Victory and Vindication with Dr. Charles Hoffe and Tanya Gaw

Dr. Charles Hoffe, esteemed family physician, joined Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour to talk about his incredible win against the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC).

Dr Hoffe has over three decades of experience practising in the small town of Lytton, BC but in 2021 his world in medicine changed forever after one of his patients died and another six had adverse reactions as a result of the Moderna ‘COVID-19’ vaccine.

Dr Hoffe immediately wrote an open letter to Bonnie Henry, BC Health Officer, expressing his concerns and subsequently raised the matter with the CPSBC and was shocked by their response. The CPSBC immediately implemented a gag order and reprimand, in an attempt to intimidate and silence him. However, Dr Hoffe refused to yield to the pressure. As a man of integrity, he remained steadfast in his commitment to uphold his oath—prioritizing the well-being of his patients and adhering to the principle of “do no harm.”

Dr Hoffe secured a significant legal victory against the CPSBC. This case has drawn national attention, raising critical questions about medical freedom, professional accountability, and the rights of healthcare practitioners to speak openly with regards to matters of public interest.
