Two overly caffeinated Personal Trainers, Haley & Ris, are back for season three, blending the worlds of Fantasy & Fiction diving into Chapters 21-30 of A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J Mass.

Forgoing their pre-workout for the week, Haley and Ris dive right into their warm up to discuss all that we learned this week. Finally we get into our Training where the Personal Trainers discuss the themes of resilience and expectations in relation to their training as well as their clients. They cover feeling confident when going or in the gym, the idea of "performing" when lifting, and how to remove the overwhelming pressure to be perfect. Then they wrap it all up with their Thorn and their Rose from this week's reading!
