Hiking one of NH 48 4,000 footers was a success. We hiked Mount Pierce Aril 4, 2025. We experience weather changes and maybe all 4 season in one day on one hike.

Join us for an incredible weekend away in Bar Harbor, Maine! On the drive up we stopped at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens to see the trolls!

We talk about the trails at each place. And how these are great family friendly hikes for any ability and age. Mt. A in York Maine does have an access road so if hiking ins't in your day dirve to the top and check out the views.
While Vaugh Woods is in South Berwick Maine. A little more off the beaten path and not as busy during tourist season.
Visiting Rhode Island for just a weekend? Here are some of the highlights we think you should visit. Of course you should check out Newport, but that isn't the only beautiful spot in this state. Add Jamestown to your list. Jamestown is just over the bridge from Newport with some cute shops, bakeries and some jaw dropping spots to walk around Jamestown is a must visit on our list.
Come hike another 52 with a view with us! This is a two peak adventure that is just over 4 miles. It was a gorgeous fall day. We understand why these mountains earn a spot on NH 52 with a view list! After the hike we enjoyed some snacks at Woodstock Inn Brewery in Woodstock, NH.
