quote, and they're thing that they
put this out an X. They said, the Virginia Beach
Democratic Committee reaffirms its full support of j Jones for
Attorney General. We are lined up ten toes down, ready
to organize, mobilize, and deliver voters for Jane our entire
(43:35):
Democrat ticket. They said recent press may have spotlighted past mistakes.
We say, and well, I don't know why they have
the comma there, it's totally unnecessary. Let those without sindcasts
the first stone. Okay, I'm pretty sure there aren't Republicans
talking about murdering the children of other Democrats. So I'm
(43:56):
okay with that? Can you okay with that?
Speaker 2 (43:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (43:59):
I'll take that deal. Yeah, I'll take that deal. This
sounds like a good deal. I'll take that deal. I
can't even They go after the Republican incumbent over like
women's reproductive rights, which is a stupid misnomer and it
sounds like it was written by a man. Sorry, reproduct
(44:21):
like women are being barred from procreating or not procreating.
Speaker 2 (44:24):
This is so stupid.
Speaker 3 (44:25):
Stop treating women like we're stupid children. It's the most
sexist phrase I've ever heard, and it makes me sick.
And they called up on all Virginians to line up
behind j Jones, the guy who wants to kill other
people's kids. They're rewarding it. He talks like a terrorist.
Why in God's name would you want this guy? Jay
(44:48):
Jones is attorney general, a guy who fetishized killing someone
else's children over politics, and then reaffirmed that he was
talking about killing someone else's children over politics, literally saying
yes in a text message that have been confirmed by
multiple news outlets.
Speaker 2 (45:08):
And by the Democrats themselves.
Speaker 3 (45:11):
They confirm these are real because they said, yeah, we
don't care, we affirm our support for him. Do you
trust this guy being in control of that kind of
power in that seat as attorney general? Do you know
the damage and the trail of terror that someone bad
in that position could leave. I don't want to hear
(45:34):
a single thing from these people about bad policing, or
ice or anything like that. I don't want to hear
a single thing from Democrats about sending National Guard to
cities to help bring law and order when they allow
a guy who openly celebrates murder and the murder of
(45:56):
children like someone's children, as attorney general, I don't want
to hear a damn thing from these people on the
left over this. He's not going to get out of
this race. And Democrats, well, they're not going to do
They're not going to condemn him. They are not going
(46:17):
to condemn him. Audio sound bite eight. Speaker of the
House in Virginia, listen to this audio sound bite eight.
Speaker 2 (46:25):
This is I have no words.
Speaker 13 (46:28):
So we need to understand something. We have to be
mature in our thinking and how we vote. We can't
get distracted because they want us to get distracted by
the text message here or something else.
Speaker 7 (46:39):
Stay focused.
Speaker 3 (46:42):
That's the current Speaker of the House in Virginia. He
is standing in a church pulpit and he's telling people
that they need to ignore Jay Jones's call to assassinate
Republican lawmakers. The current Speaker of the House in Virginia
(47:05):
and a church pulpit telling people to ignore Jay Jones
calling for the cold blooded murder of children because their
parents are his political opponents. The left needs to be
very careful about what they endorse, because when you go
(47:32):
too far, there is no coming back and there is
no calling off. The response to it. It is the
culture of violence continued on the left. And as I
said last hour, you got the guy who tried assassinating Kavanaugh,
who just got a wrist slap from a Biden judge
(47:54):
because he decided that to only recently identify as trans
and has been calling him a woman. You've got the
continued attacks on ICE agents. The media, by the way,
has been absolutely blacking this out. MRC and others. They've
done analysis. MRC has done analysis of all of this
(48:14):
over at NewsBusters. And I mean, if you thought that
there was going to be a lot of discussion over
this Virginia AG Democrat candidate calling for assassinations just a
couple of weeks after we had one, No, they have completely.
Speaker 2 (48:33):
Iced it out. They have iced it out.
Speaker 3 (48:38):
There was no coverage on the Sunday morning talk shows,
no coverage. In fact, the closest that it got was
this cut nine. Please insane, This is the closest it got.
Speaker 14 (48:52):
But can I also say an interview with leeir Jefferies.
They can we stop with the pro collecching about the
main tweets and some rare tweets that this week it
came to light that a Democrat candidate for a turning
general state of Virginia called for the assassination of political
oponent called for the assassination of that political opponent's family,
and there's not one national Democrat calling for him to
step aside, not one.
Speaker 9 (49:12):
It's disgraceful.
Speaker 10 (49:13):
Neirl.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
Let me let you respond to that, because that is
going to be a big story, I think in the coming.
Speaker 3 (49:17):
Days, and I absolutely think people should criticize that a
hundred percent.
Speaker 2 (49:22):
It's like, I think it was a private conversation. She
sounds like drunk as all hell.
Speaker 3 (49:30):
I mean, like I don't know, like I mean, I
just think that it had been and that the vocal
fry is killing my soul and not the way that
Jay Jones wants it to happen. Uh, she's this former
you guys, this this lady's this female is apparently a
former Biden aide. And she's like, no, it's okay because
(49:50):
it was a private conversation with another lawmaker where he
was over in a telephone conversation and he first off,
I wouldn't can I just say this, And I'm not
trying to be joky. I wouldn't trust anyone stupid enough
to put something like that in a text that is
an immediate self own. I don't like candidates that self
(50:13):
own because they're worthless. They have bad acumen, and you
cannot trust them. You can't trust them to be a
field general. You can't a lawmaker, a politician that is
so enraged that they lose the capability of reason, or
they lose the ability to reason, and they write this
(50:35):
stuff in a text that's I mean, yes, what he
wrote is insane.
Speaker 2 (50:39):
The fact that he wrote it is insane.
Speaker 3 (50:41):
There's no sense of self preservation because that was suspended
because he was blinded by rage. Do you want someone
that gets so blinded by rage that they don't even
think of self preservation? What the hell would they do
to you? This is like a red alert moment. Here
a red alert moment. It is a water shed moment.
(51:05):
And Democrats have already they've already signaled what they're gonna do.
We have more on the way. We gotta go to headlines.
Folks at All Family Pharmacy Love the folks at All

Speaker 2 (51:18):
I actually had to use them again.

