Kriege spülen tonnenweise Gold in die Staatskammern. Sie bieten den Aristokraten neue Territorien, aber verarmen die Bauern, stehlen ihnen die Kinder, und verbrauchen alle Fonds für Infrastruktur und domestische Politik. Was die einen reicher macht, macht die anderen Ärmer.
