You’re Just An Engine

This week Brent starts out telling Jake about how he got mis-aged. Jake wants Brent to explain why both Audi and Porsche are getting involved in F1 (seems they are not). Jake gets excited about Cadillac coming to F1 and they end up talking about R Corvettes. They talk about the early days of sports car insurance. Brent tells Jake about a lung cleaning drink he’s trying that’s made from mushrooms. They discuss the new Honda Prelude and what is cool and what is disappointing about it. Jake gets upset about the mismanagement of MotorTrend TV. Jake professes his love for Jay Leno again. The boys get into how pop culture changes car interest and Jake talks about how 67-68 Camaros have hit a sweet spot. Brent still doesn’t understand vacuum. The Honda-Nissan-Mistubishi merger is super exciting to Jake. Brent wants to know what went wrong at Nissan in the first place. Jake closes it out by getting Brent way too excited about the BMW i8.
