In this episode, I share the powerful story of Peter (name changed), a leader who went from being overworked, exhausted, and powerless — to reclaiming his energy, confidence, and life by taking a stand for himself.
When Peter arrived in our session, he was trapped in “puppy mode” — obeying, pleasing, saying yes to everything while his body screamed no. Together, we created a sacred space where he could slow down and reconnect with his truth. What happened next was pure transformation: Peter chose to embody the bull. He stood up, spoke his truth, and everything shifted — first a promotion, then an even better job offer, and finally, full freedom to choose his path.
