Hudson Valley Community college is one of the first 16 colleges in the country, and the first in New York State, to host an innovative Uniquely Abled Academy, a division of the Uniquely Abled Project.
The Academy welcomed its first cohort of students at HVCC in the spring of 2024 for a successful pilot program. Cohort #2 began in September of 2024. The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
