Marcus Stanback is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Stretch Therapist, and founder of Daily Growth Yoga. Marcus has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2016. Originally beginning yoga to relieve back pain, he saw benefits from the connection of breath to movement and mindfulness. His mission is to invite more black people, especially men, into the wellness world and encourage them to see that they belong here.
Clyde Hampton Jr. is dedicated to making yoga accessible to all. My yoga teaching journey stems from a commitment to simplify movement, removing complexities and ensuring everyone can embrace this beautiful practice. With the philosophy #ComeBackBetter, inspired by overcoming setbacks in my own life, I've obtained 330 hours of Vinyasa yoga certification, 35 hours of Hatha yoga certification, and 40 hours of Acroyoga training. What sets me apart is a strong focus on alignment and a personalized approach, tailoring sessions to your goals and preferences.
