Episode 23 - Brokenness and Tables
Brokenness is a big topic. There is personal brokenness and relational brokenness all the way up to world brokenness. But it starts in the heart. Of each person. Why is our world so broken? Because people are so broken. And people are broken mainly because of receiving what God never intended them to have, or not receiving what He did intend them to have. What do Tables have to do with brokenness? Tables are a place of provision for the healing needed in our hearts. Tables represent acceptance, relationships, and trust. They Represent a community of people who have chosen to share some of their life with one another. The good, the bad, and the ugly. And love each other anyway. We need tables to heal. We need community to heal. None of us heal in a silo.
In today’s episode, we talk about:
I welcome you to join me Around the Table today as we look at what has led to much of our brokenness... and one of God’s best ways for us all to heal.
