It's a "Best of" week - this week The Best of Tom Hanks.

The Scotsman kicks off by telling us about his recent trip to Scotland and JApan for his dad's 80th birthday - but just as he gets going the Aussie has a coughing fit and for the first time since the podcast started we have to stop the broadcase for a brief intermission.

Hilarious chaos ensues as the Aussie fails to adhere to the microphone etiquette required for a sneezer and sniffer. It's the worst he has ever been.

The Scotsman continues with his story and has the Aussie is in tears as he tells him about a surprise he arranged for his dad's birthday.

And then we start the Best of Tom Hanks with some Tom Hanks trivia, following which we reel off his impressive CV from 1980 to 2024.

The Aussie says "Hanks should have retired a long time ago"... The Scotsman is aghast!!