Speaker 3 (52:50):
All right, So this is an our town and you
want to talk about some bad pastors, and this is
not representative of all pastors. Four year old Robert Morris,
he was behind a church here in our town where
he got busted for sexually abusing a twelve year old
girl some years ago. This is this the Gateway Church.
(53:14):
This is Robert Morris guy. He it was in the
nineteen eighties when it happened. He was given a ten
year suspended sentence. He's going to only serve six months
in jail. He's been called a pedophile disguised as a preacher.
I think Robert Morris ought to be dragged personally. And
my gosh, you've just the punishment that awaits bad shepherds.
(53:37):
I mean it's in the Gospels. You're gonna be thrown
in the depths of the sea with a millstone tight
around you was your punishment. This is the kind of stuff.
It's absolutely inexcusable, inexcusable, and I'm sorry. I don't like
giant churches where the leadership is unaccountable.
Speaker 2 (53:52):
Not a fan of it.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
Let's see a long lost treasure chess worth a million
dollars that sunk on a Spanish gally three hundred years ago,
finally hauled up from the depths can Why can't we
ever find anything like a lost treasure chest? Super sad
about this? And Canada is recalling cannabis products because they
say the HC is too high. Can you die from
(54:13):
high tis? I don't think I don't know anything about this,
but that's wild.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
Stick with us.
Speaker 3 (54:18):

Speaker 11 (55:30):
The calls for hate and violence are coming from the
mouths of the Democrat Party's leaders, and Jay Jones is
just the most recent and his wish for violent acts
the most clear. So if you can't solve a problem,
(55:51):
you can't name it, but I will and here and
now the leadership of the Democrat Party has become consumed
with hate.
Speaker 3 (56:03):
That's when some seers and she's not wrong by the way,
she is running in a gubernatorial race, and man, it's
been it's tough right now, and Republicans are not doing
all they could do to win that race. Welcome back
to the program, Dana lash with you. They're up against
(56:26):
a machine. The Democrat nominee has major donors dropping millions
of dollars, donors that don't live in Virginia, and this
is a big swing state. And then you have this
ag race and they've I don't know why that is.
I have no clue why it is that when some
(56:49):
Seers is outfunded and nobody in the Republican Party seems
to care about this gubernatorial race, do you realize what
you're setting up. I'm gonna tell you something.
Speaker 9 (56:57):
If j.
Speaker 3 (56:57):
Jones isn't checked at the ballot box, you're gonna be
dealing with this guy for a long time. And he
will read a victory as an endorsement of his calls
for assassination and his terror tactics. And you can promise,
I promise you you'll see more. Imagine if someone was
assassinated in Virginia over politics and you have J Jones
(57:21):
as e ag't I don't see anybody getting a fair shake.
He will mainstream it and he'll use his office to
protect it. And that's a guarantee. You can't tell me
that somebody who texts stuff like that would do anything differently.
I just I don't know where the GOP is with
(57:42):
some of these races. They they're messaging on the shutdown,
which is still in effect. I think has been good,
but their groundwork with the state by state races is
not promising.
Speaker 2 (57:57):
And I can't tell you.
Speaker 3 (57:58):
I think I've only said that about one other midterm
election of my adult life, and I think came it
was the twenty ten one, where it was incredibly important
that we had won the House and that in twenty ten,
this is another one of those instances. This is probably
of the decade, the most important midterm election. And if
(58:24):
Trump should lose, then heaven forbid. If the GOP should lose,
Trump will lose because they'll impeach him over and over again.
The last part of his term will just be mired
in that. It is something it's very important to consider
(58:46):
this stuff. And I know that these racees, some of
these down ticket races, aren't as attractive, but that's where
the germination for everything else at the top of the
ticket starts. I promise you, if Jay Jones wins, he's
not down with AG. It's like rewarding Hamas by saying, oh, yeah,
we're going to release some terrorists in exchange for probably
(59:08):
dead innocent civilians that you kidnapped. It's like it's like
a Hamas tactic. You endorse the rhetoric, you endorse the tactics.
Speaker 2 (59:19):
It's uh. I just don't think that people.
Speaker 3 (59:23):
Realize how dangerous somebody like j Jones is. And even
for the Democrats.
Speaker 2 (59:33):
Who are like, well, I don't know, I'm just so tribal.
I'm going to tell you something.
Speaker 3 (59:40):
One of these Democrats is going to inspire another assassination.
We just had a political assassination where our friend was
shot in the throat, and you had a Supreme Court
justice who had an attempt that was made on his life.
To say nothing of the two attempts on potus, to
(01:00:01):
say nothing of the attacks on ICE agents, to say
nothing of the attacks on Tesla drivers. You know, I
had to think twice the other day after church went
out to eat and park next to a Tesla and
I actually had I actually paused as I pulled in.
Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
I was like, wait, do I want to park next
to tesla? Isn't that horrible?
Speaker 3 (01:00:23):
Is that not horrible? I just agreed to UH speaking
event coming up next month, and the negotiations just over
the security alone were insane because everything is heightened. The
Left doesn't have to worry about that because they're the
ones doing the killing and the assaulting. I'm going to
(01:00:48):
tell you the Left will push it to the point
where they get a response, but it's not going to
be what they want. Nobody wants to see it get
to that point, lest of all the Left, because it's
not something you win. You know, you don't weekend warrior
this stuff. This is just terrorism to me, I would
(01:01:17):
if I don't know if the Republican ag there is
going to be able. I don't know if that if
this that there's charges that can be brought. Not quite sure.
This guy has a history. I told you he got
in trouble, busted for reckless driving that he was able
(01:01:37):
to skate on. And then I was reading this story
on break The story that came up. He's been apparently
in trouble for so many things, and I just pulled
this up. In twenty twenty one, he called for a
Norfolk police lieutenant to be fired because the lieutenant donated
twenty five dollars to Kyle Rittenhouse's legal defense and he
(01:02:02):
called it utterly disgusting and he demanded true accountability in policing.
There's a police lieutenant that lost his entire career because
he gave twenty five dollars to Kyle Rittenhouse's legal defense fund.
Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
Because of J. Jones.
Speaker 3 (01:02:24):
J Jones made it happen. He persecuted this guy. Imagine
J Jones with even more power as Attorney general. I mean,
you know, he might text about killing someone's kids, but
as AG. Sorry, he's got the lovers to actually do it.
When they tell you who they are, you got to
believe him. That's not hyperbole for me to say that
(01:02:47):
that is who these people are. No reasonable person does
this kind of stuff. They don't say this type of stuff.
