What followed was a powerful lesson: leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice. It’s about being authentic, standing in your truth, and embracing discomfort rather than running from it.
I also open up about my time in Maui with my mentor, JP Morgan, and the moment I realized that growth happens exactly in the moments when you feel out of place, vulnerable, and raw.
