Rachel is a bestselling author, speaker, and mom coach. She specializes in helping moms prioritize themselves and ditch overwhelm to enjoy motherhood more.
She is a mom to three children ages five and under, including twins. Like many moms, Rachel was desperate to find meaning and rediscover herself in the chaos of raising young children. She developed systems to maximize her time, reorient her mindset, intentionally connect with her husband, and prioritize herself. She shares these strategies in her bestselling book MomME and utilizes her MomME Community to support other overwhelmed moms so they, too, can find joy in young motherhood.
