In this first of a two-part conversation, I’m sitting in the guest seat to share something deeply personal: my explant journey.
For around 15 years, I lived with breast implants. I got them for reasons I understand now with a lot more compassion - to feel more confident, more “enough.” But over time, my body and spirit began to speak in ways I could no longer ignore, through the physical symptoms of Breast Implant Illness, and the inner voice that telling me I was ready to let them go.
This episode isn’t just about surgery; it’s about self-awareness, healing, and the courage to listen to your body’s quiet wisdom. In this raw and personal conversation, Natalie and I explore what led me to get implants, what ultimately guided me to remove them, and the emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation that followed.
My hope in sharing this story is to inform, empower, and remind you that your body is always communicating with you, and that coming home to yourself, in all your natural wholeness, is the most powerful act of self-love there is.
I hope you enjoy the episode, and I encourage you to share it with anyone in your world who may benefit from hearing it.
Thank you for receiving my story with love. I’m so grateful for you.