They sure as hell don't text it. We have more
on that also. I wanted to touch on this, this
(01:03:11):
travel policy. Let me pull this up, so there is
going to be well kind of a change they're implementing.
You know, they have the ID cards, right, they have
these like bio.
Speaker 2 (01:03:22):
They have these ID.
Speaker 3 (01:03:23):
Cards that they've been pushing for EU nations. Now it's
going to affect American travelers. Fingerprint scans are coming for
American travelers to most of Europe. In a new policy,
you would have to have your prints taken as well
as photos upon arrival. France, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom
(01:03:43):
and twenty five other EU nations are going to begin
implementing this new injury exit system on October twelfth. Over
the course of about six months, they're going to be
collecting biometric data like facial imaging and fingerprints. According to
the e you and they might not be collected at
every border crossing right away, and their personal information may
(01:04:06):
not be registered in the system. They're still going to
stamp passports. They said that they want to help modernize
border management across Europe to include security improvement. You know,
you could close your damn borders and stop allowing the
delus to come in from North Africa, but you know
you're and Islamist nations.
Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
But no, they're not going to do that.
Speaker 3 (01:04:24):
They're going to make everybody get fingerprinted, and they'll be
able to track of people overstay their welcome in the
Shangan area. And that's the it's an agreement with these
of you nations.
Speaker 2 (01:04:37):
And blah blah blah.
Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
And if you're basically an American and you're in the
Shangan zone, you have to keep your passport on you
at all times. And people say leave it in your
hotel room. If you're stopped by police and some of
these nations and you don't have it, it's up to
their discretion whether or not they want to acknowledge your
photo copy of it or take you to jail for
not having it. I don't trust this, Kane. What could
they do with our information? Oh god, what do you
(01:05:01):
think they could do with all that?
Speaker 8 (01:05:03):
Well, they can do anything. You can establish new credit lines,
you can do nefarious, illegal things in the name. Yeah,
I mean, it's limitless.
Speaker 3 (01:05:13):
Honestly, if you were to deny to provide your fingerprints,
they will deny you entry. What do you believe that
the EU is capable of protecting all of your biometric data?
Speaker 8 (01:05:27):
No, they've already proven and by the way, our own
government's already proven they can't prevent it.
Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
When the option is to just stop allowing the lawlessness
back and forth across your borders with simple border sovereignty.
This is what they want to do instead. Now, I
kept seeing this stuff pop up, like, oh, Americans are
going to be denied entry if they don't provide you know,
(01:05:56):
they don't do the bio id card with EU nations.
Yeah now TSA. Lorraina makes a good point about facial recognition. Yeah,
that's and you're not given an opt out. I've had
to They've done that to me before. I was not
given an opt out. In fact, the past couple of
times I've flown, especially when we were overseas, when we
went through Amsterdam, Amsterdam did not give you. Their airport
(01:06:19):
does not give you an option to You don't get
to opt out. Gosh, they were so mean at the airport.
Can I just can I sidebar real quick? So at
Amsterdam their TSA is their equivalent of TSA is insane.
First off, you don't get to opt out. Secondly, the
photo thing would break like every couple of people, and
then the people who were they had workers there, but
(01:06:41):
the workers were only telling you where to go after
the automated system would tell you to move up. And
then when the automated system didn't work, the workers there
had no backup. But they detained me for like twenty
minutes because I had a makeup bag and they did
our makeup case and they didn't recognize my makeup case.
And no offence, dudes, But I just think, if you're
(01:07:02):
a dude and you're looking at ladies luggage, you should
know what that stuff is.
Speaker 2 (01:07:06):
And I guess they thought it was a bomb.
Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
So I was detained for like twenty minutes and all
this stuff, and I was just, yeah, I was mad
because I'm like, this is moronic. And they thankfully brought
a female over who was like, this is stupid. She
was like, these guys need to be way better trained.
So the female lady, the lady that was there, I
acknowledge that, but they My point is that they don't
give you.
Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
It's also automated.
Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
And especially at a lot of these busier international airports,
people are in such a hurry that it's just phatocompany.
They do it and they don't think about it. But
and and everybody behind you is like pushing up, you know,
So when you go they have like a little iPad
thing there and it just takes your photo and you
don't they don't. You don't get to opt out. And
(01:07:49):
I did ask one of the ladies there. I said, well,
what happens if I don't want my photo taken? And
she's like, I don't understand. And I'm like, well, what
what is the other option other if I don't want
to do this? And she's like, there's no other option.
I'm like, so that's the only So someone does not
want their photo take and she's like, I don't know
what to do.
Speaker 2 (01:08:07):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (01:08:09):
And they said, the EU is like, we promise there
are safeguards in place to protect your data.
Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
What are they?
Speaker 3 (01:08:18):
Oh, we can't tell you that. But and it's only
going to be in the system for as long as necessary.
Well how long is that? We can't tell you. And
it's only going to be for the purpose for which
it was collected. Well what is the purpose?
Speaker 2 (01:08:29):
We can't tell you.
Speaker 3 (01:08:31):
So trustworthy, guys, you really trust that system, don't you?

It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time
for Florida Man.
Speaker 2 (01:10:53):
Oh Florida Man.
Speaker 3 (01:10:54):
When Florida Man is like the most decent person lately,
I don't know a Florida woman stole from clients while
working as a maid and even sent money to herself
through Venmo, say deputies.
Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
Oh my goodness. So I'm just gonna say she looks
like she's had a rough life. King.
Speaker 3 (01:11:12):
Yeah, she looks like she's had a little MOOI at
this here it does this Florida woman Kayla Connor, Flagger County.
Oh wow, she's only thirty eight. Do you did you
see that?
Speaker 2 (01:11:28):
What hard living?
Speaker 3 (01:11:30):
She is accused of fraud, theft related crimes, pickpocketing. She
has been stealing, stealing from people sixty five years age
or older, all kinds of stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:11:40):
She ended up being charged.
Speaker 3 (01:11:42):
She said, Apparently she was stealing identification debit cards from
like elderly widows.
Speaker 2 (01:11:48):
How horrible is this?
Speaker 3 (01:11:50):
And also taking checkbooks from widowers, et cetera, and trying
to write bad checks things like that with their with
their check books. And she ended up getting she ended
up getting caught.
