Community looks different in the context of motherhood. The concepts of grace and vulnerability are always key staples of community, but we're going to dive into how it looks different now.
But what if you've tried to connect with someone, and it's just not working? We talk about that too! There's not a perfect formula, but you're allowed to prioritize your mental and emotional health in the midst of community.

Hey, I’m Courtney - a mom, wife, Jesus-lovin’ dog owner who is trained in spiritual direction. I love being with people, working out, and spending time with Jesus. After giving birth during the craziness of 2020 (#iykyk), I found myself isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. Turns out my old ways of operating (in faith, fitness, marriage, friendships, homemaking...ALL the things) weren’t sustainable within the context of motherhood.
If you’re ready to come up for air, mama, know that you can experience rest *and* peace in your motherhood! Say goodbye to overwhelm and hello to balance and freedom.
