About Nicole Nicole Hilson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) who has been working in the field of autism and developmental disabilities for more than 15 years. Passionate about serving children with complex medical and behavioral needs, Nicole has worked across a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, homes and schools. Volunteering with autism programs in Kenya and the Maldives, ignited Nicole’s passion for supporting and advocating for underserved communities both at home and abroad.
