New routines, new surroundings, and even the sense of starting over again—it’s all stretched me in ways I wasn’t expecting. Since we moved 3 weeks ago, I have been struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, anger, and sadness. I have been getting triggered so much over these past couple weeks. It's been so so challenging!
