We've seen him take roles in every genre (almost) from 007 to The Hunger Games, Boardwalk Empire to The French Dispatch, and now he really comes into his own as the leading man of satirical drama AMERICAN FICTION.
The film has been nominated for 5 Oscars in 2024 and Cord Jefferson who made his film writing and directing debut, just picked up an award for Best Adapted Screenplay at the BAFTAs.
Amanny Mo catches up with Jeffrey Wright who's received his first ever Oscar nomination, and shares his thoughts on AMERICAN FICTION, and his process of selecting such eclectic roles.
