I’ll share my view on how global listening complements detailed listening, helping you avoid getting lost in the weeds and instead attune to the themes, patterns, and unspoken elements of a client’s narrative. You’ll also hear practical tips for cultivating this skill.

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
