We are academics who teach health care professionals all about research and quality improvement. In this podcast we talk to researchers exploring all health-related issues about their work and use this to tell you about research methods in the widest sense. We hope to do this with a humorous slant most of the time and we hope you enjoy the show.

Hosu is a mental health nurse whose research explored what it is like to work on an eating disorders unit. She wanted to understand why this clinical area was not a more popular choice for nurses. She talks about how she came up with questions to use in her semi-structured interviews to get nurses to talk about their experiences and what she learned.