Speaker 2 (01:12:03):
She's gonna go to.
Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
Jail for a while. You gotta be careful of the
people that you work with. Really, there is a woman.
Let's see, I want a really good one that's not
too bad? This lady would She was accused of helping
to steal twelve rental cars while she worked at a
rental center. And the story here, this is in Fort Lauderdale,
(01:12:30):
twenty four year old woman. She worked with three other
men to steal this sounds like fast and furious, slow
and angry.
Speaker 2 (01:12:35):
This is what it's called. Twelve cars from her. She
was working security.
Speaker 3 (01:12:39):
She was working as security security Zuccardy. It was the
Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airports car Rental Center, Savannah Phillips.
She was arraigned on thirteen felony charges related to a
dozen cars being stolen from the Hurts Parking garage. Uh
and they broward. They finally busted her. They were sted
(01:13:00):
at her home actually just the end of last month.
So she's got I think they're still looking for some
of the other guys that she was working with.
Speaker 2 (01:13:06):
So let's see here.
Speaker 3 (01:13:08):
Oh, this one is a winner Chicken Dinner WFTV. A
arrested Orange County firefighter is accused of throwing over one
hundred tampons into her ex's yard. I really wanted Caine.
I need you to really pay attention to her hair
and her mugshot. It's quite literally two toned. Half of
her hair is black, half of its bleached blonde.
Speaker 2 (01:13:29):
Not making it up.
Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
Gabrielle Franzi, a firefighter from Orange County, was put on
paid leave. She apparently threw over one hundred tampons into
her ex's yard and they have like security footage. That's
the hairstyle. She Oh, it's so gross. They were used. Yes,
they were used. That's all I'm gonna say. We got
(01:13:51):

Com slash Data nine seven two Patriot.
Speaker 10 (01:15:04):
I said very candidly that the right wing in this
country wants a rematch of the Civil War. I just
I want that to sit in right now because the
president of the United States of America has declared war
on the people of Chicago and people across America. He's
more interested in giving billions of dollars to other nations
(01:15:27):
while farmers in urban cities around this country are literally
being destabilized.
Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
That's the Chicago mayor who's a race hustler, and he's
trying to incite I don't know how how how else
you interpret what he just said. Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you. We are at the top of
this third hour. The chats at Rumble, all all kinds
of good stuff. The three forty seven direct TV X
Facebook all that this. This was the Chicago mayor Brandon
(01:15:59):
Johnson who's said this, and he's talking about the efforts
to control crime in the cities where crime is so insane.
You can't even walk the street, you can't even ride
the subway, you can't do anything without being stabbed or
attacked or something happening to you. And when you have
(01:16:22):
Democrat mayors and governors that refuse to do anything, then
it's incumbent for the protection of the citizenry to receive protection.
Then you're going to have the president who's going to
exercise his authority to do so. And that's what's happening here.
But for him to use that language, that's shameful. That
(01:16:47):
is absolutely shameful. He's race hustling. Oh they want a
civil war. What a horrible, ignorant, racist thing to say.
When your entire defense is just race baiting, you're a racist.
That's just kind of embarrassing that this guy has gotten
this far in life being a one trick pony, being
a race hustler. And it's I really don't think. Don't
(01:17:13):
sit here and tell Republicans to watch their tone. When
you've got attorney general nominees threatening to shoot somebody's kids
in the head, when you've got the Chicago mayor who saying, oh,
they want a civil war.
Speaker 2 (01:17:27):
With that typer.
Speaker 3 (01:17:27):
I really do think Democrats are trying to signal to
incite more. You can't convince me otherwise. For instance, audio
some by twenty two. Here's another example of it. This
is Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom is in a race with JB.
Pritzkurtesy who can be the biggest d bag.
Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
Listen, this is it.
Speaker 9 (01:17:46):
This is it.
Speaker 15 (01:17:46):
We're losing this country. We're losing it in real time.
This is a chaos presidency. He is a wrecking ball.
This is unlike anything we've experienced in our lifetime.
Speaker 10 (01:17:59):
Is code read.
Speaker 15 (01:18:02):
No time for neutrality. It's time to stand up, pick
a side, can be firm and resolute, and that's what
I'm calling for.
Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
Last question, So that kind of rhetoric, we're losing this
country to?
Speaker 6 (01:18:18):
What to?
Speaker 2 (01:18:21):
What?
Speaker 3 (01:18:21):
What are you losing the country to? This is about
lawlessness and disorder and stopping the absolute insane amount of
crime on Democrat city streets where they don't want to
do anything. So Trump was using a California National Guard
for Portland. Portland file to second tro Illinois with Pritzker
has been fighting back and in the meantime you're protecting
(01:18:44):
the criminals. I gave you the example of the Kavanaugh
attempted assassin. One of the other things that we're watching.
Israel is preparing to implement this agreement that everybody was
talking about for the last couple of weeks, the Middle
East Peace Plan, the first stage of it. Now Who's
(01:19:05):
government told the IDF to reduce activity in Gaza for
now to a minimum. But Hamas has to accept the
deal and actually release the hostages. Now Hamas announced that
they would, because all of this is by the way,
predicated upon Hamas accepting it, and the individuals who scream
about ceasefire, they don't seem to understand that that's Maas
(01:19:31):
having to agree to it, explain, reconcile the demands for
Israel to cease fire, and then the importance that Hamas
has to accept this ad this this agreement, because Israel
already has so there They've said that they would agree
to release the hostages, but after they but they want
some of their terrorists released, which I think is no
(01:19:55):
I think it's too much. I also think that the
only reason that it's left that this long is because
of the ninnies who keep saying that Israel needs to
oh wait, wait, don't don't. They purposefully made it to
where it was dragged out for so long. This part
of the agreement. This agreement was that they would have
(01:20:18):
to hand over administrative control of Gaza to an independent body,
and that's something I think that they're still trying to
work out. I gotta be honest with you, I have
no expectation that this is going to work, because every
single time anything like this has been done, Hamas immediately
(01:20:38):
breaks it. It's part of this twenty point piece plan.
And the hostages. They said that there's like twenty that
they think are still alive, and then the bodies of
another twenty eight that they refused to send home. So
I just think it needs to be if they if
(01:20:58):
they want any of their prey they're terrorist prisoners, returned,
then they should be returned dead.
Speaker 2 (01:21:04):
If I wur Israel, I would say.
