George surprises Patrick with their guest for the episode, Catherine "Cat" Gee! Cat helped the boys brainstorm their podcast name when they first decided to start one (as well as her own podcast name, topic pending!). George and Cat then tell us the story of seeing Metallica in Philadelphia. They all also discuss the “Metallica-Quake,” and other concerts that have registered on the Richter Scale. Metallica’s message about suicide prevention also resonates, both with George as a veteran, and Cat working a bit in suicide prevention. George also goes on to compliment Vet Tix, a non-profit that gives veterans receive tickets to major events nationwide. They also talk a little bit about Cat and her Roller Derby career. If you have a Roller Derby league near you, sign up!!
