We must accept that we can not change the past, we can only learn and heal from it to create a better future.
In this episode we scratch the surface of a few of my past traumas. Although these events were very traumatic for ME growing up, they do not define who I am today. I do not allow actions of others, or the actions of my past self put me in a victim mentality or to hold me back. I alchemize the energy and keep taking steps forward.
Along our journey's we must understand that our stories matter, and that our healings matter!