Speaker 3 (01:21:06):
For every one of our whatever one of the hostages
you killed, we're going to kill two of the detainees
we have of your terrorists. And then we're going to
put them in miss mis labeled boxes like you did
to the Babest family. That's ot, That's what I would do.
So we'll see how this works. But I'm not I
(01:21:28):
gotta be honest. I have no expectation that it will.
Ribio said, this is the closest that we've come so
far to anything of this nature.
Speaker 2 (01:21:37):
And I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:21:40):
The condemnation of Hamas I feel was just weak and
lukewarm from all of the other Arab nations. They Hamas
though they said, well, well, we will release the remaining hostages,
but we want a permanent ceasefire and a transition of
the administration to a Palestinian body. I don't believe that
you're hijacking and again a nickname given by dead Roman emperor,
(01:22:03):
it's not a real thing. You're Jordanian. So no, and
it can't be under the Palestinian authority either, because as
we've talked about ad nauseum on the show, that's essentially
Hamas at this point because they have taken so well
the last election, they took so many seats, and they're
governing body and they were going to completely they just
suspend the twenty one elections because they were going to
(01:22:24):
take over authority in West Bank too, so it's too much.
But I'm not I don't know, I'm just not okay.
This has been like twenty years, thirty years. I'm not
hopeful at all whatsoever waiting for the next rocket because
you know that that's going to happen. Also, Steak in
shape turning domestically, I got some culture headlines for you.
(01:22:45):
They've announced that they're installing the tallest and biggest American
flag that local governments will allow at every restaurant across
the country. So they've got beef tallow and then they're
doing flags. Yeah, I'll take it, man. They are really
doubling down against uh what was it, Oh my gosh,
(01:23:06):
I can't think of the name of it.
Speaker 2 (01:23:08):
The restaurant that just had the remake Cracker Brel Cracker
Brew the root famous for steakburgers and beef tallow fries.
Speaker 8 (01:23:17):
Yeah, that's how it used to be back in the day.
That's what McDonald's used to use for dinner until they need,
you know, found out it was cheaper to use seed
oils that are much more harmful for you physically.
Speaker 2 (01:23:29):
I think I'm gonna have to get those.
Speaker 8 (01:23:31):
Yeah, I think should be a weekly thing.
Speaker 2 (01:23:34):
What did you say about their fries? How did you
describe their fries?
Speaker 8 (01:23:36):
The little skinny little things.
Speaker 2 (01:23:39):
A little durable, little little shoe string exactly.
Speaker 8 (01:23:44):
But yeah, skinny little ones.
Speaker 2 (01:23:45):
They're good.
Speaker 3 (01:23:46):
I like the fries that you can spear with a
fork a bunch at a time and dip in cheese.
Speaker 8 (01:23:51):
Oh the cheese sauce.
Speaker 14 (01:23:54):
Oh good.
Speaker 2 (01:23:56):
I just turned into that emoji. So the drooling emoji.
So sorry. The other thing.
Speaker 3 (01:24:02):
Let's see here, so Disney check this headline thin skinned
Disney boss Bob Iger. He was said to have reinstated
Kimmel because the cancelation began threatening his social life. I've
read this in a couple different places. Now he was
(01:24:23):
alarmed by Hollywood's reaction to Kimmel's suspension.
Speaker 2 (01:24:27):
So see, now.
Speaker 3 (01:24:28):
They're stuck with this guy. They're stuck with this albatross.
I think it's hysterical. There was a host committee of
women in media and they had a fundraiser and they
were considering pulling out of this fundraiser because of it,
and apparently it was affecting his socialization in a Hollywood
and Eisner blasted Kimmel's suspension, saying where has all the
(01:24:48):
leadership gone?
Speaker 2 (01:24:49):
Well, that's former Disney boss Michael Eisner.
Speaker 3 (01:24:53):
He said that that apparently stung him the most, so
he really just didn't want his social life to be impacted.
That's real leadership. Let me tell you talk about bending
the knee, good heavens, that's just an Eisner blasted. It's
saying if it wasn't for university presidents, et cetera, just asinine.
Speaker 2 (01:25:14):
So that tells you.
Speaker 3 (01:25:17):
I feel like that they were gonna cut ties with
Kimmel anyway, and they were looking for an out, and
then they took this because they thought it would work,
and then he wasn't prepared for a plan B, and
then this happened. Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel will not stop whining
about it. So apparently nobody notice how there hasn't been
(01:25:38):
any other headlines about Kimmel or any other cuts about
his monologues or anything, because apparently that's all he's done.
He has continued, it's been written to relentlessly complain about
his show's brief suspension.
Speaker 2 (01:25:52):
Every night.
Speaker 3 (01:25:53):
He just bitches and moans about it every single night.
Nobody knows because nobody's watching. They're all done. I think
they're going to cancel him again, Okain this time actually
for bad ratings.
Speaker 8 (01:26:04):
I mean they've had they're worse than what they were. Yeah,
they've had an excuse already with bad ratings. They're losing
a ton. Look what happened with Stephen Coleberry's losing the
company forty million a year. They cannot sustain it as
a business. So yeah, eventually it'll have to come to that,
I don't know, or he'll have to get funny. It's
(01:26:24):
like one of those two.
Speaker 3 (01:26:25):
And in the meantime, Dave Chappelle he was performing at
a Saudi comedy festival. And now I don't dislike Dave Chappelle.
I think he sometimes he can be chaos neutral, but
I think it's situational. He was blasted for saying that
he had more free speech. He was at the Riad
Comedy Festival and he said, quote, right now, in America,
they say if you talk about Charlie Kirk that she'll
(01:26:45):
get canceled. He said, I don't know if that's true,
but I'm going to find.
Speaker 2 (01:26:48):
Out and.
Speaker 3 (01:26:51):
Wait if he thinks that the free that the speech
is free or over there try talking about the royal
family or Muhammed, because it's illegal criticize them over there,
you get arrested.
Speaker 2 (01:27:01):
Doesn't matter if you're a Saudi or not. You can't
do that.
Speaker 3 (01:27:05):
So let's just if he really wanted to be ballsy
and make a joke about free speech, see how far
you can take it, Dave, just make a joke about
just make an innocuous joke about the royal family.
