I prayed with a brother over a call who was tormented by thoughts which condemn him, make him feel that he's not doing the right thing, make him not able to have a clear conscience about anything he says or does, and go back and forth in his mind about things which have happened.
We need to be able to have bold confidence before the Lord and before man about our actions. We need to be able to say and do things without doubting and being tormented about them. We need to be able to believe that when we confess our sins, or are confused about if something is sin, God forgives us perfectly.
We need to be able to move on the moment we confess sin and repent, believing God 100% that we are okay with him.
