Vi har alla hamnat i situationer där vi backat istället för kliva fram och faktiskt göra det vi kan och ska. Kortsiktigt är det rätt så bekvämt, men långsiktigt är det inte bra. Att vi kan backa ifrån uppgifter och ansvar beror alltid på att någon kliver in och gör det i vårt ställe. Det motsatta gäller också, att vi går in och styr upp saker som vi faktiskt inte har ansvar för.