Speaker 8 (01:27:16):
I mean, I see the point he was making, Like,
I don't think he was literally saying that. But there
are certain things that are said in the public square
here in the United States that get a lot of
pushback from the left, And that doesn't make it unfree
to say. It just means that there's extra consequences for
that free speech.
Speaker 3 (01:27:32):
Now they now remember Saudi law, You are not allowed
to challenge directly or indirectly the religion or the king
or the crown Prince or the royal family. And it
is illegal to cast the phrases to cast doubts on
the fundamentals of Islam. That's all illegal, yeah, and by
(01:27:56):
the and I just felt like that was a misrepresentation of.
Speaker 2 (01:28:02):
What actually happened.
Speaker 3 (01:28:04):
So I don't know, am I going to freak out
about like Transtifa did no, but I just think it's
funny these people that are like they go to places
where you actually can't say things and then they're like, oh, well,
you can't say anything in America.
Speaker 2 (01:28:15):
Just stop.
Speaker 3 (01:28:16):
We have more on the ways we roll towards headlines
coming up. We have our partners that help bring you
the program. It is the folks over at super Beats.

UT and Human leading the future of cardiovascular health. The

with human.
Speaker 5 (01:29:28):
And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick five.
Speaker 3 (01:29:35):
So now there's another smaller explosion at a refinery. This
was now in Texas. I don't know, there's two of them.
I don't know if they're related or not. There's not
a lot of information about it, so I don't know.
It's not anything I can They just said that I
don't know. Just cancel this story out because there's not
enough information here. Shouldn't even be included. A woman ordered
(01:29:57):
coffee and paper plates on Amazon. She got a box
full of two hundred and fifty blank ballots.
Speaker 9 (01:30:07):
Where can I get that?
Speaker 13 (01:30:09):
Where can I get this?
Speaker 2 (01:30:10):
Can you share the link? Can you share the link?
There was a woman in Maine.
Speaker 3 (01:30:14):
She placed an Amazon order for coffee, rice, and some
paper plates, and then she got a box stuffed with
two hundred and fifty unused State election ballots. She believed
that her package had been opened and retaped before it
arrived to her door, suggesting that it may have been
(01:30:35):
tampered with after it left the regional depot, and she
explained it that she had passed it on to the Newburgh,
her town clerk, via law enforcement. They said, they're cooperating,
they're investigating, et cetera. And now this comes just days
before people in that state can begin voting by mail
and a referendum about tightening restrictions on absentee voting. Interesting
(01:30:59):
have you ever had anything like that before? Happened when
you've ordered anything on Amazon and you've gotten literally two
hundred and fifty blank.
Speaker 2 (01:31:05):
Election ballots for your state?
Speaker 3 (01:31:08):
Where could I get the Texas versions of I'm not
saying I'm gonna cheat or anything, but you know, if
you're gonna mainstream cheating, I will cheat.
Speaker 2 (01:31:13):
Better than you. Let's see, a.
Speaker 3 (01:31:17):
Man was hit with a nineteen eight hundred and twenty
four dollars parking fee due to a system error at
a garage.
Speaker 2 (01:31:23):
At a parking garage.
Speaker 3 (01:31:25):
This is like, apparently the second time at the same airport.
It's in Colorado, It's in Denver's airport. Remember We had
a story where there was a guy where there was
a woman who was charged thousands of dollars for like
two days. This guy was charging nearly twenty thousand, the
second time in the past two months that this has happened.
He was only in the garage for twenty seven minutes,
(01:31:46):
so it should have been seven dollars, and he got
charged twenty thousand dollars. And as he drove through the
credit card notifications played out on his audio system. Wow,
that's insane. So are they going to fix that or what? Steveny,
it's coming up. All Family Pharmacy is a family owned

Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash with you.
Speaker 3 (01:33:18):
We are at the bottom of this third hour and
the chats at Rumbull channel three forty seven, where you
can watch the radio program, or if you're listening terrestrially,
just find us in one of the hundreds of markets
around the country. Joining us now our very good friends
Steven Yates. You can find him on x at Yates
com He's a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation.
He's been traveling all around the world. He's a globetrotter,
(01:33:39):
and he joins us. Now we've got a lot of
stuff to discuss. First and foremost, it's always good to
see you. I am fascinated by this story, and I
know you can shed some light on this. Tell me
what is happening in Japan with this lawmaker Sinay I'm
gonna say her name wrong, Takachi, who could be because
(01:34:00):
I know they have elections coming up, could be the
next prime minister. She's been described as the female Trump.
Speaker 2 (01:34:05):
Is that accurate?
Speaker 12 (01:34:07):
Well, there's never another Trump in the world, so I
think you can have people who have some trump isms,
and so.
Speaker 9 (01:34:15):
Takaichi is her name.
Speaker 12 (01:34:19):
She has in the past been in a rock and
roll band and legitimately rides motorcycles. So not cut from
central casting as far as prime ministers of the past.
So she would she would be the first female prime
minister of Japan. But I think those other qualities make
her more interesting than.
Speaker 9 (01:34:37):
Just her gender.
Speaker 12 (01:34:38):
Now she is legitimately a conservative, so she has been
talking about pulling Japan's LDP back in a reform direction,
focusing more on traditional values, taking a tougher line on immigration.
And so there are elements of the Trump rebalancing in
America and the world.
Speaker 9 (01:35:00):
With which she'd really be a good fit for alignment.
Speaker 12 (01:35:03):
And I do think there's great opportunity in the US
Japan relationship with her leadership, because alternatives either would be
unpredictable or might have been more accommodating towards China. She
actually might be more forward leaning than any previous prime
minister and could complete the Shinzo Abbe Normal Nation project,
(01:35:23):
something that I personally think would be a good contribution
to Japan, but also the world.
Speaker 3 (01:35:28):
I read that she was that she was considered associated
or allied with Shinzo Abbe, and so there's a and
who is immensely popular, and of course that popularity obviously
is kind of shared with her. That is a very
unusual candidate for Japan, very because they're so traditional with
(01:35:48):
their politics and who they want in political office. That's
why I was reading about her, and I'm thinking this
is I've got to ask I've got to ask Steven
Yates about this, because you're not wrong.
Speaker 12 (01:35:58):
I mean, twenty five years ago, go people were wowed
because former Prime Minister Koizumi had wild hair and liked Elvis.
That was kind of the wackiness that came out of
the system at that time. She's she's got even more pizazz.
