12. Trial Attorney Kenneth M. Willis discusses alleged former YSL member, Walter “DK” Murphy’s never ending dilemma for providing statements to Atlanta Police stemming from a shooting that occurred on April 12, 2015 which the State now alleges to be part of YSL’s conspiracy to commit street gang activity. Although Mr. Murphy did prison time for his involvement in April 12, 2015, K. Will explains how Murphy made another deal with the DA to avoid more prison exposure as a result of the RICO indictment that was launched against him in 2022 which involved the same April 12, 2015 event. K. Will also discusses Sgt. Gaither's supposed knowledge of gangs that were allegedly running rampant in the Atlanta area and her and Deputy DA Adrian Love’s interpretation of the imagery of rap artists Future and Young Thug's mixtape album cover entitled "Super Slimey."
