The Moundsville Penitentiary often called Hell on Earth or Bloody Alley offers a haunting glimpse into the life of a prisoner. This prison which closed its doors in 1995 holds many dark stories within its walls. The atmosphere is heavy with the memories of those who once lived and suffered there. Even after its closure the negative energy from the past seems to linger creating an unsettling environment. Visitors can sense the weight of history making it clear that the prison's legacy is far from over.
