Many of us with ADHD experience sensory processing challenges, and these don’t simply switch off during playtime. This is a common theme not only in my personal life but also in my work with clients in my clinical practice. It’s important to remember that both ADHD and sensory processing exist on a spectrum, meaning experiences can vary widely from person to person.
