The Gate Keepers travel from Ralza'Kahn's palace to the small village of Hadavs where Astryn once crashed landed her ship. The party is shown much hospitality from the inhabitants of the village and asked to look into what has been causing some disturbances in the area. The party travels to the site of the crash to recover data from Astryn's ship, and anything else she had that was valuable that had survived scavengers. Upon exiting the ship, the Gate Keepers were met by a ghastly devil made of sand and salt and were forced to battle it out.
