Coach Hicks was the safety's coach at York Central and bet on himself by making the move to defensive coordinator at Ben Franklin High School in Baltimore, MD in the 2024 season. Coach talks with us about how he turned Ben Franklin's defense from 44 points allowed (most in the state) the year prior to 14 points allowed (breaking a school record).
In addition to being a Coach, Sa'Quan is also a personal trainer (specializing in speed and the vertical jump), author of two books (Unveiling the Blueprint of Speed & Jump Science: The Physics and Physiology of Vertical Leap Enhancement both found on Amazon), & writes articles for LinkedIn and sports magazines to help spread the good word of the techniques he's found to prove successful for him in his personal journey.
