On today's episode, I am joined by long-time camp friend, Ash Cray. Ash and I served on our camp's support staff for two years together. Their first year on S-Team was spent working with the youngest age group (K & 1st grade), and since they have been doing, and continue to do, incredible work as camp's behavioral support specialist. Since Ash was young, they always knew that they wanted to work with kids. Today we explore where that passion comes from, what motivates them to continue on when things look difficult, and how to create hope and joy in today's world.
