Unlike her sister Cassandra, Scott didn't manage to escape her drug-dominated upbringing. Growing up, she witnessed drug abuse and domestic violence; she then went on to abuse drugs and have violent outbursts. Her mum was the subject of many of these outbursts. Then disaster struck when she moved in with her mum in Longsight, Manchester.

The reason my True Crime cases go into such detail is because I take them seriously. I see myself as an "Investigative journalist," although I don't like the term when referring to myself; it does very much explain what I do.
