Conversamos con la Representante por Acumulación del Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño, Nelie Lebrón Robles, sobre la carta que envió al secretario del Departamento de Educación, Eliezer Ramos Parés, en respuesta a la propuesta de reestructurar el horario escolar. La medida propone impartir los cursos académicos en la mañana y los musicales en la tarde.
Durante los últimos 17 años, el modelo ha sido el contrario: los cursos musicales se ofrecen en horario matutino, y los cursos académicos —como español, matemáticas, ciencias e inglés— en el turno vespertino.
