Tema acestei ediții, „Cum să facem locuințele mai accesibile?”, are o anvergură europeană. Toate statele membre au dificultăți în a asigura locuințe decente , la un preț accesibil mai ales pentru tineri și persoanele vulnerabile, fără venituri mari sau cazurile sociale. Decizia de a avea un comisar european care să se ocupe special de această problemă este una majoră pentru Comisia Europeană, iar planul de rezolvare a acestei probleme dificile si sensibile pentru toate statele UE, este considerat a fi o provocare pentru noul Comisar desemnat pentru energie și locuințe, Jorgensen. În această ediție, cu ajutorul invitaților, vom încerca să răspundem la o serie de întrebări care țin de obisnuința cetățenilor fiecarui stat UE de a avea proprietate sau a sta cu chirie, cu preferințe pentru mediul urban sau rural sau dacă tinerii, bătrânii sau persoanele cu probleme sociale sunt cele mai vulnerabile persoane. De asemenea, există discriminare in acordarea unor locuințe sociale? Creșterea prețurilor per metrul pătrat construit sau costurile cu utilitățile, energie, gaze îi împiedică pe cetățeni să devină proprietari ai unei locuințe?
