Venerable Geshe Tenzin Lekshey is a Tibetan Buddhist Monk from the Gaden Shartse Norling Monastery in Mundgod, South India. This conversation took place at the General Gomez Arts and Events Center in Auburn, California where Geshe Lekshey is visiting with a group of fellow monks who are making a Vajrasattva sand mandala for the Auburn community. Geshe Lekshey shares some of the basic concepts of Tibetan Buddhism and how their philosophy and practices help to clear the obstructions in the mind to find happiness and put us on the path to finding our own Buddha Nature within.
