Candy hace escuela dentro y fuera de las aulas en Valladolid, Yucatán, para dejar claro que defender derechos no tiene por qué volvernos objeto de violencia.
Con ella recorreremos la Isla de protección de defensoras y defensores, porque en este contexto que les estigmatiza, discrimina y criminaliza, los riesgos que se enfrentan por defender el territorio son específicos y diferenciados, así como lo son las estrategias para el cuidado individual y colectivo.
