Don't get stuck in the past!
Getting stuck in the past and continually having internal conversations, replaying events, fights and arguments etc will cause you to stay stuck in the past. Being stuck in the past may cause you to lose forward thinking, focus and business stagnation or lack of growth at some point.
Today's episode covers my take on what you can do to start to get out of the past and look forward, because you and your business need it.
For most of us, we were not taught how to think or how to look after health and have habits and patterns of thought and behavior than can be detrimental to ourselves.