But as I say, I mean, we have a real
opportunity with a real conservative, this is not just an
establishment politician that's burped up by the machine. She does
(01:36:21):
have to sit for the election for prime minister, but
if you win the leader of the LDP party, you're
pretty well on the way to getting that prime ministership.
Speaker 2 (01:36:31):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:36:31):
And so this I mean this is I feel like
our alliance with Japan has always been relatively strong anyway,
but in light of you know, increasing Chinese aggression, this
just seems like a major boon against that, a major
win for you know, Western values and this the alliance
that we're continuing to grow with Japan for sure.
Speaker 12 (01:36:53):
And I think she'll be in alignment with what the
Trump administration has wanted to do in increasing defense spending
with burden sharing by the allies. I think she would
be pretty forward leaning in deterrence in the Taiwan Straight
and in support of the Philippines, so that you have
basically the first island chain trying to push back against
Chinese aggression. That keeps the Chinese from trying to pretend
(01:37:17):
as if they just have some historical beef with Taiwan
when it's obviously more than that. And this new prime minister,
should she get that job? I think would be a
really really good balance the other direction?
Speaker 3 (01:37:28):
What is the for those joining us, We're talking to
our friend Steven Yates and this candidate in Japan that
could be she's being described as a female Trump. I
love the fact that she writes an actual motorcycle legitimately,
that's something that's amazing. But she's being described as a
female Trump.
Speaker 2 (01:37:44):
She's slated.
Speaker 3 (01:37:45):
You know, as of now, Lisa looks like she'll be
the next prime minister. What is the because it seems
like that's a recent change in terms of acceptance in
Japanese culture as it pertains to politics. What drove that?
Is it immigration? Is it trade? Is it aggression with China?
What contributed to the way it is right now with
(01:38:05):
her kind of leading?
Speaker 12 (01:38:08):
Well, first and foremost, when you're dealing with baarnuckle politics
inside a parliamentary system and inside of a political party,
there's a lot of this that is sort of the
beat down behind the scenes that led to that majority.
That means that the titans of various factions duked it out.
People who chose not to support her in the last
(01:38:28):
run for the previous prime ministership swung back to her camp.
I mentioned the wild haired former Prime minister Koizumi. His
son is rising in ranks and ran last time, ran
again this time, but it is still seen as being
too young and inexperienced and somewhat ill defined. I think
(01:38:48):
that there's also an increasing awareness in Japan that the
pendulum has swung in a decidedly different direction. Is not
just populism, but globalism has filed everybody, and Japan has
been a very dutiful supporter of globalism, whether it's together
with old Europe, the climate theology, all kinds of things.
(01:39:12):
And I think that Takeichi represents a refreshing relook. She's
not going to be an American conservative, she's not going
to be trumped, but I think she pulls things in
that direction that wouldn't otherwise happen if you have the
cookie cutter, pro business or pro traditional LDP candidate. We
just don't get the policy change that would make much difference,
(01:39:35):
and Japan has to change if it's going to remain
competitive in that part of the world.
Speaker 3 (01:39:40):
Yeah, it's interesting to the timeline of that, especially their
previous support of globalism, which they were didn't start out
that way for sure. Last question on that, and I
want to switch over to talk more about China. China's posturing.
You have somebody like that leading Japan, how does China
have to change in that arena?
Speaker 12 (01:40:00):
China will try to say, see she's bringing up Cold
War ideology or she's unapologetic about World War Two, But
you know, World War Two is my granddad's war, and
more recent than that, China killed Americans with FENTONL and COVID.
So I'm a little more focused on that than I
am whether the Japan of World War two was brutal,
(01:40:22):
and it was. My granddad had PTSD to his death
from that experience. That generation of Japan is responsible for it,
but that's not today. And I think she will, somewhat
like Trump, be Japan first and unapologetically first about her country.
And I think that America and Trump are completely comfortable
(01:40:43):
dealing with someone like that.
Speaker 3 (01:40:44):
Yeah, that sounds it sounds like it Okay, I wanted
to ask you about this story. I was reading about
the scandalous, the scandalius development America's top colleges falling for
a Chinese trap. They're accused of handing cutting edge military
technology to Beijing in a series of these shady partnerships.
There's a number of reports on this, whether it's Fox
(01:41:06):
or even Axios and the Daily Mail. Lawmakers are saying
that the deals are turbocharging China's rises in terms of danger.
It's US taxpayer funded research projects bankrolled by the Pentagon,
and it's this congressional report that says all of this
is being exploited by the CCP so they can develop
their own surveillance tools and missiles and jets and all
(01:41:26):
this other stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:41:27):
I just think China.
Speaker 3 (01:41:29):
We talked about this last week, how Cutter is the
number one donor to all of these universities, with China
coming in second.
Speaker 2 (01:41:36):
Why is this allowed.
Speaker 9 (01:41:39):
Well number one?
Speaker 12 (01:41:40):
Because people, I think are very cautious about I think
tailing the truth that China is in a cold war
with US that risks going on at some point, but
in a minimum is engaged in comprehensive warfare against the
American way of life.
Speaker 9 (01:41:57):
People can say that's extreme.
Speaker 12 (01:41:59):
The head and video might call me a daring hawk
or some dastardly negative analyst because I say that they're
trying to steal from us and use it to their
advantage against our interests. But that's empirically what it is.
But if you won't admit that we're in a Cold
War with the People's Republic of China as it is,
(01:42:21):
then you allow for these kinds of programs to go
without appropriate scrutiny. In the original Cold War, we never
would have had government sensitive, government programs and technologies go
out without monitoring whether the Soviets or their allies had
access to said programs. And for whatever reason, we didn't
put any guardrails on these kinds of things with the
(01:42:42):
People's Republic of China in recent times, and this is
just screaming out now. I don't want to go to
war with China. I don't really want to go to
war with much of anybody. But if they're going to
kill our people and steal our technology and try to
disadvantage us as a country, I do want us to
at least least not make it easy for them.
Speaker 9 (01:43:02):
And I would also kind of like to punch back.
Speaker 3 (01:43:04):
Yeah, I agree with that completely and China too. I
was reading there's a massive nationwide sim farm. We're in
the wrong business, Kane, Like, I never really thought about farming,
but now sin farming. You know, it's a sim farm
network that's apparently threatening America, a critical American infrastructure. I just,
(01:43:25):
I mean, surely I hesitate asking this question. Surely the
United States government has been prepared for such a thing, right,
and there's they have a, you know, a way to
respond to this, to kind of neutralize this threat.
