Once a month I evaluate my progress on my goals. This is how I engage in deliberate practice intended to move me forward to be the best that I can be in every key aspect of life.
Looking back on my cervical surgery and recommendations for dealing with a major injury. What I did right and wrong, lessons learned etc.
We should all strive for intellectual honesty. Not dismissing others simply because we dislike their opinion. To call someone stupid because they see the world differently is intellectually dishonest and in doing so you sell yourself and the other person short. If this is a regular practice for you, you will not be your best and are likely not making a commitment to excellence.
