Det siger Kenneth Kryger Gram, som vi har besøg af, og han har de rette forbindelser til at kigge i krystalkuglen og forklare, hvordan AI-agenter kommer til at fungere i Microsofts forretningssystemer.
Han er ikke enig i Nicolai Schjørmanns kritik af, at Microsoft udgiver målrettede agenter som fx Sales Order Taker-agenten i Business Central.
De bliver sikkert aldrig helt enige, og dommeren må afbryde kampen undervejs ... men Kenneth mener, at det vigtigste er at afprøve konkrete agenter hurtigst muligt, så energien bliver sluppet løs hos virksomhederne.
Der skal sættes gang i fantasien om, hvad AI-agenter kan bruges til.