Speaker 2 (01:43:39):
Right.
Speaker 12 (01:43:41):
Well, the good news is that this pretty dramatic attack
focused on New York City when the President and lots
of other world leaders were going to be in town,
was found out and thwarted. The bad news is we
have no idea in open source material where else the
same kinds of activities are already going on and whether
(01:44:04):
we're on top of it at the very least, this
was a pretty stunning wake up call. Again, I would
not consider this to be the behavior of someone with
whom you can make a reliable trade deal, someone with
whom you can expect to have normal economic relations, or
allow thousands and thousands of their students to come into
our universities. This is the behavior of an adversary, an
(01:44:26):
aggressive adversary at that And if they're playing foot seat
with an access of evil, the likes of Russia invading
Ukraine and Iran's and its proxies threatening Israel and US,
then that's that's pretty much one step from al Qada
like activity.
Speaker 9 (01:44:43):
Now. I don't want to be the ghosts of wars.
Speaker 12 (01:44:45):
Past talking about these kinds of things, but this is
pretty stiff stuff that we're finding in these reports. An actor,
and I think that it puts puts the homeland security
into hyperdrive.
Speaker 2 (01:44:56):
Would you classify it as an active war?
Speaker 12 (01:45:00):
But I mean, there's so many things that are textbook
acts of war. And if you don't go to war
because someone engaged in an active war, what is it?
Speaker 2 (01:45:08):
Right?
Speaker 12 (01:45:08):
And so it's it's provocative at the very least, it
should be very chilling and sobering. But what it really
ought to do is make us think, what are we
doing to make them have to worry about things in
their own country instead of playing defense here waiting for
something to go pop?
Speaker 2 (01:45:24):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:45:25):
Why don't we have little hidden police stations all throughout China?
I mean, that's that's something I agree with you. I'm
so tired. I always feel like we're always on defense
with us and whether it's you know, the police substations
that we talked about before, you know, in the past year,
or this, and for the folks that aren't familiar, this
is that story that about the cell network that was
attacked and apparently now everybody's just discovering this massive country
(01:45:50):
wide network that the CCP has.
Speaker 2 (01:45:53):
I mean, that's cool.
Speaker 3 (01:45:56):
I just think, you know, we're talking about a government,
our government that would put parents on watch lists for
speaking up at school boards, but they would miss those.
I mean, I'm just hoping that they didn't miss it.
Speaker 9 (01:46:08):
Yeah, No, it's absolutely true. They took that.
Speaker 12 (01:46:10):
We know that with wild woke over politicization, they did
take their eye off the ball on very very real threats.
Most of America knows that from the border opening and
the flood that came in, But there were lots of
other areas where aggressive actors like China were doing their
business what they always do, and we made it permissive
(01:46:30):
for them to do it. Now we have to get
serias and dig out of that. I think national security deficit.
Speaker 3 (01:46:37):
I agree with you, Steve and Yates always a pleasure
of my friend. You can go find him on x
at Yates coms. So good to see you, Glad you
were traveling safely and we'll talk with you again soon
and have a great week.
Speaker 9 (01:46:46):
Thanks very much, Dan, and take good care you.
Speaker 3 (01:46:48):
Cl Tech the KO seven Gen two shotgun. This is
a newer offering from Celtech, and if you are unfamiliar
with their shotguns, this one particularly is really calm packed.
It's really designed for easy maneuverability as well, and it
is you know, they describe it as the next evolution
(01:47:09):
and home defense.
Speaker 2 (01:47:10):
It's packed with upgrades.
Speaker 3 (01:47:12):
You have a five slot Picatinny style rail so you
can add vertical grips, lights, keep it flush and sleek
if you want. It's a smoother pump action for a faster,
cleaner cycling, which also enhances durability. All of the original
KS seven advantages are there, the ultra lightweight, the compact
bullpup design, the Ambidextriss Ambidextriss downward shell ejection, all of
(01:47:34):
that seven plus one capacity home defense range days anytime
in between, and MSRP is only six thirty nine, so
it's bringing all of that performance well within affordability. K
E L T E C is how to spell it?
Celtechweapons dot Com It's the KS seven Gen two, that's
keel Tech Weapons dot Com. Tell them Dana.

Speaker 3 (01:48:10):
I keep thinking that it is insane to me that
that Democrat lawmaker, the guy who wants to be attorney
general in Virginia, he reacted to a Republican saying nice
things about a recently deceased Democrat. He reacted by calling
(01:48:37):
to murder said lawmaker and killing his kids. Like how
is that your response to this? Republicans says something nice
about democrat and another Democrats like you should die.
Speaker 8 (01:48:53):
It just proves to you they don't need a reason
to be triggered. They will decide whenever they're triggered, and
it can make it for whatever reason.
Speaker 2 (01:49:04):
I mean, imagine what he's going to do with his office.
Speaker 3 (01:49:09):
I if he were to win, what he would do
with that office if he were to win. Also, isn't
that like if in this climate, wouldn't you think, oh,
that's nice that a Republican said something nice about a
(01:49:32):
dead Democrat, right without without qualification.
Speaker 8 (01:49:38):
How dare you try to create unity?
Speaker 3 (01:49:40):
Yeah, he was genuinely, Gilbert was genuinely saying a nice
thing about this deceased Democrat delegate, no qualifications at all,
just just plain and simple. That was very very classy,
surprisingly so honestly in today's era, And that he would
react to it that way, I mean, I just I
(01:50:06):
have no words.
Speaker 2 (01:50:09):
I have no words.
Speaker 3 (01:50:09):
And all of the Democrats that are co signing it
by defending it, and now apparently they're going after Kerry Coiner.
Now that's starting to build up. Democrats are going after
her for retaliation, and they're going after anybody who just
simply observes that this was done.
Speaker 2 (01:50:27):
It is wild. We'll have more tomorrow. Today's Stupidity King.
Speaker 8 (01:50:31):
All right, it's meathead cut thirty one. Rob Reiner. If
you were to say what Hollywood's job was, I would
say it's to entertain maybe make some money whatever. This
is what Rob Reiner thinks Hollywood's all about.
