653 // When Fear Meets God’s Word: How Jeremiah 1 Teaches Us to Trust Him [Quarter 4 Recap #8]

We finish our study of Jeremiah 1:4–8, remembering that before Jeremiah ever felt ready, God knew him, set him apart, and appointed him—and then commanded, “Do not be afraid… for I am with you and will rescue you.” When fear, anxiety, or the headlines pull us under, we return to the unchanging Word and the presence of Christ who never leaves us (see also Rom. 12:15). 

We then move into Day 5 of Free of Me: Why Life Is Better When It’s Not All About You alongside 2 Corinthians 3:18, exploring the dangers of image management—especially in family life. Instead of treating loved ones as mirrors for our fears or aspirations, we release them to be who God created them to be and step into a mission bigger than appearances: loving God and others.
